Bay‘ al-‘īnah is a buying and selling contract that becamethe debate of classical and contemporary scholars interms of law and its implementation. Therefore, it isnecessary to have an article describing the concept ofbay‘ al-‘īnah to determine the law of the bay‘ al-‘īnah. Inthis article the author will explain the concepts, laws andapplications of bay‘ al-‘īnah according to contemporaryschools and scholars by stating their reasons forchoosing strong opinions. The fuqaha agree to forbidthe bay‘ al-‘īnah if there is a condition that ma‘qud ‘alayhmust be resold to the seller of origin. Likewise, if thereis a hint of the existence of ḥīlah do the usury then thelaw also is void. What is fuqaha debate is that if there isno such requirement and no referent. In this case theauthors hold that the bay‘ al-‘īnah contract is haram if theintention of doing usury is not stated in contract.However, the status of the contract is valid or not voidas long as there is no requirement of mabī‘ to be resoldto the original seller and the absence between the twoparties who intend to do usury. Work culture is a set of behavioral patterns that areinherent in every individual in an organization. Buildingculture means also improving and maintaining thepositive side, and trying to familiarize certain behavioralpatterns to create new, better forms. This research wasconducted to see how the work culture (integrity,professionalism, innovation, responsibility andexemplary teacher of Islamic Islamic Madrasah in WayKanan District. Based on the results of the study, it wasobtained a picture that the five cultural values wereimplemented well even though the results were notmaximized. This cultural value has a positive impact,both on the internal (including educators and educationpersonnel) and external impacts including thecommunity, as evidenced by the increasing performanceof educators and community services.The barriers tothe application of cultural values are caused by: a) lackof communication ) limited human resources in thefield of technology c) low understanding of the stateapparatus against the applicable rules.Keywords: Budaya Kerja, Guru, dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah

This research describes that Islamic education systemconstitute organizing effort processes activity toeducation that has based Islam teaching with passthrough systemic approaching so deep its operationalperform consisting of part system of elementary,intermediate and college who shall have levelsinscholarly quality and technology. Management experts have agreed to put planning as the main function and even become the base for the remain other management functions. Planning is a very basic matter for organizations, including educational institutions. In order to make good planning, several planning principles are needed which must be used as a guide. The principle of conventional education planning includes interdisciplinary principles, flexible principles, principles of efficiency-effectiveness, principles of progress of change, principles of objective, rational and systematic, cooperative-comprehensive principles and principles of human resources development. This research was conducted to analyze theimplementation and supervision of Islamic education inone of the conflict prone areas namely Central Lampungof Lampung Province. This research is a qualitativeresearch with a descriptive approach. In this study, fourMadrasah Tsanawiyah in conflict-prone areas in CentralLampung have been used as the research subjects andinformants. Samples were taken by purposive samplingand data were analyzed with qualitative analysis. Theresults of this study found out that there were nosignificant differences from the process of educationimplementation and supervision in conflict-prone areasand low-conflict areas in Central Lampung. The thingthat distinguishes between the two is in terms ofmanaging extracurricular activities which in low-proneareas tend to direct more extracurricular activities in thecultivation of Islam, even making the generalextracurricular become Islamic nuances. In addition, inthe process of supervising Islamic religious education inMadrasah Tsanawiyah, the role of school principals ismore dominant than school supervisors.Keywords: Islamic Education Implementation, IslamicEducation Supervision, Religious Behavior

The problem in this article is how to guide Muslimconverts in Sumber Arum Village, Kotabumi, NorthLampung? Is it the impact of fostering a marriageconvert to family harmony in Sumber Arum Village,Kotabumi, North Lampung? This research is fieldresearch and the data obtained from interviews,observations, and documents. Data analysis was carriedout descriptively analytically. This study found that theimplementation of the Muslim convert marriage inSumber Arum village was basically in the category ofindependent marriage formation. The coaching processis usually carried out at a time and place agreed upontogether. The Guidance material includes IslamicAqeedah, Fiqh, Morals, Munakahat and Rights andObligations of husband / wife. Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, including assets, financing provided and the number of customers. Islamic bank financing 70-80% is given to the community by using the contract of murābahah, in the form of consumptive and productive. Islamic bank operations must be guided by Fatwa of the National Sharia Council in order to carry out its optimal function economically and to run the Shari'a comprehensively. Therefore, this article will explain about the concept of murābahah conceptually and application in Islamic Bank in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article so that the implementation of Murābahah contract in Islamic Bank in Indonesia can be in accordance with the principles of Shari'a that put forward the principle of justice and no party is harmed.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs decided not to extend the term of Assistant Employee of Marriage Registerer (PPPN). Then the Directorate General of Islamic Guidance issued the Instruction Letter No. DJ.II / 1 Year 2015 on the Appointment of the Marriage Officer. The PPPN appointment recommendation that KUA is included in typology D1 and D2, ie: the subdistrict area is not reachable by the marriage officer and the limited of human resources. This problems arise in a number of regions in Indonesia, and also in Lampung Province. This research finds that after the instruction of the Director General of Islamic Guidance, PPPN in KUA Natar, Padang Cermin, Tanjung Karang Pusat and Marga Punduh can be concluded as follows: Since that enactment, PPPN at KUA Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung is no longer perform the duties. While in KUA District Natar, KUA District Padang Cermin and KUA District Marga Punduh partially PPPN still carry out the task of recording marriage.

Banyak sebab peserta didik melakukan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini membahas tentang motif rasa aman peserta didik melakukan perilaku bullying di SMP Negeri 1 Painan. Beberapa konsep perilaku sosial digunakan untuk menganalisis bagaimana praktek bullying terjadi, apa saja motiv dan bagaimana praktek bullying itu dimaknai oleh pelaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk perilaku bullying, makna bullying bagi para pelaku bully, serta faktor pendorong terjadinya perilaku bullying dilingkungan sekolah. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggambarkan sesuatu keadaaan apa adanya, menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fakta bahwa; pertama, sikap apatis dari lingkungan menyebabkan angka bullying semakin tinggi di lingkungan sekolah. Kedua, keseluruhan pelaku bullying merupakan korban, sehingga korban berubah menjadi seorang pelaku bullying. Ketiga, tujuan korban menjadi pelaku bullying adalah untuk melindungi diri, serta untuk mendapatkan rasa aman dari ligkungannya. Selain itu pelaku juga melakukan bully untuk tujuan membalaskan dendamnya, hal ini karena pelaku pernah menjadi korban. Balas dendam tersebut berupa peniruan dari perlaku yang diterimanya.

The interpretation of the Qur'an is often disputed. The terms of custom, culture and ideology is not one thing that descends from the sky. It is shaped by humans and socialized from one generation to other. Biological determinism has also reinforced the view. In such situations, the differences, discrimination, and injustice resulting from mistakes in understanding and interpreting the universal doctrine, create injustices against women, including the women’s rights and position in Lampung Sebatin customary law community. This article discusses the rights and position of women in Lampung Sebatin customary law community and the form of injustice for women in the society. The conclusion shows that, firstly, women's rights and position in Lampang Sebatin customary law community are far from fair principles. Not fair either in marriage law or inheritance law. Second, the form of injustice for women in indigenous communities of Lampung Sebatin, from gender analysis is marginalization, penomorduaan and labeling, violence, and excessive workload.
