Abstract:
The paper summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on financial intermediation in deposit money banks and economic growth in Nigeria. The main purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between financial intermediation in deposit money banks and the Nigerian economy. A systematization literary approach for solving the problem is Regression Analysis. Secondary data was sourced from Central Bank of Nigeria Statistical Bulletin. The results of findings within the years of analysis (2000-2017) indicated that there was significant relationship between Total Bank Credit and monetary policy indices on deposit money banks in Nigeria. It was also discovered that there was significant relationship between Gross domestic product and total credit in deposit money banks of Nigeria. Based on the objective and findings of this study, the study therefore recommends that Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria should foster higher level of liquidity in order to increase its ability to cover withdrawals made by its customers and to increase the loan and advances to customers even with the monetary policy indices on deposit money banks. The study also recommends that Deposit Money banks should distribute adequate credit to the real sector for productive purposes in order to increase Gross domestic product. The conclusions that can be drawn from the findings of this study is that with the level of minimum reserve maintained by Deposit Money bank with Central bank of Nigeria, there is adequate availability of credit for real sector investments. High lending rates of deposit money banks may make many customers/investors to consider other sources of finance. Bank Credit/loan is still greatly increasing the production of goods and services in the Nigeria Deposit Money Banking System because of utilisation of the loans by investors.

Abstract:
An increasing demand for space travel, the creation of commercial enterprises and travel agencies in the field of space industry, the development of vehicles intended solely for the transportation of tourists to space – all this suggests that space can soon turn from a matter of scientific research into a tourist destination. Therefore, today the study of the state and prospects of space tourism development is a hot topic. The subject of research in the article is the development of space tourism in the world. The goal is to identify the main factors constraining the development of space tourism in the world. The objectives are to explore the economic benefits of space tourism development and the possibility of increasing commercial enterprises in the field of space industry; to evaluate key concepts involved in developing ways to reduce or eliminate social, economic problems arising in the field of space tourism. General scientific methods used: system analysis and factor analysis. The results of this study: the main economic advantages, disadvantages and problems of space tourism have been revealed; the state have been analyzed, and prospects for the development of space tourism have been identified; the need to study the fundamentals of space tourism development in the future have been determined, its impact on society and those who participate in it, the importance of upcoming efforts and possible policy recommendations have been evaluated. Special attention is paid to the review of space law treaties, agreements and conventions on space tourism. The authors conclude that space tourism is showing rapid development, and the space industry remains one of the promising investment sectors which may become the main direction of development of space activities in the future. Because space tourism is a certain market niche that can contribute to the use of infrastructure in space, especially due to the upcoming discoveries.

Abstract:
The relevance of the practical implementation of the concept of modeling processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises, which is reduced to the construction of a conceptual information model, is substantiated. The subject of this research is the toolkit of information modeling of the processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises. The goal of the article is information modeling of the processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises. Objective: the construction of an information model of the mechanisms of reflexive management of herd behavior in enterprises in the context of the interrelated functions performed by the system in question and the relationship between data, where, among others, information communications are reflected. General scientific methods are used: system analysis – to determine the features of the mechanism of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises, structural (functional) analysis – to identify the main functions of the modeling system of processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises, information modeling methodology SADT (IDEF0 notation) – to develop information models of a system for modeling the processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises. The results are obtained: an information IDEF0 model of a system for modeling the processes of reflexive management of herd behavior based on the SADT methodology is developed, which allows you to get a holistic picture of the corresponding processes at enterprises, the basic system concepts of which form the basis of the future information system. Conclusions: formalization, within the framework of the information model of the basic functions of the mechanism of modeling the processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at the enterprise, allows us to describe the basic information connections in a logical, convenient and consistent form, present implementation mechanisms, a set of mathematical models and approaches of the corresponding system.

Abstract:
Granting of loans and advances remains one of the ways deposit money banks generate income to boost their performance. However, as important as this appears, it has led to incidence of rising non-performing loans in the credit portfolio of deposit money banks. Against this backdrop, this study investigated the effect of credit management on the performance of deposit money banks in Nigeria. The study employed secondary data sourced from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) statistical bulletin and annual reports of Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) from 1986 to2016. From the data, bank performance (dependent variable) was measured by return on assets (ROA) while credit management (independent variable) was proxied by ratio of non-performing loans to total loans (NPFL), bank deposit (BDEP) and lending rate (LENDR). The study employed autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) technique to examine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings revealed that ratio of non-performing loans to total loans with coefficient of -0.362733 had negative effect in the short run but produced positive effect on performance of deposit money banks in the long run as indicated by the coefficient of 1.583503. On the other hand, bank deposit exhibited positive influence while lending rate had negative effect on the dependent variable both in the short run and long run. Given the overall significance of the model, it was concluded that credit management had significant effect on performance of deposit money banks in Nigeria. Thus, it was recommended that bank management should endeavor to reduce incidence of non-performing loans by conducting thorough assessment of any credit application prior to approval, especially customer’s character and previous credit record. Also, banks should closely monitor customer’s investment activities to ensure that granted loans are not diverted to unprofitable ventures which the loans are not initially meant for.
