Abstract:
China is the country with the longest mileage in the construction of sandstorms in the world. The railway system is often affected by wind sand flow, which seriously affects the operation safety of trains. Firstly, this article introduces the formation mechanism, movement state, monitoring method and structural characteristics of the wind-sand flow. Then the sand hazard formation mechanism of railway embankments, cuts, bridges and culverts is explained based on aerodynamic performance. Moreover, the sand prevention measures are classified, and the advantages and disadvantages of various measures are discussed. Finally, two kinds of sand prevention and control systems are proposed in combination with the topography and regional wind-sand flow characteristics, and the problems that need to be solved urgently in the prevention and treatment of railway sand and sand disasters in the future are prospected.

Abstract:
With the continuous expansion of the city, there is a remarkable trend in the diversified form of residential buildings, the fire safety management of residential community is becoming more and more prominent.In this paper, the fire safety management of residential buildings in the downtown area of Chenzhou city is taken as an example for analysis of its weak links, and then the corresponding improvement methods are put forward, so as to make some useful exploration for the improvement of fire safety management of residential buildings in the downtown area of Chenzhou city.

Abstract:
In order to reduce the damage of liquefaction of aeolian sand along the Sichuan-Tibet railway, the dynamic response characteristics of saturated aeolian sand in the study area were discussed by using shaking table test. The results show that the macroscopic characteristics of saturated aeolian sand in the study area are subsidence, water flow and fracture. The displacement time history shows that the surface displacement increases with increasing the input ground motion acceleration. When the acceleration is small (0.1g), the vibration in the soil layer has an obvious tendency to enlarge continuously from bottom to top. With the increase of the acceleration (0.2g), the amplification trend basically disappeared. When the acceleration increases to 0.3g, the ground motion increases first and then decreases.

The high cost and the particularity in the implementation generate high risks in the investment and construction process. Over the years, the development of construction project management methods has promoted the management of risk factors. This paper reviews the suggestions of risk management of follow-up audit in construction stage and evaluates its application in construction projects.

Abstract:
Jerusalem light rail project as the first light rail line in Israel has already been opened and in operation for 5 years, with good operation condition and quite similar operation mode and characteristics to Tel Aviv light rail project. The technical leading member of its operational consortium, French Veolia, has rich experience in overseas rail transit operation and had fully participated in the Jerusalem light rail project since 2005 till being expelled from Israel in 2015. This paper analysis Veolia's 10-year experience and lessons obtained from operation of the Jerusalem light rail project. It was reflected the actual operation environment of the project in Israel and can be used as a crucial reference for the operation of international rail transit.

Abstract:
There have been many ethnic migration activities in Chinese history. In the meantime, the architectural thinking of the tribes who traveled to the place of arrival has a process of transformation, and this process also reflects the influence of the region on the choice of architectural form. This article will examine the development process of residential buildings, and by comparing the similarities and differences of residential buildings in the place of departure and arrival of the migrating ethnic group, it will study the catalytic effect of the region on the evolution of the residential building form of the migrating ethnic group.

Abstract:
As coal mining enters deep, the rock is close to the strength limit neighborhood, and it is extremely susceptible to deformation and damage due to disturbance. In order to study the damage evolution law of rock in the strength limit neighborhood, red sandstone is selected as the research object, and the self-developed RRTS-IV rheological disturbance experimental system and nuclear magnetic resonance test equipment are used to carry out the gradual loading test of the rock rheological disturbance effect. Through the analysis of the test results, it is concluded that the instantaneous elastic modulus damage of the rock is accelerated rapidly with the increase of the number of disturbances in the strength limit neighborhood, and the disturbance becomes proportional to the instantaneous strain of the rock. At the same time, through parameter identification of the rock rheological data under different disturbance times, the rheological damage constitutive model is established, and the test results are in good agreement with the fitted curve. This shows that the establishment of this model is reasonable, and it can reflect the damage characteristics of the rock in the strength limit neighborhood under the action of different disturbance times, and the relaxation time and the disturbance times increase exponentially

Abstract:
The sulfur concrete samples were prepared by the optimized process, which were mixed with cement, fly ash and slag, respectively. The influence of the type and content of filler on the compressive strength of sulfur concrete was studied. The phase and micromorphology of filler and sulfur mixture were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, and the bonding mode was studied. The results show: the cement filler has the best effect on the compressive performance of sulfur concrete,and the compressive strength is 87.2 MPa by adding cement filler with the same quality as sulfur; there is no chemical reaction between filler and sulfur, and the filler is physically bonded to sulfur matrix.
