Abstract:Community participation is very important and contributes to the effectiveness of the resulting development planning. However, until now community participation has not been realized ideally. Previous studies have offered various efforts to increase community participation, namely increased local community initiatives (Muhlinghaus & Walty, 2001), development of government and community cooperation (Pandey & Miznikov, 2001), integration of art and planning (Burford, Kissmann, Rosado- May, Dzul, & Harder, 2012), optimizing the role of social capital (Cerar, 2014), socialization to the bottom of the community (Defina, 2012), participatory leadership (Alyas, 2015), allocation of village funds (Atmojo, Eko, Fridayani, Kasiwi, & Pratama, 2017) and optimizing the role of young people as mobilizers (Fitriani, Selinaswati, & Mardiah, 2017). Unfortunately, there has not been an assessment effort that looks at the cultural side. This qualitative case study examines efforts to increase community participation by considering cultural factors that can contribute to the effectiveness of development planning at the village level. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. This study found that the culture factor of mamfatin ukunrai could inhibit community participation in Naran Village. The community believes that planning development is the duty of the government so that it should not actively participate in planning meetings. Therefore, the researcher offers a model of the family code as an effort to reduce the impact of the culture. Ka'en kelun ba ashamed to represent the government's invitation to cooperate with the community for the realization of development from the ground level.

Abstract:Healthy eating practices, especially those based on food pyramid, should be vividly followed in our daily diet. The food pyramid guide contains four main groups of food which are arranged accordingly to the quantity of nutrition recommended by the health expertise of the balanced, healthy and correct nutritional features. One of the most vital part of the food pyramid is green vegetables and fruits. They are a the second level of the aforementioned food group that is rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre. Implicitly, this healthy eating image was also transmitted into the creation of proverbs for example in Tamil proverbs. Healthy food images have been detected in the Tamil data collection collected through deep interviews with four Indian informants. A total of five Tamil proverbs have been screened using sampling mode, which is aimed to have the images of green vegetables and fruits such as “eggplant”, “cassava”, “water pumpkin” and more. They were detected in a total of 25 Tamil proverbs obtained from the informants. Further to that, this study will examine the implicit meaning of these proverbs using an incredibly inquisitive approach by Nor Hashimah Jalaluddin (2014) by associating the data, theory, cognitive and intellect of the speakers. With such information, researchers are able to look at the language, society and thoughts of the speaker. Keywords: Tamil proverbs, healthy eating habit, vegetables and fruits, linguistics, inquisitive semantics, the minds of the speaker Abstrak.

Abstract:A single equation model that is often used ignores the interdependence between response variables. Frequently encountered variables that have a two-way relationship. These interrelated two-way relationships can be summarized in a simultaneous equation model system. There is a relationship between variables which are in fact dynamic. In the system model of simultaneous equations with dynamic panel data, each structural equation is a dynamic panel data regression equation. The estimation of using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) in the dynamic panel data model results in biased and inconsistent predictors because there is a lag of the dependent variable that correlates with the error. First difference in dynamic panel models is used to eliminate individual effects. Instrument variables are needed, namely variables that do not correlate with errors. Therefore, dynamic panel data models are more suitable to be used in analyzing poverty and social change. From the simultaneous equation model obtained, the dominant factors affecting the level of poverty in Central Java Province are the unemployment rate, Human Development Index, labor force participation rate, population, and Gross Regional Domestic Product.
