Abstract:
The village law has given hope for village communities to have a more prosperous life in terms of village funding which gets greater attention when compared to the above government units, namely sub-districts and districts. This has been encouraged since the assistance of village funds has been carried out in recent years. The research method used in this research is literature study method. The literature studies obtained were sourced from various kinds such as regulations / laws, journals, books and other documentation. The conclusion is that the village law contains hope for the village community for a more prosperous life. This is also supported by the existence of village fund assistance which comes from various aspects of village income. Currently the Government distributes funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget for Villages in 2021. The Government distributes Village funds, the amount can reach IDR 1.4 billion per village per year or an increase is given to 416 districts and 74,953 villages throughout Indonesia, but it is still constrained. plagued with a number of problems in use and accountability.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the Quality of Public Service Standards in Cempaka Room (Postpartum Ponek) RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus. This research is a qualitative research with a naturalistic descriptive approach. Data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. Researchers Want to Describe How the Quality of Public Service Standards in Cempaka Room (Postpartum Ponek) RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus, can work well with the community. The author uses 6 (Six) Public Service Standards, 1) Service Procedures, 2) Completion Time, 3) Service Costs, 4) Service Products, 5) Facilities and Infrastructure, 6) Competency of Service Providers. The results of research and interviews that have been conducted can be concluded that the Quality of Public Service Standards in Cempaka Room (Postpartum Ponek) RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus still found several people who complained about the existing services, namely: (a) The completion time was not good enough in providing inpatient guarantee completion time, because the time of 3x24 hours was still felt to be too short for the recipient of services and the service flow was not yet one door so it needed long time in administrative management, (b) Facilities and service infrastructure contained in Cempaka Room (Postpartum Ponek) dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya which is still lack of medical aids so it is very difficult in providing health services. The author's suggestion to improve the quality and service in order to increase community satisfaction can be done by improving in terms of the existence of information boards on administrative service flow on the wall. The Hospital must procure new medical devices to support the quality of hospital health, increase maintenance of Hospital goods facilities and inadequate public facilities.

Abstract:
This research was conducted in order to describe the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of the South Barito Regency government officials, to the performance of employees in the government division in carrying out their duties and coordination in determining and affirming village boundaries in the South Barito district. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the government division of the South Barito regency. The theory used in this research is Work Discipline according to Bejo Siswanto (2019: 333) and employee performance theory according to Ags Dwiyanto (2017: 47). This research uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This researcher has two variables, namely the independent variable (x) Work Discipline and the dependent variable (y) the performance of the government employees of the Regional Secretariat of the South Barito Regency. The data analysis tool used is Simple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 25. The hypothesis in this study is. It is suspected that there is an influence of work discipline on the employee performance of the Regional Secretariat of Barito Regency. The results obtained in the calculation of simple linear regression are Y = 11.470 + 0.745 X where the value (a) is 11.470 and the coefficient value (b) is 0.745. Then the tcount is obtained from the above test that tcount> ttable (9.197> 2.021) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Barito Regency.

Abstract:
The main role of the government towards the people is to provide services in order to meet the needs desired by the community. Likewise, Dumai Timur District office is demanded to provide quality services for the community. To meet these needs requires good and skilled employee performance in supporting the acceleration of service. In its implementation, there are still complaints from some people about convoluted procedures, the absence of certainty in-service time, and less responsive officers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect service performance at Dumai Timur District office. The theory used in this research is the theory (Ratminto & Winarsih, 2013)which states there are (13) factors that influence service performance, namely service strategies, client-oriented officers/officers, client-oriented service systems, management commitment, formulation of organizational goals, standardization of tasks, team cohesiveness, person-job suitability, technology-job suitability, control reality, role clarity, role conflict, management level. Respondents in the study were all 29 employees with the census sampling technique. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with the Rating Scale measurement scale. The results of the study in the factors that affect the performance of services at Dumai Timur District office are categorized as quite good, with an average of 2236 (65.90%).

Abstract:
Penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik pada bidang kesehatan dapat terwujud apabila pelayanan di Puskesmas Betungan dilaksanakan secara transparan, responsif, efektif dan efisien waktu. (Dwiyanto, 2015) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Puskesmas Betungan Kota Bengkulu, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas pelayanan, bidan, perawat dan komunitas. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Puskesmas Betungan Kota Bengkulu sudah cukup maksimal, terlihat prinsip transparansi, responsivitas, prinsip efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Betungan. Puskesmas telah dilaksanakan cukup optimal seperti ketersediaan papan informasi pelayanan, ketersediaan standar pelayanan minimalis, dan adanya monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah masyarakat pengguna jasa belum mampu mengakses informasi secara luas (berbasis elektronik), belum tersedianya layanan pengaduan online, tidak tersedianya kotak saran dan layanan yang dirasa masyarakat belum mendapatkan pelayanan prima.

Abstract:
This paper aims to determine the factors that will affect the quality of the inspection results by the inspectorate of the Province and The Inspectorate of District / City to realize good and clean governance. Considering, in the implementation of internal supervisory examination, namely the Provincial Inspectorate and District/City Inspectorate in carrying out its duties supported by auditors who have passed the certification of visiting consisting of expert auditors, team level auditors and technical control auditors. Each audior has sufficient professional expertise and proficiency in carrying out inspection tasks that collectors in melakanakan must have the knowledge, expertise and experience required in carrying out the task. Work experience, independence, objectivity in conducting audits can provide opinions or conclusions as is without any influence from interested parties so that quality examination results can be achieved. The results of the study show that it is appropriate that the function of internal supervision is more empowered and implemented synergistically to achieve the goal of national and state or good governance in the public sector namely the realization of transparency, accountability, honesty, fairness and welfare of the community. With the supervision carried out in a tiered period of nausea from the SKPD interen to external examinations (BPK) then minimizing irregularities that occur in the next day inggat the importance of such supervision. From some of the experiences that occur then so much means supervision in tiers.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the Effect of Employee Performance on Organizational Effectiveness at the Dusun Selatan District Office, South Barito Regency in 2020. The theory used in this research is the performance in the organization which can be seen from the productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, employee accountability according to Agus Dwiyanto (2008: 50-51) and effectiveness which comes from the word effective, which is a job that is said to be effective if a job can produce one unit of output (output). A job is said to be effective if a job can be completed on time according to a predetermined plan, there are indicators that affect organizational effectiveness, there are several parts, namely goal achievement, integration, adaptation. According to Duncan quoted by Richard M. Steers (1985: 9) in Zulkarnain (2012: 42) This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research has two variables, namely independent variable (X) Devendent employee performance (Y) Organizational Effectiveness. The analytical tool used is simple regression using SPSS Version 25. The results obtained in the simple regression calculation are Y = 7.098 + 0.848 X where the value (a) is 7.098 and the coefficient value (b) is 0.848. Then the results of tcount from the above test show that tcount> table (6,538> 2,042) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between Employee Performance on Organizational Effectiveness at Dusun Selatan District Heads in South Barito Regency in 2020.

Abstract:
This research aims to determine the effect of Environmental Work Stress, Organizational Work Stress and Personal Work Stress on Employee Performance in the South Barito District Population and Civil Registry Office by 2020 and to find out and district which variables have the most effect on Environmental Work Stress, Organizational Work Stress and Personal Work Stress on Employee Performance in the South Barito District Population and Civil Registry Office by 2020. The theory used in this study is that work stress according to Robbins and Judge (2016:425) three main sources can cause the onset of stress, namely environmental factors, organizational factors and personal factors and employee performance theory according to Agus Dwiyanto (2017:47) there are several indicators usually used to measure the performance of public bureaucracy namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques using observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 25. The result obtained in multiple linear regression calculations is Y = 2.547 + 0.762X1 + 1.438X2 + 0.708X3 where the value (a) is 2.547 and the coefficient value (b1) is 0.762 the coefficient value (b2) is 1,438 and the coefficient value (b3) is 0.708. Then obtained the results of thitung from the above test that thitung > table (3,372 > 2,060) then Ho rejected and H1 received, meaning variable X1 or Environmental Work Stress partially affects the Performance of Employees of the Civil Office of South Barito Regency. Then for variable X2 thitung > ttabel (8,577 > 2,060) then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning variable X2 or Organizational Work Stress partially affects the Performance of Residents Office Employees and Civil Recording of South Barito Regency. And for variable X3 thitung > ttabel (3,477 > 2,060) then Ho was rejected and H3 was accepted, meaning variable X3 or Personal Work Stress partially affects the Performance of Residents Office Employees and Civil Registry of South Barito Regency.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine and describe the effect of Work Unit Reconciliation Work Discipline on the e-Rekon-LK Application on Employee Performance in the Verification and Accounting Section at the Buntok State Treasury Service Office in 2020 and to find out and describe the most influential indicators on work discipline unit reconciliation. work (Satker) in the e-Rekon-LK application on the performance of employees of the verification and accounting section. The theory used in this research is Work Discipline according to Bejo Siswanto (2019: 291) and employee performance theory according to Agus Dwiyanto (2017: 47). This research uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This study has two variables, namely the independent variable (X) work unit reconciliation discipline in the e-rekon-lk application and the dependent variable (Y) the employee performance in the verification and accounting section. The data analysis tool used is Simple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 25. The hypothesis in this study is H1. It is suspected that there is an influence between the work unit reconciliation work discipline (satker) in the e-Rekon-LK application on the performance of employees of the verification and accounting section of the Buntok State Treasury Service Office 2020, H2. It is suspected that the level of vigilance in the work unit (Satker) reconciliation work discipline indicator in the e-Rekon-LK application has the most influence on employee performance in the verification and accounting section. The results obtained in the calculation of simple linear regression are Y = 10.946 + 0.765 X where the value (a) is 10.946 and the coefficient value (b) is 0.765. Then the tcount is obtained from the above test that tcount> ttable (5.876> 2.035) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline Work Unit Reconciliation (Satker) in the e-Rekon-LK Application on the Performance of Section Employees Verification and Accounting Section at the Buntok State Treasury Service Office 2020.

Abstract:
The affairs of public government have an important urgency amid diversity, the threat of intolerance, radicalism, the disintegration of the nation today. The central institutional role in the region is both security and order-based, defense will be difficult to run optimally without the support of the organizational structure of regional devices with its work program. Regulatory, technical and political constraints will be officials in the allocation of work programs and regional budgets to leading organizational units such as the sub-district government being the cause of the lack of public government affairs properly maintained by the District Court in the sub-district. This research seeks to examine the dilemma of conducting public government affairs in The Central Kahayan District of Pulang Pisau Regency by the district, amid current reforms and democracy that gives broad authority to districts/ cities as well as village governments with village laws and budgets of one billion villages through a qualitative scripted approach.
