Abstract:
An organization, be it a company or a government, expects its goals to be achieved with optimal results by implementing the best service, one of which is in the administration department. One of the services provided is correspondence management, this is a very important service in maintaining information. between companies or governments, this service should be carried out effectively which is the main focus, in the Pasar Baru kelurahan, Tangerang City continues to strive for the best service in terms of managing incoming and outgoing mail, but in Pasar Baru kelurahan it is still not entirely computerized and still uses manual recording , with this background the author analyzes the best and appropriate solution to overcome it by creating an information system for managing incoming and outgoing mail. ng accurate, precise and efficient.

Abstract:
Seek knowledge and earn income by local people but also people from outside Tegal. This of course will make people from inside and outside Tegal look for temporary housing or boarding houses until their education or work is complete. The problem of finding boarding houses for students, employees, and the general public has become a classic problem that appears every year. Surely this is due to the unavailability of good information for boarding house seekers. Currently, the search for boarding houses for students, employees, or the general public still relies on information obtained from friends and other people. This is reversed during the current millennial revolution which is growing i. To find out the location of the desired boarding house, an application is needed which will later be made with the Basic4Android application. Basic4Android programming is a programming language which is one of the easiest to learn and develop until now. Basic4Android is a programming science developed in software and developed by the company Anywhere Software Ltd.

Abstract:
This research was made with the aim of building an information system for processing cultural data in government agencies. The case study of this research is at a special government agency for the Tangerang area, to be precise at the Disporabudpar (Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism) Tangerang Regency. This service has important tasks, namely preparing policies, coordinating, fostering and controlling in the field of Culture. In carrying out their duties, both in programs and in cultural activities, they usually include the activities of compiling, collecting and analyzing data and information. For now, this Tangerang Regency Disporabudpar government agency does not yet have a computerized information system in managing cultural data and there is no use of a database system regarding cultural data, so that the data storage process is still manual and still not effective in terms of security. These data are only stored in ordinary documents, so they are less than optimal and ineffective in the processing of cultural data. In this study, the CodeIgniter Framework is used, which is a powerful PHP framework that is elegantly built to create a full-featured Web application. For the analytical method, this study applies the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Services) method in order to create a more optimal design of information systems in presenting data and information, especially Cultural Data in government agencies.

Abstract:
Reduce customer turnover or departure to other competitors. CRM system at PT. Wingoh Albinda still uses semi-computerization, namely Microsoft excel in managing its data, causing several problems in terms of late service, the response to customers is not optimal. This study presents an analysis of web-based CRM development on a marketing information system at PT. Wingoh Albinda. The result is a web-based CRM system that can manage customer data, product promotions, product sales data and customer service management which is used to store customer inquiries, complaints and ratings to create good relationships with customers. This system is expected to maintain good relations with customers.

Abstract:
Primkokas has assets used for daily operational activities. The asset has an economic lifespan of more than one year and is not for resale. In this case, the company will manage the asset into a long-term investment called fixed assets. Fixed assets require a management and special policy in calculating depreciation by using the double declining method. The result of this study is in calculating depreciation using the double declining balance method is done by multiplying the depreciation rate twice the accelerated depreciation rate from the initial book value each year. the amount of acquisition costs minus accumulated depreciation.

Abstract:
Technological developments continue to grow rapidly. in any field such as economic, social, transportation and others participate in technological developments. Many consumers demand industrial development to be able to meet all their needs quickly and with quality, so we need a facility that can assist in carrying out the production of the intended needs. Currently the running system is still using Microsoft Excel in making reports in the furniture production sector, this section really needs a technology that can facilitate its work effectively and efficiently. In making reports, officers experience difficulties so that it takes a long time and prior to processing, they must obtain approval from the supervisor in charge so that they can be processed to the next stage, namely the production stage. then we need a system as a medium to assist officers in making reports and make it easier to approve reports and provide convenience to officers in finding and storing data that has been made. The framework used in designing reporting research applications is the CodeIgniter framework as a framework for creating a system or application, the programming language uses Javascript, CSS and PHP. With this application, it is hoped that the system can provide a sense of comfort in working and ease of reporting.

Abstract:
PT. Citra Banjar Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of Raw Material goods for the needs of making extra high voltage overhead line towers or what we know as SUTET. The problems that occur at PT. Citra Banjar Abadi at this time is for the warehouse information system, especially for data processing, it still uses Ms. Excel, so it has risks in terms of security and lack of guaranteed accuracy of data items, etc. The system analysis method used is the SWOT method which is suitable to be applied in this research, then the system design method is described by UML diagrams, programming language with PHP, database using MySQL and programming software with Sublime and XAMPP. The application of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) information system created from this research is expected to be the right solution to solve existing problems, because the purpose of implementing this WMS is to make ongoing business processes more effective, time and resource efficient.

Abstract:
The decision support system is very influential on the company's strategy in deciding a recommendation program that can overcome sales competition that changes according to trends every time and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a drastic decline in sales and consumer attractiveness in the period January - March 2020, this is a a warning and a threat to the company that sales competition is getting bigger. PT. MSD is a distributor of kitchen utensils and middle-up fashion products from various well-known brands such as Jansport, Butterfly Twist, Thermos, Serena, Bodum, Arcoroc Luminarc and so on. Sales competition factors and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak faced by PT. MSD triggers the company to prepare a new sales program with a product bundling strategy as an innovative promotion. The application of the K-Means and Apriori methods to the product bundling strategy was obtained from the results of Market Basket Analysis and sales data of PT. MSD to produce selected product recommendations that are clustered systematically and measurably so that PT. MSD can increase sales and consumer attractiveness with a choice of recommended products that consumers need.

Abstract:
Information system needs cover almost all areas of life. Accurate, fast, and relevant information is needed in organizations. But in reality, due to the lack or limited use of information systems, sometimes it is not in sync with the wishes and expectations that are to be realized. Disporabudpar Tangerang Regency is an organization that needs to develop information technology that can change its data processing. The athlete data processing system at Disporabudpar is still in the form of manual files using documents and the stored data is still in the form of Ms. Word and Excel. This can slow down the process of inputting and processing data as well as the risk of errors and inaccuracies in writing which can cause the reporting process to take a lot of time. The research analysis method uses Waterfall and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design method based on the PHP programming language with MySQL database. Due to the above, a web-based athlete data processing information system is needed to be implemented at the Tangerang Disporabudpar.

Abstract:
Automated parking systems are indispensable in managing parking and to facilitate the management of parking areas. The existing parking system at Scientia Residences Tangerang is still carried out by entering the vehicle number into the computer by the operator, then printing, this means that the parking ticket given to residents and guests of Scientia Residence Tangerang is in the form of parking paper containing the vehicle number and data when the vehicle entered the parking lot. in these residences. Problems occur when parking attendants carry out parking transactions which are prone to data input errors and other errors. Making an automatic parking system is the best choice to provide solutions to existing problems. The final result of this research is the architectural design of an automatic parking system that uses Arduino Uno to be implemented at Scientia Residences Tangerang with the aim of saving time and improving the performance of the parking attendants of the residences.
