Abstract:
The research is interested in analyzing and focusing on students' errors in writing descriptive text such as developing ideas, organizing ideas, grammar, mechanics, and using vocabulary better. This research aims to analyze the errors in writing students of descriptive text in the VII grade of SMP N 4 Takengon. This research used a qualitative method, technique of collecting data by observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the result, the writer concluded: After researching and analyzing the data, the writer concludes as the kinds of errors in writing students of descriptive text at VII grade of SMP N 4 Takengon are from three aspects they are adjective, conjunction, and present tense. The finding shows the total error of students in writing adjectives, which is 23 students. In the total error of students in writing conjunctions, there were 24 students. The total error of students in writing the present tense, which is 21 students. If it is related to the student's error statement in writing, the value of about 94% and 166.6% total wrong word in error because students' understanding is still low about writing.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine students’ difficulties in solving Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions and their dominance due to the reading comprehension section at SMAN 1 Takengon. This study was delivered through a qualitative descriptive research design. Twenty-two students were elected to be research subjects based on purposive sampling. The instruments were documentation and interview. Data analyzed by adopting Miles and Huberman’s theory stepped into three-phase; data reduction, data display, and conclusion. As a result, the percentages showed several students’ difficulties; first in making inferences about 48%, second, determining the main idea about 26%, third, in detailed information about 18%, last, in understanding vocabulary about 8%. In conclusion, the dominant difficulty is making an inference.

Abstract:
This research tries to find out types and their dominance of code-switching and code-mixing among EFL students with Gayonese backgrounds. This research also looks at whether a certain type of ethnic group is affluent to a specific type of code-switching and mixing. The employed method is a qualitative study, in which this study manages to identify a social phenomenon in a certain community. The data is obtained from the 13 participants in their conversations. Instruments used are observation, recording, transcribing to identify code-switching, and mixing. The result of this study shows that the participants, who are all entitled to Gayonese identity, employed all kinds of code-switching and mixing, which were extra-sentential, inter-sentential, and intra-sentential. All types of code-switching and mixing are apparent in all sets of conversations. Along with some previous research, this study affirms that there is little evidence that a certain type of ethnicity employs a certain dominant form of code-switching and mixing. There appear all types of code-switching and mixing, without one dominant type, is found in all sets of conversations. Thus, code-switching and mixing were believed to assist the learners to deliver them through to be completely understood and meaningful in the communication.

Abstract:
Hadis marfu' merupakan hadis yang disandarkan kepada Nabi Muhammad saw. Penyandarannya mencakup aspek ucapan, perbuatan, taqrir dan sifat. Menurut bentuk penyandarannya hadis marfu' dibagi menjadi dua kategori: marfu' secara lafaz dan marfu' secara hukum. Kaidah al-marfu‘ min al-qauli hukman disusun untuk menerangkan adanya peluang bagi setiap hadis marfu' secara hukum untuk dijadikan acuan dalam menentukan status suatu hukum. Peluang ini terbuka dengan syarat bahwa hadis-hadis yang dikategorikan dan dihukumi marfu mempunyai derajat sahih atau hasan.

Abstract:
Evaluasi pembelajaran sebagai bagian dari proses pembelajaran, bertransformasi dari pembelajaran tradisional (tatap muka) ke pembelajaran online (tanpa tatap muka), hal ini terjadi selama pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan selama pandemi Covid-19, serta mengungkapkan tantangan dihadapi, juga menawarkan solusi terhadap tantangan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian pustaka, dengan menggunakan data base sciencedirect sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan secara online tanpa adanya tatap muka. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, berupa aplikasi-aplikasi ujian online. Adapun tantangan yang dihadapi dibahas dalam 4 sudut pandang, yaitu sudut pandang penyelenggara pendidikan, guru, orang tua, dan siswa. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur pendukung pendidikan, serta dukungan pemerintah terhadap guru. Orang tua dan siswa perlu mempersiapkan diri dengan adanya transformasi digital yang pesat. Ke depan perlu adanya pengembangan sistem evaluasi pembelajaran digital yang dapat diterapkan tanpa menimbulkan banyak kendala.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in academic supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic, its effectiveness, and the obstacles faced. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected using Google Forms. The study results found that academic supervision was implemented by utilizing technology in the form of video call Zoom and Google meet applications. Other applications are also used to conduct discussions without video calls, such as WhatsApp and Telegram. The exciting thing is that school supervisors have used media questions in academic supervision activities. Constraints and solutions are also discussed to find the best solution in the future if academic supervision is still carried out online. The use of technology also has a positive impact in increasing the ability of school supervisors to use technology. Infrastructure improvements in rural areas are needed to ensure signal availability.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) di SDN 9 Kebayakan serta menganalisis relevansi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SDN 9 Kebayakan. Pendekatan penelitian berupa pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Ada lima nilai karakter utama yang saling bertalian yang dianalisis penerapannya, yaitu religius, integritas, nasionalis, gotong royong, dan mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SDN 9 Kebayakan telah menerapkan PPK hanya dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler yang diintegrasikan melalui berbagai mata pelajaran dan kegiatan rutin harian. Nilai religius dan nilai mandiri adalah nilai yang paling banyak diterapkan. Sebaliknya, nilai gotong royong adalah karakter yang implementasinya paling sedikit. Pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia terlihat melalui empat keterampilan berbahasa, yaitu menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Pendidikan karakter dalam empat keterampilan ini saling terintegrasi satu sama lain dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract:
This research aims to determine the students' errors in writing report text at eight grade SMP N 3 Timang Gajah students. The research was conduct using a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The primary data source is the eighth-grade students and the teacher English at SMP N 3 Timang Gajah. The data collection instrument uses observation sheets, interview sheets, and the documentary (test) study and the researcher's data analysis using Miles and Huberman models, including data reduction, display, and verification. The percentage of grade VIII students' achievement in writing report text in the reference made is low, namely only reaching: general nouns 22.04%, at present tense 22.57%, on linking verbs 29.17% and action verbs are 26.21%. In conclusion, the students still error in writing report text at grade VIII students of SMP N 3 Timang Gajah. Therefore, they should have great motivation and interest in learning report text and get used to practicing it in everyday life.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen sumber dana di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang manajemen sumber dana di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Sumber dana pondok pesantren secara garis besar dapat dikelompokkan atas tiga sumber, yaitu: Pemerintah berupa dana BOS, Orang tua santri berupa SPP, uang dapur santri, dan ZISWAF, serta unit usaha mandiri berupa Koppontren Al-Ihsan. 2) Pengalokasian sumber dana sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dengan dibuat RAPBM dan dilakukannya pencatatan untuk setiap transaksi. 3) Bentuk pertanggungjawaban sumber dana tergolong baik karena dibuat dalam bentuk laporan harian, bulanan, maupun tahunan. 4) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam mengelola kekurangan dana untuk menjalankan kegiatan dengan cara terlebih dahulu memanfaatkan sumber dana yang tersedia tergolong cukup karena setidaknya memenuhi kebutuhan minimal dalam mencapai tujuan kegiatan pembelajaran pondok pesantren.

Abstract:
Madrasah supervisors have a strategic role in the quality of education in Indonesia, so the contribution of school supervisors will have a significant effect on improving teacher performance, which will impact the implementation of learning in schools. This study aimed to determine the contribution and effectiveness of the academic supervision of madrasah supervisors on the quality of education and the factors that influence the contribution of madrasah supervisors to education. The research method used is literature study, using 2 data sources in the form of scientific journals and theses, searching for articles using the help of the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. The results showed that madrasah supervisors made a positive contribution to education in the form of mentoring teachers that would improve teacher performance. Factors affecting the contribution of school supervisors are the age and competence of madrasah supervisors. Academic supervision is effective if it is accompanied by good preparation by the madrasah supervisor, if the preparation is not maximal then academic supervision will be less effective. In the future, there needs to be a special education school for prospective school supervisors, so that competent school supervisors will be created.
