Abstract:
The technology of reengineering of specialized information systems is offered, which allows determining the option of reengineering of automated working places, which will maximize the effect of specialized information system, namely, completeness and reliability of information support of business processes, in a limited budget.The article analyzes the existing approaches to reengineering of information systems, methods and models used to form a rational version of design solutions, identifies the features of reengineering of specialized information systems, formed the technology of reengineering of specialized information systems. The proposed technology of reengineering of specialized information systems can be used to improve the performance of the organization, which depends on the completeness and reliability of information support of business processes.

Abstract:
The Lower Kura depression is a recognized oil and gas generating basin, characterized by positive stratigraphic, lithological-facies and structural-tectonic criteria for oil and gas content. However, it is necessary to additionally assess the prospects for oil and gas content of the southwestern side of the basin, guided by the criteria for the presence of reservoirs, seals and traps, paleotectonic criteria and seismic geological indicators.According to the results obtained from a detailed study by geophysical methods of the Kyurovdag-Neftchala belt and the territories framed to it, it was found that developed lithologically limited and stratigraphic traps in the Sarkhanbeyli, Orta Mugan, Shargi Shorsulu and Babazanan areas have all the signs of oil and gas prospects. These traps are located at a depth of no more than 4.5 km between the Mesozoic paleorelief protrusions and the Pleocene sediments covering them. It was the disagreement between these rocks that played an important role in the migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons. It should be noted that the traps formed in the process of sedimentation by primary reservoirs above the unconformity surfaces are sedimentation-stratigraphic and adjacent to the unconformity surface. Studies have revealed similar traps in deeper pinching horizons, which can be considered promising in terms of the development of reservoirs, cap rocks and oil-damaging reservoirs.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of multi-criteria decision making. As application problem is used the software selection problem. The analysis of existing methods for solving this problem is given. As a method for solving this problem, the most popular fuzzy AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is proposed. This method use original algorithm for pairwise comparison of criteria and alternatives. The issues of practical implementation of this method are discussed in details. The results of the solution test problem at all stages are presented.

Abstract:
In this work is consider study and analysis of dynamic system for simulation of the technological process under uncertainty and complexity. To study and simulate a complicated technology process we carry out for consideration the technology of the process of roasting in fluidized bed furnaces of polymetallic sulphide ores. The choice is justified by the fact that, operation line producing of polymetallic sulphide ores represents a complex process, is characterized by a big number of transient processes, presence of process variables and deviations from technical regimes. To study process characteristics of any system functioning by means of mathematical methods the process should be formalized. This means, that adequate mathematical model needs to be developed. The choice of mathematical model depends a lot upon the features of the object and its controllability as well as of technological scheme and complexity of processes. Chemical engineering processes are complicated physical and chemical systems. Substance flows, which are part of these systems, are, as a rule, multicomponent. Therefore, for the purpose of study and qualitative control over chemical-engineering processes it is essential to apply the method of mathematic simulation, based on system analysis strategy, analysis of its structure, mathematical formulation development and evaluation of unknown parameters. Controllability means that such system attribute as having control actions, which make it possible to transfer the system from a pre-set initial state to the required condition during finite quantum of time. Therefore, the developed mathematical model of the process or control object should be controllable and stability.

Abstract:
To assess the prospects for prospecting for regional oil and gas accumulations, it is importance to study the main factors that control the development of the processes of oil and gas formation and accumulation in the earth's crust and the criteria for predicting the oil and gas content of the subsoil arising from this study. A comprehensive study of geophysical, geological, tectonic, lithofacies, petrophysical and a number of other factors of oil and gas content and their changes in space over time make it possible to develop the foundations of the main criteria for predicting the distribution of oil and gas territories and the development of hydrocarbon deposits. In order to assess the prospects for prospecting for oil and gas accumulations in the lower section of the PT of the western side of the South Caspian Basin (SCV), based on the available material and taking into account a large number of published works, we considered tectonic criteria and preservation conditions for the formed hydrocarbon accumulations in the South Absheron archipelago., in the example of the Gum-Deniz and Bahar deposits.

Abstract:
Genetic algorithm is a method of optimization based on the concepts of natural selection and genetics. Genetic algorithms are used in software development, in artificial intelligence systems, a wide range of optimization problems and in other fields of knowledge.One of the important issues in the theory of genetic algorithms and their modified versions is the search for the best balance between performance and accuracy. The most difficult in this sense are problems where the fitness function in the search field has many local extremes and one global or several global extremes that coincide.The effectiveness of the genetic algorithm depends on various factors, such as the successful creation of the primary population. Also in the theory of genetic algorithms, recombination methods play an important role to obtain a better population of offspring. The aim of this work is to study some types of mutations using a modified genetic algorithm to find the minimum function of one variable.The article presents the results of research and analysis of the impact of some mutation procedures. Namely, the effect of mutation on the speed of achieving the solution of the problem of finding the global extremum of a function of one variable. For which a modified genetic algorithm is used, where the operators of the "generalized crossover" are stochastic matrices

Abstract:
Due to the growth of data and the number of computational tasks, it is necessary to ensure the required level of system performance. Performance can be achieved by scaling the system horizontally / vertically, but even increasing the amount of computing resources does not solve all the problems. For example, a complex computational problem should be decomposed into smaller subtasks, the computation time of which is much shorter. However, the number of such tasks may be constantly increasing, due to which the processing on the services is delayed or even certain messages will not be processed. In many cases, message processing should be coordinated, for example, message A should be processed only after messages B and C. Given the problems of processing a large number of subtasks, we aim in this work - to design a mechanism for effective distributed scheduling through message queues. As services we will choose cloud services Amazon Webservices such as Amazon EC2, SQS and DynamoDB. Our FlexQueue solution can compete with state-of-the-art systems such as Sparrow and MATRIX. Distributed systems are quite complex and require complex algorithms and control units, so the solution of this problem requires detailed research.

Abstract:
The article examines an electronic journal as a modern type of a periodical from the standpoint of the distinguishing features of the color palette (color system). The topic of the color influence on the user in the electronic journals’ design has not been substantially studied to date. With the aim of attracting the target audience not only the content is important, but also the design.The emphasis is laid on identifying the relationship between the color system applied for the journal’s design and its content (functional focus). The author sampled and analyzed a considerable amount of factual material, representing the examples of the electronic pages’ design of the journals and magazines of various types. In accordance with the division into thematic groups, characteristic color combinations and the patterns of their use on the page were identified. The thematic component is far from being crucial in choosing the electronic journal’s color scheme. The reason for this is the presence of a large number of additional factors affecting its formation. Moreover, there are general trends in graphic design that set conventional limitations for the color palette, especially the trend towards minimalism.

Abstract:
Digital transformation of the world economy and the rapid growth of information flows have led to the implementation of innovative technologies in the processes of business management. Data analysis, risk assessment technologies and decision support systems enable companies to adapt to modern challenges. In the process of globalization, a consumer has the priority due to which quality of service and timely delivery of the required products determine the competition among the companies. All participants of the supply process, including logistics service providers, have traditionally focused on optimizing process management and minimizing supply chain costs [1]. The determining factor of supply efficiency from the perspective of procurement and logistics is the uninterrupted supply of raw materials and semi-finished goods that depends on the selection of a reliable supplier, as well as the continuous improvement of the quality of materials and the reliability of the customer-supplier relationship. The purpose of this article is to analyze use of blockchain technology to improve reliability of supply chains, whereas the rationale behind the management of business processes and the contractual obligation between the parties are verified cryptographically, using a smart contract.

Abstract:
An important step in the development of a new drug is the prediction of its toxicity by computer screening using the program GUSAR-online. The purpose of this work is an online prediction of acute toxicity among new derivatives of 5-phenethyl-4-R-3-thio(amino) 1,2,4-triazoles. Computer prediction of acute toxicity of 5-phenethyl-4-R-3-thio(amino)- 1,2,4-triazole derivatives was performed according to the structural formulas of the compounds in the online version of the GUSAR-online program.GUSAR-online prediction for 5-phenethyl-4-R-3-thio(amino)-1,2,4- triazole derivatives was performed during the research. It was found that the average lethal dose of LD50 is from 56.1 to 2396.0 mg / kg. Based on this, all compounds are low-toxic and virtually non-toxic substances.

Abstract:
The transition to an informational lifestyle significantly increases the creative potential of society as a whole, and the individual in particular. Along with this, there is a significant increase of the load on the human’s mind under conditions of increasing flows of information and its turbulence. The information environment essentially becomes the main source of information for a person, has a direct impact on his mental activity, on the formation of his social behavior. A person is forced to live in this environment, to perceive its realities adequately, to adapt to information threats from this environment. The awareness of these threats has led to careful attention to information security. A child, being a specific member of a society, nevertheless acts as a full-fledged participant in information relations, and must be in such a state of protection, in which there is no risk associated with information causing harm to his health, physical, mental, spiritual and moral development.A child in his development, processing information, actively assimilates social experience, as well as a system of social connections and relationships, and subsequently reproduces all this in his life. In the course of this process, he acquires the qualities, values, beliefs and forms of behavior that he needs for normal life.Ensuring the information security of a child implies protection because of the destabilizing effect of information on health and mental, spiritual and moral development; creation of conditions for the information environment for positive socialization and individualization of the personality, optimal social, personal, cognitive and physical development, preservation of somatic, mental and psychological health and well-being, the formation of a positive worldview. The latter is possible when determining the main directions of state policy in the interests of children and the key mechanisms for its implementation, based on the generally recognized principles and norms of the international law.

Abstract:
Multi criteria decision making problem was considered. Review of existing multi criteria decision making methods was presented. Methods of solving this problem can be divided into two large groups: methods using the aggregation of all alternatives according to all criteria and the solution of the obtained one-criterion problem, the second group is associated with the procedure of pairwise comparisons. Promethee method have been considered with details. This method is based on the pairwise comparison of alternatives and specific aggregation procedures. The preference function are considered for minimization and maximization cases. As practice problem the job selection is considered. Three important criteria are used: salary, time, risk. The results of all computations are presented.

Abstract:
Вступ. Системний червоний вовчак супроводжується ураженням життєво важливих органів та систем і суттєво знижує тривалість життя хворих. Були спроби виокремити основні чинники, які погіршують прогноз хворих та збільшують ризик смерті, однак отримана інформація часто була фрагментарною, результатом аналізу лише поодиноких чинників, а деколи суперечливою.Мета дослідження. Виявити чинники, які впливають на смертність хворих на системний червоний вовчак.Матеріали й методи дослідження. У рандомізований спосіб із попередньою стратифікацією за наявністю системного червоного вовчака у проспективне дослідження залучено 294 хворих. Дослідження проводили у два етапи: перший етап, який складався з трьох послідовних кроків, де на першому кроці ми аналізували інформацію з паспорта хворих, на другому – наявність критеріїв ACR, а на третьому – наявність патогенетично асоційованих із СЧВ уражень органів, присвячений аналізу тих виокремлених на кожному кроці чинників, які впливають на виживання хворих на СЧВ; другий етап присвячений виявленню констеляцій ознак, які найбільш вагомо впливають на ризик смерті.Результати дослідження. Чинниками, що збільшують смертність хворих на СЧВ, є чоловіча стать, вік (молодші за 42,5 років), протеїн- та циліндрурія, судоми, лімфопенія, вовчаковий антикоагулянт, також наявність міокардиту, пневмоніту, автоімунного гепатиту, асептичного некрозу кісток та хронічного карієсу, проте найбільш вагомим є поєднання чоловічої статі, збільшеної маси тіла понад 92,5 кг та автоімунного гепатиту.

Abstract:
In originally issued as document our work, the goal was to study the pathological manifestations of angio and neuromyopathy as a result of chronic exposure to therapeutic doses of opioid analgesic and the possibility of simultaneous correction of these changes with the drug pentoxifylline in the early stages restrukturizatsii changes in the retinal layers. The goal was achieved through the use of histological techniques retinal. Histological preparations were made by the conventional method with the use of dyes, hematoxylin, eosin, and (adhan) by the method Heidenhaina.The results of the study in the future will form a pathological base, with clinical guidelines that to unwanted simultaneous use of pentoxifylline and opob. These data can be used for the comparative performance, relative to the processes of the dynamics of increase of pathological changes in the layers of the retina during short and long term exposure of low doses of opioids and correction of these changes with the drug pentoxifylline on early and psdn terms of opioid effect. The above will further provide the opportunity to establish the most optimal timeframe for which a characteristic set of pathological manifestations elementary phenomena ungeneralised in the layers of the retina that can best be coregular influence.

Abstract:
The results of an experimental study conducted on white male rats and females of reproductive age were analyzed in order to detect submicroscopic changes in the structural components of the spleen under the action of monosodium glutamate in the dynamics. For two, four, six and eight weeks, the animals received monosodium glutamate at a dose of 0.07 g / kg body weight daily with food. Sections of the spleen were made on a UMTP-6M ultramicrotome with a diamond knife (DIATOM) and double contrast was performed according to Reynolds and uranyl acetate. Submicroscopic examinations of the organ were performed using an electron transmission microscope TEM-100. The investigated material was photodocuted using a SONY – H9 digital camera. The first violations of the structural components of the spleen are observed after two weeks, namely the expansion of intercellular spaces in both white and red pulp of the spleen, which contain vacuole-like structures, an increase in plasma cells, the cytoplasm of which is filled with dilated tubules. In dynamics with increase in duration of reception changes deepen, reaching a maximum in 8 weeks of experiment. Electron microscopy revealed that the signs of adaptive-compensatory processes by the end of the experiment lead to a loss of regenerative function.

Abstract:
The aim. To investigate and used a multimodal diagnostic scheme during the first stage of reconstructive surgical treatment of wounded with soft tissue defects at the second level of medical care.Materials and methods. By identifying thermographic areas with gunshot wounds of the soft tissues, we observed at the second level of medical care during 4 months of 2020 (from March to July) 37 cases.Results. We used a multimodal scheme in the pre-, intra- and postoperative period helps to reduce the area of defects in 23 (62.2%) cases out of 37 against the background of restoration and preservation of microcirculation in the damaged structure, and the number of subjectively unsatisfactory military personnel in 4 (12.8%) of the total the number of wounded, a decrease in the loss of functional ability in 19 (51.2%) cases.Conclusions. The combination of dynamic digital thermography in combination with an audio doppler at the second level of medical care can improve the quality of primary surgical treatment by performing surgery with clear indications of the proposed technique; maintain a larger volume of viable tissues, reduce the area of the defect and the number of complications in the further treatment of the wounded.

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of tolerance of uncertainty on the executive functions in people with psychological trauma. To study the neuropsychological correlates of tolerance of uncertainty in people with psychological trauma, 55 subjects aged 21 to 66 years (25 men and 30 women) were involved. The control sample included 56 subjects aged 22–67 years (21 men and 35 women). Research methods: "New questionnaire of tolerance-intolerance of uncertainty", "Iowa Gambling Task", Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-IV (CAPS-DX), Method of verbal-color interference (Stroop test). Results: psychological trauma causes a decrease in the level of tolerance of uncertainty (ToU), an increase in the level of intolerance of uncertainty (IoU) and an increase in the level of interpersonal intolerance of uncertainty (IIoU). ToU can be seen as a protective factor in the case of psychological trauma. ToU can alleviate the manifestations of executive dysfunction (when treating both ambivalent and indeterminate stimuli) in people with a history of psychological trauma. IoU can be considered as a psychological construct that interferes with the normal functioning of executive functions in the control group (persons without a history of psychological trauma). Psychological trauma causes an increase in the level of IIoU in a way that is not associated with executive dysfunction.

Abstract:
The article introduces causative-systemic approach implemented in a didactic model targeting the formation of scientific worldview. The said model is exercised while teaching master's school students the integrative course "Universal scientific worldview: methodology of natural science". This article highlights a number of aspects of modeling the natural-scientific component within the structure of this course. The paper discusses fundamental principles of theoretical modeling the content of future biology teachers' professional training and focuses on their application to natural scientific education as well as conditions of their realization.In the content of the suggested experimental course modern knowledge from the fields of biology, chemistry, astronomy, mathematics and physics is integrated and represented as a socio-cultural phenomenon that fits the universal laws of nature.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of educational and pedagogical forecasting in Ukraine in the imperial era (1900 − 1917). The author emphasizes that at the turn of the XIX − XX centuries there are a number of new concepts of education and upbringing, which together formed a qualitatively new theoretical basis for the development of schooling. The teacher notes that the beginning of the twentieth century is marked by a manifestation of the national crisis, which was exacerbated by the defeat of Russia in the war with Japan, as well as the events of the first democratic revolution of 1905 − 1907 in the Russian Empire. The scientist emphasizes that the development of educational and pedagogical forecasting in the early twentieth century, in particular in the field of general secondary education, due to the initiative of the Ministry of Education on April 29, 1900 program of secondary school reform. The author provides information on teacher training during the specified period. The researcher notes that the government of Nicholas II, constantly changing the ministers of education (M.P. Bogolepov, P.S. Vannovsky, etc.), practically did not allow even the adoption of documents aimed at reforming education in the new socio-economic conditions, not to mention already about their implementation, although many of the proposed projects, including the Ministers of Education, contained many progressive ideas and provisions. The author reveals the potential of the Ministry of Education in the field of vocational education.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the influence of the relationship of basic subjects with general technical subjects in the learning process for students of marine specialties. It is possible to realize this connection by developing and implementing engineering problems that a student at the BSMA will have to face both in primary courses and in the study of special subjects. Our early research results indicate the effectiveness of the use of such a teaching method as a means of developing students' thinking. Our institution is a specific technical university. Graduates have to work in extremely dangerous situations at sea, and they have to decide the fate of passengers, ship and cargo in a matter of minutes. Therefore, special thinking is an essential feature of a sailor. While studying, along with other subjects, students study various marine equipment, conduct observations of measuring instruments (for example, temperature in the engine room, in turbine pumps, etc.). The article considers the engineering problem - determining the value of the linear temperature coefficient of a thermistor in Excel. Based on the basic data, a graph of the dependence of temperature on resistance is constructed, a linear temperature coefficient and the reliability of the approximation value are determined. It is established whether the device used is laboratory. The corresponding conclusions are made.

Abstract:
Heavy rainfall affects almost all spheres of human life and the economy, the intensity of this impact may depend on their type and quantity, duration and phase state, as well as geographical properties of the territory. In the paper determined the dynamics of severe precipitation (heavy and extreme rains and snowfalls) in the Transcarpathian region for 1990-2019. Information on severe precipitation was obtained from the observation points of the state hydrometeorological network of the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Hydrometeorology. Also included are data from the Pozhezhevska snow avalanche station (Ivano-Frankivsk region) as a representative observation point for the highland zone of the eastern part of the Transcarpathian region. Involvement of information from hydrological posts allowed to discover more cases of dangerous weather phenomena. The study revealed trends in the formation of heavy and extreme rains and snowfalls over the area with complex orography.

Abstract:
Optimal engineering solutions are not always available in the design of road pavement, resulting in large losses in road construction. The justification of the optimal design should be based on an analysis of the range of natural conditions. An assessment of the range of technical and technological parameters determining the work of shallow drainage structures is carried out by means of a collective expert assessment carried out by means of questionnaires from leading experts in the sector. A target function has been defined for finding the most optimal design of shallow drainage under two groups of criteria: estimated cost and a set of technical and technological indicators, which are characterized by the efficiency of its operation. Of the eight proposed shallow drainage structures, the best engineering design was validated and recommended at the lowest estimated cost.

Abstract:
Deformations from high flooding can reach critical proportions, resulting in bridge failures. Accordingly, an improved method for calculating erosion in floodplains in the area affected by the bridge transition has been presented. The mathematical model for the floodplain dependent flow is obtained, based on the assumption of the small particles, the low acceleration of the flow relative to the acceleration of gravity, the general equation for the transport of the heterogeneous flow, and the nonsymmetry equation. The model form of the equations takes into account the constituent forces of resistance of vegetation in the flow and resistance of removal of soil grains during the process of erosion, and initial and boundary conditions for their realization are formed. A sequence for calculating the hydrodynamic characteristics of the flood flux in the area of the bridge transition influence is provided for determining the deformation values on the flood plains. The results of the calculation of the erosion in the underside floodplains of the plain river are presented.

Abstract:
The sequential development of H.-G. Gadamer philosophical doctrine of language as the basis of its philosophical hermeneutics. The various stages of representations of the language are analyzed in connection with the criticism of the instrumental approach and understanding of the language as the foundation of historical discourse and poetic creativity. The latter is considered as the pre-reflexive basis of the language, a fundamental expression of its essence. Moreover, artistic experience is presented as a procedure for knowing the truth, to the extent that this experience contains understanding, it itself is a hermeneutical phenomenon.The linguistic turn, which marked one of the turning points in the development of modern philosophy, led to the formulation of a fundamentally new question about the essence of language. We are, of course, not talking about some kind of planned event or about any single process that coincides in its characteristics, or is something close to different philosophical directions. It is difficult to say how correctly it is to compare interest in language within the framework of linguistic philosophy and the phenomenological school, in the framework of which the development of hermeneutics took place.The latter, from a method that was essentially intended to serve historical-philological and religious discourse, hermeneutics has evolved into an independent philosophical discipline that reflects the very essence of metaphysical issues. First of all, this change is connected with the development of the phenomenological tradition, and especially with the works of M. Heidegger, who was able to free hermeneutics from the excessive influence of theories of language and to base it on metaphysical inquiry. This, of course, does not mean that the language itself has been given to philosophical oblivion; it is only a matter of changing the accents and research attitudes.This task, in our opinion, was set and largely solved by H.-G. Gadamer, in any case, if we accept his theoretical assumption about the transcendence of the meaning of the interpreter.Gadamer interprets the hermeneutic phenomenon very broadly, in which he sees the integral unity of the three aspects – understanding, interpretation and application. Gadamer argues for their inseparability, an actual identity: understanding is always an interpretation and always implies an application of what is to be understood. The concept of application in Gadamer outlines the limits of the phenomenon to be interpreted and establishes the fact that all phenomena of spiritual culture in a particular situation must be understood differently.

Abstract:
The increasing performance in women's height jumping among women is of interest to the study of time characteristics of technique. The aim was to supplement the data on the time characteristics of the technique of jumping into the height of highly skilled jumpers during participation in responsible competitions. Based on a report by the IAAF scientific group, made after the 2017 World Championship in London, the time characteristics of high jump technique for the finalists were determined. The relationship between the result of a high jump and the time characteristics of the technique of the jumping a world-class athlete has been investigated. Comparison of time characteristics of the technique of jumping of the finalists of the 2017 World Championship with the time characteristics of the technique of jumping off the world record holder among the juniors Yaroslava Mahuchikh. It is recommended to use as a model the characteristics of highly skilled high jumpers: average rate of the last three running steps (4.1 ± 0.3 step·s-1) and repulsion duration (0.16 ± 0.01 s).

Abstract:
The problem of the formation of sociocultural values of students according to the methodological and technological points of view is obtained in the article. The pedagogical toolkit has been developed by author that allows introducing a methodology for the formation of sociocultural values of students based on the identified diagnostics. The approaches include three stages of implementation: normative-cognitive, communicative-active and reflective-evaluative. The pedagogical toolkit was selected for each stage of the process of forming sociocultural values of students, suggesting effective forms and methods.The normative-cognitive stage is forms of work: project activities in the form of individual projects of a sociocultural orientation, methods: project, partially search; individual tasks, using methods of search, practical work method; in solving problematic issues, situations, the following methods were used: problematic, situational and group forms of work: research projects, (methods: project method, partial search); creative workshops, clubs, student associations, communities, methods: role-playing games, group dynamics method; intercultural associations in the form of round tables, webinars, seminars, trainings, flash mobs, using methods: empirical, role-playing games, discussion.For communicative-activity and reflective-evaluative stages, the author proposed the following forms and methods: active: resource circle (method of situations and imitations); work in pairs (methods: group dynamics, a method for solving situational problems); communicative trainings and video-trainings (methods: visualization, immersion seminar); active and interactive: business games, quests (methods: role- playing games, situational, “brainstorming”); sociocultural dialogue (methods: interaction, training); discussion using problematic and dialogue methods of communication.

Abstract:
The object of the study is the improvement of traffic management on the main street and road network of the city. Actually, there are many techniques that allow simulating the traffic flows with sufficient accuracy. One of such models is a mathematical model, which allows calculating the main characteristics of a traffic flow on the basis of a few initial data and is considered as a queuing system.Modeling allows pre-determining the impact of traffic management measures on the existing street and road network without creating interference for drivers, making changes to the design of road, increasing the traffic volume, as well as involving the possible overloaded areas.An analysis of the researches of scientists who have considered similar methods in their works had been performed. The fundamental flaw of the mentioned works is that in none of them the study of the model of a real road section was performed for verifying of the model adequacy. Modeling allows understanding more accurately the behavior of an object with less approximations than mathematical models, and provides less researching and forecasting of the system behavior with significant changes in the initial concepts. It is indicated that for the first approximation it is expedient to use mathematical models, and for clarifying the characteristics – to use non- mathematical methods, in particular, simulation.It is proved that simulation is a powerful tool for studying the behavior of real systems. It is mainly used to study situations and systems that can be described as queuing systems.Using the queuing theory, it becomes possible to perform certain calculations and determine indicators of effectiveness of the queuing system.Obtained result of the indicators will help to determine the street and road network areas where a traffic jam may form for any reason, where the road will be overloaded. This makes it possible to develop a high-quality algorithm for quick elimination of traffic jam.

Abstract:
When implementing the same group genetic information, repeatability occurs. With sufficient repeatability, the feature becomes effective and selection for that feature at an early age or under any conditions. In the article considered and analyzed the high lactation of seventeen pairs "mother-daughter" mares Novoaleksandrovsky draft breed. The repeatability factor (rw) was within 0.65... 0.68. The repeatability of the milk yield ranged from 0.04 to 0.69 in mothers; in daughters from 0.02 to 0.66. In mother-daughter pairs by milk yield and lactation: relatively high coefficient of heredity (h2 = 0.74) and high coefficient of repeatability (rw = 0.91). Taking into account the established coefficients of heredity and repeatability, the productivity of stud of the Novoaleksandrovsky draft breed of the studied population is largely due to genetic factors, makes it effective to select animals according to their own productivity.

Abstract:
This publication demonstrates ultrastructures chracteristics of submandibular salivary gland of rats.A result of the ultrastructural research of the submandibular salivary gland in the normal state demonstrates serocytes of acinar cells are located compactly, densely adjacent to each other. On the basal surface of serocytes, plasmolemma contains shallow invaginations. Nuclei of serocytes are somewhat displaced into the basal part of the cell. In the peripheral area of the endothelial cells, in their cytoplasmic membrane, pores and fenesters occur. The basal membrane of the capillaries is two-layered, clearly contoured, sometimes wavy, consisting of light and dense plates.

Abstract:
The criteria for the classification of systemic lupus erythematosus were proposed in 1971 by the American College of Rheumatology. They have been clarified since then, but need to be revised.Objective. To determine the diagnostic value of the criteria for the classification of systemic lupus erythematosus proposed by the American College of Rheumatology.Materials and methods. 370 patients (331 women (89.46%) and 39 men (10.54%), average age 41.24 ± 0.63 years) with SLE and 234 patients (150 women (64.10%) and 84 men (35.90%), average age 48.82 ± 0.85 years) with other rheumatic diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis) were randomly enrolled into the study. The patients had undergone comprehensive clinical-laboratory and instrumental examinations in 2010–2018 before they received treatment. The analysis was conducted in MS Excel and SPSS by constructing contingency tables and calculating indicators of diagnostic value.Results. We identified the following criteria as those that can with statistical significance predict the presence of systemic lupus erythematosus: butterfly rash, photosensitivity, serositis (pleuritis, pericarditis), neurologic disorders (seizures, psychosis), thrombocytopenia, renal disorders (proteinuria, cylindruria), anti-dsDNA and antinuclear antibodies.

Abstract:
Acquired maxillofacial defects are most often accompanied by pronounced functional and aesthetic disorders, which lead to limitation of life, social maladaptation and deep sociopsychological problems of the patient's existence. Therefore, the purpose of our study was to monitor the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment of patients with post- traumatic and postoperative defects of the maxillofacial system by quality of life. The period of adaptation, fixation of the structure in the oral cavity, presence of inflammatory processes under the prosthesis, breakage and correction, convenience of use, diction, hit of food residues under the prosthesis and oral-nasal test were determined and analyzed. The study showed that the improved technique had a positive effect on each of the parameters and made it easier to adapt to dentures and improve the quality of life of patients in general.

The use of such works in various forms of training is very important and necessary in modern conditions. This is especially true for distance learning. With distance learning, where there is virtually no "live" communication with the teacher, there are difficulties in presenting theoretical material. In connection with this, a new computer simulation program was developed and introduced into the educational process at the Department of Occupational Safety at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. The program, which gives an opportunity to clearly visualize the impact of various factors on the welder and the environment, introduces methods and means of protection against their negative impact.

The traditional culture Georgian Supra (feasting) is considered to be the cornerstone of Georgian society. The National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia has given the Georgian tradition of feasting, known as a Supra, the status of non-material cultural heritage. Traditional Georgian Supra consists of four basic elements: gastronomy / cuisine, wine, toasts /toast-master, music (folklore). Supra - the feasting is dedicated to the specific guest arrival. Furthermore, it is a special event that is a one-off happening designed to meet specific needs at any given time/moment.Supra in Georgia is a traditional event based tourist product attracting tourists as spectators and also as participants. Supra, as a community based event, has become a regional destination sustainable development tool which helps in fetching revenue for the destination and gives priority to community participation and poverty alleviation.

Abstract:
The development of teacher's creative potential is a continuous pedagogical process, constant movement and self-development, in which the system of postgraduate pedagogical education plays the most important role.The article highlights special role that teachers of Ukrainian language and literature play in shaping culture of speech, linguistic flair, and literary tastes of young Ukrainian citizens. The importance of developing creative potential of teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is revealed. On the basis of the analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature, we have determined organizational and pedagogical conditions, suggested an experimental structural and functional model for the development of creative potential of teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The conclusion is drawn about the integrity, sustainability and dynamics of the experimental model. It is pointed out that the development of spiritual and creative potential, training pedagogical skills require awareness of oneself as a subject of self- development in the created educational environment, which is oriented on positive emotional background, innovative and traditional methods and forms of work, actualization of self-educational potential and success.

Abstract:
The phytohormonal activity of free and immobilized cells of B. subtilis BS-80, B. licheniformis BL-83, P. polymyxa PP-113 and P. amylolyticus PA-118 on phosphate flour have been studied. It was found that immobilized cells more actively synthesized IAA and gibberellins in comparison with free cells. The data obtained indicates that the phytohormonal activity of the salt-resistant cells of cotton rhizobacteria can be kept much better in the immobilized form than in the free form (in a refrigerator on jambs).
