Abstract:
To overcome the lack of information about the parameters of the driving cycle of the electric car, neural networks are used, which provide adaptive control that allows you to adapt. electric car to external operating conditions, as well as to compensate for inaccuracies in mathematical models. Use of iterative optimization of parameters allows to adjust optimum work of power plant of the electric car (PEC) in the course of its movement. This method allows you to use a single approach to study different processes, regardless of the parametric features of electric vehicles. To accelerate adaptation, the neurocontroller and neural network model are trained using a reference control model, which is either an optimal strategy or a strategy based on logical rules of choice, obtained by methodical programming for a given driving cycle. Based on the results of the research, an adaptation algorithm is proposed. The expressions given in the article allow to carry out adaptation of the power plant on the basis of hybrid to the current driving cycle on the basis of the concept of training of the neuro-fuzzy controller with reinforcement. Abstract:
A set of theoretical scientific researches is carried out in the work, which proves that with the use of different types of brake pads in passenger cars some elements of the typical design of the mechanical brake system need to be modernized. Analytical calculations of the brake lever transmission of passenger cars are performed on the basis of the 2D scheme-model. Due to this, ways to improve the most important elements of lever transmission in passenger cars under the conditions of composite pads are proposed. The analysis of the forces acting in the typical design of the lever transmission of a passenger car for different types of pads is performed. The strength of important elements of the mechanical brake system is calculated by applying the finite element method. It is proposed to use the capabilities of the software package Femap Siemens PLM Software, which allows you to optimize the elements of the mechanical system of passenger cars. An example of topological optimization of some elements of brake lever transmission of a passenger car is given. By improving the elements of the mechanical brake system for the use of composite pads in passenger cars, greatly simplifies their design, facilitates maintenance and repair, also reduces the weight of the system as a whole and cost and significantly increases the level of traffic safety.

Abstract:
The formation of a rational route network contributes to the timely and uninterrupted delivery of products and more efficient interaction of supplier organizations, recipient organizations and trucking organizations. However, at present, the issues of increasing the level of customer service, which in market conditions are closely related to the problem of service and quality of service, are becoming increasingly important. The quality of transportation should be understood as the ability of the trucking industry to meet the needs of enterprises and the public in transport services with minimal costs. Thus, there is a question of forming a rational route network, which would improve the quality of customer service with minimal costs. The use of economic and mathematical methods and information technologies in the formation of a rational route network allows to obtain a synergistic effect, namely by reducing overall costs, improve the quality of service. The formation of a rational route network according to the proposed algorithm allows to determine the cost of delivery of goods and the level of service of cargo owners with the specified number of dispatchers and cars at the enterprise and provide companies with practical recommendations on the number of dispatchers and cars needed to meet customer needs. service.

Abstract:
To reduce the load on the freight cars frames under operational conditions, it has been suggested that to use fillers in their components. Fillers using is advisable in the most loaded elements of the bearing structure, namely, the spine beam. Therefore, a necessary condition for filler using in the spine beam is the creation of its closed structure. The dynamic load of railcars was carried out, taking into account the proposed provisions. Calculations have shown with filler using, the maximum accelerations acting on the bearing structures of wagons are 4% lower than those accelerations obtained for bearing structures without fillers. The results of determining the main strength indicators of bearing structures of freight cars are presented, taking into account the fillers using in their components. It has been established that the strength of the frames of the considered types of wagons under the main operating conditions is ensured. At the same time, the maximum equivalent stresses in the bearing structures of wagons are 4-9% lower than those in typical frame structures. The conducted research will contribute to the creation of innovative structures of rolling stock and reduce the cost of its maintenance work in operation.

Abstract:
The paper presents modern concepts of the contact fatigue crack occurrence in the railhead. Numerical simulation of the contact interaction between rails and rolling stock wheels by finite elements method are presented. During the simulation, the problem was solved in elastic and elastic-plastic formulations. We considered R65 rail profile and standard railway wheels. The conditions for the rail–wheel interaction corresponded to train movement on the straight section of the track without slipping. The modern life assessment methodology involves the calculation of the material damage increment at each point of the element as the load varies over time, and subsequent summation of this damage. Upon reaching the ultimate value of the total damage, the structural element is believed to lose its load-carrying capacity, i.e. a crack is formed in it. Despite the substantial simplification of the real problem, the computational costs for the implementation of such methods for predicting the durability will be unnecessarily high. In this regard, we propose the simplified method of the durability calculation.

Abstract:
The article assesses the current state of the city elevator industry, analyzes statistical data that reflect the number of overtime workers in accordance with the established norms of time norms of safe operation and non-working elevators. A comparative analysis of the characteristics of typical elevator drives. It is noted that on the basis of the study it is possible to draw the following conclusions and provide recommendations. In the conditions of budget deficit the organizations servicing elevators need to try to find means for updating or modernization of this type of transport independently that will lead to growth of acceleration of terms of performance of technical works. For example, private investment can be such a source of funding. In the absence of sufficient funding, service organizations can lease the necessary equipment. An important issue is to increase the level of training for quality maintenance of elevators. It is necessary to gradually replace elevators that have served their standard service life (first of all, these are elevators that have worked for more than 35 years, then 25 years, and so on). The renewed elevators should be based on modern innovative technologies that would ensure energy savings and be equipped with the latest methods of control, monitoring the technical condition of the elevator system remotely, it will significantly increase the level of quality and speed of service.

Abstract:
The Department of Railwayand Road Transport, lift and care system of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, an energy-saving cooling system for diesel locomotives using phase transitions of the coolant has been developed. The proposed cooling system allows to maintain constant optimal temperatures of cooling objects at ambient temperatures ± 40 ºC and in any mode of operation of the diesel engine. For thermal calculation of the radiator section operating in the mode of the steam condenser, the mathematical model of process of heat transfer from steam to walls of a flat tube at condensation is developed that considers geometrical features of section of a tube. The adequacy of this mathematical model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the obtained experimental data. During the tests, the outlet water temperature, inlet and outlet air temperature, and air pressure in front of and behind the radiator were measured. Having the values of wall temperature, steam temperature and condensate, knowing the value of steam consumption and the experimental heat transfer coefficient, it becomes possible to verify the adequacy of the mathematical model by comparing the simulation results with the obtained experimental data. Schemes of bench equipment, test methods, experimental planning and basic calculation dependences required for testing serial radiator sections of a locomotive in the standard mode of operation and in the mode of steam condensers are presented.

Abstract:
In operation, sometimes there are situations of uncertainty in assessing the technical condition of locomotive equipment and at the same time choosing the optimal strategy for its maintenance, including the possibility of using the service. Application of the concept of service gives the chance to stimulate work of all divisions of locomotive economy, to save all kinds of resources for operation of locomotives. According to this, the article substantiates the choice of strategy for maintaining the locomotive fleet using the provisions of the theory of statistical solutions. Game theory approaches were used to theoretically substantiate the transition to a service for decision-making in conflict situations and to determine the optimal strategy of behavior of each of the participants in this situation. Approaches to the choice of strategy for the maintenance of the locomotive fleet during the introduction of the service on the basis of the provisions of the theory of strategic games on the criterion of maximum efficiency were considered. It is shown on examples of the decision of some problems of a choice of maintenance strategy of locomotives for various industrial situations. It is concluded that a mixed strategy describes different situations best and allows to made rational decisions. It is also noted that the most effective approach to concretize the algorithm of actions is the complex application of the theory of strategic decisions, the theory of fuzzy sets, the theory of pattern recognition.

Abstract:
The study of the processes associated with the use of working fluids in the elements of hydraulic drives was preceded by studies of the unsteady periodic movement of the working fluid in the pipelines of hydraulic systems. Such processes take place in hydraulic drives and their elements, and are associated with the compressibility of the working fluid. The stability of the operation of hydraulic valves, which are supplied to hydraulic systems in order to maintain, within the required limits, pressures or flow rates, is also largely predetermined by non-stationary hydro mechanical processes occurring in the pipelines of these systems, channels and chambers of hydraulic devices. The peculiarities of the working processes of passive vibration dampers of passenger cars include the interaction of the working fluid with moving parts and its flow through the channels and through the calibrated holes with local artificial resistance. For in-depth analysis of changes in operating parameters, it is necessary to use a mathematical model that should reflect the processes that occur during the operation of the hydraulic device. In the presented article the generalized mathematical model of the hydraulic damper of fluctuations of the passenger car of the НЦ-1100 type is developed. This model takes into account the special operating conditions of the hydraulic shock absorber, which allows you to study the impact of operating parameters on the performance of the device.

Abstract:
The article deals with the main existing strategies for management strategy of energy exchange processes in the electric rolling stock with onboard capacitive energy storage devices. When considering strategies, it is assumed that the onboard capacitive storage has low power and capacitance. Therefore, this capacitor storage is not able to accept the full amount of regenerative braking energy of the electric rolling stock. The purpose of the paper is to consider and analyze management strategies for energy exchange processes in the electric rolling stock with onboard capacitive energy storages; to define the advantages and disadvantages of each of the existing strategies and propose a concept for the effective management of energy exchange processes in the electric rolling stock. The block diagram of electric rolling stock with the onboard capacitive energy storage which is used for the analysis of management strategies for energy exchange processes is presented. The modes of operation of electric rolling stock with onboard capacitive energy storages are described. Five main strategies for management of energy exchange processes on the electric rolling stock with onboard capacitive energy storages are determined. The advantages and disadvantages of each strategy are set out taking into account the given conditions (characteristics of the electric rolling stock, conditions of the rolling stock motion, oscillograph charts, etc.). The general advantages and shortcomings of each strategy are defined, which allowed to propose the concept of creating an adaptive strategy for managing energy exchange processes in electric rolling stock with onboard capacitive energy storages. The main concept of this management strategy is to implement efficient energy exchange between the traction equipment, the onboard capacitive energy storage, the overhead contact system, both in normal and emergency modes of traction power supply, taking into account the dynamics of energy exchange processes in the overhead contact system, which will generally allow safety and energy efficiency of the transportation process. The obtained research results will contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategies for managing energy exchange processes in the electric rolling stock.
