Abstract:
The stories have been the subject of many researches in world literature and Kurdish literature in general. By definition, a story is a short, prose narrative that narrates a real or near-real event in a literary style. The story differs from the novel with its brevity and simple plot and few protagonists. In the story, the boundaries of the scene are generally explored, the narrator examines the subject in depth and the narration is clear. The story of Mr. Halil and Mrs. Perishan also took a literary form and became a product of Kurdish Folk Literature and folklore. Story; It passes in the Serhad region, in the region between Doğubayazid district and Subhangöl. Its main heroes are Mr. Halil, the nephew of Behlül Pasha, and Mrs. Perishan, the daughter of Omer Agha, the leader of the National Tribe. In the story, there is love on the one hand, and betrayal, absence and misery on the other. In this study, the variants of the story will be examined in terms of the narrator and its content, language, heroes, the place where the event took place and the way it happened.

Abstract:
Knowing what influences researchers on conducting applied research in developing countries is of interest to policymakers in higher education institutions. This study utilized a quantitative approach to investigate factors that drive academics in the higher education institutions in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq on conducting applied research. For this purpose, data were collected using a survey from researchers at different universities and fields and then were analyzed using the probit model. Based on the main findings of this study, the probability of conducting applied research increases as the years of experience increase when a researcher has external funding, while the probability decreases as the years of experience increase when a researcher has only the knowledge of applying to external funding without actually having any funding available. This study recommends some actions that help in promoting the research field in the higher education institutions in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Abstract:
The Central Bank’s borrowing of a portion of excess liquidity and its accumulation in its balance sheet as liabilities with interest, its frequent raising of the legal reserve ratios, intervening in the exchange market through the purchase of foreign currency, then absorbing the effect of this purchase on local liquidity, providing deposit facilities with interest and offering its Central Bank orders to banks in the subsidiary market all come under the title of sterilization policies. This is quite evident from minimizing local crediting. In an attempt to control excess liquidity, the factors determining monetary sterilization policy and reserved money have been attended to so as to concisely forecast the course of the monetary variables until the year 2030 in order to maintain the stability of the monetary basis from the impact of the changes in oil price. This has been conducted through the adoption of prediction models of autoregression moving averages (ARIMA) model in addition to the artificial neural networks model (ANN) since the growth in government expenditure indicates that the monetization of oil revenues has caused a structural fiscal deficit in the Iraqi economy. Such a deficit should be restricted by the sterilization policy through monetary policy tools. Based on this, the balance of the budget in an economy depending on oil revenue cannot guarantee economic stability unless public spending is managed with a degree of independence from the fluctuations in oil price.

Abstract:
The study examines the effect of IFRS adoption on the value relevance of accounting information of six (6) out of thirteen (13) listed industrial goods firms in Nigeria for the period of fourteen years (2007-2020); seven (7) years before IFRS adoption and seven (7) years after IFRS adoption. Earnings per share (EPS), Book value per share (BVPS) and Dividend per share (DPS) constitute the independent variables and share price as the dependent variable.  Ex-post facto research design was employed and multiple regression models as well as Ohlson (1995) price model were used to analysis the audited financial statement of the sample size. The result reveal that EPS is negatively and DPS is positively associated with share price and both are significant, while BVPS is insignificantly associated with share price in the pre-IFRS era. On the other hand, EPS has negative significant association with share price, while BVPS and DPS is having a positive and significant association with share price in the post-IFRS era. Therefore, it is concluded that the value relevance of accounting information has increase after the adoption of IFRS; this is supported by the R2of post-IFRS (51%) which is higher than the R2of pre-IFRS (30%)

Abstract:
The rapid development of technology affected how people think, interact, and do business and led governments in many countries to change how they interact with their citizens. The development of information and communication technologies increased citizens' need for more transparent governments with less bureaucracy and routines. In addition, citizens need to be the center of the government decisions that affect their lives. Since 2007, the Kurdistan regional government announced strong e-government based on technology, changing traditional governance to e-governance and e-services, reducing bureaucracy, and tackling corruption. Although the e-government in KRI is still at the beginning, this quantitative article aims to assess the advancement of e-government in the Kurdistan regional government by utilizing one of the maturity models, the Layne and Lee model, and determining the e-government process's maturity level. For the first and second levels of evaluation, this research will analyze the citizen's perspectives and opinions through analyzing the data obtained from a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. The evaluation analysis results show that the process is prolonged, and most people are not familiar with the e-services and do not expect more progress in this area shortly.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is to show the Impact of E-Marketing Channels on Online Consumer Buying Behavior of food item companies that are brand branches or official agencies in Kurdistan Region of Iraq - Sulaimani city. The study's sample consists of (82) of employees that are the managers and head of departments from those companies in the city. The most important conclusion of the research is that predicted independent variables of (Social Media, Website and E-mail) are significant and toward positive effect on the response variable (dependent variable) which is Online Consumer Buying Behavior. Furthermore, the results show that (Social Media) and (Website) has the most effects on Online Consumer Buying Behavior. Likewise, the correlation coefficient between Consumer Buying Behavior and Electronic Marketing is positive while the sub-variables of (Social Media and Website) have a stronger relationship with the dependent variable unlike the sub-variable (E-mail) that has a weak relation with the dependent variable. To improve the use of electronic channels for marketing and communication with customers, it is suggested that the management of the companies give more training to the administrative, marketing, sales, customer service, and social media employees, and work more efficiently with these electronic tools.

Abstract:
This present research aims at answering that need tracing back the first female literary attempts in Iraq at the dawn of the twentieth century. Moreover, the research seeks to define the characteristics of such writings and examine the conditions that lead to their growth and flourishment. While scrutinizing the main female literary figures and their reputed literary works, the discussion sheds light on particular historical and social factors that genuinely contributed in the nourishment of the literary production of those authors such factors as; education, the aristocratic class and later the birth of the middle class and the influence of the contact with the western civilization. All these vital factors assisted, to a great extent, in the increase and diversity of the literary production of the Iraqi female writers from the dawn of the twentieth century. The research endeavors to cover the first half of the twentieth century, which is regarded by many researchers as the period that witnessed the birth of the female literary writings. The research deals with women literature of the following two decades; the sixties and the seventies. It is necessary to clarify that the research does not include the period of the eighties as the country went through the Iran-Iraq War (1980-1988). During this period a new kind of literature emerged named Adab al-Ma’raka, War Literature. This kind of literature is rich with literary outputs by the Iraqi female authors with diverse artistic qualities, themes and narrative techniques. This type of literature requires an independent study with a through discussion which the present research, with its limited space and scope, cannot sufficiently tackle.

Abstract:
This paper was dealing with variables for MAS Cement Factory where evince many problems , more than one variable dependent and presence the problem of multicollinearity and so presence the correlation between the predictive variables and the dependent variables and so smallness size the research sample. used the method , Partial Least Squares PLS to Solve the problems above, also considered as one of the methods which dally methodically different in deduction the Components dependent on curing the correlation the presence between the predictive variables and the dependent variables , more over this method is more competence in dealing with the problems above. Through the statistical analysis, the PLS method it has succeeded in establishing the optimal Regression model for all three depended variables for the data of this paper.
