Abstract:
Banyak permasalahan pembelajaran secara daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19, salah satunya adalah fenomena ghosting dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi keaktifan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran secara daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Jika motivasi keaktifan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran secara daring ini diketahui, maka diharapkan dapat menjadi petunjuk bagi para pendidik untuk memotivasi peserta didiknya, sehingga dapat diterapkan untuk mencegah peserta didiknya melakukan ghosting dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan termasuk jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi keaktifan mahasiswa IAIN Ponorogo pada perkuliahan daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi oleh: (1) Seberapa besar tingkat keyakinan mahasiswa atas usaha (keaktifan dalam perkuliahan) terhadap hasilnya (performance - outcome expectancy), di antaranya adanya keyakinan mahasiswa bahwa keaktifan dalam perkuliahan akan menyebabkan mahasiswa mendapatkan: nilai tambah atau nilai A+, tambahan pengetahuan atau wawasan, penghargaan (reward) secara verbal dan koreksi (feedback) dari dosen, prestasi lulus tepat waktu dan bisa segera pulang ke tanah kelahiran, serta mendapatkan bekal hidup yang kelak dapat digunakan setelah lulus kuliah. (2) Seberapa besar tingkat keyakinan mahasiswa mampu untuk berusaha atau aktif dalam perkuliahan (effort-performance expectancy), di antaranya seberapa yakin mereka mampu untuk menanyakan materi yang belum dipahami (merasa mampu aktif bertanya) dan membantu menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh mahasiswa lainnya (merasa mampu aktif menanggapi). (3) valensi yaitu seberapa penting (menarik) hasil usaha atau kadar pengharapan terhadap hasil usaha (outcome expectancy) bagi mahasiswa. Selain tiga hal tersebut, juga ada variabel lainnya yang tidak dapat dimasukkan pada model teori pengharapan, namun variabel tersebut dapat memengaruhi motivasi keaktifan mahasiswa.

Abstract:
Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik merupakan hal penting dalam sebuah Madrasah. Dengan adanya supervisi akademik diharapkan dapat memberikan penyegaran bagi guru dalam bentuk bantuan teknis, bimbingan, pembinaan dan perbaikan kinerja sebagai upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru untuk memotivasi siswa belajar siswa sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah dalam membantu guru menyusun rencana pembelajaran sebagai upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru untuk memotivasi belajar siswa dengan membimbing guru membuat rencana pembelajaran (RPP) dan perangkat pembelajaran, menfasilitasi guru yang mengalami kesulitan dan memberikan penilaian dan saran revisi untuk perbaikan perangkat pembelajaran. Teknik supervisi yang dilakukan yakni pertemuan individu (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah dalam membantu mengembangkan kemampuan guru mengelola proses pembelajaran sebagai upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru untuk memotivasi belajar siswa dengan melakukan supervisi guru pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan teknik supervisi kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas dan pertemuan individu. Penilaian pengelolaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah adalah proses pembelajaran di kelas yang meliputi: kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup (3) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah dalam membimbing perilaku mengajar guru sebagai upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru untuk memotivasi belajar siswa yaitu Kepala madrasah senantiasa mengingatkan dan memberi contoh perilaku yang baik kepada para guru dengan teknik supervisi penilaian diri sendiri dan pertemuan individu. Abstract:
This study aims to determine how the entrepreneurial competence of the principal of SMPN 2 Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency based on five main characteristics according to Permendiknas No. 13 of 2007 in the edupreneurship program. This study uses qualitative research through three steps in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and data analysis. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial competence which is one of the competencies that must be met by school principals which includes five characteristics is very supportive in the edupreneurship program that has been implemented at SMPN 2 Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The application of the five characteristics include: first, the creation of innovations that are beneficial for school development, namely the innovation of the edupreneurship program. Second, work hard in achieving school success as a collection of effective learners, namely the principal is always ready to take on task experts in dealing with various problems that arise. Third, a strong motivation to succeed in carrying out his main duties and functions as a leader, namely the principal always provides motivation in every formal and non-formal meeting related to the edupreneurship program. Fourth, never give up and always look for a solution to a problem that arises in the school. Fifth, the entrepreneurial instinct for managing school service production activities as a source of student learning, namely the existence of SMEs or small businesses and the management of cooperatives in the edupreneurship program. The program is run by the school in order to grow young entrepreneurs who are creative, innovative, and able to compete in facing various challenges.Keywords:Entrepreneurship Competence, Eduprenuership

Abstract:
Pesantren and schools should be integrated where they need to work together to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Aside from the benefits and drawbacks of the pesantren education model, Abdurrahman Wahid, the "child" of pesantren, has demonstrated that pesantren can generate a nation's competent and competitive generation. As a result, the researcher was able to unearth Abdurrahman Wahid's views through library research involving books, kitab, periodicals, journals, and other connected materials. Abdurrahman Wahid has unique ideas regarding pesantren and school integration. Abdurrahman Wahid believes that this integration is critical in eliminating the knowledge divide and meeting the demands of today's career prospects. If the pesantren are still cut off from the new system that has joined the pesantren system, this will be impossible to do. Selain kelebihan dan kekurangan model pendidikan pesantren, Abdurrahman Wahid, “anak” pesantren, telah menunjukkan bahwa pesantren dapat menghasilkan generasi bangsa yang kompeten dan berdaya saing. Hasilnya, peneliti mampu menggali pandangan Abdurrahman Wahid melalui studi pustaka yang melibatkan buku, kitab, majalah, jurnal, dan materi terkait lainnya. Abdurrahman Wahid memiliki ide unik tentang integrasi pesantren dan sekolah. Abdurrahman Wahid percaya bahwa integrasi ini sangat penting dalam menghilangkan kesenjangan pengetahuan dan memenuhi tuntutan prospek karir saat ini. Abstract:
Currently, developmental models of supervision have dominated supervision thinking research throughout the world. But its importance were not well known by the implementer like supervisors and teachers and school principals particularly in developing countries. Therefore, this article aims to provide insight into understanding the essence of monitoring developments. The methodology or approach used in this paper uses a library research method or approach, while data collection is carried out by reviewing and/or exploring several journals, books, and documents (both printed and electronic) as well as data sources. and or other information deemed relevant to the study. The results of the study indicate that supervisors in carrying out have a collection of approaches in their implementation that adjust the characteristics of teachers appropriately. That way, the supervisor can determine a starting point for using supervisor orientation with individual teachers. Therefore, developmental supervision is based on three broad propositions, namely, first, based on varying backgrounds and experiences, teachers operate at different levels of professional development. Second, the ability and effectiveness of teachers are also different, so they need to be improved in different ways. Third, the long-term goal of supervision must be to increase the ability of every teacher and school to grow to a higher stage.

Abstract:
This study aims to regenerate and increase students' learning motivation after experiencing a long learning process from home due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through Training for Leaders and Herbalists (TRALIS). This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the type of field research (Field Research) by focusing on the observation method. The object of this research is all students of class XII in the Department of Religion at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela with a total of 31 students. Based on the activities that have been carried out, Training for Leaders and Herbalists (TRALIS) is one form of positive activity that is very important given to students to revive enthusiasm for participating in teaching and learning activities in madrasas. This activity provides many new changes for students during the learning process including students having a strong sense of desire to participate in every activity carried out, increasing self-confidence which is seen through the attitude of students who are not afraid to appear in front of the class and express opinions during the class discussion process. Abstract:
This study aims to determine financial management and financing (tamwil) in an Islamic perspective. The method used is a library research method, while data collection is carried out by reviewing and exploring several journal articles, books and several other sources of data or information that are considered relevant to this study. The results of this study are that education financing is mainly focused on efforts to spread the benefits of education and the burden that must be borne by the community. The amount of money spent or services offered to students are simply referred to as fees. The allocation of the tax burden in different types of group taxes, as well as the manner in which taxes are sent to schools, are all aspects of financing education. The most important thing in funding education is the amount of money to be spent, where the money should be obtained, and to whom the money should be spent. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kajian pustaka (library reseach) sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelaah dan mengeksplorasi beberapa artikel jurnal, buku-buku dan beberapa sumber data atau informasi lainnya yang dianggap relevan dengan kajian ini.Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Pembiayaan pendidikan terutama difokuskan pada upaya penyebaran manfaat pendidikan dan beban yang harus ditanggung masyarakat.Jumlah uang yang dikeluarkan atau layanan yang ditawarkan kepada siswa secara sederhana disebut sebagai biaya. Alokasi beban pajak dalam berbagai jenis pajak kelompok manusia, serta cara mengirimkan pajak ke sekolah, adalah semua aspek pembiayaan pendidikan. Abstract:
Sustainable issues are complex and intertwined with aspects of education, necessitating the development of design processes that promote innovation and learning. The learner organization is one of educational institutions' governance innovations that reflects adaptive roles in the face of change challenges. The study's goal is to develop the concept of a learner organization (learning organization) into a sustainable learner organization. Top management has the ability to greatly influence management innovation due to its prominent role in the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the five fundamental dimensions of a learning organization (LO) in the context of educational sustainability. Qualitative research employing grounded method techniques. According to research, the following characteristics of educational organizations are related to learner organizations: (1) learning leadership caderization systems; (2) creation of learning structures; (3) model of holocracy work; (4) formation of individual behavior in the presence of learning opportunities; and (5) learning culture in the context of school organization. Abstract:
Terdapat beberapa permasalah terkait dengan keberagamaan di madrasah, di antaranya (1) Minimnya informasi tentang moderasi beragama. (2) Minimnya wadah pengembangan diri tentang nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. (3) Kaum milenial rawan disisipi faham radikalisme beragama. Melalui identifikasi ketiga permasalahan yang ada, maka peneliti berinisiatif untuk membuat aplikasi digital berupa “Rumah MODEM (Rumah Moderasi Beragama)” berbasis Linktree. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui tahapan pengembangan aplikasi digital Rumah Modem di MAN 2 Tulungagung. (2) Menginternalisasi nilai moderasi beragama melalui aplikasi digital Rumah Modem di man 2 Tulungagung. (3) Menguji efektifitas produk digital Rumah Modem di MAN 2 Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and development). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1)Pengembangan aplikasi digital Rumah MODEM berdasarkan pada tahapan R & D model pengembangan 4D (four-D) yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu; define, design, develop, dan disseminate. (2) Nilai yang diinternalisasikan pada warga MAN 2 Tulungagung mengacu pada pada teori Lickona (components of good character) yang meliputi moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral behavior. (3) Kelayakan aplikasi digital Rumah Modem yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dapatdilihat dari aktivitas pengunjung linktree denganrincian 207 klik dan 152 views. Sedangkan yang mengisi angket efektifitas produk adalah sebanyak 38 orang dengan hasil: rata-rata hasil keseluruhan adalah 3,89 dengan kesimpulan aplikasi Rumah MODEM yang dikembangkan sangat efektif. Abstract:
Education is not only focused on the intellectual factors that a person has while studying but also must be integrated with other factors such as attitudes, behavior, and character. With this, the article describes the role of the principal at SMK Cendekia Madiun in developing professional teachers in the educational process who can improve student character. The data collection technique used is interviews. Data processing and analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The role of school principals in improving teacher professionalism at Cendekia Vocational Schools by empowering teachers is manifested in IHT (in House Training) activities, KKG (Teacher Working Group) or MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultations) activities and directing teachers to set good examples, provide guidance, direction, holding character development, extra-curricular and religious activities. As well as creating new activities in the form of planting vegetables and raising catfish which are divided into each class. In addition, SMK Cendekia Madiun holds character development activities that instill the character of students who are honest, disciplined, independent, creative, love the homeland, democratic attitude, hard work, love to read, care for the environment, social care, religious, sense of responsibility, and especially according to the school's vision and mission that can develop students who are skilled, competitive, have faith and fear God Almighty.
