Under the influence of China’s macroeconomic growth, “Internet+ tourism” has entered a medium growth and development stage. New media stands out by virtue of its features of multiple forms of content, wide coverage of people, fast transmission speed and light operation mode. The application of new media in tourism is an innovation point, but how to use it is a difficult problem. This paper deeply analyzes the revitalization and prosperity of scenic spots under the “Internet+ tourism” by studying the new media platform of Shiyan local tourism industry.

“Maozhi Conference” is an important military conference with historical turning point in the history of Chinese revolution. By analyzing the historical background of “Maozhi Conference” and deeply excavating its value connotation, it is of great significance for the development of Chaozhou’s red culture. However, restricted by various factors, developing red culture in “Maozhi Conference” falls into the thinking limit of “inner rolling”. Based on this, this paper puts forward the research idea of “external unfolding” of red culture, and tries to solve the development dilemma faced by Chaozhou’s red culture from the perspectives of cultural selectivity, extensibility and transcendence.

This study conducted field interviews with female teachers and students in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province as the research object through literature survey and in-depth interview, and comprehensively grasped the advantages, shortcomings and difficulties of female teachers' oral expression from the perspective of teachers and students. It is suggested that the core curriculum of broadcasting and hosting art system should be applied to teachers’ oral ex-pression, and female teachers should pay attention to the standard pronunciation, flexible use of pragmatics, interpersonal communication skills and the cultivation of special temperament. Finally, attentions are paid to female teachers’ oral expression from the aspects of speech problems, meth-ods, vividness of oral expression and interpersonal communication skills. This study suggests to combine the oral expression skills of broadcasting and hosting with teachers’ spoken language us-ing Chinese broadcasting and hosting art system’s research and practice. Also, the research radius of oral classroom should be enriched, and the advantages and disadvantages of female college teachers’ oral expression should be found, so as to improve the professional ability of female teach-ers from the skill level, and thus enhance the professional identity of female teachers, which is of great innovative significance and research value.

The good communication effect of county-level converged media center is the premise of “guide the masses and serve the masses”. However, most of the county-level converged media centers are cur-rently under the influence of mainstream media, commercial media and other subjects, and the communication effect is worrying. From the service logic perspective, county-level converged media center should coordinate with the relationship between different subjects, their own clear posi-tioning, be the “complementor” of the superior mainstream media, the “partner” of the business media and Internet companies, the “collaborator” of the local government and public institutions, gradually form the county-level converged media service ecosystem, promote the communication effect with the quality of service, expand the scope of service with the communication effect, and re-alize the comprehensive and in-depth “guide the masses, serve the masses”.

With the continuous rise of China, the western hegemonic countries led by the United States, in order to preserve their old brand status, continue to launch cyber public opinion attacks against China in different ways of information dissemination. Moreover, cyber-attacks at home and abroad are becoming more frequent and the means of cyber attacks are becoming more complex and covert, and the network security situation is becoming more and more severe and complex. College students, as a part of the group active on the Internet and sometimes even leading the direction of public opinion on the Internet, have a significant im-pact on the effect of network public opinion. Therefore, this paper aims to explore an effective means to reasonably guide college students’ public opinion and resolve public opinion crises.

Criminal investigation drama is a kind of TV drama with the police, forensic evidence, forensic or lawyer as the protagonist, using high precision instruments, psychological theory as the technical means, through careful inference to study crime and arrest criminals. The development of narrative art of criminal investigation drama can show the construction results of our legal society, which has greater practical significance. With the development of China’s criminal investigation drama, the narrative change between the main-land criminal investigation drama and the Hong Kong and Taiwan criminal investigation drama has become increasingly apparent. In the comparative analysis of Medical Examiner Dr. Qin, Forensic Heros III, Murder Diary and Danger Zone and other criminal investigation dramas, it can be found that the structure of the plot changes from single to multiple, and the characters gradually become three-dimensional from flat, and the narrative theme from the external environment to the inner world of people. These analyses and discussions can provide more reference for the creation and development of criminal investigation drama in the future, and also provide rich experience of ar-tistic expression for the construction of legal society in China.

The era has come for a financial media development. Interactive short video is a new form of short video. It is praised by the people’s attention. Users are interested in short video’s interactive experience, in turn, spawned new interactive short video content, makes its unique creative skills and mode of creation. As the film, television and video content form provides innovation power. Thus leading the new revolution of audio-visual experience. This paper starts with the study of interactive movies and interactive videos through the method of literature research. This paper analysis the future production and creation of interactive short videos from two aspects: the new production mode of “interactive + content” and the promotion of its production and creation by traditional film and television creation techniques. Through the study, it’s found that short video interaction has broad prospects and commercial value, but the interaction of short video production and development is still the bottleneck. Depending on the trend of media convergence and block chain technology, break through technical barriers and expression of content creation fine grinding. It’s will form a unique business model in order to tap the upcoming interactive short video dividends.
