This study aims to determine the implementation of modern integrated quality management (Total Quality Management/TQM) at SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur, especially in the development of teacher performance evaluation assessment programs, by adding an assessment of teacher work commitment. This study uses qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews with informants. The results of the study show that SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur has implemented a modern Total Quality Management system, with various superior customer-oriented programs. The school is trying to innovate continuously in improving the quality of education. One of the main focuses is improving the quality of teachers, as the heart of the educational process itself, which is in direct contact with students as the main external customers. Not only the teacher's competence factor, but the teacher's commitment factor, is something that needs to be considered, because it will affect the quality of teaching that will be received by students. The teacher commitment factor is included in the evaluation criteria for teacher performance evaluation, and the results of the assessment will affect the amount of teacher performance allowances. As a result, there is a strengthening of teacher work commitment, which results in better teacher work competencies, thereby increasing the success of student achievement. Keywords: Total Quality Manajement, Modern, Commitment, Teacher ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen mutu terpadu (Total Quality Management/TQM) modern di SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur, khususnya dalam pengembangan program penilaian evaluasi kinerja guru, dengan menambahkan penilaian komitmen kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur telah menerapkan sistem Total Quality Management secara modern, dengan memiliki berbagai program unggulan yang berorientasi pelanggan. Pihak sekolah berusaha melakukan inovasi terus-menerus dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satu fokus utama adalah peningkatan kualitas guru, sebagai jantung dari proses pendidikan itu sendiri, yang bersentuhan langsung dengan siswa sebagai pelanggan eksternal utama. Tidak hanya faktor kompetensi guru, namun faktor komitmen guru, menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan, karena akan mempengaruhi kualitas pengajaran yang akan diterima oleh siswa. Faktor komitmen guru dimasukkan ke dalam kriteria penilaian evaluasi kinerja guru, dan hasil penilaian akan mempengaruhi besaran tunjangan kinerja guru. Sebagai hasilnya, terjadi penguatan komitmen kerja guru, yang menghasilkan kompetensi kerja guru yang lebih baik, sehingga meningkatkan keberhasilan prestasi belajar siswa. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SDI Sabilina, Cibur, Bekasi. In this study, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely research methods that utilize qualitative data and are described descriptively. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The research was conducted on Wednesday, June 09, 2021, at SDI Sabilina from 13.00-16.00. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through member checks, namely the process of checking data carried out by researchers to research subjects or resource persons, and discussions with colleagues.

This study aims to analyze the balanced score card model in realizing quality schools, starting from strategies, implementation roadmaps, to measuring the success of quality schools. The research method used is an exploratory study to formulate the BSC concept in high school quality management. As a result, the strategy to improve the quality of education in high school starts from the formulation of the school's vision and mission, analysis of the internal and external environment with a SWOT analysis approach and BSC-based which produces information strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for high school. SMA targets and strategies are implemented properly so that the high school targets are in accordance with the vision and mission and the established strategies have been implemented properly according to the needs of the community. To ensure sustainable quality, the formulation of strategic management needs to be adapted to the dynamics of the development of the internal and external environment of the school concerned..

This study aims to provide an overview of the process of cultural change through total quality management in Islamic perspective carried out at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School. The method of the study is qualitative method by using in-depth interview techniques with informants. This research was conducted at the Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School, Depok City, West Java. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis with the stages of reducing data, triangulating data, presenting data descriptively, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that cultural change through total quality management at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School was seen from 7 focuses. The focus of planning for Islamic boarding schools is still focused on current conditions. The focus of the organization is participatory by involving all individuals to improve the quality of education and to develop Islamic boarding schools. The focus of control is still in the form of monitoring and supervising each section based on the existing SOP. The focus of communication has been two-way communication. The focus of the decision is still reactive and not based on well planning even though decisions are made based on deliberation and consensus. The focus of functional management has not been fully integrated. The focus of quality management is still reactive because it is still in the stage of finding the best and most suitable method to be applied in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, the process of cultural change at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School has begun to occur.

The purpose of this study: 1) To find out copyright violations in the field of music in the form of a cover song by recording through social media connected with Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. 2) To find out the factors that influence copyright violations in the music field in the form of cover songs by recording through social media. The writing of this thesis uses a statute approach, by reviewing amendments to Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and its implications for copyright and its implementation by state institutions and the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendment of Law Number 11 Year 2008 Regarding Information and Electronic Transactions. Results of research conducted by the author: When someone does a cover song through social media without permission from the creator, both for the purpose not for commercial or commercial purposes, it is an infringement of copyright. Factors that influence the occurrence of violations of copyright in Indonesia include: 1) Weak law enforcement against violators. 2) Works on the internet can easily be duplicated and disseminated globally in a short period of time and in large quantities. 3) There is no limit on the place of the offender because a domain name or website can be accessed by anyone globally. 4) Procedures for events between countries in dealing with violations of copyright on the internet, such as to determine who the perpetrators are and when they occur and determine the jurisdiction of violations still vary.

The halal industry has experienced very rapid growth in recent years, including the halal food industry. Halal food is not only for Muslims but also for non-Muslims. Along with the development of the halal industry and the increasing number of non-Muslim residents, non-Muslim communities can become opportunities in the development of the halal food industry. This study was conducted to determine the effect of halal awareness, halal certification, promotion, price, and food safety on non-Muslim community buying interest in Semarang City on halal food products. The population in this study were non-Muslim communities in Semarang City who had bought halal food products and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. Sampling was determined by the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that halal awareness, halal certification, promotion, price, and food safety had a positive and significant effect on buying interest.

This study aims to determine (a) the implementation of Integrated Quality Management (TQM) in YATASHI Madrasah (MTs) Bogor City (b) the results of quality report cards for YATASHI Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Bogor City. This study uses the expos faxto method from the results of the YATASHI Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) performance report cards, Bogor city. The quality report card instrument is an instrument that has been standardized nationally, filled in by the Head of Madrasah, deputy head of madrasah, teachers, madrasa committee, education staff and students. The results of the Madrasah performance quality report card show that the Discipline of Madrasah Citizens has fulfilled the quality culture aspect of 93%. The self-development of teachers and education personnel is achieved at a performance level of 75% of the Quality Culture Aspect. Preparation, implementation and assessment of the perfect learning process meets the 100% performance level. The use of learning materials is achieved 95% and Financing Planning is met at a performance level of 94%. The conclusion from the Madrasah performance quality report card (YATASHI) is on average very good, but there is something that still needs to be improved, namely the education personnel development component.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a multidimensional impact. This study aims to explore the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the people's economy. In particular, the academic community of IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor. The research method used was descriptive-qualitative analysis method with a sample of the Laa Roiba Bogor National IAI academic community. The pandemic that lasted more than 15 months had a real impact on the economy of the people of Bogor Regency. Before the pandemic, there were people who felt their income decreased. However, the majority (60%) still claim that their income is relatively stable. After the pandemic, the majority of people (75%) experienced a decline in income. The pandemic has caused most people to experience a decrease in their monthly income of between 5-20%. The pandemic has made people try to find additional income through culinary businesses, part-time work, odd jobs, and providing consulting services. The pandemic has also shifted people's shopping patterns from traditional markets to online markets. Ready-to-eat food and basic necessities are the target of online shopping for the Bogor community.

This study aims to determine the implementation of integrated quality management (total quality management /TQM), especially in human resource management (HR) in Islamic education at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang, Bogor. The research used descriptive qualitative method which was carried out by collecting data obtained from documentation, observation and interviews. The results show that SDIT, which was founded in 2011, always meets the needs of educators and education personnel according to needs such as administrative, cleaning service, and security personnel. HR competencies are enhanced through education and training, seminars, workshops and internships. Recruitment and selection of HR candidates is carried out every year since its establishment, in line with the development of the school and the increase in the number of students. Meanwhile, compensation, both financial and non-financial, is constantly being improved in order to provide qualified human resources. The results also show that the implementation of Islamic Education TQM at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang has been implemented well, especially in the field of HR management, starting from HR planning, recruitment, selection of HR candidates, training and development, to employee relations.

The background of this research problem is the quality of learning in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Bogor Regency, which still does not meet the established standards. The aims of this study are to describe: 1. PAUD policy process in improving the quality of learning, 2. Policy analysis. 3. Policy implementation, 4. Policy evaluation, 5. Barriers to policy implementation, and 6. PAUD policy implementation results. This study used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies with data sources from the Bogor Regency Education Office in the field of PNF PAUD. The results of the research show: 1. The PAUD policy process in improving the quality of learning is based on the Regional Regulation of Bogor Regency Number 6 of 2011 in Articles 5,6,7. 2. Analysis of PAUD Policy in Bogor Regency there are still many that are not in accordance with National education standards and infrastructure facilities are not optimal, 3. Implementation of PAUD Policies, with HI (Holistic Integrative) PAUD Action Plans / Programs Partnership The Bogor Regency Education Office always synergizes and partners with organizations/institutions/associations of similar groups, 4. Evaluation of PAUD policies using accreditation as a benchmark in the quality of learning and the quality of these institutions, 5. Barriers to implementing PAUD human resource policies are constrained by the imbalance in the number of PAUD institutions with supervisors as PAUD coaches. 6. The results of the implementation of PAUD policies in improving the quality of learning, namely the implementation of Integrative Holistic PAUD as a form of service to the community in improving the quality of learning.
