This study aims to analyze the new normal policy implementation during Covid-19 to deliverance the economy of Indonesia. New normal is one of the options to become a milestone in Indonesia's economic revival. The government has decided to run a new normal policy to encourage economic recovery. Although, the Covid-19 pandemic has not shown any signs of ending. Previously the handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia by seeking social distancing to large-scale social restrictions. However, this policy seems to make the economy in Indonesia stuck, so the government's step is to implement new normal. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive, with secondary data obtained from various sources such as government websites, journals, books, and online media. As a result, this new normal policy is aimed at all business sectors. To support this policy, the government has made working guidelines in new normal situations. If economic activity returns, the most noticeable impact will be reduced unemployment and the availability of various jobs. Therefore, people's purchasing power is expected to recover as before the Covid-19 pandemic emerged. New normal activity amid the Covid-19 pandemic is like two sides of a coin. On the one hand, there is the potential to boost the economy; however, there is a risk of increasing the coronavirus's positive cases. This study found that health protocols can be easily formulated, but implementation may not be comfortable in the field. For this reason, various multidisciplinary studies need to be considered by the government in implementing the new normal policy.

In this paper the author will discuss the pros and cons of the deliberation process of Law no. 8 of 2016 the hospitality of the nation that caters to people with disabilities, whether it is difficult access to public facilities, being excluded, etc. So that in this paper the author will look at whether the new law rules suit the needs of persons with disabilities, and when this rule is made, whether legislators are involved with people with disabilities in the law-making process, and what are the reasons the legislators change this regulation. . The method used in this paper uses normative law, the data used comes from the results of previous research, news or newspapers, laws. The results of this paper indicate that the making of laws is based on the needs of persons with disabilities. In addition, in the process, many actors, NGOs are involved to see the needs of persons with disabilities.

The title of this research is �Coordination Between The Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Horticultural with Agricultural Extension Center in Preservation of Rice Varieties Pandanwangi in Cianjur Regency". The problem is focused on the lack of coordination undertaken by the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food Agricultural with Extension Center Horticultural the resulting in lack of optimization in the preservation of Pandanwangi Cianjur rice. Identify the problem of how coordination undertaken between the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Horticulture at the Agricultural Extension Center. The research objective describe and analyze the coordination of the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Horticulture at the Agricultural Extension Centers. The methodology that used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data collection techniques through library research and field studies (interviews, observation). Perform data analysis using data classification phase, doing deepening through in-depth interviews and verified through a search and additions. The related informants is Section Head of Production of Rice, Coordinator of Agricultural Extension Centers, Community Conservation Pandanwangi Rice Cianjur (MP3C), Farmers Rice Pandanwangi Cianjur. The results showed that the coordination is done by the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Agricultural with Agricultural Extension Center in the preservation of rice Pandanwangi not optimal. It can be seen from the less than optimal enforcement of the rules, a lack of integration between each other, building mutual agreements as not optimal and there is some purpose yet implemented. The results are not run optimally, because of all the dimensions that have not been optimally applied research undertaken. The title of this research is : "The Effect of Local Government Policy Implementation on the Effectiveness of Changes in the Public Transportation Route Network in Cianjur Regency". The background of this research is the ineffective implementation of local government policy. This research used an explanation survey with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Cianjur Regency Transportation Service Office, Rawabango Terminal, Pasirhayam Terminal, Main Market, Jalan Siliwangi, Jalan Dr. Muwardi. Collecting data in this research is through survey, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The theory of this research is policy implementation from Mazmanian and Sabartier and for the theory of effectiveness by Siagian. The results of the research showed that there is no affect of the implementation of local government policy on the effectiveness of changes in the network of public transport routes in Cianjur Regency. Marked by the characteristics of the problem can not be identified, then the carrying capacity of regulations and non-regulations that can affect the process of implementation can not be implemented properly.

A participatory and sustainable village development process should actively involve women so that their essential interests can be realized in gender responsive village planning and budgeting and gender budgeting. Consciously, women and girls in supporting village development are quite high. However, qualitatively, village women are less capable and brave enough to convey ideas and criticism in village deliberation forums. The power relations and women's access to village resources are still limited due to the strong authoritarian-faced village oligarchy regime. The presence of authoritarian power relations is also perpetuated by the culture and low levels of education and the experiences of village women. Thus strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups to improve education and skills in various fields is a necessity.

The City of Bandung and Petaling Jaya have collaborated with Sister City in the trade economy sector starting from 2012 and continuing in 2015. MSMEs in Bandung still have many problems running their business and MSMEs are still having difficulty developing. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Techniques based on primary data (interviews and observations), as well as secondary data (literature study). The results of the research on the collaboration strategy of Sister City Bandung City with Petaling Jaya in the economic sector can be said to be not optimal. This can be seen, the lack of awareness of the apparatus' resources towards mastery of English, the apparatus has not realized that language acquisition can improve the quality of employee performance in a collaboration strategy between Sister City and Petaling Jaya in the trade economy sector in the field of MSME products in Bandung City. The two Bandung City Governments do not have a specific strategy to overcome the threats associated with Sister City with Petaling Jaya in the trade economy, the three strategies of cooperation through promotional activities in Petaling Jaya.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengolahan karpet dalam meningkatkan ekonomi di Desa Cikaobandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota pengrajin kesetaraan dan mereka yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Cikaobandung melalui kegiatan pengolahan karpet mengikuti pertemuan pemberdayaan, yaitu menentukan lokasi kawasan, mensosialisasikan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, proses pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan kemandirian masyarakat. Penentuan daerah untuk menentukan bersama di mana pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan. Sosialisasi Kegiatan Pemberdayaan untuk merangkul masyarakat. Proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui implementasi kegiatan pengolahan karpet dengan memproduksi dan memasarkan kesetaraan demi ekonomi. Pada akhirnya kemandirian masyarakat untuk melakukan kualitas dan kualitas produksi, dan memenangkan jaringan wirausaha. Pendapatan orang yang bergabung meningkat. Sebelumnya mereka tidak berpenghasilan, sekarang mereka bisa mendapatkan penghasilan tetap sebesar Rp. 720.000 per bulan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Masyarakat, Limbah, peningkatan, ekonomi

Pada tahun 2013, 2018, dan 2019 terjadi penangkapan terorisme di Kota Cimahi. Kota Cimahi dianggap rawan menjadi tempat persembunyian teroris. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengawasan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cimahi dalam penanggulangan terorisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desktiptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah DaerahKota Cimahi dalam penanggulangan terorisme, melalui Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Kota Cimahi bersinergi dengan pihak kepolisian dan juga masyarakat Kota Cimahi. Melalui Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat, Kesbangpol bersama dengan pihak kepolisian, memberi edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait radikaslime dan terorisme. Baik pihak Kesbapol dan kepolisian, telah memiliki SDM yang berkompeten dalam pengawasan. Hanya saja sejauh ini yang menjadi kekurangan adalah terkait kuantitas dari SDM di kepolisian. Perencanaan pengawasan dalam penanggulangan terorisme di Kota Cimahi dilakukan dengan pemetaan tugas kepada masing-masing unit yang ada di kepolisian. Anggaran khusus untuk penanganan terorisme belum ada. Jadi, kesimpulannya adalah pengawasan penanggulangan di Pemerintah Kota Cimahi dilakukan dengan cara mengajak masyarakat untuk melihat lingkungan sekitarnya, dan apabila ada hal yang mencurigakan bisa langsung melaporkan kepada Pemerintah atau pihak kepolisian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana anggota legislatif perempuan menjalankan fungsi, hak, dan kewajibannya sebagai representasi subtantif dari anggota legislatif perempuan di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. selain itu juga menggunkan kuisioner dengan skala Guttman untuk mendengarkan persepsi pemilih di Daerah Pemilihan masing-masing anggota legislatif perempuan. hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara subtantif anggota legislatif perempuan cukup baik namun belum maksimal dalam mempertanggungjawabkan identitas representasi yang dimiliki. Tanggapan 80 responden dari Daerah Pemilihan masing-masing anggota legislatif perempuan menunjukkan lebih dari setengan responden (63,75%) menyatakan belum puas dengan kinerja anggota legislatif perempuan, dan kurang dari setengah responden (41,45%) menyatakan bahwa anggota legislatif perempuan sudah mengakomodir kepentingan perempuan. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi pengaruh bagi anggota legislatif perempuan dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai representasi perempuan di Kota Tidore Kepulauan yaitu Kapasitas Teknis anggota legislatif perempuan, sistem politik dan sistem pemilu yang mempengaruhi tingkat independensi ke=empatnya.
