Abstract:
This study aims to improve students' understanding and creativity in arts and culture subjects. By introducing the arts of eight tribes, students recognize factors such as the participation of 27 students in the city, such as participation in SDN 101769 Class V Medan Tembung. This research uses classroom action research method with two cycles. The results showed that the application of the Integrated Fine Arts Learning Model can increase understanding of traditional cultural arts in the North Sumatra region by introducing art to eight tribes carried out at SD Negeri 101769 Medantenbun City. To increase the understanding and creativity of regional traditional arts and culture, a learning model that can integrate all elements of art and culture can be used, such as, Using an integrated art learning model that has been proven to increase students' understanding of art subjects.

Abstract:
The assessment instrument used as a mandatory reference by teachers and students in the 21st century learning process. 21st Century learning integrates literacy skills, knowledge skills, skills and attitudes as well as mastery of technology. Therefore, an assessment that is not only cognitive is needed. This study aims to analyze the need for spiritual assessment in 21st century learning. This study used a qualitative method with data acquisition through observation and interviews with principals and teachers. The results showed that principals and teachers needed spiritual assessment.

Abstract:
Many research studied that realistic mathematics education (RME) can be an alternative solution to students’ difficulties in learning mathematics. Various forms of technology additionally are further employed to support students' mathematical achievements. However, research on the implementation of virtual learning environments (VLE) with the RME approach is still lacking. The main goals of this research were to create an instructional process of virtual learning environments on realistic mathematics education to improve seventh graders' mathematical modeling abilities and to examine the effect of designs on mathematical modeling ability. Theory of realistic mathematics education and virtual learning environment literature were integrated. The design model developed was verified by experts to be tested. The pre-test / post-test test method was carried out to see the effectiveness of the design. The sixty-seventh graders from a secondary school in North Sumatera were selected as samples. The instructional process developed consists of four stages, namely (1) purposing contextual problems, (2) defining situations from contextual problems, (3) solving problems individually or in groups, and (4) reviewing and comparing solutions. The developed virtual learning environment consists of 5 components, namely (1) users management, (2) content and activities management, (3) resources management, (4) visualization and communication management, and (5) evaluation and assessment management. The mathematical modeling ability concerning experimental group students is significantly higher after being taught through a realistic mathematics education instructional process via a virtual learning environment. Comparison of the experimental group with the control group also showed the same results.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the Quizizz application in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for teachers at SD Negeri 101877 Tanjung Morawa. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SDN 101877 Tanjung Morawa. The research subjects were teachers and students of grade V SD Negeri 101877 Tanjung Morawa. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained from the results of observations, interviews, documentation and filling out questionnaires by students. The results of online learning research using the Quizizz application are that learning becomes fun, increases focus in learning, is more enthusiastic, and stimulates students to understand questions better and makes it easier for teachers to analyze students' questions and answers.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine whether Simalungun Traditional Dance has an effect on Children's Character Education in the Marsialop Ari Purba Art Studio. The population of this study were all children aged 9-13 years at the Marsialop Ari Purba Art Studio. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling in this case the researcher used 35 children aged 9-13 years. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative survey type method where this type of research tested the results of the study using a hypothesis technique, and the hypothesis technique chosen was the t-test hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the traditional Simalungun Tortor Haroan Bolon dance has an average tcount of 24,843 which is greater than ttable of 1,683 in the high category and character education has an average tcount of 24,843 which is greater than ttable of 1,683 in the high category. HO accepted that there was a relationship between the traditional Simalungun Tortor Haroan Bolon dance and character education for children at the Marsialop Ari Purba art studio

Abstract:
This research is motivated by the low ability of students in developing critical thinking skills and problem solving and the lack of student motivation to develop science and link chemistry with other science. This research is a quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of STEM-based modules on learning outcomes and student motivation. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design using a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The data collection method used was a multiple choice test to measure learning outcomes and a questionnaire to analyze learning motivation. The results showed that the use of STEM-based modules had an effect on student learning outcomes and learning motivation in selected subjects.

Abstract:
This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Chase method and Team Base Project-based learning model on learning outcomes in the basic physics and chemistry concepts course of PGSD FIP UNIMED students. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a type of correlation research. The research population is all PGSD FIP UNIMED students in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The sample taken was 42 students using purposive sampling data collection techniques. The data in this study were obtained through a learning outcomes test. The test results used have been tested for validity and reliability. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is correlation. From the calculation results obtained t count is 56.414, then the result is compared with t table at a significance level of 5% which is 2.018. This shows that t count > t table which means that there is an influence of the Chase method and Team Base Project-based learning model on learning outcomes in the basic physics and chemistry concepts course of PGSD FIP UNIMED students. Meanwhile, the use of the Chase method and Team Base Project-based learning model contributed 98.8% to learning outcomes in the basic concepts of physics and chemistry courses of  PGSD FIP UNIMED students, while the remaining 1.2% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract:
This study aims to tell or describe observations on early childhood language development at RA Al-Azhar Langsa. To develop early childhood language, RA Al-Azhar langsa provides stimulation in the form of teaching materials with the principle of learning to play, meaning that the child's playing is the learning process. This research is a case study research with a qualitative descriptive approach conducted at RA Al-Azhar Langsa. The purpose of this study was to find out how the assessment of early childhood development at RA Al-Azhar Langsa. The data collection technique that the author uses is observation followed by interviews. The results obtained are that the assessment carried out at RA Al-Azhar Langsa is carried out every day, by documenting both in the form of photos of some of the activities carried out by the child and an assessment sheet which then reports on the child's development will be compiled and reported by the teacher to parents. The recommendation that the author can suggest is that teachers continue to be able to develop assessments and develop their own assessment instruments so that children's development seems to have clear progress.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine how the Hybrid learning model at SD Negeri 163080 Tebing Tinggi during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Various obstacles in implementing distance education require an appropriate learning model, including a Hybrid learning model. To improve students' understanding of the social science subject, done with class action research refers to the model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of four components, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation of the action, 3) observation, 4) reflection. A total number of 30 respondents were used as the samples determined based on qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed there was improvement of student learning outcomes characterized by increased every cycle, namely pre-cycle (60%), the first cycle (76,67 %), cycle II (90 %) and complete learn the clasical equal to 90  %. This conclution is the application of problem solving method has real effect toward learning outcomes of students grade V at SD Negeri 163080 Tebing Tinggi in academic year on 2021/2022.
