This research is focused on increasing the professionalism of educators in elementary school teachers in the Sarolangun District Education Office. The purpose of this study was to find out about the management model for improving the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Sarolangun Regency. This research method is a qualitative method that tries to explore and raise all problems and find solutions in accordance with facts and data that is accurate and accurate so that it can be a reference in the management of teacher professionalism improvement in elementary school teachers in Sarolangun Regency. Data collection techniques in this study by (1) interviews; (2) questionnaire (3) documentation study. Informants in this study were officials in the education office involved in basic education, school supervisors, education boards, PGRI, principals and elementary school teachers. The results showed that the management of teacher professional improvement was carried out through three main programs, namely 1) Improvement of teacher qualifications 2) Improvement of teacher competency, 3) improvement of teacher welfare. Planning Planned by recording teacher qualifications, mapping teacher competencies, determining the budget. Implementation is carried out in collaboration with universities, conducting training, MGMP and KKG activities and providing incentives to teachers and providing special allowances for teachers in remote areas, Motiroring and evacuation have not been going well. the absence of the monev team

The lack of students’ ability to compose and to write words, became the basis and background of this Classroom Action Research. All of this happens, because the teacher never used any exciting material to teach the students and in the end the lesson became boring and lack of enthusiasm from the students. This research was conducted to stimulate the ability of students to write down the words using Visual Media in the form of Images. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in 2 cycles. This research was conducted in 2nd year of Public Primary School 09 Kepahiang, with the total of 20 students that consist of 8 male students and 12 Female Students. Data Collecting Technique that used in this research was Observation and Reflection. The collected data was analyzed using Qualitative and Quantitative analyzing technique. The result of this Classroom Action Research showed that by using Visual Media in the form of Images, the class activity became more fun and the students’ learning outcome improve dramatically. Based on the results of research, a conclusion can be drawn that the use of Visual Media in the form of Images can improve students’ word writing skills

Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar memperkenalkan siswa pada aspek-aspek Agama Islam itu sendiri, mulai dari Al-Qur’an, mengenal aspek-aspek rukun Islam dan iman kepada Allah, sampai dengan kepada Qadha dan Qadar. Berperilaku terpuji dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta menghindari perilaku tercela. Mengenal dan melaksanakan rukun Islam yang dimulai dari bacaan dua kalimat syahadat sampai mengetahui tata cara pelaksanaan ibadah haji. Menceritakan kisah-kisah nabi-nabi serta mengambil teladan dari kisah-kisah tersebut dan menceritakan kisah orang-orang tercela dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesemua itulah yang akan menjadi bekal para siswa nantinya. Tetapi kesemua aspek itu akan sukar dicerna oleh siswa apabila di sampaikan dengan cara yang kurang konvensional. Untuk itu perlu di adakan sebuah penelitian. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini mempunyai maksud dan tujuan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui Instrumen Permainan Bendera. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Adapun partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SD Negeri 09 Kepahiang. Jumlah siswa sebanyak 29 anak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi aktifitas guru, aktifitas siswa dan tes untuk mendapatkan data hasil belajar. Hasil dan data yang diperoleh dari Siklus I dan Siklus II menekankan bahwa dengan menggunakan instrumen Permainan Bendera, ditemukan sebuah peningkatan hasil belajar yang sangat signifikan dengan jumlah nilai baik dan nilai amat baik dari yang awalnya hanya 48,1% menjadi sebesar 92,8%.Keywords: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Hasil Belajar, Permainan Bendera

This study aims to determine the application of the Project-Based Learning model to improve student character values in integrative thematic learning lectures on Environmental Themes in PGSD FKIP study programs in Bengkulu University. This research is a class action research conducted in the Academic Year 2019/2020. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed an increase in character values in aspects of friendly, critical, creative, curious, thorough, and care for the environment. Conclusions in this study, the project-based learning model can improve the character values of students.

This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of thematic learning in grade II elementary school students through the application of picture and picture models. The research method used was classroom action research (clascroom action research) with a cycle of Kemmis and Taggart using 4 stages namely planning, action, observation, reflection. Research subjects with 27 students consisting of 14 men and 13 women. The results of the study stated that an increase in student activity and learning outcomes in thematic learning in class II, this can be seen from the increase in the average acquisition of student activity scores in the first cycle obtained an average score of 31 increased to 35.5 with a good category in the second cycle. Then the learning outcomes are proven from the average value and the percentage of student learning in the form of cognitive, affective and psychomotor values. Cognitive Value The highest average value is in the natural science subjects at 84.16 with the percentage of student learning reaching 100% and the lowest average value in mathematics subjects at 80.83 with the percentage of student learning only reaching 83.39%. Affective value, the highest percentage of criteria namely in SBK, Natural Sciences and Civics reached 88.88% or as many as 24 people and the lowest percentage of criteria namely in mathematics subjects only reached 81.48% or as many as 22 people. Psychomotor scores, the highest percentage of criteria namely SBK, Natural Sciences and Civics reached 88.88% or as many as 24 people and the lowest percentage of criteria namely in Mathematics and Social Sciences subjects only reached 85.18% or as many as 23 people. The conclusion is that the application of picture and picture models in grade II elementary schools can increase the activities and learning outcomes of thematic learning.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the reading teaching materials available to elementary students in Bengkulu province. The research methods applied are quantitative descriptive. Data collection with survey techniques. Data analysis Results: 1. All available Indonesian reading material textbooks, according to the perception of the user's teacher, the quality is relatively high. 2. The weakness of the textbook are: a. The theme is presented less according to The characteristics of elementary school students in Bengkulu province. b. The presented material does not contain a student environment. c. The presented material is not student-centered. d. The material does not stimulate students to actively study independently. e. The concepts in these textbooks are lack in sequence.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengembangkan kemampuan hasil belajar Matematika pada aspek bilangan pecahan dengan bantuan media Alat Peraga untuk siswa Kelas III SDN 09 Kepahiang Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Patisipan atau subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa, yang terbagi menjadi 8 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi Test, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dikerjakan melewati dua siklus. Teknik analisis data meliputi: 1) Data Reduksi; 2) Sajian Data, 3) Penarikan Kesimpulan atau Verifikasi. Berdasarkan data yang muncul pada hasil serta pembahasan, ditemukan sejumlah data, seperti: nilai rata-rata yang dihasilkan oleh prestasi belajar untuk mata palajaran Matematika untuk siswa Kelas III yang muncul pada Siklus I sebesar 68,0, pada Siklus II adalah sebesar 77,5 sehingga ditemukan kenaikan yang cukup signifikan pada nilai rata-rata dari penelitia Siklus I ke penelitian Siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar yang didapat pada Siklus I digambarkan oleh angka sebesar 75,0% (15 siswa berhasil menuntaskan pembelajarannya dari total 20 siswa), dan pada Siklus II persentase ketuntasan belajar adalah sebesar 90,0% (18 siswa berhasil menuntaskan pembelajarannya dari taotal 20 siswa). Dengan hasil tersebut bisa dikatakan terlihat peningkatan yang luar biasa pada ketuntasan belajar siswa dari Siklus I sampai ke Siklus II. Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan yang mana dengan bantuan Media Alat Peraga dapat meningkatkan serta mengembangkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Matematika untuk siswa Kelas III SDN 09 Kepahiang Tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. The role of teachers in applying questioning skills is carried out during learning The purpose of this study is to determine the role of teachers in applying questioning skills, obstacles and solutions in applying questioning skills in SD Negeri 56 Banda Aceh. Implementation, obstacles and solutions that are studied in this study are the roles that teachers do in applying questioning skills during learning. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this study were first grade to sixth grade teachers at SD Negeri 56 Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were data analysis, data models (data display) and conclusion drawing / verification. The data validity technique used in this study is source triangulation. The observation of researchers at SD Negeri 56 Banda Aceh can be concluded that the teacher's questioning skills are the most frequent and most important activities carried out in the learning process. The ability to ask is the main ability that must be possessed by the teacher because asking is a tool for teaching. Because almost every stage of learning the teacher is required to ask questions, and the quality of the questions asked by the teacher will determine the quality of student answers. Giving questions will help students learn mentally and be more perfect in receiving information so students participate actively during the learning process.

The use of role playing learning model can help understanding the concept of students against, math because it involves students in the process learning so that students are not monotonous. In addition, the researchers added innovation in the study to show video animation learning to be more fun, students and ease in understanding material. This study using the experimental methods with the design pre-experimental. After the action in this research, learning outcomes students has increased from pretest to posttest. Based on pretest a raid by researchers, note that the average pretest students only 29,75 or with mastery learning classical 0%, with this 20 students or 100% students have completed. Thus it can be said that the students at the time pretest not maximum. After them doing the pretest, provides treatment students with use the model role playing a video animation as many as 2 meetings. Later in the end of the meeting them doing the posttest and the average value obtaining a 70,8 with mastery learning classical reached 75% or 15 students going and 5 students or 25% students have completed. So it can be said that the results maximum.
