Abstract:
The article describes the organization and analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment on the formation of economic culture of junior specialists-electricians (MSTE), which gives grounds to conclude on the effectiveness of the constructed model and implementation of a set of pedagogical conditions for the formation of economic culture of MSTE in professional training. The ascertaining stage of the experiment included the collection of data required for pedagogical research; development of criteria, indicators and levels of formation of economic culture of MSTE; mass research of students of vocational and professional higher education institutions (technical schools and colleges). To achieve this, interviews and testing were conducted with students of research institutions of professional and professional higher education (technical schools and colleges). It has been proven that a significant number of respondents approve of the prospect of mastering economic culture but know little about it. The research carried out at the observational stage of the experiment showed that the initial level of formation of the economic culture of future MSTE in the experimental and control groups is approximately equally low for all components. At the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment, a study of the level of formation of the economic culture of MSTE in the process of professional training in relation to the selected criteria: motivational-value, oriented-cognitive, creative, activity-practical. Consideration of the results of the experiment allowed to state that the use of the proposed set of pedagogical conditions in the education of students in institutions of professional and professional higher education (technical schools and colleges) has a positive effect on the formation of economic culture MSTE in the process of professional training. In the experimental group there was an increase in the number of students with a high and medium level of formation of economic culture MSTE, which confirms the hypothesis. Key words: economic culture, future junior specialists of electricians, professional training, pedagogical conditions of formation of economic culture of junior specialists of electricians, pedagogical experiment.

Artistic and imaginative thinking allows you to creatively combine high intelligence with a developed sensual sphere, helping to arouse bright images and associations in the audience of listeners in the process of full-fledged perception of music, based on independently experienced impressions. The article presents several types of imaginative phenomena, and spam: images of perception, imagination, afterimage and eidetic image. In psychological and pedagogical science, there are several types of figurative phenomena, among them: images of perception, imagination, after image and eidetic image. Images of perception – this reflection in the ideal of an external object, which acts on the organs of human senses. Images of imagination – are fictitious, presented in the imagination, but they do not have analogues in reality, and therefore they have never been perceived by sensory organs before. Aidetic imagination is the ability of an individual to see the image of an object, despite its actual absence. At the same time, the thinking image is an accurate reflection of reality, rather than a reconstruction using memory skills. Forward image – a modified, involuntary perception of the ghostly object, which was recently considered in the presence of a strictly immobile view. Eidetic image – a clear, detailed, complete representation of the object, for some time after the termination of its consideration; is different from the image of independence from eye movements and stability over time. The personality of the artistic and musical activity emphasizes the value of the eidetic image, which is characterized by subjective ideas about the object (or a composition of objects) for a certain time after the cessation of current perception, which has clarity and detail. Eidetic images are at an intermediate stage between sensory perception and imagination. It is noted that the specificity of the musical training of future music teachers is characterized by mastery of the basic professional performing skills, a detailed understanding of all the expressive means of music that allow creating a holistic musical and artistic image and bring it to the students.

Abstract:
The article outlines the differences between academic positions in American medical schools. It has been proved that there are many differences in the hierarchical and functional system of academic positions in Ukraine and the United States. It has been established that career success is ensured by a large number of scientific publicatons, experience in pedagogical practice and performance of administrative duties. It has been found out that the academic hierarchy of USA medical schools is characterized by variability of diversified in different universities, but rigid within a single educational system, requirements for a higher position, focusing on research. The basic principle of the American educational system is academic freedom, which is also reflected in the hierarchy of academic positions within USA medical schools – the idea of career growth, besides other advantages, involves academic freedom, which is expressed in scientific research, the choice of teaching methods, etc. An important feature of the American educational system is the academic tenure», a permanent position or an contract for an indefinite period, which is concluded between the university and the teacher, usually after passing the probationary period. The system of attestation of academic personnel in the USA proves different approaches in assessing scientific qualifications, but it is obvious that in comparison with the Ukrainian system it is more democratic and short-term, does not require emotional, psychological and physical stress. It has been established that the system of employment in medical schools in the USA is characterized by complete transparency of the requirements and the selection procedure itself, emphasis on the professionalism in scientific research, attention to the candidate’s previous social experience, high level of communicative skills.

Abstract:
The article reflects the main results of the study of the problem of forming the independence of future music teachers in the process of distance learning. The state of the problem of independence of future music teachers in the process of distance learning and the ways of overcoming it are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are characterized, and it is being argued that nowadays the combined training has attained mass character, and the development and application of distance courses in the field of training future music teacher is not an everyday reality. The diagnostics of the developed methodology of this problem is offered. It is determined, that independent educational activity of the future teacher of music in the remote environment is interpreted as a form of external and internal activity of the individual, activity is largely structured by the students themselves, which is subject to procedural control and correction, carried out with the advisory assistance of the teacher, taking into account the psychological peculiarities and personal interests of the future teachers, is a means of their professional development, provides an intensification of processes of professional selfdetermination, self-education and self-regulation, and, in conclusion, forms the independence of the future music teacher. The main tool of distance learning is devised and developed, the main attention is paid to the issues of self-organization of the future teacher of music in the remote environment. The theoretical elaboration of the main provisions of the methodology for forming of the independence of future music teachers creates the optimal grounds for further practical testing. the main reason for the crisis situation in music education is the socioeconomic instability in the country and as a consequence, the lack of professional activity of music teachers and students of music and pedagogical specialties. However, a factor of no less importance in this situation is the unresolved problem in the field of professional music education in a number of topical problems of a theoretical and organizational-practical nature, concerning, in particular, the use of modern means and methods of musical pedagogy, continuity in the work of the system of continuous musical and pedagogical education; organization of professional education, because it is not a secret that among professional musicians the view on the profession of school teacher of music was rooted in as a secondary, compared to the profession of musician-performer, musicologist or conductor. The ways of further scientific work according the implementation of methodological achievements and their realization in the development and introduction of own distance course are outlined.

Abstract:
The article presents and theoretically substantiates the criterias, indicators and levels of preparedness of primary school teachers for integrated learning as one of the leading innovative activities on the modernization of the educational system in Ukraine, analyzes different approaches to determining the components and criterias of teachers' readiness for various aspects of activity in the research of domestic and foreign scientists. Based on the analysis, the author states that there is no single approach to determining the criterias of teachers' readiness for professional activity and the tendency of most scholars to choose criterias from the point of view of motivational, personal, cognitive, activity, and reflective structural components. Due to this connection, it is proposed to distinguish axiological-motivational, personality-creative, cognitive-epistemological, operationalactivity and reflexive-evaluation criteria of the readiness of primary school teachers to integrate learning and to characterize their indicators, to identify and adapt their indicators, heuristic-search, and creative-productive levels of professional readiness. The obtained scientific results are organized into a single table "The Criterias, indicators and levels of readiness of primary school teachers for integrated learning", which visualizes the findings of the study and focuses on the certain logic of the proposed components. The author has been provided the prospect of further scientific researches in the creation of diagnostic methods for the effective evaluation of indicators of professional readiness and organization of pedagogical experiment for their implementation in the practice of postgraduate pedagogical education.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the current state of English-language training of future doctors in medical universities. During experimental work, students were questioned, educational programs and curricula of this training were analyzed. The characteristic of educational materials that are used for English-language professional training of students-future doctors is presented. The analysis of the English language training programs of future doctors has shown that the speaking skills that students are expected to develop generally cover the range of speech skills that have been highlighted in the earlier stages of the study. Instead, they are presented according to the traditional classification of speech activities without taking into account the differentiation in production and communication processes. It has been established how the skills offered in these educational programs correlate with the vocational skills we have identified. Thus, the programs envisage the development of speaking skills: to conduct a conversation on the given medical topic; participate in a discussion or conversation; clarify information regarding treatment; be able to discuss the topic being studied; participate in simulation of a professionally oriented situation; to make dialogues and messages based on the subject matter being studied; listen (understanding monologue and dialog speech) and read (working with medical literature). We conclude that the skills are formulated quite broadly, it is not expected to work on the development of specific skills, without which the formation declared in the analyzed programs of general skills is impossible. For example, to plan utterances, differentiate information, analyze, compare, systematize it, transmit brief professional information in writing. Thus, the students can use acquired integrated knowledge of professional English in senior courses while studying other disciplines, where on the basis of the learned models of communicative interaction future doctors will have the ability to perform professionally directed English-speaking interaction and to use professional vocabulary correctly.
