随着孤儿作品越来越多，如何对这些作品的著作权和使用权进行利用，成为了一直以来的热门话题。本文借鉴了欧洲ARROW项目的建设经验，对版权、著作权、知识产权等权利信息进行分布式管理的自动化系统——ARROW进行了介绍，以期对我国的孤儿作品的版权问题提供可以借鉴的对策。 With more and more orphan works, how to use the copyright and use right of these works has become a hot topic all the time. Based on the construction experience of ARROW project in Europe, this paper introduces ARROW, an automatic system for distributed management of copyright, copyright, intellectual property and other right information, in order to provide reference countermeasures for the copyright problems of orphan works in China.

“互联网+”时代背景下，昆曲APP成为非遗数字出版的重要新载体，也成为昆曲保护与传承的创新模式，界面交互设计的合理性直接影响到用户体验的舒适度。本文通过探讨数字出版平台下昆曲APP界面交互构思、界面交互设计架构方式，以及昆曲艺术元素在界面设计中的运用等内容，来完善昆曲APP界面交互设计，提升用户与昆曲APP之间的交互便利性，使用户在使用中获得更为完美的体验感受。 In the era of “Internet plus”, Kunqu APP has become an important new carrier for digital publication of intangible heritage. It has also become an innovative mode of protection and inheritance of Kunqu Opera. The rationality of interface design directly affects the comfort of user experience. This paper discusses the interaction conception of Kunqu app interface under the digital publishing platform, the architecture of interface interaction design, and the application of Kunqu art elements in interface design, so as to improve the interface interaction design of Kunqu app, enhance the interaction convenience between users and Kunqu app, and make users get a more perfect experience in use.

近年来，韩国职业题材类型电视剧在创新和发展的趋势下迎来了飞跃和质变，像《听见你的声音》、《匹诺曹》等一批颇有关注度的优秀作品如雨后春笋般竞相出现。本论文致力于于韩国职业题材类型剧叙事特征的研究，选择从具体实例切入，以韩国电视剧《听见你的声音》为论据基础，以期揭示韩国职业题材类型剧在叙事方面的类型特征，分析韩国职业题材类型剧创作中的规律。 In recent years, Korean professional TV dramas have ushered in a leap and qualitative change under the trend of innovation and development. A number of outstanding works such as “Hear Your Voice” and “Pinocchio” have sprung up. This thesis is devoted to the study of the narrative characteristics of Korean occupational genre dramas. It chooses to cut in from specific examples and uses the Korean TV drama “Hear Your Voice” as the basis of the argument, in order to reveal the narrative characteristics of Korean occupational genre dramas and analyze the rules in the creation of professional genre dramas in South Korea.

随着新兴媒体迅速崛起，大众传媒的主导性被瓦解。传统电视媒体的话语权被旁落。如何在危机中寻找契机以扩大舆论话语空间成为了近几年来电视媒体的探索方向。扩大主流舆论空间是主流电视媒体与新兴媒体融合的重要目的。参与式文化所构建的全新的媒介文化图景要求传统媒体利用新的姿态与用户产生情感连结。作为优质内容的提供方，与成熟网络平台进行合作，具有互联网思维对主流话语进行传播是成本较小，见效较快的方法。而对于部分基础较好，资源较丰富的电视媒体，还需着力自建融媒体聚合平台，建构台网深度融合的生态矩阵，重塑舆论影响力。 With the rapid rise of new media, the dominance of mass media was dismantled. The voice of traditional TV media has been sidelined. How to find an opportunity to expand public opinion space in the crisis has become the direction of exploration for TV media in recent years. Expanding the mainstream public opinion space is an important objective of the integration of mainstream TV media and emerging media. The brand-new media cultural landscape built by participatory culture requires traditional media to adopt a new posture to create an emotional connection with users. As a provider of quality content, it is less costly and more effective to cooperate with mature online platforms and spread mainstream discourse with an Internet mindset. For some TV media with a good foundation and rich resources, they need to build their own integrated media aggregation platform, construct an ecological matrix for the deep integration of Taiwan and the Internet, and remodel their influence on public opinion.

维新变法之后，近代中国掀起了“第一次办报高潮”。梁启超作为维新变法的主干力量，对于新闻舆论工作有着全面、科学、创新的认识，他的新闻舆论思想对我们现今的新闻工作有着重要的指导意义。本文从历史角度出发，以梁启超《论报馆有益于国事》《舆论之仆与舆论之母》两篇著名的议论文章为主要文本材料，考察梁启超的新闻舆论思想，同时阐述当代中国新闻舆论观对梁启超新闻思想的继承。 After the Hundred Days’ Reform, China set off the first upsurge of running newspapers. As one of the main leaders of the reform, Liang Qichao has a comprehensive, scientific and innovative understanding of journalism and public opinion, and his thought of journalism and public opinion has an important guiding significance for our present journalism work. Based on Liang’s two famous articles “Benefit of the Press to the State” and “The Servant and the Mother of Public Opinion”, this paper investigates Liang’s thoughts of journalism and public opinion from a historical perspective, and at the same time expounds the inheritance of Liang’s thoughts on journalism work in contemporary China.

女性主义或者说女权主义，从它初登历史舞台的那一刻起就一直保有着鲜活的生命力，直至今日，“女权”更是成为了遍布全球社会各界以及众多社交媒体的热词。不仅如此，随着时代的发展，社会的变迁，女性主义运动接连出现新的浪潮，这也启发了世界范围内一代又一代的中外影视导演，逐渐将女性主义思潮融入自己的影视作品创作内涵之中，为女性主义影视发展史不断添砖加瓦。本文试以对比研究的方式，来分析中外当代女性主义影视作品的异同。 Womanism, or feminism, has kept its vitality from the moment it first appeared on the stage of history. Until today, “feminism” has become a buzzword all over the world and many social media. Not only that, with the development of the times and social changes, new waves of feminist movements have emerged one after another, which has also inspired generations of Chinese and foreign film and television directors around the world to gradually integrate feminist ideas into the creative connotation of their film and television works. China continues to contribute to the history of feminist film and television development. This article attempts to analyze the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign contemporary feminist film and television works by way of comparative research.

党建网站是互联网背景下党建工作的重要阵地。党建网站的定量评价是党建工作评价的重要组成。文章以统计学和网络计量学相关理论为基础，建立了涵盖网站利用度、传播度、丰富度、建设扩张速度等四个一级指标以及12个二级指标的党建网站评价体系，利用灰色关联度分析法对省级党建网站开展计量研究。提出重点应从标准化、趋势、内容和宣传等四个方面着手，提高党建网站的建设质量和水平，为网络党建决策提供支撑。 Party building website is an important area of Party building work under the background of Internet. The evaluation of the party building website is an important part of the evaluation of the party building work. Based on the relevant theory of network metrology and statistics , this paper establishes the evaluation system of Party building website, which covers four first-level indicators such as website utilization, dissemination, richness, construction and expansion speed, and 12 second-level indicators. It conducts quantitative research on provincial Party building website by using grey relational degree analysis method. It is proposed that we should focus on four aspects: standardization, trend, content and publicity, so as to improve the construction quality and level of Party website construction and provide support for network party construction decision-making.

# 在数字技术时代的赋权下，影视艺术的美学形态发生颠覆式的改变，沉浸式媒体所生产的影视作品，筑造出一种崭新的奇观式的感官体验。沉浸式影视作品力求制造一种“超现实”的艺术景观，存在于人脑海中的具有想象力的画面，在技术的协助与介入下成为了实实在在可感知的场域。虚实世界的边界被打破。受众不再是影视艺术的旁观者，而是被放置在真实可感的环境中的体验者。数字技术让沉浸式影视作品的互动不再仅仅是短暂的交互体验，而是真正暂时“生存”在影视作品中，受众因此获得了一定程度上的改变叙事的权力。趋近于零的审美距离一方面增加了受众对影视作品的短暂的移情与共情，而另一方面削弱了受众反思的能力。从表面上看，这些观众获得了更多的权力和自由。但是实际的情况下，这些观众或许更容易被影视作品中所呈现的意义建构所规训。 Empowered by the age of digital technology, the aesthetic morphology of film and television art has undergone a disruptive change, immersive media producing films and television that create a new kind of spectacle-like sensory experience. Immersive film and television productions seek to create a “surreal” artistic landscape, where the imaginative images that exist in the human mind become real and perceptible fields with the assistance and intervention of technology. The boundaries between the real and the imaginary world are broken down. The audience is no longer a spectator to the art of film and television, but an experiencer placed in a realistic and perceptible environment. Digital technology allows the interaction in immersive film and television productions to actually “live” in the film and television productions temporarily, not merely to be a transient interactive experience, and giving the audience the power to alter the narrative to a certain extent. The near-zero aesthetic distance, on the one hand, increases the audience’s transient empathy and communion with the film and television production, while on the other hand, it weakens their capacity for reflection. On the surface, these audiences are given more power and freedom. In reality, however, these audiences are perhaps more easily to be disciplined by the constructs of meaning presented in the film and television.

2020年，新冠疫情爆发。面对重大突发公共卫生事件，我国主流媒体纷纷采取了传播对策。本论文以人民日报为例，选取2020年1月20日至2020年9月31日的视频，分析其内容的传播策略，以探究主流媒体在面对重大公共卫生事件的传播策略和应对方式。 In 2020, COVID-19 broke out. In the face of major public health emergencies, China’s mainstream media have taken communication countermeasures. Taking the People’s Daily as an example, this paper selects the videos from January 20, 2020 to September 31, 2020 to analyze the communication strategies of its content, so as to explore the communication strategies and coping styles of mainstream media in the face of major public health events.
