Abstract:Introduction : Research of CD34+ cells intervention to rats is not yet done. This researchis the latest research which investigated the toxic reaction of CD34+ hematopoietic stem cell intervention in non engineered rats. Methods : 3 Sprague Dawley rats, male, 7 months, 285+18,5 g. Rat 1 : received intraartricular injection of human peripheral blood CD34+ cells (105 cells). Rat 2 : received intraartricular injection of human cord blood CD34+ cells (105 cells). Rat 3 : received intraartricular injection of human cord blood CD34+ cells (106 cells), hyaluronic acid and grown factors. All rats were examined hematological, blood chemistry parameters and microscopic of the liver and kidney.Result : All rats showed good condition. There is slight increasing parameter in hematological and blood chemistry but liver and kidney in normal microscopic condition. No hiperacute rejection reaction : edema, systemic bleeding. There is no hyper acute and acute reaction. Conclusion : Human CD34+ cells suspension with or without scaffold and growth factors does not cause toxicity reaction in naïve Sprague Dawley rats.

Abstract:Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious disease caused by the group of Mycobacterium bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. There are six countries with the highest number of TB incidents in the world, including Indonesia with a prevalence of 1,020 per 100,000 inhabitants located second after India. Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation of Tuberculosis External Monitoring Mission Team in 2008, the success of treatment is still low. Many factors that influence the success of tuberculosis treatment one of them is the level of knowledge. This study aims to see and prove whether there is a relationship of knowledge level to the success of treatment in patients with tuberculosis and done cross-sectional. The result of the research shows that there are 45 respondents (80,4%) and the knowledge level of the respondent has good knowledge, 22 people (39,3%) from 56 samples. From the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square test obtained P value> 0.05 is 0.069.

Abstract:Dyslipidemia is a common complication of chronic kidney disease. Dyslipidemia itself is a common risk for a cardiovascular disease, which is the leading cause of death in chronic kidney disease. This study aims to identify the relationship of chronic kidney disease stage 4 and 5 with the incidence of dyslipidemia at Fatmawati General Hospital in the period of 2016. Design cross-sectional with simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by looking at the patient's medical records. Respondents are 80 people. The study population were all patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease at Fatmawati Central General Hospital in 2016. The results showed that most chronic kidney disease stage 4 has normal level of low density lipoprotein as many 22 people (73.33%) while at stage 5 most have high level of low density lipoprotein high as many 36 people (72%). High density lipoprotein obtained in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4 mostly had normal level as many 20 people (66.67%) for stage 5 mostly had low level as many 33 people (66%). Mean lipid values of triglyceride X̄ = 152,36, high density lipoprotein X̄ = 39,36 and low density lipoprotein X̄ = 145,01. Result of bivariate analysis with chi square test showed significant relationship of chronic kidney disease stage 4 and 5 with incidence of dyslipidemia (p = 0,002).

Abstract:Currently Indonesia has a drug emergency status. Drug users in Indonesia was recorded as many as 5.1 million people. Every year, about 15 thousand people die from drug use. To overcome all these circumstances the government through the Regulation of the Minister of Health, apply Methadone Maintenance Therapy program. Methadone is not a cure for opiate dependency: during methadone use, the user remains dependent on opiates physically. Participants of methadone maintenance therapy often feel themselves healthy enough to get out of the therapy program (drop out). This study aims to determine the number of dropout in the use of methadone maintenance therapy at Puskesmas Senen, Puskesmas Gambir and Puskesmas Kemayoran Central Jakarta from 2014 to 2016 and overview in Islamic views. Method: This research method used descriptive survey with retrospective data using secondary data in the form of data Drop Out on Methadone Usage at Puskesmas Senen, Puskesmas Gambir and Puskesmas Kemayoran Central Jakarta in 2014-2016. Result: The results of this study indicate the number of patients dropped out on methadone maintenance therapy at Puskesmas Senen, Puskesmas Gambir and Puskesmas Kemayoran in 3 years. At Puskesmas Senen, the highest drop out rate occurred in 2015 with 16 patients from 239 registered patients (6.7%). At Puskesmas Gambir, the highest drop out rate occurred in 2015 with 34 patients from 98 registered patients (34.7%). And at Puskesmas Kemayoran, the highest drop out rate occurred in 2015 with 11 patients from 55 patients who registered (20%). Patients dropping out on methadone maintenance therapy in both Puskesmas Senen and Kemayoran were mostly male and most dropped out at 25 to 49 years with 24 patients out of 25 drop out patients (96%). Conclusion: The highest drop out rate in all three puskesmas occurred in 2015. Patients drop out most of the male and most occur in the age group of 25-49 years. In the view of Islam drug abuse is illegal but if used for medical purposes and not excessive is allowed. This is a state of emergency and the circumstances are still allowed to remember the method often raised by scholars, "The state of emergency allows forbidden things". To reduce the rate of drop out and recurrence, the principle that must be applied of treatment for drug addicts patients are treated and repented, with integrated methods of medical therapy, psychological, social and religious.
