Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak dari deskripsi pekerjaan bagi karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan pada 16 jurnal nasional berakreditasi pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 17 artikel yang membahas mengenai deskripsi pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode charting the field yang dikembangkan oleh (Hesford et al., 2007). Penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan topik, metode penelitian, dan sektor penelitian. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti dari variabel dependen adalah variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang paling banyak diteliti adalah variabel deskripsi pekerjaan. Metode penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan sebagian besar penelitian dilakukan pada sektor swasta. Peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mencari tahu pengaruh kompetensi SDM dengan 3 variabel didalamnya yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan pada kinerja yang dihasilkan SDM UMKM di Magelang Tengah. Populasi yang diambil menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 82 sampel ppenelitian. Data didapat dari kuisioner dan wawancara singkat kepada responden. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas untuk kuisioner terlebih dahulu. Kemudian pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis korelasi dan determinasi selanjutnya menguji menggunakan Analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 20 dan Microsoft Excel. Penelitian ini menjawab bahwa secara parsial variabel pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sedangkan 2 variabel lain yaitu keterampilan dan kemampuan berpengaruh pada kinerja SDM UMKM. Secara simultan variabel kompetensi SDM berpengaruh pada kinerja SDM UMKM di Magelang Tengah. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan penelitian yaitu objek dari penelitian ini dirasa masi kurang luas cakupannya hanya pada Magelang Tengah saja. Pada kondisi lapangan kita melihat bahwa tidak semua pelaku UMKM paham mengenai kompetensi SDM.

Research is focused to analyze the influence of human resources, participation in the preparation of the budget, and the preparation of the budget Toward Financial Management Accounting Management system of village in South Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara province. This research was conducted because the village Government apparatus in the financial management of the village has not been in accordance with the applicable provisions. This research is expected to be beneficial to the Government of the village of South Central Timor Regency province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) in an attempt to improve the financial management of the village is effectively and efficiently in order to improve the performance of the apparatus of Government village in South Central Timor Regency. Research conducted in six villages that existed in South Central Timor Regency implementing financial management as the location of the village. Data sources are some of the apparatus of Government, composed of the head of the village, the village Secretary, Financial Development, Kasie Kaur, and Kasie Kesra. Research done by disseminating a questionnaire in the form of a statement for the content and manner of doing observations about the financial management of the village. The results showed that for the planning and execution of the financial management of the village, already revealed the existence of a Village financial management accountable and transparent, but the Administration is still required the existence of a coaching more, because not yet fully comply with the provisions. The main obstacle is not yet effectively coaching apparatus of Government and the competence of human resources are adequate, so still need coaching and mentoring from BPMPD as local government authorities on an ongoing basis.

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis disiplin kerja dan kapasitas produktivitas kerja dalam UMKM Tahu Rejeki Baroka Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif. Survei ini memakai data utama berdasarkan 50 responden menjadi sampel yg dipilih dari simple secara acak sampling. Data yg dimiliki dianalisis memakai SPSS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa masih ada efek yg signifikan dalam saat yg bersamaan. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan buat variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel kapasitas kerja berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja UMKM Tahu Rejeki Barokah. Hasil penelitian ini menaruh akibat administratif bagi pemilik UMKM Tahu Rejeki Barokah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja karyawan dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Selain itu, karyawan perlu memperhatikan disiplin kerja agar pekerjaannya tetap produktif. Meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan operasional agar terlaksana dengan baik, berkembang dan berkelanjutan.

Business development strategy is very important in supporting the sustainability of existing businesses. One of the application development strategies carried out in the chocolate tempe business in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with analytical techniques, namely the IFE matrix, EFE, SWOT matrix and QSPM. The research took place at the De Tempe Chocolate Company, Malang City. The results obtained by the strategy that can be carried out by the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company are as follows. The SO strategy at the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company can be done by adding machines to be able to utilize tempe as a high selling power. In the WO strategy, the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company can do promotions or marketing through social media so that more visitors will visit the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company. As for the ST strategy, the Tempe De Konco Chocolate Company can do it by adding product differentiation to make it more varied. For the WT strategy, it can be done by adding cooperation partners.

The banking sector as part of the financial system plays an important role as an intermediary institution for sectors involved in the economy, therefore the soundness of banks needs serious attention because it involves the interests of many related parties, both owners, government, and society. banking service users. This study discusses the assessment of the effectiveness of the financial performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Negara Indonesia using financial ratios for the 2016-2020 period. The results showed that in terms of the ratio of CAR, Gross NPL, and LDR, BRI and BNI banks met the financial performance effectiveness standards according to Bank Indonesia. BRI's ROA and ROE ratios meet the financial performance effectiveness standards according to the OJK, while BNI's bank for 2020 has not been effective. BRI's NIM ratio is said to be effective while BNI's bank is not effective in 2017-2020. Likewise for the BOPO ratio, the BRI banking BOPO ratio is not effective in 2019-2020. BNI's BOPO ratio for the last five years has not met the financial effectiveness standards according to the OJK. In general, there is no significant difference between the level of effectiveness of the financial performance of BRI and BNI banks.

The Kupang City Health Office is an accounting entity from the Kupang City Government which is obliged to carry out accounting and accountability reports for the implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget by compiling financial reports in the form of Budget Realization Reports (LRA), Balance Sheets, and Notes to Financial Statements abbreviated as CALK. This type of research is quantitative using the SEM-PLS analysis tool. The informants in this study were employees who work in the Health Department of Kupang City.The results showed that The results of the descriptive analysis of all the variables in this research were in the good category, so that the management of the Health Department needed to maintain the system that was already running and they needed to improve their work performance so that in the future it could be even better, Planning variable significantly influence with the budget policies variable of the Health Department of Kupang City, The planning variable does not significantly influence the budget realization variable, The implementation variable has a significant influence with the budget policies variable, The implementation variable does not significantly influence the budget realization variable, Budget policies variable significantly influence budget realization variable, Budget planning variable indirectly through budget policies has a significant influence on budget realization, Budget implementation variable indirectly through the budget policies significantly influence the budget realization.Based on the results of this research, it is suggested that in running the plan, the Health Department of Kupang City should use achievement data as the estimate and the budget in planning needs to be increased, in the budget implementation of Health Department of Kupang City it is important to pay attention about coordination in the inclusion of APBD draft documents so that budget discipline can run properly, related to the budget realization of the Health Department of Kupang City, it should pay more attention to activities that involve many people

This study aims to determine the effect of Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) (Case Study at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur)”. Data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. The population in this study was PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur, and the sample studied was 49 respondents (49 quarters of the research variables) with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are: descriptive and inferential with simple linear regression analysis tools and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that partially the BOPO (X1) and NPL (X2) variables have a negative and significant effect on ROA of Bank NTT; while LDR (X3) has no significant effect on Bank NTT's ROA. Simultaneously, the BOPO, NPL, and LDR variables affect the ROA of NTT Bank.

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of the board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee, and company size on the company's financial performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study are state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2020 with a total of 20 companies. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique, the criteria determined were state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2020, companies publishing annual reports successively for the period 2014-2020, which can be accessed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www. idx.co.id) or can be accessed from the website of each company, and the Company publishes all data needed for research analysis. Based on the sample selection process, there were 13 companies that were sampled with a 7 year research period so that the number of samples was 91 samples. The results of this study are the board of directors and the audit committee have an effect on the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, the board of commissioners and the size of the company have no effect on the company's financial performance.

This study examined the influence of competence and well-being on the productivity of pharmaceutical personnel in the city of Magelang. This research uses a quantitative approach. The study used primary data from 100 respondents as a sample selected by a simple random sampling method. The collected data is analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Research shows that competence and well-being simultaneously affect employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, while well-being has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the study provide management implications for the welfare of Magerland City Pharmacy by developing employee welfare program policies to increase productivity. We want the pharmacies we operate to thrive and sustainably with increased productivity.
