Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the current ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, return on asset ratio, firm size, and asset growth and the dividend payout ratio in the property, real estate, and building construction industry as represented by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2018. The research population was comprised of all property, immobilier and building subsectors traded publicly at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2018, with a total of 51 companies. Gather data from the 14 firms featured in the research has been employed with purposive sampling. Data from the IDX annual report were received, which can be accessed at www.IDX.co.id. In this research, a regression of panel data was used to analyze the data. The current ratio, asset return and company size appear to have no significant influence on decisions on cash dividends. Only the debt-to-asset ratio and asset growth have an important impact on decisions concerning cash dividends

Abstract:
Human resources (HR) transformation is strongly guided in the industrial revolution 4.0 Era. The ability of users of information technology has an important role in the HR transformation. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of the application of information technology on the HR transformation with user capabilities as a moderating variable in the Savings and Loans Cooperative and Syari'ah Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (KSPPS BTM) Central Java. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the all managers of KSPPS BTM in the Central Java region. Data analysis using simple linear regression. To test for the first hypothesis and the second hypothesis using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method. The results show that the application of information technology has a positive and significant effect on HR transformation, while the moderating variable from the results of the second hypothesis test shows that the user ability variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the relationship between the application of information technology and HR transformation, but the user ability variable weakens the interaction between the variables of the application of information technology to the HR transformation. So it can be said that the user's ability is a potential moderating variable (Homologiser). Keywords: Application of Information Technology, User Capabilities, HR Transformation, Moderating Variables

Abstract:
Purpose - This research was aimed to examine the factors that influence student dependence on smartphones and its effect to purchase intention Design/methodology/approach – Quantitative research method used in this research with the Partial Least Square (PLS) path modeling approach and structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique to test the proposed hypothesis. From 442 total questionnaire responses, 368 valid responses were collected and being tested using SmartPLS. Findings – This research found that Social Needs, Social Influence, and Convenience significantly affecting student Dependence on Smartphone. A similar result also found that Social Needs, Social Influence, and Convenience significantly affect purchase intention. For the dependent variable, Dependence on Smartphone significantly affects Purchase Intention. However, Social Needs were found to have the most significant influence on Dependence on Smartphone and Purchase Intention. Originality/value – Originality of this research is in finding out the influence of Social Needs towards Dependence on Smartphone and Purchase Intention

Abstract:
Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti meihat fenomena bahwa banyak mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan juga alumni dari Universitas Ciputra yang tidak mengambil guild family business tetap melanjutkan bisnis keluarga. Peneliti menggunakan enam variabel yang diperkirakan merupakan faktor faktor yang merefleksikan minat untuk melanjutkan bisnis keluarga pada mahasiswa dan alumni non guild family business. Variabel variabel tersebut adalah keluarga besar, pola asuh orang tua, tanggung jawab, komitmen, teman sebaya dan kompetensi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis faktor. Metode pengambilan data yaitu dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 97 responden yang sesuai kriteria. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari keenam variabel yang digunakan, variabel teman sebaya tidak merefleksikan sebagai faktor yang tepat dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan variabel sisanya yaitu tanggung jawab, komitmen, pola asuh orang tua, kompetensi dan keluarga besar merupakan faktor yang merefleksikan minat melanjutkan bisnis keluarga pada mahasiswa dan alumni non guild family business.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan melihat apakah kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan PT.XYZ. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek pada studi ini adalah karyawan produksi PT.XYZ yang berjumlah 63 responden. Responden dipilih dengan sampel jenuh dan perolehan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner telah di uji validitas dan relibilitasnya. Pada uji t dan uji f, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract:
MSMEs actors are deemed to lack resilience and flexibility in facing the Pandemic due to several things such as the low level of digitization, difficulties in accessing technology and a lack of understanding of survival strategies in business. Basically, MSMEs actors must be able to survive and adapt to existing business developments because businesses that can survive are businesses that are responsive to the times. The use of digital marketing by MSMEs players has the potential to help MSME players in marketing their products during a pandemic. Digital marketing intends to initiate and circulate online information about the user's experience in consuming a product or brand, with the main goal of engaging the community. In doing digital marketing, MSMEs players are required to always learn and think openly to increasingly developing technology. Of course, digital marketing also considers using suitable media and the right way of communication that is tailored to the selected segment or market share. So that marketing will be more effective and not wrong target.

Abstract:
This research aims to discuss the importance of using technology-based entrepreneurship in education. This research used documentation method to gather data about various things or variables in written form. This research indicated that proper technology management in entrepreneurship education can improve business and increase the ratio of entrepreneurs by 2% of the total population in Indonesia. Technopreneurship can be learned through the world of education as a transformation, namely the development of entrepreneurship studies by utilizing information technology as a basis.

Abstract:
The existence of craft beer in Indonesia has not been widely known. However, the intention of consuming craft beer is relatively high as thesales of PT. Beervana has been increasing. The main objective of this research is to find out how the factors influence repurchase intention of craft beer. This study uses quantitative method to analyze the data that have been collectedfrom 200 respondents through a questionnaireusing multiple linear regression. The findings of this study indicate that product characteristics, perceived quality, country of origin, and conformity significantly influence consumer repurchase intention. However, packaging is found to not have significant influence towards consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract:
Praktek berbagi pengetahuan dan inovasi terbuka sebagai pendorong kinerja organisasi saat ini masih minim perhatian dari peneliti. Berdasarkan penelitian sejenis sebelumnya, kami memeriksa hubungan diatas di dalam manajerial sekolah. Kami mengumpulkan data dari 24 pegawai sekolah tingkat dasar dan menggunakan permodelan persamaan struktural untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Pengetahuan Manajemen Puncak (TMKV) dan praktik berbagi pengetahuan mempengaruhi inovasi terbuka dan pada gilirannya mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Hasilnya secara lengkap kami paparkan dalam penelitian ini beserta implikasi teori dan prakteknya.

Abstract:
Perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan masyarakat mulai mengenal sistem pembayaran menggunakan dompet elektronik (e-wallet) yang dianggap lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan sistem pembayaran tunai. Go-pay sejak awal munculnya memiliki pengguna aktif terbanyak dibandingkan dengan penyedia e-wallet lainnya. Pandemi covid-19 yang masuk ke Indonesia menyebabkan persaingan antar penyedia e-wallet semakin ketat, hal tersebut terbukti dengan tergesernya pangsa pasar Go-pay pada urutan ketiga sebesar 23% dan posisi pertama dimenangkan oleh Shopee-pay dengan pangsa pasar sebesar 26%. Kalah bersaingnya Go-pay disebabkan karena penyedia layanan ­­e-wallet lainnya menawarkan kelebihan yang lebih menguntungkan pengguna, serta masih ditemukan keluhan mengenai gagalnya promo digunakan, serta terlambat masuknya saldo Go-pay. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi konsumen terhadap layanan Go-pay, melalui pengujian variabel benefits, trust, self-efficacy, ease of use dan security terhadap persepsi dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive untuk pengambilan sampel dengan syarat responden pernah menggunakan Go-pay dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terkahir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 40,8%. Benefits memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan. Trust, ease of use dan security memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan, sedangkan self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap persepsi.
