This study aims to understand the financial accounting system and financial management, the capacity of human resources partially or simultaneously influences the quality of information on the financial statements of the local government of Pati Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Respondents sampled in this study, namely employees who work at the Pati Regency SKPD environmental service in the 2021 financial report, bear the WTP predicate six times from the BPK. In this study, certain criteria were used, namely employees of the finance department, having a minimum education level of high school/equivalent and having worked for at least 1 year. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data in this study were the respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed. Secondary data in this study is the organizational structure, and an explanation or general description of the organization as well as data on the number of employees in the finance department in each department. Testing the data is done by testing the validity and reliability test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, while hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis using the SMART PLS program.3. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously Understanding of Regional Financial Accounting Systems, Regional Financial Management, and Human Resource Capacity had a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Information on Local Government Financial Reports

Tourism is the sector that has the most potential to contribute greatly to GDP. The competitiveness of Indonesia's tourism sector is lower than the kawasa countries of Southeast Asia. The Government of Indonesia developed the National Priority Tourism Area with the 10 New Bali program in an effort to be competitive and superior. Kuta Mandalika Lombok Area of West Nusa Tenggara is one of the 10 priority areas. This research was conducted to find out the factors that make tourists to visit the Kuta Mandalika Lombok area including destination image, motivation, Word of Mouth and knowledge. Knowledge is believed to moderate the image of the destination. The survey was conducted to 310 respondents who had visited the Kuta Mandalika Lombok Area and conducted an analysis using the SmartPLS application. The findings of this study show that the image of destination, motivation, and Word of Mouth has a positive influence on the intention of visiting kuta mandalika lombok area. Knowledge is proven to have no moderating effect on the relationship of destination imagery and visiting intentions. The local government should develop the image of Kuta Mandalika Lombok area as a world-class priority tourist area in order to attract tourists to visit

This study aims to analyze the attention and motivation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) towards online funding that utilizes technology. Indonesia has issued a regulation through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Number 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Lending and Borrowing Services. This service is the provision of financial services to bring together lenders and loan recipients through an electronic system using the internet network. OJK regulations have given birth to several of these service providers. OJK recorded 164 (one hundred and sixty four) legal financial technology (fintech) companies developing in Indonesia. The fintech company managed to record 18,569,123 (eighteen million five hundred sixty-nine thousand one hundred twenty-three) borrower accounts. This service is able to channel funding of Rp. 81,497,051,000,000,- (eighty one trillion four hundred ninety seven billion fifty one million rupiah). Data and information are recorded on the OJK website, namely www.ojk.go.id. The results of this study have an R2 value of 15.3% which shows that the influence of risk variables, understanding of finance and the ease of using fintech on interest in using fintech in terms of financing, namely Peer To Peer Landing. This value is very small when compared to other influential variables. The value of 84.7% is most likely influenced by other variables

The company will always struggle to survive in the competition. Management will continue to look for ways to survive by developing the advantages it has compared to other companies. Management will also build the company from within to be ready to compete in the future. One of the developments carried out by management is a form of employee productivity development. Many factors that build employee productivity can be developed. This research was conducted to determine the impact of motivation, social capital, and work discipline on the formation of employee productivity. This research was conducted at a company in Sidoarjo. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees which found 127 respondents. The study used multiple linear regression as the data analysis. The results obtained that work motivation plays a role in the formation of employee productivity. Furthermore, social capital also has a significant influence on the formation of employee productivity. The researcher also concludes about the importance of work discipline

The purpose of this paper is to review the literature on the use of social media on business performance. This study uses a qualitative research design through library research techniques. The author presents various journal publications in the field of marketing and management from 2010 to 2020 using a systematic literature review approach. Highlight that four dimensions that encourage the development of exploitation and exploration of social media that are firm-spesific companies to business performance are the relational dimension, cognitive dimension, structural dimension and knowledge transfer dimension. This area of ​​research requires a great deal of attention both theoretically and empirically, to analyze and develop new categories of antecedents of social media adoption on business performance. Several countries in the world are experiencing a financial crisis. This incident caused them to need funds from other parties so that the company's operations could run smoothly. Investments can be made between countries as well as organizations such as the IMF or the world bank. To attract the attention of investors to want to invest in a company, a high profitability value is needed in the company. The company's management has an intensive attention to increase the company's profitability. The profitability of the company can be seen from the level of liquidity of the company. In addition, the policy of dividend distribution will reflect the level of company profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of liquidity ratios and dividend payments in the formation of company profitability. The object of research is several companies in East Java. The number of research samples are respondents. The research data obtained will be served by SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability got a significant role from the liquidity ratio partially. dividends also play a significant role in the company's profitability. The company's profitability simultaneously gets a significant role by the liquidity ratio and dividend payments

This study aims to model the relationship between the inflation rate, BI rate, and deposit interest rates, then analyze the model, and provide forecasting and structural analysis of the model. Therefore, the method used in this study is Vector Error Correction Model analysis which is applied to time series data of the inflation rate (CPI), BI rate, and deposit interest rates. The results of the model analysis show that the policy of changing the BI rate has an effect on the rise and fall of the inflation rate (CPI) and fluctuations in the deposit rate (deprate). The BI rate is also influenced by two other variables (CPI and Deprate), but the biggest influence is from the variable BI Rate itself, and CPI and Deprate are mutually influencing (causality effect), but like the BI rate, the most influential variable is the lag variable of each of these variables

In practice, HR management will study cases related to humans. One of the cases studied is employee job satisfaction. In addition, employee job satisfaction is considered useful, because it can affect the running of the organization as a whole. Many factors can affect employee job satisfaction. The work environment, organizational fairness, and organizational culture influence employee job satisfaction scores. The survey was assisted with the aim of understanding the role of working environment, organizational fairness, and organizational culture in shaping employee satisfaction. This study was orderly at a company in Jombang City, East Java. The sampling method was carried out by the census method, namely all of the company's employees, totaling 120 employees. The data obtained were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a compelling impact on employee job satisfaction. There are organizational justice plays a role in job satisfaction. This research also present that organizational culture has a compelling influence on job satisfaction. The three variables, namely the work environment, organizational justice, and organizational culture have a significant role in job satisfaction simultaneously

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of accounting information systems, internal control systems, roles and internal auditors on the quality of Indojaya Group's financial reports. This research is a quantitative research with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were employees of the Indojaya group who work as accountants totaling 37 employees and the sampling in this study used the census method, where all members of the population were sampled. Collecting data using a questionnaire method given to respondents to be filled out. The results of this study indicate that the application of accounting information systems, internal control systems and the role of internal audit have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of motivation and work discipline on increasing work productivity of employees of PT. Ritra Cargo Medan with a population and sample of 30 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. After the data is obtained, the data processing uses multiple linear regression SPSS 21 application program, the coefficient of motivation regression (b1) is 0.241, the regression coefficient of work discipline (b2) = 0.550 and the regression constant a = 5.224. Using the t-test of motivation (X1) by comparing tcount with ttable obtained tcount = 1,747 < ttable = 2,048. So it can be concluded that the motivation variable (X1) has no effect on work productivity (Y). And the t-test of work discipline (X2) by comparing tcount with ttable obtained tcount = 4,281 > ttable = 2,048. So it can be concluded that the work discipline variable (X2) has a significant and significant effect on work productivity (Y). The F test is carried out by comparing the results of Fcount with Ftable. The value of Fcount = 26,172, while for the Ftable with a significant level of = 0.05, the value of Ftable = 3.354 (table F Statistics) is obtained. It can be seen that Fcount = 26,172 > Ftable = 3,354. So it can be concluded that the motivation variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on work productivity (Y)
