Abstract:
Liberal arts are vulnerable to the challenge that they are useless in the digital age. “Uselessness is a kind of usefulness” — that is, although liberal arts fail to mold the practical skills, for example, the skills that enable people to earn much money in markets, they are useful in other senses, which is a common and seemingly philosophical answer to the question about the function of liberal arts. Such an answer, however, seems insufficient and In this article, the author intends to demonstrate with examples and statistics that liberal arts play an irreplaceable role in nursing people’s critical thinking, expanding their imagination and understanding of the differences of the world. Moreover, technology is essentially related to the understanding of human society. User-friendly technology is the combination of empathy and the understanding of humanity.

Abstract:
In the Marxist theoretical system, "family" is a very important theoretical category, which is not only the "mystery" Marx and Engels has been trying to solve, but also an important reflection of Marxist philosophy. Marx and Engels held the conviction that the development of the family went through the consanguinity family, the Punaluian family, the paring family and the monogamous family. Marital relationship is the basis of forming a family; blood relationship is the bond of forming a family; family is the organizational form of human social life. Those are the essential characteristics of family. In the new era, while promoting the harmonious development of family, we must know the harmonious marriage relationship is the foundation of family harmony, and that the harmonious parent-child relationship is the key to family harmony. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to the harmonious unity of family and society.

Abstract:
"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is put forward to revitalize the economy so as to relieve the pressure in social employment, enhance the development of new driving force, promote national economic development, which is an important way to achieve national prosperity and people's prosperity. Abstract:
Under the background of blended teaching, the approaches to enhance college students’ ability to use English in multi-cultural environment are being diversified. This paper explains the importance of cross-cultural communication competence, discusses the features of SPOC and explores the strategies of applying SPOC to the development of cross-cultural communication competence in college English classes.

Abstract:
This study investigated three aspects that related to Foreign Language (FL) reading anxiety: the FL reading anxiety levels; the relationship between FL reading anxiety and reading performance; the main sources of FL reading anxiety. With both quantitative and qualitative research method, the total amount of 47 Chinese postgraduates took part in a paper questionnaire including Foreign Language Reading Anxiety Scale (FLRAS) and reading test, Cambridge Advanced English (CAE). According to the FLRAS scores, 12 of them had one-to-one semi-structured interviews. The results shows that most Chinese postgraduates experienced a moderate level of English reading anxiety, and that international students have higher reading anxiety than domestic students. No statistically significant relationship was found between FL reading anxiety and the reading test. After thematic coding analysis, the main sources of English reading anxiety among international students were found to be ‘demanding text feature’ and ‘different class settings in the UK’. For domestic students, limited English exposure was the main source. Recommendations for teachers and for both groups of students are provided, and the limitations of the present study and suggestions for future research are discussed at the end of the paper.

Abstract:
This study explores how the three components of L2 motivational self-system (Ideal L2 self, Ought-to L2 self and Learning experience) influence Chinese college students’ willingness to communicate in English using a mixure of methods which include a questionnaire survey and individual interviews. Results show that Chinese college students’ ideal L2 self and learning experience would influence their L2 WTC significantly. Students who have a high level of ideal L2 self and more positive English learning experiences are more willing to use English to communicate inside and outside the classroom. Students’ ought-to L2 self has no significant correlation with their L2 WTC. Findings of the study offers some possible implications to improve Chinese college students’ low motivation in English learning and low willingness to use English to communicate.

Abstract:
In the basic teaching reform, school-based teaching research belongs to a very important topic, so how can we integrate the new curriculum reform idea with the teachers' teaching idea reform and set up new teaching requirements and objectives? This is the most typical problem confronted by the majority of teachers in the actual teaching at this stage. In order to solve the problem effectively, it is necessary to carry out diversified teaching activities with "school-based teaching research" as the starting point, so as to set up a new teaching mechanism with rich connotation and various forms and realize the overall improvement of teaching quality. In this paper, the author conduct initial discussion on the characteristics and significance of school-based teaching research, and then think about the ways to promote teachers' teaching idea innovation in school-based teaching research, hoping to comprehensively improve the teaching level of China.

Abstract:
As people pay more and more attention to innovative talents, cultivating students' innovative ability has become the main starting point and ultimate goal of talent training in major universities. China needs a large number of innovative talents to realize the great national rejuvenation and to build the motherland's important reserve talent pool. Therefore, the effective cultivation of innovative ability is of great significance to the realization of the national talent training strategic goal. Aircraft-related majors are an important part of the national aerospace and aerospace majors, and training a group of innovative aerospace professionals is an important measure that the party and the country cannot ignore. Abstract:

Abstract:
The party building work of colleges and universities occupies a key position in all the work of colleges and universities.
