Every child has a different personality. So a teacher must be able to understand the character of the child, these differences make teachers complain about the behavior of school-age children today, they are confused about how to get students to sit quietly and follow the lesson so they can easily understand the material presented. This is one of the complaints of a teacher in dealing with hyperactive children. The role of TK, RA and PAUD educators as professionals is needed to help parents, especially those who are still cloudy in finding and obtaining information related to the causes of hyperactive children, the effects of hyperactive children and the handling of hyperactive children. This study aims to determine the teacher's role in the learning of hyperactive children in early childhood education in the village of Basung Sibatu-batu, Kec. Sei Dadap Kab. sharpen. The method used in this research is: qualitative research with a case study approach which is "an empirical inquiry that investigates phenomena in real-life contexts". The results of the research, namely: Teachers need to provide as many opportunities as possible for students to be confident for hyperactive children who have high self-confidence. Confidence is the belief that one can or is capable of doing something. The basis of growing self-confidence is that children need to feel safe and comfortable about themselves.

Diversification analysis was developed with various objectives including increasing growth when the existing market/product has reached a maturity stage, maintaining stability by spreading the risk of fluctuations in profit, increasing credibility in the capital market, to avoid dependence on a single good or product circulating in the market, fulfill the wishes of unsatisfied consumers, increase the attractiveness or interest of consumers, increase sales turnover, increase profits by using the same ingredients, and prevent consumer boredom. As a service worker, a counselor is required to be a professional. Where a professional is someone who is an expert in their field, easy to adapt to their environment, easy to manage their time and attitude. Becoming a professional counselor is regulated in a counseling code of ethics that must be maintained and carries counseling principles that can facilitate counseling services. The performance of a counselor is spread across various fields, because basically every field requires guidance and the counselor is an expert in terms of guidance and development. The professionalism of a counselor is not only in terms of work, there are several criteria for a counselor to be considered a professional. This paper aims to determine the role of human resource management in organizations. The writing of this paper uses the method of literature review (library research). From the discussion it can be concluded that human resource management has three functions, namely managerial functions, operational functions, and functions to achieve organizational goals in an integrated manner. Meanwhile, the duties of human resource management are staff procurement, human resource development, compensation management, occupational safety and health, labor relations and industrial relations. The main objective of human resource management is to increase the contribution of human resources (employees) to the organization. It can be understood that all organizational activities in achieving its goals depend on the humans who manage the organization. Therefore, employees must be managed properly so that they can assist the organization in achieving the organizational goals that have been determined. In this analysis, it tries to answer how the attitude of a customer acts on the existence of sharia insurance. Furthermore, how hard work, a sharia insurance agent to increase the awareness of the population. This research model is library analysis. The results of this analysis show that agents have the function of reaching out to information, maintaining the authority of sharia insurance, distributing solutions and interviewing customers who participate in sharia insurance. This study focuses on consumer behavior, sharia insurance, and the factors that influence consumer behavior in sharia insurance. The research objectives are (1) to determine consumer behavior, (2) to determine what factors influence consumer behavior factors, (3) to determine sharia insurance. The method used in this research is the literature study method, which is a method that uses a series of research activities by collecting library data, reading and recording important things, such as we can take this research material through journals, articles, trusted websites, and books that we got. The results obtained are to understand what Islamic insurance is, understand consumer behavior, consumer behavior models, and find out what factors influence consumer behavior in Islamic insurance. This article aims to discuss the history and development of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor including: history, founder profile, goals, vision and mission. By using a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research on integrated curriculum management at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The history of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor was founded by KH. Helmi Abdul Mubin, Lc with a capital of 250 thousand rupiah, was motivated by the arrival of a delegation from Australia to the Islamic boarding school where he taught to find an ustadz who was good at English to teach religion in the Australian Muslim community (2) KH. Helmi Abdul Mubin, Lc as the founder of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is a Madurese son born on March 23, 1956, the first of four children of the late Abdul Mubin and Musyaroh, who spent his childhood in Prenduan Madura, after graduating from Pragaan Elementary School in Sumenep last continued his education at the modern Gontor boarding school in Ponorogo, East Java. (3) The purpose of establishing the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is to participate in building a just and prosperous society and republic of Indonesia and receive the pleasure of Allah SWT, forming a generation of Muslims who excel in academic and non-academic achievements as a provision to continue to higher education. and or live independently, produce a generation of Muslims who are polite in speech and behavior, create a generation of Islam with a social spirit (serving the community) and grow a generation of Muslims who are diligent in carrying out mandatory and sunnah worship based on the understanding of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. The vision of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor is the realization of a generation of Muslims who excel in achievement, have noble character, do good deeds and diligently worship according to the teachings of Islam Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-jama'ah, as for the mission of the modern Islamic boarding school Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor namely providing quality education in achieving academic and non-academic achievements, preparing cadres of ulama and community leaders who are mutafaqqih fi ad-diin with the understanding of Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-jama'ah, preparing competent Islamic generations (science, skills, social behavior, sincere faith) to take part in the international world and educate generations of Islam who are obedient to Allah and His Messenger and have a sense of responsibility towards themselves, their family, society and country.
