Abstract:The objective of the research was to developed mathematic questions of PISA model to measure students' mathematic reasoning ability of SMPN Lubuklinggau city. This is developmental research of formative research type. This research was done in two stages namely preliminary and formative evaluation including self evaluation, expert teviews and one-to-one evaluation (low resistence in revision), small group and field test (high resistence in revision). The technique of data analysis used descriptive data analysis. The findings showed that the prototype of developed questions had potential effect. It was shown from mean score of test result was 61.09 which students' mathematic reasoning ability were in good category (61-80). In conclusion, developing mathematic questions of PISA model could measure students' mathematic reasoning ability. Keywords: Questions, PISA, Ability, Reasoning

Abstract:This study specifically aimed to determine the effectiveness of the contextual teaching learning model and the community technology science model on student learning outcomes in the diffusion of educational innovation subject. The method of data collection used was experiment by using test, documentation, interview and observation. The result of the study showed that the average score of the student learning outcome that used learning technology model of community science was higher than the result of student learning outcome that used contextual teaching learning model. This was because the community technology science model helped students better understand the material related to problems found in real life so that students became active in the learning process. Abstract:This study aimed to determine the effect of teacher's welfare committee on the spirit of senior high school teachers in Kota Komba sub-district, East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used was quantitative research which emphasized the analysis of numerical data (numbers) obtained by statistical methods with the independent variable being teacher welfare and the dependent variable was the spirit of teaching. The sample was 25 high school teachers spread across 8 schools in Komba by filling out questionnaires completely. Data collection techniques used was Field Research. Data were analyzed by using IMB SPSS statistick 17.0 software, with r table obtained by correlation value "r" moment products with degrees of freedom (df) = n-2 and significant level was (α) = 0.05. The results of the study found r-value was 0.456, and r-table was 0.413 at a significant level of 5% (0.05). Thus r-value> r-table, 0.456> 0.413. Abstract:The purpose of the study was to apply the guided discovery method to the learning of Mathematics of Class VIII Students of Muhammadiyah Middle School 2 Tugumulyo. The research method used was a quasi-experimental method (Quasi experiment) which was carried out in an experimental class without a comparison group (control group). The population was the eighth grade students of junior high school with the total number 127 students. The sample was the students of VIII.b class which was taken randomly by means of gambling. Data analysis used in this research was t test, obtained thit = 2.92> ttab = 1.69, so that students' mathematical learning outcomes after the implimentation of guided discovery methods had been completed. The score of the average learning value of students using guided discovery method was 80.80. In conclusion, the implementation of guided learning methods was very appropriate in mathematics learning. Abstract:The purpose of the research was to apply the think pair share model in learning physics. The type of research was a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test group. The population was all students of class VII which consisted of 3 classes and the total number was 95 students. The sample was taken randomly and the selected class was class VII.2 with total number 32 students. The data collection was a test technique that was analyzed using the t-test at significant level. Based on the result of t-test, the result of t-value (2.05)> t table (1.71), so that the physics learning outcomes using the Think Pair Share model was significantly achieved. The average of student learning outcome was 67.85 and the percentage of students who achieved standard minimum criteria was 81.25%. In conclusion, the implementation of the think pair share model was very appropriate in learning physic. Keywords: Think Pair Share, Learning Outcomes, Physics.

Abstract:This study aims to determine the completeness of the results of learning mathematics Class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. Having applied guided discovery method. The research method used in this research is a quasi experiment with population class VIII 191 students and as a sample is class VIII F 32 students are taken at random. Data collecting is done by the test technique in the form of essay.Data problem is analyzed using t-test . Based on the results of data analysis on tarap belief α = 0.05 can be concluded that the results of students studying class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau Academic Year 2016/2017 after the average value of the final test of 81.27 and the percentage of complete students reached 82.14% Keywords: Guided Discovery, Learning Outcomes, Mathematics

Abstract:This scientific journal is one of the dissemination of the ideas of the results of research conducted on the course of Islamic Education Philosophy which is integrated with social media to measure how much influence in improving student's motivation to learn. The research method used is quasi experiment. While the research design used in this study is nonequivalent control group design where the observations made twice before the treatment and after treatment. Observations made before treatment are called pre-tests, and post-test post-test observation.The study was conducted in the Department of Tarbiyah STAIN Curup, with two classes that were compared, namely class A as experiment class (Prodi BKI with 13 students) and class B as control class (Prodi MPI with 19 students). Data analysis technique in this research use liliefors test to test data normality, fisher test to test data homogeneity, t-test to test hypothesis, and normal gain to know difference of student's learning motivation between experiment class and control class. The calculation results of hypothesis testing obtained t-count of 3.2 with the price of t-table of 2.08, then t-count> t-table. Thus from the results of this study can be concluded that there is the influence of learning courses Islamic Philosophy Education is integrated with social media to increase student learning motivation. Abstract:The purpose of this study is to determine the type of difficulty, causal factors, and provide solutions to overcome the difficulties in solving materials physics matter temperature and heat.Techniques of collecting data using tests, questionnaires, and interviews.The subjects of class X High School Ar-Risalah Lubuklinggau.From the analysis of the test data found the difficulty proportion of 80.3% problem, the difficulty of using symbols 76.2%, difficulty using the formula of 84%, difficulty analyzing the graph of 65% and 90% difficulty count.Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, the factors that cause students to have difficulty understanding the problem is that students do not understand the purpose and purpose of the problem, the lack of students' understanding of the material, the students rarely repeat the material that has been studied at home and students lazy exercise to do the question.The cause of the difficulty of using symbols is that students forget the physical symbol and students remember the symbol by memorizing not understanding it.The cause of difficulty using the formula is the students are not interested and feel complicated with the matter that there is a formula and students do not master the concept of the material well.The cause of the difficulty of analyzing the graph is the students do not understand the purpose of the graph, the students feel complicated and not interested in the matter of the graph.The cause of the difficulty of counting is the students are less interested in the matter of the count, the students are not careful in calculating, the students have difficulty performing the count operation, and the teacher rarely gives a varied problem. Abstract:Mentoring is a strategy to improve work performance within an organization. This type of research is literature research. Technique of collecting data is done by documentation method that is reading every information that there is relation with study. The data collected from reading results is then analyzed by selecting the appropriate materials or still related to the study. Based on the results of data analysis then synthesized and concluded to be a conclusion of the topic under study. The result of the mentoring process is intentional, does not happen by chance. The key to ensuring the desired outcomes and the sustainability of the mentoring process is to use all the best practices of human performance technology in the needs assessment, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation phase. Mentoring must be closely linked to the organization's mission, objectives, and strategy priorities. Only an integrated quality, capable of facilitating the process associated with current and future missions that can be expected to deal with exposure to the winds of change. The rapidly changing environment demands multi-skilled, flexible workers, and the level of mastery of core competencies. A mentoring process is important to facilitate the improvement of human performance. With the important assumption that individual behavior (mantees and mentors) can be changed as it is aware of each individual is obliged to continuously learn (long life learner). Abstract:This study aims to determine the description of the Planning program preparation of counseling program especially PKO Services with the field of Tutoring and to know the extent to which the implementation of Tutoring Teachers Teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in SMA Simpang Semambang. The subjects of this study are teachers, principals and students. This type of research is field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, interview and distribution of KPMP data. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research and data analysis have concluded that Program Guidance and Counseling Service (Tutoring) in Simpang Semambang State Senior High School has been planned and made in accordance with the needs of schools and guidelines. In fact the implementation of tutoring in SMA Simpang Semambang sometimes not fully able to solve every problem of student learning difficulties that occur due to the service process or guidance is implemented minimal intensity and minimal continuity, it could be from other factors that influence it. The services are done with classical format that is in the classroom as for the service materials only in the form of advice and motivation, while the service with the field of tutoring is still minimal.
