Abstract:
Lndikator kinerja utama (KPI) banyak digunakan dalam sistem perusahaan yang berkembang dan maju. KPI digunakan untuk mengukur parameter dasar yang mencirikan fungsi organisasi. Pengukuran efisiensi produksi terlepas dari pilihan metode optimasi, elemen kunci dari metodologi penulis dalam merancang sistem produksi. Indikator kinerja utama (KPI) biasanya digunakan di industri untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan memprioritaskan pekerjaan di seluruh portofolio. KPI memiliki penilaian yang sangat obyektif terkait dengan rekomendasi keputusan yang harus diambil dalam memajukan organisasi agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah digariskan pada bagian sebelumnya dan berhasil menginformasikan. Dalam jurnal review ini tertulis pandangan penggunaan KPI di berbagai bidang industri tidak hanya bersifat besar tetapi juga menilai tingkat kepuasan dalam suatu profesi atau tindakan yang biasa dilakukan dalam organisasi. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan pentingnya penilaian yang sistematis dan obyektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan hasil dalam suatu kegiatan.

Abstract:
Occupational health and safety is one of the necessary things in the industrial world. The problems that arose in the industrial era were the need for workers and increased productivity to be able to produce quality products. Health conditions and the availability of employee safety protections can affect work productivity. So that the safety and work safety culture in the workplace can be realized and can increase the safety performance index, an approach is implemented in the form of methods that can be applied to all organizations in the enterprise, one of which is behavior-based safety methods. The analysis of the data obtained shows that the factors that cause work accidents due to behavior are taken from the validity test, namely the factors of perception, communication and environment, because these three factors are very easily ignored by employees and company management. Environmental factors and personal protective equipment have no effect on work accidents as management always provides periodic education to its employees and enforces strict rules on the use of personal protective equipment. The magnitude of the influence of the variables studied in Behavior-Based safety in an effort to improve safe behavior was 79.7% and the remaining 20.3% was influenced by other unexamined items. The value of 79.7% consists of perception, communication and environment.

Abstract:
ABSTRAK – Performance Prism telah diimplemetasikan pada berbagai bidang usaha, karena termasuk metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, kajian literatur secara sistematis diperlukan, untuk memberi informasi kepada penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya mengenai implementasi Performance Prism yang telah dilakukan. Literatur yang diidentifikasi meliputi 36 jurnal nasional dan 4 jurnal internasional dari Indonesia, dengan rentang publikasi dari tahun 2011 hingga 2020. Implementasi Performance Prism yang ditemukan, didominasi pada Industri makanan, apparel, dan bahan konstruksi, serta jasa penyedia air baku dan pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu, Performance Prism diimplemetasikan pula pada Lembaga pendidikan yaitu Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Perguruan Tinggi. Implementasi Performance Prism dalam literatur yang ditemukan, diintegrasikan dengan 4 metode lain yang dominan yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Objective Matrix (OMAX), Traffic Light System (TLS), serta Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats (SWOT). Manfaat implementasi Performance Prism dari literatur yang ditemukan, terdiri dari pengukuran tingkat kepentingan perspektif stakeholder dan performance indicator, serta penentuan Key Performance Indicator dan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract:
Safety risk assessment in dams is a traditional and modern approach to the engineering process of dams on safety systems so as to produce a design history that has a good overall record and integrity. With this approach for both old and new dams, this safety risk assessment aims to determine whether the risk the hazard can be tolerated or not, if it cannot be tolerated then there must be a solution for action to reduce the risk of danger so that the safety of the dam can be obtained. The existing risk assessment can be used as the basis for the construction of the dam to its maintenance, in this study discussed risk assessment safety on dams located in several countries such as in Asia, Europe and America. The methods implemented include the preparation of safety risks, risk analysis, risk evaluation and safety risk management. Based on research results The main risk factor that causes safety responsibilities is the Contractor's responsibility, namely the Non-technical project factor (40.54%), the 2nd rank is the Undecided Responsibility due to internal technical factors (35.13%), the 3rd rank is the technical project factor namely Contractor's Responsibility (10.8%), Rank 4 is external technical factor and external non-technical factor, the last risk factor is internal non-technical factor (2.7%) namely Joint Responsibility. Abstract:
Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is a performance evaluation method used to measure industrial equipment productivity as a key performance indicator. This literature study aims to identify, categorize, and synthesize research related to the application, study and analysis of OEE in various industrial fields. The literature review was carried out systematically, structured and directed manner on 35 journals in Asia in the last eight years. Covering OEE's core characteristics and synergizing the strengths of the improvement framework, this study will provide a systematic guide to OEE practitioners in implementing improvements that can be used to identify areas for future development and as a reference for further research.

Abstract:
This article will review several articles that use the PDCA method in overcoming production problems in various institutions. The method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. PDCA method is an appropriate method in identifying problems in various institutions. The application of the PDCA method to service institutions is not only appropriate in assessing service quality, but can also be applied to program assessments such as the Blended Learning program at educational institutions. The results of applying the PDCA method make the company more efficient, effective and can be apply in a sustainable manner in controlling the production process.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeliminasi waste pada lini produksi machining cast wheel dengan implementasi konsep lean manufacturing. Metode lean manufacturing yang digunakan adalah Waste Assessment Model (WAM) untuk identifikasi waste pada proses manufaktur dan Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) untuk memilih mapping tools yang digunakan dalam analisis waste. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan tiga rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu modifikasi desain soft jaw mesin OP 20 (facing dan boring), aplikasi metode sampling pada proses OP 40 (leak test), dan penggabungan proses OP 70/OP 60 (washing). Hasil evaluasi rekomendasi didapatkan perbaikan pada lini produksi machining cast wheel berupa peningkatan kapasitas produksi menjadi 1,350 set per hari, penurunan reject rate menjadi 2%, dan efisiensi man power sebanyak 3 orang

Abstract:
The development of the culinary business in Indonesia is currently quite rapid. One effort that can be done in the face of fierce product competition is through packaging design. The packaging used to package is not attractive because it is in the form of packaging with ordinary Styrofoam (PS or Polystyrene). Besides, the packaging is easily damaged in the lock and cannot be tightly closed, making it difficult for consumers when they want to consume porridge while on the way and do not have a clear identity to represent the brand of Kabayan Chicken Porridge. This study aims to provide recommendations for designing Kabayan Chicken Porridge packaging using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Data processing uses the product planning stage by preparing the House of Quality (HOQ) and the design deployment stage. After processing the data in the two stages of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), 24 critical parts were used as a reference in the design of Kabayan Chicken Porridge Take Away packaging. The recommended recommendations are paper bowl packaging which is waterproof, easily distributed, uses attractive fonts, uses attractive colors and does not conflict with product characteristics, uses easy-to-open and closed lid covers, displays product photos, displays manufacturer information, and displays the logo.

Abstract:
Culinary business in Bekasi is growing more and more, both cafes or other fast food restaurants. This encourages entrepreneurs, investors to do culinary business. One of the fast food culinary businesses is the XYZ cafe. This study discusses the analysis of service quality in XYZ cafe about voice of customers to increase customer satisfaction at XYZ cafe. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority scale to increase the customers satisfaction based on the voice of customer and know what technical requirements should be given by cafe XYZ to does what customers need . The method used is the QFD, using the matrix house of quality. The results of this study are 15 Voice OF customer attributes that have also been sorted by priority scale of improvement, with the first priority being the taste of delicious and fresh and there are 8 attributes of technical requirements. Abstract:
XYZ merupakan perusahaan dalam bidang industry machiningand engineering. Spesialisasi PT. XYZ adalah dalam manufacturing press parts, dies, jigs, machinery and construction. salah satu produknya yaitu Crank shaft. terdapat sejumlah jenis defect yang melebihi standar toleransi perusahaan. Selama periode Maret hingga Agustus telah ditemukan produk defect sebanyak 1,139 pcs. Six sigma adalah metode yang digunakan untuk pengendalian kualitas, memiliki tujuan untuk menghilangkan cacat produk dan mengurangi biaya. Terdapat lima jenis defect yang ditemukan yakni patah, baret, oversize, longgar, dan aus. Dengan diagram pareto diketahui bahwa ada empat jenis defect crankshaft paling dominan yaitu: baret 29,41%, patah 26.42% aus 16,06%, dan longgar 14,31%. Dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor utama dari terjadinya defect adalah bagian mata pisau yang digunakan pada mesin tidak sesuai standar, perawatan mesin kurang maksimal, kurangnya ventilasi udara, dan kualitas bahan baku yang rendah
