Abstract:
Mithologema of the Heroes in Fairy-Fables of Zviad Gamsakhurdia is the following: the kindness triumphs over the wickedness. The evil gets another face. The main hero tries to ennoble it. Both fables bear the prophetic character. In many episodes of the composition, the events which developed and took place after twenty years from their creation, are predicted in advance. The prototype of the mythology heroes of the fables represent the author himself. In these fairy tales he had established not only his own mission and action plan, but also he had predicted coating with mythological pelage. Whether it is surprising or not, many of his accomplices did not wish to believe his transmission to the Kingdom and he took with himself, to the other word the happiness of appearing of admired president. So was born the new mythological hero-Zviani, who exists everywhere till today, until his idea remains alive.

Abstract:
English historian, publicist and philosopher Thomas Carlylesle(1795-1881) created a lot of valuable works, but researchers mark out his critical Essays and among them “Signs of Time” is the best.In this work the writer tries to make the reader active. He describes Victorian period, uses intellectual heroes of the past and is against Mechanisation of the present. He gives many arguments for perfect description in order to maintain a contact with a reader and to make it clear for the reader the meaning of Mechanism. So,he wants to emphasise mechanical nature of the society of that time,as these mechanisms become the target for every human. The Essay was written in 1829 in a journal Edinburgh Review and there should have been three book reviews, but he went far more beyond his particular aim and presented increasing the admiration of technical and mechanical things and regarded it as a decay of society.

Abstract:
Development of SMEs is the basis for economic and political stability of the country. Economic growth, population welfare, investment attractiveness and unemployment reduction are unimaginable without the existence of competitive small and medium businesses. Satisfied with post-soviet mental and modern market economics, radical visions often lead to economic policy in the face of radical decisions that the government and business often use as partners, and sometimes even as parties. Accordingly, their coexistence is interesting and urgent, which often leads to discredited sclerosis and forms radical directions. In order to avoid disadvantages, we need to improve the measures taken in the field of competitiveness of small and medium business in Georgia by using the experience of modern developed countries, to carry out additional active measures.

Abstract:
We have analyzed Georgia’s population by country and by region, developed calculation methodology of occupied region’s population, analyzed quantitative condition of Georgia’s citizenship receiving persons and those with residency permit , natural increase and Natural increase coefficient are studied on the level of country and region. Based on research we made Georgia’s population and human resource (work force) quantitative forecast for 2025-2100 years. Also, it is mentioned, that for human resource drain, decrease and natural population growth it is important for economical politics to be completely revised and with that, happen the reforming of educational system in a way, that the development of technology-generating specializations and increase of research costs within at least 1.5 percent of GDP to be fully supported. Also, it is important to implement large projects in the regions, such as, for example "Anaklia Port". The Non-implementation of this kind of project specifically in region of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti will decrease the population in nearest 45 years by 50 percent. The situation is similar in almost all regions of Georgia.

Abstract:
The authors’ thoughts of the above mentioned book are discussed in this article through methodical and psychological point of view. We are talking about one section of the first graders’ “Native Language”, which is published instead of the “Mother Language(Dedaena). This is a prealphabetical period – illustrated with the pictures of plasticine figures. We think that this approach satisfies neither the requirements of national curriculum nor the function of the book – being the reliable tool in the process of learning and teaching. We are discussing the method of Iakob Gogebashvili and its versatility. Confirming the relative analysis, we conclude: the “Native Language” written by these authors does not meet its function (First part researched by us).

Abstract:
The work discusses the reign of George II, this period includes not only the history of Imereti, but also the history of Odishi, Guria, Samtskhe-Saatabago, and this significantly changes the many points of view we had in historiography until now. After reviewing the written sources, we found out that according to the reign of George II, the death of Bagrat III [1565 ], which is shared in our historiography by Iv. Javakhishvili is incorrect. Vakhushti’s date – 1548 is correct [with one or two years error -1549 or 1550]. According to our research, the first spouse of George II is Tamar, the daugheter of Shermazan Diasamidze [and not the second], accordingly his second spouse is Rusudan Sharvashidze, who is regarded by some researchers as his first wife. We were also able to find out that the unsuccessful marriage of George II to Tamar Diasamidze [1535] is the result of the hostile relationship between the authorities of Samtskhe-Saatabagago [Nav-Kvarkvare III, Qaikhosro II] and the authorities of the Kingdom of Imereti [Bagrat III, George II] in the 30s and 50s of the XVI century, when Shermazan Diasamidze commanded the Feudal Lords opposed to the Qaikhosro II Jakhel. The facts that Queen Tamar became a Nun (1561) and the heir of the throne, Mamia disappeared from the royal Palace are connected to the truce of George II and Qaikhosro II in 1562.A number of important facts that happened throughout western Georgia in the 16th century, have also been specified and explained including the tragic end of the family of George II.

Abstract:
Inclusive education is based on the approach, at the center of which is a student of his own abilities and needs, not a specific subject or program. Quality education can be achieved when teaching methods and strategies are tailored to the student's capabilities and needs, and not vice versa. Consequently, the difficulties that the child is experiencing at school will be considered a blemish of school and general educational system and teaching methodology, and not as a student's weakness. One of the most important factors in effective implementation of inclusive education is the highly qualified specialty teacher. Since 2010 the Ministry of Education and Science has initiated the development of professional standards for the special teacher. Since 2014, the National Center for Teacher Professional Development has developed training modules based on the standards that are prepared by special teachers. The standard is the foundation for universities, to develop special teacher's undergraduate and graduate programs.

Abstract:
The article presents an innovative method of characterization of literary characters. It is known that the moral attitudes and the process of their formation equally raises the interest of psychologists and writers, which gives an absolute freedom to use psychological-philosophical theory for opening the character of literary characters. Moral development theory of American philosopher Lawrence Kohlberg is used for a new purpose in this work, which is the main novelty of the article. Literary character is assessed according to Kohlberg’s stages of moral development and is defined to which level it is relevant according to Kohlberg’s developed scale. Famous characters of two well-known Georgian writers Vazha-Pshavela and K. Gamsakhurdia have been selected for observation. The article is based on two articles already published by the author, which follows: ”Concept of Freedom and characters of Vazha-Pshavela” and “Jacob wrestling with God”, As a prototype of Constantine Arsakidze In K. Gamsakhurdia's historical novel “The right hand of the Great master".
