Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) upaya meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMP dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif students team achievement division, (2) peningkatan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMP dengan model pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas VII D SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran students teams achievement division dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah: pembagian kelompok, menentukan skor awal, pemaparan materi, mengerjakan kuis, menghitung skor individu dan kelompok, merekognisi prestasi kelompok; (2) model pembelajaran students teams achievement division mampu meningkatkan keaktifan belajar sebesar 15% dan hasil belajar IPS sebesar 8,0. Learning model of students team achievement division to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of IPS in students in junior high school The research objective was to find out (1) improvement learning activeness and outcomes of junior high school students with student team achievement division model, and (2) increasing learning activeness and outcomes of junior high school students by the model. The research conducted using classroom action research, with subject of students of class VII D SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta, totaling 32 people. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation. The technique of data analysis used qualitative data analysis technique of Miles & Huberman model. The results showed that: (1) the students teams achievement division learning model was carried out with the following steps: group division, determining initial scores, building groups, material exposure, group study, taking quizzes, calculating individual and group scores, recognizing group achievement, and returns quiz results with an emphasis on group discussion, and individual skills; (2) the student team achievement division learning model was able to increase learning activeness 15% and social studies learning outcomes 8.0.

Abstract:
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peran komite sekolah dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disfungsi tugas komite sekolah sebagai penindaklanjut aspirasi masyarakat tidak mempengaruhi turunnya mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. Hal ini karena perangkat pendidikan SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta sebagai sebuah sistem sosial bersifat otopoietik yang dapat memperbaharui ketidakberfungsian pada salah satu atau beberapa subsistem pendidikan. Partisipasi diperluas dalam berbagai aspek baik sarana, prasarana, maupun kerajasama dengan stake holderThe role of school committees in improving the quality of education: Studies at SMP Negeri 1 SurakartaThis study aims to reveal the role of the school committee in efforts to improve the quality of education in SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques by interview. Data analysis was performed using the Milles & Huberman analysis technique model. The conclusion of this study is the dysfunction in the school committee's duties as a follow-up role for community aspirations does not affect the decline in the quality of education at Surakarta 1 Public Junior High School. This is because the educational apparatus of Surakarta 1 Public Junior High School as a social system is autopoietic which can renew the malfunctioning in one or several of its subsystems. Participation is expanded in various aspects, including facilities, infrastructure, and cooperation with stakeholders

Abstract:
Tingkat pendidikan orang tua yang baik mampu membimbing dan mengarahkan puteranya dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan prestasi belajar IPS peserta didik SMP di Kota Mungkid, Magelang; (2) hubungan antara kedisiplinan belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPS; (3) hubungan tingkat pendidikan ibu dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mungkid sebanyak 182 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan prestasi belajar IPS (rhitung: 0,458 > rtabel: 0,148); (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar IPS (rhitung: 0,383 > rtabel: 0,148); (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama tingakat pendidikan ibu dan disiplin belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar IPS (Fhitung: 24,796 > Ftabel: 3,05).The relationship between the level of maternal education and learning discipline on the social studies learning achievement of junior high school students in Mungkid City, Magelang RegencyA good level of parental education proficient able to guide and control their sons in participating in learning activities at school. This research aims to determine (1) the relationship between the level of maternal education and the social studies learning achievement of junior high school students in Mungkid City, Magelang; (2) the relationship between learning discipline and social studies learning achievement; (3) the relationship between mother's education level and learning discipline on social studies learning achievement. This research uses correlational quantitative research methods. The sample of the research was 182 grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mungkid City. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between maternal education level and social studies learning achievement (rcount: 0.458> rtable: 0.148); (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between student learning discipline and social studies learning achievement (rcount: 0.383> rtable: 0.148); (3) there is a positive and significant relationship together with the level of maternal education and student learning discipline on social studies learning achievement (Fcount: 24.796> Ftable: 3.05).

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui bagaimana pembentukan karakter melalui outdoor learning dalam pembelajaran IPS SMP. Metode yang dingunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Tumbuh Yogyakarta. Data diperoleh dari hasil indept interview dengan key informan: kepala sekolah, para wakil kepala sekolah, wali kelas, guru, dan siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah: data reduction, data display, dan conclusion/verification). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1) Pembentukan karakter dapat dibagi menjadi dua strategi , yaitu internal dan eksternal sekolah; 2) strategi internal sekolah dapat ditempuh melalui empat pilar, yakni kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas dengan metode pembelajaran yang telah disiapkan, kegiatan keseharian dalam bentuk school culture, kegiatan habituation, kegiatan kokurikuler, dan ekstra kurikuler; dan 3) strategi eksternal dapat ditempuh melalui kerja sama dengan orang tua dan masyarakat.Character building through outdoor learning in social studies learningThe purpose of this study was to determine how character formation through outdoor learning in junior high school social studies learning. The method used is qualitative research. The research was conducted at SMP Tumbuh Yogyakarta. Data obtained from the results of indept interviews with key informants: school principals, vice principals, homeroom teachers, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed using the following steps: data reduction, display data, and conclusion/verification). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) Character building can be divided into two strategies, namely internal and external schools; (2) the school's internal strategy can be pursued through four pillars, namely teaching and learning activities in class with prepared learning methods, daily activities in the form of school culture, habituation activities, co-curricular activities, and extra-curricular activities; and (3) external strategies can be pursued in collaboration with parents and the community.

Abstract:
Karakter dan moral mahasiswa perlu ditumbuhkan dengan maksimal, sehingga mahasiswa tidak hanya unggul dibidang akademik, tapi juga unggul dibidang non akademik untuk menunjang identitas diri ditengah globalisasi. Oleh karenanya bagaimana menumbuhkan karakter yang mulia bagi mahasiswa Indonesia merupakan hal terpenting yang harus segera dilakukan. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan diperoleh gagasan atau strategi menumbuhkan karakter mulia di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka yaitu mengumpulkan dan menganalisis sumber dan fakta dari literature seperti buku, jurnal, makalah dan tesis. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan Teknik membaca baik membaca semantic maupun simbolik. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pendidikan karakter di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi tetap harus dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat dan menyemaikan karakter mulia di kalangan mahasiswa. Dosen memiliki peran dalam pengembangan karakter dan moral mahasiswa. Melalui keteladanan yang diajarkan dosen di lingkungan akademik, mahasiswa akan melakukan proses imitasi dan cenderung menjadikan dosen sebagai role model dalam bertindak.Building the character of Indonesian students through moral educationThe character and morals of students need to be developed to the maximum so that students are not only superior in academics, but also in non-academic fields to support their identity in the midst of globalization. Therefore, how to cultivate noble character for Indonesian students is the most important thing that must be done immediately. Through this research, it is hoped that ideas or strategies will be obtained to foster noble character among Indonesian students. The research was conducted using a literature review, namely collecting and analyzing sources and facts from literature such as books, journals, papers, and theses. Data collection was carried out with reading techniques both semantic and symbolic reading. The results of the study found that character education in the higher education environment must still be carried out to strengthen and nurture noble character among students. Lecturers have a role in developing student character and morale. Through exemplary teachings by lecturers in an academic environment, students will carry out an imitation process and tend to make lecturers role models in acting.

Abstract:
Tuna satak bathi sanak merupakan kearifan lokal masyarakat Jawa yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai luhur kerja sama dan gotong royong pada masyarakat Jawa. Konsep tersebut dipakai oleh para pedagang untuk menarik para pembeli, rugi sedikit tidak mengapa asalkan bertambah saudara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka pada dokumen-dokumen tertulis berupa buku, artikel, hasil penelitian, jurnal dan artikel media yang terkait dengan konsep tuna sathak bathi sanak serta relevansinya dengan pembelajaran ilmu sosial di sekolah. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai kearifan lokal tuna satak bathi sanak dapat dilakukan dengan strategi mengajak siswa mengobservasi penerapan nilai tersebut di tengah masyarakat, kemudian siswa mendiskusikan di kelas, dan menggali potensi-potensi kearifan lokal lain yang bisa dikembangkan.Tuna satak bathi sanak: integration of local wisdom of Javanese culture in social science learningTuna satak bathi sanak is a Javanese local wisdom reflects the noble values of cooperation and mutual cooperation in Javanese society, especially used by traders to attract buyers, a little loss is tolerable as long as you get more relatives. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by using the literature study method on written documents in the form of books, articles, research results, journals and media articles related to mental disabilities and their relationship with social studies learning. The explanation of the results of the study was carried out descriptively. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods with a theoretical approach and concepts in accordance with social studies learning. The results obtained are if the integration of local wisdom values of tuna satak bathi sanak can be done with a strategy of inviting students to observe the application of these values in the community, then students discuss in class, and explore other potential local wisdom that can be developed.

Abstract:
Research aims to understand the rule of education in Goma Junior High School, to understand the level of environmental management, and relationship between education and environmental management. This research employed a mixed method which is quantitate and qualitative. Technique to gather non-numerical data, the researcher utilized a qualitative data collection approach. The results show that environmental education helps students improve their living, study through tree planting, waste management, good environmental management in the school farm and increase number of environmental management ambassadors in the community. The students have a moderate level of understanding on environmental issues and concerns while the rest of the students either have very good or good in understanding environmental management issues. Moreover, students are at the knowledge and understanding A to A continuum level while the list is in the problem-solving skills level of the A to A continuum phase. Students become more responsible in matters dealing with environmental management such as planting tree, keeping their living environment clean and attractive, and managing waste well. Peranan pendidikan terhadap menejemen lingkungan: Studi kasus Goma Junior High School DR Congo Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah aturan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Goma, untuk memahami sistem pengelolaan lingkungan, dan memahami hubungan antara pendidikan dan pengelolaan lingkungan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Goma, DR Congo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data nonnumerik menggunakan pendekatan pengumpulan data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan lingkungan membantu siswa meningkatkan taraf hidup, belajar melalui penanaman pohon, pengelolaan sampah, pengelolaan lingkungan yang baik di sekolah pertanian dan meningkatkan jumlah duta pengelolaan lingkungan di masyarakat. Sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat pemahaman yang moderat tentang masalah dan masalah lingkungan, sedangkan siswa lainnya memiliki pemahaman yang sangat baik atau baik dalam masalah pengelolaan lingkungan. Siswa berada pada pengetahuan dan pemahaman tingkat kontinum A ke A sedangkan daftar berada pada tingkat keterampilan pemecahan masalah dari tahap kontinum A ke A. Mahasiswa menjadi lebih bertanggung jawab dalam hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan lingkungan seperti penanaman pohon, menjaga lingkungan hidup tetap bersih dan menarik, serta mengelola sampah dengan baik.

Abstract:
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media Papan Putar Nusantara pada pembelajaran IPS kelas IV SD Negeri Cijoho dan SDN 2 Kiarajangkung Kecamatan Sukahening, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Media Papan Putar Nusantara ini dibutuhkan untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan pembelajaran IPS akan media belajar. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode penelitian Design Based Research. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Reeves dalam Pool & Laubscher, meliputi (1) identifikasi dan analisis masalah oleh peneliti dan praktis secara kolaboratif, (2) mengembangkan solusi yang didasakan patokan teori, design principle yang ada dan inovasi teknologi, (3) melakukan proses berulang untuk menguji dan memperbaiki solusi secara praktisi dan (4) refleksi untuk menghasilkan design principle serta meningkatkan implementasi dari solusi secara praktis. Pengembangan produk divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Produk media berupa papan putar nusantara adalah papan lingkar yang berputar didalamnya terdapat angka sebagai titik tumpu untuk menentukan hasil dari keterangan pada suatu daerah untuk mengetahui tujuan pembelajaran dengan permainan. Media pembelajaran menjadi faktor untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik sebagai proses belajar mengajar akan elbih efektif dan menyenangkan sehingga guru membantu mencari pesan dari bahan pembelajaran kepada peserta didik.THE DEVELOPMENT OF ARCHIPELAGO MEDIA ON DIVERSITY OF TRADITIONAL CLOTHES IN INDONESIA FOR CLASS IV IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLThis research aims to produce Nusantara Playboard media in social studies class IV SD Negeri Cijoho and SDN 2 Kiarajangkung, Sukahening District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This Nusantara Playboard media is needed to accommodate the social studies learning needs of learning media. This research uses the Design-Based Research research method. The steps in this study use the Reeves model in Pool & Laubscher, including (1) identifying and analyzing problems by researchers and collaboratively practicing, (2) developing solutions based on theoretical standards, existing design principles, and technological innovation, (3) carry out an iterative process to test and improve solutions practically and (4) reflection to produce a design principle and improve the practical implementation of the solution. Product development is validated by material experts and media experts. The data collection technique in this study was purposive sampling. The media product in the form of an archipelago rotary board is a circular board that rotates in which there are numbers as a fulcrum for determining the results of information in an area to determine the objectives of learning with games. Learning media is a factor in increasing students' understanding as the teaching and learning process will be more effective and fun so that teachers help find messages from learning materials to students.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi Musyrif dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan dan kemandirian siswa Boarding School. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan in-depth interview dengan key informant: Supervisor Asrama SMA ICMBS, Musyrif, siswa, dan Alumni. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikonklusikan: (1) Strategi Musyrif dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan dan kemandirian terbagi dua yaitu internal dan eksternal. (2) Strategi internal meliputi enam tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pengenalan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, reward and punishment, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan diintegrasikan melalui organizing divisi kepengurusan asrama. Pengenalan diintegrasikan melalui pembelajaran diniyah, Taujihat Wal Irsyadat, pendidikan keorganisasian, dan keteladanan. Pelaksanaan di integrasikan melalui kegiatan Organisasi Asrama Santri, multi activities, dan kedisiplinan. Pengawasan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh komponen lembaga pedidikan. Reward and punishment diintegrasikan sesuai prinsip dan ketetapan yang berlaku. Evaluasi diintegrasikan melalui rapat Musyrif, Musyrif dengan siswa, dan ujian diniyah. (3) Strategi eksternal meliputi pengenalan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi yang diintegrasikan melalui komunikasi aktif dengan orang tua wali baik dalam bentuk formal maupun nonformalMUSYRIF STRATEGY IN SHAPING CHARACTERS OF LEADERSHIP AND INDEPENDENCE OF BOARDING SCHOOL STUDENTSThe purpose of the research is to describe how Musyrif's strategy in shaping the character of leadership and independent student at high school ICMBS Sidoarjo. This research takes a case study in high school Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), Sidoarjo. The method which used in this research is qualitative. The Data obtained through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with key informants are Boarding Supervisor, Musyrif, student, and Alumni. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: (1) The Musyrif's strategy in shaping the character of leadership and independence is divided into two, internal and external. (2) The internal strategy includes six steps, they are: planning, knowing, actuating, controlling, reward & punishment, and evaluating. The planning strategy is integrated through organizing the division of management. The knowing strategy is integrated through the learning of diniyah, taujihat wal irsyadat, leadership education, and model. The actuating strategy is integrated through the organization of Boarding School, multi activities, and discipline. The controlling strategy is carried out by all components of high school ICMBS Sidoarjo. The Reward and punishment strategy is carried out by principles and provisions. The evaluation strategy is integrated through the evaluation between Musyrif, Musyrif, and students, and the examination of diniyah. (3) The external strategy includes three steps they are: knowing, controlling, and evaluation which is integrated through effective communication with the guardian's parents by formal or informal.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan sumber dan media pembelajaran IPS dengan menghasilkan sebuah modul dan implementasi proses pembelajaran yang menjadi salah satu penggerak dalam meningkatkan ekoliterasi peserta didik dengan cara mendaur ulang kemasan produk konsumsi terutama dari kemasan botol plastik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan (Research and Development) Borg dan Gall dengan subjek penelitian Mts Al-Hidayah Wajak, yang menghasilkan sebuah produk kreasi daur ulang dari sampah botol plastik yang mengadopsi dari materi Kewirausahaan. Modul didesain agar peserta didik bisa mempraktekkan daur ulang sampah yang kreatif dan inovatif , dampak sampah plastik yang tidak didaur ulang bagi masyarakat dan solusi untuk mengatasinya, yang kedua adalah macam-macam kreasi dan inovasi daur ulang sampah plastik yang terdiri dari dua puluh satu kreasi sampah botol plastik dan langkah-langkah dalam membuatnya, dan yang terahir adalah kisah-kisah inspiratif yang berasal dari pengusaha sampah plastik. Sumber dan media pembelajaran IPS yang berupa modul yang telah dikembangangkan telah di implementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran berjalan sangat menyenangkan hal tersebut terlihat dari antusias peserta dalam mengikuti pembelajaran karena peserta terlibat langsung dalam proses pemanfaatan/mendaur ulang sampah botol plastik.DEVELOPING OF SOCIAL STUDIES LEARNING SOURCES AND MEDIA TO IMPROVE ECOLITERACY OF PUPILS The research aims to develop social studies learning resources and media by producing a module and implementing a learning process that becomes one of the driving forces in increasing the eco-literation of students by recycling consumer product packaging, especially from plastic bottle packaging. This research method uses the development model (Research and Development) of Borg and Gall with the research subject of Mts Al-Hidayah Wajak, which produces a recycled creative product from plastic bottle waste that adopts entrepreneurship materials. The module is designed so that students can practice creative and innovative waste recycling, the impact of plastic waste that is not recycled for society, and solutions to overcome it, the second is various kinds of plastic waste recycling creations and innovations consisting of twenty-one waste creations plastic bottles and the steps in making them, and finally, inspiring stories from plastic waste entrepreneurs. Social studies learning resources and media in the form of modules that have been developed have been implemented in the learning process, the learning process is very pleasant, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the lesson because participants are directly involved in the process of utilizing and recycling plastic bottle waste.
