Abstract:
Surgical applications, which are frequently used as a treatment method in the healing of patients, have increased in recent years with technological advances in the field of health. With this increase, traditional approaches are being replaced by evidencebased practices in order to reduce morbidity, accelerate recovery and shorten the recovery period after surgical treatment. With these changes in the surgical field, rapid recovery was achieved and hospital stay was significantly shortened [1,2].

Abstract:
Electrocardiography is a useful non-invasive tool for evaluation of cardiac morphology and function. It has gained universal application in a wide variety of cardiac diseases as well as in the medical fitness test in apparently healthy individuals [1], Morphological abnormalities in the 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) have been described in healthy individuals; although most of the studies available were focused on electrocardiographic changes in sports personnel and pre-employment medical evaluation [2,3,4,5,6].

Abstract:
78 years old gentleman diagnosed as non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS). The Culprit lesion was a mid left anterior descending artery (LAD) stenosis (arrow A), a similar lesion to the first in-man coronary angioplasty which was performed at the same cardiac center (University Heart Center Zurich) (arrow B) exactly the same day (arrow C) 40 years back (16th September 1977) by Dr. Andreas R. Grüntzig! This time the lesion was treated with drug-eluting stent (arrow E) that considered a gold standard now.
