Abstract:
This research was motivated by the researcher’s intention to know the application of qawaid and tarjamah method in improving reading skills, because the researchers see that the priority subjects are memorizing the qur’an & hadits. The aims of the researcher in the study are to find out : (1) Are the qawaid & tarjamah methods still applied in Special Darul Qur’an & Hadits Boarding School, although the priority is memorizing the qur’an & hadits. (2) What are the problems in the application of the qawaid & tarjamah method in improving students’ reading skills at the Special Islamic Boarding School Darul Qur’an & Hadits.

Abstract:
Books are one of the most widely used teaching materials by students and teachers in the learning process. The composition has also been regulated by the applicable instrument regarding its quality. One of the bodies that manages the feasibility of the quality content (content quality) of textbooks is the BSNP. For this reason, in this article the author will analyze the quality of textbooks used by SMPIT RR students by examining the quality standards (standard quality) of textbooks according to BSNP. This article research uses a qualitative method (library research) and the source of the data taken is the quality of the content of the Arabic language textbook at SMPIT RR 2013 curriculum published by Erlangga. The data analysis technique in this article uses content analysis. The results of the analysis of the quality of the content of the Arabic language textbook at SMPIT RR have a good category and have met the quality of content applied by BSNP (analysis from the data revealed that the content quality of Arabic language textbook at SMPIT RR has a good category and has met the content quality applied by the NESA). But there are some shortcomings that need to be written regarding the explanation of the grammatical elements.

Abstract:
Based on the results of the needs analysis conducted by the researchers at Pesantren Pelajar Al-Fath Kediri, it was found that there was a need for a companion dictionary. The researchers believe that a companion dictionary containing three languages ​​(Indonesian-Arabic-Javanese) will be able to help santri to overcome their problems in understanding the lessons presented by teachers. Learning at this pesantren uses Javanese translation, that is, the teacher reads or translates the books using Javanese translation (pegon) then he adds explanations in official Indonesian. The students copy that translation as well as the teacher's. The researchers found that most of the santri did not master that Javanese translation well, because they have different ethnic backgrounds and because that Javanese language is not be used in their daily communication, so it become foreign for them. Because of that, the students (santri) had difficulties, especially when they were going to re-study the book independently. This study uses the Research and Development method with six steps from Borg and Gall. The samples are the students at Pesantren Pelajar Al-Fath Kediri, grade 3, academic year 2020/2021. The research problems are: 1) How to make a companion dictionary (Arabic-Indonesian-Javanese) for the book Adab al-Alim Wa al-Muta'allim by Sheikh Hasyim Asy'ari, being applied to the Pesantren Pelajar Al-Fath Kediri? 2) Howa the effectiveness of using that companion dictionary (Arabic-Indonesian-Javanese) for the book Adab al-Alim Wa al-Muta'allim by Sheikh Hasyim Asy'ari, by being applied to Pesantren Pelajar Al-Fath Kediri? The result of this research is the companion dictionary for the book Adab al-Alim Wa al-Muta'allim by Sheikh Hasyim Asy'ari. Based on the assessment of dictionary content experts, this companion dictionary has a high level of quality with a percentage of 86.6%. While the assessment of the design expert is 77.6%. The test results using the T-test which shows the calculation of the value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.00 less than 0.05. This shows that the use of this companion dictionary is effective. This dictionary will contribute in development of lexicography field related to the three languages, and will assist students in independent study to understand the translation dictated in Javanese, considering that most students do not improve Javanese.

Abstract:
Sharfis one of the most important branches of knowledge in Arabic, by which a learner can know and understand the form of a word, its origin, its changes, and its meaning, so that it is hoped that he will be able to understand the Arabic text he reads and hears. The substance of the Sharf is to discuss the forms of words with the aim of knowing the meaning of each of these word changes. The goal of learning Sharaf is to teach students about changes in the form of a word to another word to find out its true meaning. Sharf science is one of the scientific principles in Arabic which is one of the media (intermediaries) to master language skills. Therefore, the Sharf should be taught by paying attention to the following matters: 1) Teaching the Sharf science is not a goal (learning the science of Sharf for the Sharf) but as a instrumen (tool) to get competence and language skills, 2) Teaching the Sharf requires a lot of practice and not only focus on teaching the rules and forgetting the basic function, 3) it must be taught in stages according to the students' abilities, for example from Mujarrad to Mazid and practice in perfect sentences (Jumlah Mufidah).

Abstract:
Language becomes a unifier for a country, including Indonesia, which is a country with a variety of cultures, ethnicities and religions. Based on the fact that in Indonesia there are many languages ​​in each region, with different dialects or accents, Arabic which is one of the languages ​​studied in Indonesia, especially in the Lampung area, has differences in pronunciation and even phonological errors. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, documentation and error analysis. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained are phonological errors in several Arabic consonant letters such as, , ذ becomes ز, غ becomes ر and “go”, ش becomes س, ص becomes س, the letter becomes , ز becomes ج, ح becomes ه, ث becomes س , ط becomes ت , and ل becomes لّ.

Abstract:
Islamic boarding school is one of the unified educational built on the concept of Islamic culture, which includes learning Arabic called Bi'ah Arabiyah as its implication process, with the emphasis being centering on the aspect of creating and forming learning strategies based on the Arabic language environment through interaction and communication for students. The purpose behind this research is to find out the control management strategy applied in Darul Lughah Islamic Boarding School Waddirasatil Ilmiyah Pamekasan. By taking the location in the Darul Lughah Waddirasatil Ilmiyah Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School area, this research in its preparation process was categorizing as descriptive qualitative research with a series of stages of collecting data sources using study, observation, and interview methods. The data analysis technique applied by the researcher are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The findings of this study is the form of Bi'ah Arabiyah control management strategy carried out at the Darul Lughah Waddirasatil Ilmiyah Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School that classified using two different language environments, namely formal Bi'ah Arabiyah which puts the focus on mastering the grammatical rules of the language and the informal Bi'ah Arabiyah which makes the environment outside the classroom a place where students practice their Arabic language skills in the community where the two activities are combined by work programs related to linguistics such as Sima'i wal Tarjamah and Tazwidul Mufradat.

Abstract:
This article is aim to analyze the appropriated of Nahwu Book to educated someone who want to learn arabic language easily. This book created by Agus Shohib Khoironi, Lc in 2001 by using Mustaqilli method for the teaching arabic language. In analizing this book, this research is a library research then analyzing by nahwu material analysis, in the other side, this research also analyzing with conducting four principles of William F. Mackey’s theory which includes: repetition, presentation, gradation, and selection. From the results of the analysis of the nahwu material in the book Audhohul Manahij Fi Mu'jam Qowaidul Lughoh Al-Arabiyah, it was found that the preparation of this book was in accordance with Mackey's theory of gradation, selection, presentation and repetition. The nahwu material is arranged in a coherent way from a discussion of the basic nahwu qoidah to more depth, starting with the kalam chapter to the Jama 'Taksir chapter in the first part of this book, which consists of 14 discussion chapters.

Abstract:
 تحليل الأخطاء (Error analysis) Error analysis is one of the applicable language disciplines that can be used to determine the level of language errors of a student when learning a foreign language, in this case is Arabic Language. تحليل الأخطاء '(Error analysis) is important to be carried out by teachers, such as teachers who teach the subject matter of al-Khath wa al-Imla', in order to determine students' abilities in writing Arabic, so that with Error analysis they can analyze student errors and then determine teaching materials and learning methods, what he will do. The results of this study are that the errors that occur in the Arabic writing of the students are divided into two, namely: 1) الأغلاط (errors) that fall into the Aghlath Error category (الغلاط), for example, writing the letters incorrectly because the sound is not clear, or students are less focused in hearing what the teacher says, 2) الأخطاء that fall into the Akhto mistakes category are errors caused by students' missunderstanding of language rules, for example two words that should be separated, joined, words that should start with أل, don't use أل

Abstract:
This research started from learning at Al-Badriyah Islamic Boarding School which since established applying Sorogan Method in some lesson kitab turats, the students and the graduates proved to have the ability to understand the Qur'an and religious books needed in the community, therefore the graduates of Al-Badriyah Islamic Boarding School have a role in religious field in society, and some graduates have successfully established educational institution, this proves that the study of book in Al-Badriyah Islamic Boarding School done well, one way learn kitab turats in this Islamic Boarding School using the Sorogan Method. This study aims to know and analyze: 1). the implementation of Sorogan Method in Al-Badriyah Islamic Boarding School Sundak Rarang East Lombok. 2). the students ability in reading kitab turats by using Sorogan Method at Al-Badriyah Islamic Boarding School Sundak Rarang East Lombok from 2014 until 2017. This research is a case study research using qualitative research approach, that is research which have characteristic that its data is natural phenomenon and oral information. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that: 1). The implementation of the Sorogan method is realized with two ways. (a). One student called to go forward to become readers and mean while other friends listening then explained by teacher, all students get turn to progressing to become a reader and not all students get a turn in a meeting of learning but usually the reader 2 to 3 students because of time limitations, while the student who have not got a turn at the learning meeting will get a turn in the next week. The students read the book in his study in front of the teachers then on the sidelines of the reading student sometimes he was asked by his teacher about how to read nahwu and sharafnya, after then teacher give explanation about the discussion at that time. 2). While the ability of students in reading kitab turats with sorogan method is very good and continue to increase because the student continue to get improvements and additional knowledge in reading the kitab turats, but the number of students who follow lesson in particular lesson kitab turats with sorogan method less.
