Abstract:
Dari sekian banyak perwujudan seni warisan budaya Indonesia wayang kulit lah yang ceritanya banyak digemari dan diikuti ajarannya oleh masyarakat. Bahkan, Kesenian Wayang kulit merupakan sudah menjadi bagian hidup bagi sebagian masyarakat di Indonesia, yang mana diwujudkan sebagai “seni” dan dianggap memiliki nilai filosofi berdasarkan komposisi kisah tersebut. Karakteristik yang diambil dari cerita kesenian wayang kulit mempunyai andil di dalam membentuk watak bangsa. Kisah-kisah yang dipetik dari wayang kulit mempunyai aturan sendiri untuk pengikutnya. Jika orang beriman mau mengikuti aturan, maka setiap manusia bisa mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Sebagai bagian dari upaya ini, seni sangat penting dalam mentransformasikan pengetahuan dan pendidikan Islam yang berharga. Pertunjukan wayang kulit dilihat sebagai tidak hanya itu, nilai yang terkandung di dalam seni pewayangan ini juga meliputi kerukunan antar umat beragama, solidaritas, dan nilai-nilai yang berhubungan dengan perdamaian hidup. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya makna yang terkandung di dalam pentas pewayangan, yaitu khayalan puitis (meliputi petuah keagamaan yang mempesona serta mengertakan ruh disetiap insan). Salah satu contohnya adalah cerita Mahabarata yang menjadi teladan bagi manusia karena dapat membuktikan bahwa semua tindak kejahatan dapat dikalahkan oleh kebajikan. Selain itu, terdapat tokoh pewayangan lainnya yang dikenal sebagai Simbol Pandawa Lima, antara lain Yudhistira, Bima, Arjuna, Nakula, dan Sadewa. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menulis penelitian ini, adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penelitian kepustakaan yang dilakukan untuk mencari serta menemukan Data dari buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan penelitian, seperti catatan, buku, brosur dan jurnal, untuk menganalisis Pandawa Lima. Pada akhirnya diharapkan media pewayangan, Khususnya tokoh Pandawa Lima sebagai media penyebaran agama Islam dapat menyampaikan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam budaya lokal masyarakat jawa. Ajaran Islam yang dimaksud diharapkan dapat berlaku secara universal dan hendaknya diarahkan untuk menyadarkan manusia bahwa mereka adalah hamba tuhan yang menghambakan kepada-Nya (Tuhan YME).

Abstract:
Science is a systematic effort to create, construct and organize knowledge to understand the universe. Management is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. When viewed from the perspective of management as a science (science) and as an art. So management is both a science and an art. Why is it called that because the two cannot be separated. Management as a science, because it has been studied for a long time, and has been organized into a theory. Abstract:
Suntiang Gadang is a bride's headdress in Minangkabau. Visually, Suntiang has a very attractive appearance, apart from its color, it is also supported by the variety of decorations arranged in it. The ornamental variety is taken from natural forms which are grouped into the form of plant motifs and animal motifs. The diversity of decorations found in suntiang not only aims to give beauty and beauty to the person, it also contains moral messages aimed at the bride and groom and will be role models in domestic life. Abstract:
Salah satu unsur pendidikan adalah pengajaran di sekolah, dan permasalah pendidikan saat ini banyak ditimbulkan dari unsur tersebut, mulai dari kurikulum, cara penyampaian pelajaran, sampai keadaan dan kualitas guru pengajar. Walaupun telah banyak teori – teori tentang pengajaran, namun metode tersebut selalu saja mengalami kendala dalam prakteknya. Salah satunya adalah kejenuhan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran karena metode pembelajaran dan tempat pembelajaran cenderung membosankan siswa. Teknologi pendidikan berusaha memecahkan dan atau memfasilitasi pemecahan masalah belajar manusia sepanjang hayat, di mana, kapan, dengan cara, dan oleh siapa saja. Masalah belajar itu bisa dijumpai di rumah, di sekolah, di tempat ibadah, di tempat kerja, dan ditenggah masyarakat. Abstract:
This study focuses on increasing the effect of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the positive effect of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. This research uses quantitative research method. The sample was determined randomly amounting to 145 people. Data collection tools use instruments that are distributed to research respondents. The data were analyzed using the Path Analysis model, which is to analyze the positive effects of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of academic culture and synergistic transformational leadership on organizational performance and there is a positive influence of Synergistic Transformational Leadershipon academic cultureTo improve the organizational performance, it is necessary to increase synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture.Keywords: Synergistic Transformational Leadership, Academic Culture, Organizational Performance.

Abstract:
In the context of the religious structure of Indonesian society, Islamic education has an important role in shaping the character and character of the nation. Abstract:
This article aims to determine the purpose of Islamic Religious Education in the National Curriculum. The research method in this writing uses qualitative methods, namely by means of library research, searching and collecting from various relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education has been running since before independence. Then develop and systematically designed and structured which is then formed in a curriculum. The Islamic Religious Education in the National Curriculum follows the changes that the government has made, namely adjusting the content of its learning to the needs of the 21st century, namely the existence of 4 C's. Abstract:

Abstract:
Efforts to improve the quality of education by conducting curriculum development are a necessity, because the curriculum is the pillar as well as the direction of the implementation of education in schools. Abstract:
New innovations in view of teaching and learning implementation, including PAI subjects have consequences for teachers to increase their roles and competencies, because the teaching and learning process and student learning outcomes are largely determined by the role of competent teachers in making and implementing the learning designs that have been made. Competent teachers will be better able to create an effective learning environment and will be better able to manage their classes, so that student learning outcomes are at an optimal level. One of the teacher's roles in the teaching and learning process is as an evaluator. In one teaching and learning process the teacher should be a good evaluator. This activity is intended to determine whether the goals that have been formulated have been achieved or not, and whether the material being taught is quite appropriate. . The design, implementation and evaluation of PAI learning at the secondary school level is carried out in collaboration with all teachers and the school community. More than that, PAI religious teachers have a more important role in fostering the morals of students through the learning process by making learning designs that are attractive and easy to understand and implement by students. Before teaching the teacher makes plans in the form of lesson plans, and in implementing learning the teacher becomes an example for students, the teacher always instills a disciplined attitude in learning, teaches respect for others and instills a sense of responsibility to study hard. The final value of all these processes is evaluation, one of which is by conducting an assessment, both on the process and on student learning outcomes.
