Abstract:
Penulis mengamati dan mengikuti pemberitaan baik dari media cetak maupun media elektronika (TV) mereka yang melakukan “tawuran” kasusnya adalah berasal dari sekolah-sekolah umum dan perguruan tinggi umum. Belum melihat maupun mendengar bahwa mereka yang melakukan “tawuran” dari siswa-siswa sekolah elite, madrasah atau Pondok Pesantren. Dari fonomena tersebut diatas memunculkan berbagai spekulasi dan solusi untuk mengatasi atas kejadian itu dengan mencoba berbagai alternative pemecahan diantaranya membuka atau merubah sekolah “biasa” menjadi sekolah elite, modern atau Boarding School Manajemen mutu pendidikan dalam artikel ini merupakan sebuah kajian kritis mengenai bagaiman sebuah pendidikan persekolahan harus dikelola secara efektif, efisien, berkeadilan untuk mewujudkan sebagaimana yang diharapkan, tidak melahirkan anak-anak yang tidak bermoral dan mereka menjadi “preman“ jalanan yang gemar sekali melakukan “tawuran” Kata Kunci : Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan, Tawuran Pelajar dan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract:
This paper aims to reveal a school branding model based on Pesantren in SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo is one of the formal schools based on pesantren which applies Branding Image in enhancing its image. The results of the research on the Branding Image model which is applied in Islamic boarding school-based schools Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo are through 4 main things which include; marketing communication (marketing commonication), consumption experiences, social influences and figures and charisma of kyai.

Abstract:
This research was intended to reveal in-depth the management of educational innovations in the Islamic Primary Full Day School Cahaya Qolbu Subang. This research was a qualitative field research. Data collection techniques used in-depth observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through inductive analysis methods to draw conclusions about events or things from the data that have been collected, and compare them and then generalize or be drawn towards general conclusions. Data analysis techniques were done through inductive analysis methods to make conclusions from the collected data, and compare them then generalize them or conclude them in general. The research findings showen that the management of educational innovations was carried out through the process of management of school resources to realize educational goals through curriculum innovations applying correlated curriculum, human resource innovation through personnel management. Learning innovation was done by integration between curriculum of school and madrasa. This innovation emphasized integration in the application of learning methods to maximize all student domains and integrate active participation and involvement in the learning environment, namely schools, homes and communities.

Abstract:
The education that parents want for their children today is not only having intellectual intelligence, but also being balanced with spiritual intelligence. So this study aims to determine how much influence the leadership of madrasa leaders on religious cultural habituation in MTs Al-Nur Cirebon City. This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects of this study were students and teachers taken only 38 people by means of the stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires with Likert scale models and documentation studies. The validity test was carried out using the construct test technique and the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. While the reliability test is used by the Alpha method formula. The number of valid items for the madrasah headship variable is 33 items, while the number of valid items for the religious cultural habituation variable is 31 statement items. Prerequisite analysis test uses normality test, linearity test. Then the data are analyzed using a simple linear regression formula. The significance level is set at 5%. Based on the results of calculations and analysis, it was concluded that the magnitude of the influence of madrasa head leadership on religious cultural habituation was relatively low with a correlation coefficient r of 0.390. While the contribution of the influence of madrasa head leadership to religious cultural habituation in MTs Al-Nur Cirebon City was only 15.2%. Abstract:
Achievement of educational goals is seen from the role of leadership and work discipline of the administrative staff. The facts in the field of leadership carried out by the head of the regional coordinator at the Regional Coordinator for Education in the Sumber District, Cirebon Regency, have not been going well so that it will have an impact on the work discipline of administrative personnel. This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the regional coordinator on the work discipline of administrative personnel in the Regional Coordinator for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The technical data analysis used descriptive analysis and the chi square test. Based on the results of the questionnaire calculation at the KORWIL for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency, that: 1) The Leadership of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is very strong, 2) The Work Discipline of Administrative Personnel at KORWIL in the Education Sector, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is very strong, 3 ) It was found that there was an influence between the leadership of the regional coordinator on the work discipline of administrative personnel in the Regional Coordinator for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency, which was classified as positively related to the good category.Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Administrative Personnel

Abstract:
The role of the principal is a significant factor in improving the quality of learning, so that if the role of the principal is good the school's success will be achieved. The problem in this study is the Implementation of Academic Supervision of School Principals as an Effort to Improve Learning Quality has not been carried out optimally due to the busy schedule of principals and the readiness of teachers in receiving supervision conducted by school principals. This study aims to find out more about the Implementation of Academics Supervision of School Principals in an Effort to Improve the Quality of Learning in SDN 1 Orimalang. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were the principal, teachers, and TU staff. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity is done through a credibility test. Data analysis using an interactive model has four stages namely the stage of data collection, the reduction stage, the display stage, and the stage of drawing conclusions or verification. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Implementation of School Principal Academic Supervision as an Effort to Improve the Quality of Learning in SDN 1 Orimalang has gone well, planned, and scheduled. Academic supervision is carried out using individual and group techniques such as class visits, class observations, meetings, private conversations, seminars / workshops, and upgrading. Abstract:
Principals' leadership which can be interpreted as the way or effort of the principal in influencing, encouraging, guiding, directing and moving the behavior of others and making a change in more positive direction in seeking the quality and success of educational goals. The principal carries out his duties and responsibilities as a leader, how the role of the principal will greatly influence the development of the Qur'anic learning process at school.This study aims to examine the influence of school principal leadership on the development of Al-Qur'an Reading (BTQ) students in the Nahdlatul Ulama Vocational High School (SMK NU) Raudlatul Muta’allimin Singaraja Indramayu. This research method is quantitative. The study population was all students of SMK NU Raudlatul Muta’allimin Singaraja Indramayu in the academic year 2018/2019 which were 123 students. From this population, 32 students were selected to be sampled with stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the principal's leadership significantly influenced the development of reading and writing Al-Qur'an (BTQ) students at SMK NU Raudlatul Muta’allimin Singaraja Indramayu. Abstract:
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menjelaskan Sejarah Pengembangan Masjid Raya Brebes, (2) untuk menjelaskan Manajemen dan Konstruksi Masjid Raya Brebes, (3) menjelaskan peran dakwah di bidang agama, pendidikan dan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode historis yang meliputi empat langkah penelitian, yaitu: (1) Heuristik (kumpulan sumber. Dalam penelitian ini sumber diperoleh melalui sumber lisan, sumber tertulis dan objek). (2) Kritik (Verifikasi) adalah penilaian sumber Pada tahap kritik dilakukan kritik eksternal dan internal sehingga fakta sejarah akan diperoleh. Pada kritik eksternal peneliti benar-benar memilih sumber untuk kredibilitas penelitian dan ada kritik internal peneliti menggambarkan fakta sejarah secara terperinci. Pada tahap ini peneliti mulai menafsirkan atau memberi makna, dan (4) Historiografi (penulisan sejarah), yaitu menyusun deskripsi berdasarkan fakta sejarah yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Masjid Agung Brebes dibangun pada tahun 1836 dengan luas 666m2 yang dibangun oleh Bupati Brebes Raden Ariya Singasari Pranatayuda I, pada akhir masa pemerintahannya. (2) Manajemen Yayasan Masjid Agung Brebes dan Konstruksi bangunan yang dipertahankan setelah melalui renovasi pada tahun 1931/1942 dan 2007/2010, seperti mihrab asli, liwan, drum, kubah dan langit-langit dari hasil renovasi kedua (1931/1942). (3) Peran Dakwah Masjid Agung Brebes di Bidang Agama, Pendidikan dan Masyarakat. (2) Criticism (Verification) is assessment of sources At the critics stage external and internal criticisms are carried out so that historical facts will be obtained At external critics the researcher really chooses the sources for the credibility of the research and there is internal criticism the researchers describe historical facts in detail.In this stage the researcher begins to interpret or give meaning , and (4) Historiography (writing history), namely compiling a description based on historical facts obtained.The results of this study are (1) the Great Mosque of Brebes was built in 1836 with an area of 666m2 which was built by the Regent of Brebes Raden Ariya Singasari Pranatayuda I, at the end of his reign. (2) Management of the Brebes Great Mosque Foundation and Construction of buildings that were maintained after going through renovations in 1931/1942 and 2007/2010, such as the original mihrab, liwan, drum, dome and ceiling from the results of the second renovation (1931 / 1942). Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Perencanaan pemasaran pendidikan 2) Pelaksanaan pemasaran pendidikan 3) Pengendalian pemasaran pendidikan 4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan 5) solusi mengatasi hambatan implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan (6) citra sekolah sebelum implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan (7) peningkatan citra sekolah setelah implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat, solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan, citra sekolah sebelum implementasi manajemen pemasaran dan citra sekolah setelah implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan. Abstract:
Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal bertujuan membentuk manusia yang berkepribadian, dalam mengembangkan intelektual peserta didik dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimipin pendidikan perannya sangat penting untuk membantu guru dan muridnya. Di dalam kepemimpinnya kepala harus dapat memahami, mengatasi dan memperbaiki kekurangan-kekurangan yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, salah satunya dengan mengoptimalkan fungsi kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor. Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor harus mewujudkan kemampuan menyusun, dan melaksanakan program supervisi pendidikan, serta memanfaatkan hasilnya. Kemampuan menyusun program supervisi pendidikan harus diwujudkan dalam penyusunan program supervisi kelas, pengembangan program supervisi untuk kegiatan ekstra kurikuler, pengembangan program supervisi perpustakaan, laboratorium, dan ujian. Kemampuan melaksanakan program supervisi pendidikan harus diwujudkan dalam pelaksanaan program supervisi klinis, program supervisi nonklinis, dan program supervisi kegiatan ekstra kurikuler. Sedangkan kemampuan memanfaatkan hasil supervisi pendidikan harus diwujudkan dalam pemanfaatan hasil supervisi untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan, dan pemanfaatan hasil supervisi untuk mengembangkan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Supervisor, Supervisi Kelas, Supervisi Pendidikan. ABSTRACT As organization of formal education, school has the aim to form human being having good personality. To develop intellectual student in order to make our people more diligent. The Principal as educational leader has key position to help teacher and student. In his leadership, Principal must understand, solve and repaire school field deficiency, one of them is optimalizing functions of Principal as supervisor. A principal as supervisor has to actualize composing ability, apply educational supervision program, and benefit its outcome. Ability to compose educational supervision program must be actualized in composing supervision class program, development of eks-school supervision program, development of library supervision program, laboratory and examination. Ability to apply educational supervision program must be actualized in realizing clinic and non clinic supervision program and also eks-school supervision program. Whereas ability to benefit supervision yield to rise up occupation of education manpower and benefit of supervision yield for developing school.
