Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to examine the participants' critical thinking skills and the causal factors. This research was a mixed-methods explanatory sequential design using primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken using questionnaires, followed by the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method to informants who were included in the side deviant cases and in-depth interviews with tutors of the Positions and Roles of Civil Servants in The Republic of Indonesia agenda. The secondary data collected were the characteristics and learning outcomes of participants. The results showed that of the 40 informants, the majority (82.5%) who had attended the Positions and Roles of Civil Servants in The Republic of Indonesia agenda at Bapelkes Semarang were still not in the category of critical thinking. Specific factors that caused this failure were misconceptions, misunderstanding roles, positions, rules, and concepts, and ineffective time management, while general factors that influence this were the lack of critical thinking skills and discussions, misunderstanding critical thinking, physical and psychological resilience, and family conditions that did not support the learning process. Researchers suggest internal and external improvements to improve learning so that the achievement of the critical thinking skills of the trainees becomes optimized

Abstract:
The problem of young people in Indonesia today is very concerning, one of which is early marriage. BKKBN issued Generation Planning Program which is responsible for dealing with cases. The GENRE program aims to overcome early marriage, it needs to be well socialized, needs cooperation/collaboration from various responsible stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the collaboration of stakeholders in optimizing the socialization of the planned generation program on the implementation of maturing age at marriage. The research method used is a literature review research method. The results of the research based on the theory of Anshell and Gash (2007) that the success of stakeholder collaboration is influenced by good meetings or communication, building trust, mutual commitment, mutual understanding, and achievement of results. It states that collaboration on early prevention in Bengkulu Province involves collaboration between BKKBN, Dinas Children's Empowerment and Protection, as well as the Health Office have not run optimally because teenagers as the target of this program do not know the contents of the program due to lack of socialization and the community is not involved in this program. So that the number of early marriages in Bengkulu has not shown a decrease in cases.

The research method in writing this law is an empirical legal research method that focuses on analyzing the legal reality in the form of tax arrears owed due to public disobedience in paying taxes, then related to whether or not law enforcement is effective based on legislation and the theory of law enforcement factors. In writing this law, it shows the results that law enforcement against public disobedience in paying PBB-P2 in Sragen Regency is still less than optimal, this is evidenced by the increase in the number of tax arrears from 2018 - 2020 and  two tax whitening policies which result in ineffective provision of taxes. administrative sanctions in the form of tax fines so that the Regional Regulations related to PBB-P2 need a change regarding law enforcement in the form of tax collection to become more active as a form of firmness of the Sragen Regency Government in enforcing the law against non-compliance with PBB-P2 payments.

Abstract:
Pandemic Coronavirus Disease-2019 (Covid-19) is an unusual occurrence. The Covid-19 makes people hesitant to invest. This is because the world economy is not in good condition.  Gold investment is one of the safest investments during the Covid-19 pandemic. The precious metal is widely chosen because the majority of the public is familiar with gold and easy to reach. In addition, because the price of gold tends to be stable and rarely inhabits the price drop, it is actually currently experiencing an increase in the price in a short time. One way to know the picture of gold price in Indonesia so that people are interested in investing in precious metals is to do forecasting using ARIMA Box-Jenkins method. The purpose of this research is to obtain gold price predictions in Indonesia over the next 30 days. The results of the analysis showed that ARIMA model (1,1,1) so that it can be concluded that the gold price prediction of the next 30 days continues to increase with the percentage of training data errors by 1,005 percent and the validation of the forecast from testing data by 3,93 percent.

Abstract:
Environmental problems have become a global problem, these problems arise due to increasing population and changing lifestyles to become more consumptive. The consequence of the above conditions is that the environment will be exploited causing natural disasters, various parties have tried to overcome environmental problems but the results have not been optimal. This is due to the low public awareness of the environment, therefore environmental education is needed from an early age. Eco-pesantren is a program based on the role of pesantren to preserve the environment through religious-based environmental education. Efforts to handle environmental problems such as the eco-pesantren program need to be addressed with a partnership pattern, because environmental problems are multi-stakeholder problems. The purpose of this study is to describe the partnership-based eco-pesantren program. The analysis carried out is a qualitative descriptive analysis using success indicators of eco-pesantren from Mangunjaya, while the research method uses literature studies. The partnership pattern that must be applied to support the eco-pesantren program is a partnership that includes partnerships in environmentally caring and cultured pesantren policies, partnerships in the development of environment-based curricula, partnerships in the development of participatory-based environmental activities, and partnerships in the management of environmentally friendly pesantren support facilities.

The Micro and Small Industry (IMK) contributes in creating employments in the informal sector. This study analyzes demand for female workers in the IMK sectors from 2016 to 2018 which is influenced by the number of establishments, outputs, and Provincial Minimum Wages. Fixed effect models in panel data has been carried out to analyze the data. It was found that the number of businesses and the output variable had a positive and significant relationship to the demand for female workers. The coefficient value of the number of businesses is 0.5743, which means that for every one percent increase in the number of IMK establishments the demand for female labor increased by 0.5743 percent. The coefficient value of the output is 0.2046 or for every one percent increase in output the demand for female labor increased by 0.2046 percent. Meanwhile, the UMP was found to be negatively and significantly related to the demand for female labor. The UMP coefficient value is 0.5642, which means that for every one percent increase in the UMP will reduce the demand for female labor by 0.5642 percent. The increase on number of establishments and outputs on IMK will have an impact on the female workforce.
