Abstract:
Yucca Gloriosa species belong to a very interesting group of plants, their consumption is diverse. As biochemical studies reveal, some types of Yucca leaves contain tigogenin and stereogenic sapogenin, which is the source of syntheses of steroidal hormonal medicine. Yucca as a raw material is a valuable set for the pharmaco-chemical industry. Yucca was introduced in Georgia in the 19th century. Yucca has a great ability to be adapted to the different ecological environment. Among 11 introduced species in Transcaucasia, Yucca Gloriosa L. is distinguished with its relatively high content of healing substances. Yucca gloriosa L. blooms well in climatic conditions of Georgia, although, they don’t provide seeds. The plant easily vegetates by dividing into 10-20cm length parts that later are introduced in the soil. Propagation is also processed by rooting of the 1-year young rosette. It is noteworthy that the Yucca stem does not lose its ability to take root even after a few days in air-dry conditions.

Abstract:
The analysis is represented of some works devoted to the mathematical modeling of processes in plasma-ion thrusters and Hall effect thrusters. It is shown that the common in these works is the use of approximate forms of the equations of gas dynamics, which are applicable to the description of relatively dense gases, but not to analyze the processes in the rarefied plasma of electric propulsion thrusters. As a result, the above mathematical models do not represent the processes that are significantly responsible for the values of the thruster operating parameters.Authors try to partially correct this drawback by insertion into the initial approximate forms of the equations written for a point in the plasma volume, the parameters that actually represent the boundary effects and should be written not in the equations of gas dynamics themselves, but in the boundary conditions for these equations. The most complete forms of the necessary equations are given in this paper. It is shown that it is necessary to take into account electrons thermal conductivity as well as at least one (radial-azimuth) component of viscosity tensor to describe the "wall scattering" effect. It is concluded that the most productive approach in mathematical modeling is to write the most complete forms of equations with their subsequent simplification – removing the terms responsible for the processes recognized on the basis of primary numerical estimates as such, which can be neglected.

Protecting safe working conditions involves the use of ineffective and reliable means of preventing industrial injuries and occupational diseases, technologies, equipment and others. It is natural that the fields, technological processes, etc., are characterized by their specifics and the safety rules should be different for them. In pharmacies, laboratories, training and scientific research laboratories, warehouses, production equipment are subject to daily cleaning. Cabinets in storage rooms should be cleaned as needed, but at least once a week. Wet cleaning of the pharmacy, laboratory/ factory (floor and equipment) before starting work. Only dry cleaning of laboratory / production using disinfectants is not allowed. Waste and rubbish should be collected in special containers with a moving lid and should be removed at least once a day. Hand-washed sinks, toilets and garbage containers should be cleaned, rinsed and disinfected daily. Personnel are required to follow the rules of personal hygiene and industrial sanitation, to carry out the relevant personnel to perform food, smoking, as well as storage of food, tobacco and personal medicines in pharmacies, training and scientific research laboratories and departures. Pharmaceutical establishments do not comply with the hygienic norms of the internal and external environment, physical, chemical and biological factors of the labor process. The facility also does not take into account psychosocial factors related to safety (stress, communication, post-traumatic stress, etc.); Most pharmaceutical establishments (50-60%) do not have a fire board with appropriate equipment, evacuation exit and scheme. Also has no person responsible for the matter; Disobsibility and specialist protection/separation facility prior to pandemic were minimal (increased by 99%) during pandemic; The state should create an appropriate legislative and institutional framework; We think this will help transform the existing department into an effective labor inspectorate. The possibility will be created of the institutional capacity of its independence and efficiency, and the law will also provide guarantees for the individual independence of inspectors. Also, the bill should directly refer to the Labor Inspectorate as the body responsible for law enforcement.

The article presents the results of an innovative experimental study of pharmacotherapy of systemic autoimmune diseases in a pandemic of coronavirus infection is a timely and socially oriented way. The methodology of conducting a content analysis based on the theoretical principles of pharmaceutical and medical law and its components. Author used the method of drug selection developed by the Department of Medical and Pharmaceutical Law, General and Clinical Pharmacy of the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Content analysis was performed by dosage forms by grouping them using the Sturgess formula, followed by the construction of discrete series of variations and distribution polygon. Received data made possible to state, that in some circumstances, doctors have a choice of both drugs and dosage forms. However, the data obtained show a lack of balance between supply and demand for patients and physicians. The analysis allows to obtain a complete description of the balance of "supply and demand" between the range and types of dosage forms of drugs INN Silymarin ATC code A05BA03, that approved for use.

Abstract:
An edge-coloring of a graph G with consecutive integers C1 ,..., Ct is called an interval t-coloring if all the colors are used, and the colors of edges incident to any vertex of G are distinct and form an interval of integers. A graph G is interval colorable if it has an interval t-coloring for some positive integer t. For an edge coloring a and a vertex v the set of all the colors of the incident edges of v is called the spectrum of that vertex in a and is denoted by Sa(v). We consider the case where the spectrum for each vertex v is provided S(v), and the problem is to find an edge-coloring a such that for every vertex v, Sa(v)=S(v). We provide an O(N) algorithm that finds such an edge-coloring for trees that satisfies all the restrictions. If it is impossible to have an edge-coloring that satisfies the restrictions of the spectrums the algorithm will tell that too.

Introduction. Evidence now indicates that inflammation contributes considerably to the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis and an active inflammatory processes may trigger plaque rupture and enhance the risk of coronary thrombosis leading to a clinical ischemic event. The purpose of this study was to evaluate of white blood cells ratios in patients with ACS in association with arterial hypertension and 2 type Diabetes Mellitus. Material and Methods. In this observational cohort trial we observed of 184 patients with ACS. All patients were randomized into four groups: 1st group - 42 patients with ACS without AH or DM; 2nd group – 56 patients with ACS and previous AH; 3rd group – 42 patients with ACS and 2 type DM; and 4th group – 44 patients with ACS and AH and DM. We studied of leukocytes count and their subpopulation ratios: neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio (NLR), neutrophils to monocytes ratio (NMR), neutrophils to lymphocytes+monocytes ratio (N/LMR), lymphocytes to monocytes ratio (NMR). Results. The mean white blood cells count was significant higher in patients with ASC, compared with control group (p<0.001). In patients with ACS the elevated NMR and NLR were observed: 15.04±1.28 vs 11.09±0.43 in control group (p<0.05), and 3.34±0.20 vs 2.60±0.06 (p<0.05), respectively. No significant differences between WBC ratios were revealed in observed patients with ACS with or without AH and/or DM. Conclusion. ACS is characterized of raised NLR and NMR which could be indicators of poor prognosis.

Treatment of non-motor disorders in patients with infertility and prenatal stress (PS) is an important component of comprehensive treatment of the disease. This study examined the clinical effectiveness of a non-drug method of bioadaptive management - training based on biological feedback (BFB) in the correction of psychoemotional disorders in patients with infertility and prenatal stress. Object and methods of research. The study involved 41 patients with infertility and PS aged 22 to 45 years. Group I consisted of 21 women who underwent infertility treatment using in vitro fertilization and biological feedback, group II - 20 women who underwent treatment using in vitro fertilization without biological feedback. All patients were assessed for psychoemotional status on the Beck Depression Scale (BDI-II), tests for Spielberger-Khanin reactive anxiety, assessment of personal anxiety on the 1st day of observation, at the end of the course of BFB - training in group I and after 10±2 days in the comparison group. Results. There was a significant overall improvement in the psycho-emotional state of patients who underwent a full course of BFB - training at the end of therapy (p<0,05). There was a statistically significant difference between the level of certain psychoemotional disorders (in particular, anxiety, reduced stress resistance) of the studied groups (p<0,05). However, in contrast to group I patients who underwent BOS training, no statistically significant improvement in the psychoemotional status of group II patients during the observation period was found. Conclusions. BFB training can be considered as an appropriate component in the comprehensive treatment of psychoemotional disorders in patients with infertility and prenatal stress.

The purpose of the study is to study the possible role of vasodilation factors in the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure (CHF) in persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients with stable coronary heart disease. Materials and methods. A survey of 86 patients with stable coronary heart disease complicated by CHF II-III FC according to the NYHA classification. There was 1 group - 22 patients with CHF with reduced LV EF ≤ 40.0% and AF; I (comparative group) - 20 patients with CHF with reduced LV EF without AF; 2-nd group - 24 patients with preserved LV EF ≥ 40.1% and AF and II (comparative group) - 20 patients with CHF with preserved LV EF without AF. The content of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), nitrites (NO2-) and nitrates (NO3-) was determined. All patients underwent electrocardiographic examination (ECG) for the initial screening of arrhythmias and conduction, diagnosis of focal changes in the ventricular myocardium. Structural and hemodynamic characteristics of the heart muscle were determined by echocardiography.Results. In the examined patients of the 1st group with CHF of ischemic origin and reduced LV EF ≤ 40.0% and AF in comparison with the 2nd group of patients with CHF with preserved LV EF and AF, a significant increase in the values of ICO, ICD, IMML, the size of LA and a decrease in LV EF (p <0.01), indicating the development of LVH (remodeling) and a decrease in isotropic heart function. When comparing the levels of vasodilation factors in patients with CHF with low LV EF and AF and data from the CHF comparison group without AF, a significant decrease in eNOS by 96.8% (almost twice) and a significant decrease in serum nitrite and nitrate levels (p < 0.01), indicating the development of endothelial dysfunction. Conclusions. In patients with CHF of ischemic origin in the development of persistent forms of AF pathogenetic role is played by a significant decrease in vasodilating factors (content of eNOS, nitrites and nitrates). At decrease in EF of LV ≤ 40,0% there is a significant decrease in vasodilating factors, as a result of disturbance of endothelial function that testifies to need of correction of the revealed changes directed on slowing down of disease progression.

The paper proposes a methodology for transportation fleet structure formation based on the determination of the standard size fleet by carrying capacity using the criterion of the cost of transportation of 1 ton of cargo, which will be expedient if the number of shipments per day exceeds three times the estimated number of the model range of cars. At a lower intensity of daily shipments, it is necessary to form a standard size range of a vehicle fleet on the basis of a repetition of independent tests. The paper proposes a method of forming the structure of the fleet of vehicles based on determining the size of the fleet using the criterion of the cost of transportation of 1 ton of cargo, which is appropriate if the number of shipments per day exceeds three times the estimated number of cars. With a lower intensity of daily shipments, it is necessary to form a standard size range of the fleet on the basis of repeating independent tests. It has been established that the value of the coefficient of static use of the vehicle's carrying capacity is influenced by the number of intervals for dividing the series of carrying capacity, their length and uniformity, as well as the distribution law of the random value of the item. Violation of the uniformity of the intervals of the series of the carrying capacity of the car, the value of the coefficient can deviate from the average to 6.2% An increase in the number of intervals in a number of carrying capacities of vehicles from 2 to 3 contributes to a rapid increase in the coordination of the density of distribution of the batch volume and shipment to the structure of the vehicle fleet in terms of carrying capacity and is characterized by an increase in the coefficient of compliance on average from 0.65 to 0.75. An increase in the range of carrying capacity up to interval 5 increases the value of the compliance coefficient to 0.8, a further increase in the intervals causes an inversely proportional increase in the compliance coefficient. An increase in the number of car models from 1 to 3 causes a decrease in the cost of transportation in the range of 8% - 11.3%, depending on the degree of use of the vehicle fleet. Further expansion of the model range to 7 units practically does not affect the cost of transportation, and then its growth is observed due to an increase in the duration of downtime while waiting for the proper consignment. It was revealed that an increase in the average weight of a shipment by 2.3 times causes a decrease in the cost of transportation 1.79 times, and with this decrease in the weight of a shipment, an increase in the intensity of growth in the cost of transportation is observed.

Abstract:
The process of international freight transportation is quite complex and cumbersome in terms of the technology of preparatory and final operations, loading and unloading operations, issuance of shipping documents and direct transportation of goods. All this is associated with possible risks that may arise at any stage of the organization and implementation of transportation and, ultimately, to negatively affect the efficiency indicators of the international freight transportation process, such as: delivery time, total costs, quality of transportation in general, etc. Ensuring the maximum level of quality and minimizing the cost of international freight is possible through the optimal choice of measures to reduce the negative impacts of transportation at each stage of the process of delivery of goods from the shipper to the consignee. The article proposes the use of the mathematical apparatus of the statistical games theory during the process of international freight transportation using one’s own and borrowed rolling stock, and aims to reduce the impact of risks that may arise during transportation and thus increase the transport tariff, and accordingly, the total cost of delivery of goods.

It have been studied the changes in the structural and functional state of mitochondria and expression of PINK1 and DJ1 genes in brain tissue - medulla oblongata and striatum and lung and heart tissue in experimental parkinsonism and its pathogenetic treatment with the help of a broad-spectrum antihypoxant Kapikor. It was shown that undrt experimental parkinsonism, in addition to damage to the ultrastructure of the mitochondrial apparatus in cells of body tissues, there are significant changes in mRNA expression of DJ1 and PINK1 genes, which are associated with the formation of mitochondrial dysfunction. They have a multidirectional character in the tissues of the brain - decrease, and in the tissues of the heart and lungs - increase. The degree of such changes in expression is organ-specific and more pronounced in the tissues of the visceral organs than in the tissues of the brain. Also, it was shown that the use of broad-spectrum antioxidant, which contains mildenium dehydrate and gamma-butyrobetaine dihydrate, there are significant changes in the expression of mRNA genes DJ1 and PINK1, which are also organ-specific - the expression of mRNA of all DJ1 genes increased in to a greater extent, the expression of PINK1 gene mRNA decreased sharply in brain tissues, and also increased sharply in lung and heart tissues. The data obtained indicate a complex and ambiguous relationship between the level of expression of the studied candidate genes involved in the formation of experimental parkinsonism, and the severity of mitochondrial dysfunction, which is one of the pathogenetic causes of parkinsonism.

The study of hemodynamic features of the pelvic organs in women is of great clinical importance, since it allows assessing the degree of recovery of endometrial regeneration after menstruation, the possibility of implantating a fertilized egg and placental development. Women who have had menstrual dysfunction in puberty, the determination of qualitative and quantitative parameters of uterine hemodynamics can be useful while choosing treatment tactics, evaluating its effectiveness, and will also provide significant assistance in predicting the prospects for their reproductive health. The purpose of the study. To examine the hemodynamics of uterus and assess the ability of endometrium to implant in women with menstrual dysfunction in puberty with the help of ultrasound and dopplerometry.Materials and methods. To achieve the set goals, 120 women of reproductive age from 19 to 32 years old were examined. By the nature of the disorders, the main group of women (n = 90) with menstrual dysfunction in puberty were divided into 3 subgroups (n = 30): the first group - women with primary oligomenorrhea, the second one - with late menarche, the third one - with pubertal bleeding. The control group consisted of women (n = 30) with the correct rhythm of menstruation in puberty. Results. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the echographic parameters of the size of the uterus in women with menstrual dysfunctions in puberty (main group) and women with the correct rhythm of menstruation (control group), it was found that, on the average stage of endometrial secretion, the volume of the uterus is 1, 2 times smaller in women of the main group (p˂0.05) due to the width of the body of the uterus (p˂0.001). The ratio between the length of the body and cervix in the examined groups did not differ significantly. The thickness of the anterior wall of the uterus is less than the control values in women with late menarche (p˂0.05) and pubertal bleeding (p˂0.01), which was a predictor of the absence of combined uterine pathology. Echographic examination of the thickness of the endometrium at a late stage of the proliferation phase in the examined women did not reveal significant differences with the control group. In the middle stage of the secretion phase, the thickness of the endometrium was less in women, who had menstrual dysfunction in puberty - 9.50 ± 0.27 mm versus 11.38 ± 0.48 mm in the group with the correct menstruation rhythm (p

Abstract:
An in-depth study of the oxidative homeostasis state into cell suspensions that contain hematopoietic stem cells is one of the key points for understanding ways to improve technologies for long-term storage of this material. Compounds with antioxidant action are considered promising additional cryoprotectants. Intensification of lipid peroxidation processes is one of the main factors causing disturbances in the barrier properties of cell membranes. Comparative analysis of changes in lipid peroxidation parameters during the cryopreservation-deconservation cycle showed that antioxidants-membrane protectors with different mechanisms of action (B-complex vitamins; α-lipoic acid, thiazotic acid morpholinium salt, 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxy pyridine succinate) have similar features of a positive effect on the oxidative status of umbilical cord blood nuclear cell suspensions during cryopreservation. However, 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxy pyridine succinate has a statistically significant advantage over α-lipoic acid and thiazotic acid morpholinium salt in terms of the conjugate formation dynamics during phospholipid peroxidation, which can be associated with its direct antioxidant effect.

According connection with the global trends, manifested by an increase in the number of illegal firearms, an increase in social, political, ethnic, racial and religious conflicts, accompanied by the use of firearms, the problem of treating gunshot wounds is becoming increasingly important. It is especially acute during local and widespread hostilities, during peacekeeping missions, anti-terrorist operations, in cases of massive gunshot wounds. The aim of the work is to improve the surgical tactics in the reconstruction of severe wounded with soft tissue gunshot defects due to the multimodal scheme. Improvement of dynamic audio and thermal imaging diagnostics of the damaged anatomical area, analysis and modeling of the shape and direction of movement of the donor flap. A clinical case of closure of a bullet-through bullet wound of the left thigh (03.25.19 year) with a gunshot multi-fragment fracture of the left femoral pigtail in the middle third, damage to the superficial femoral vein and marginal damage to the superficial femoral artery was demonstrated. In the preoperative period, the first stage was dynamic digital thermography of the surface of wounds and surrounding soft tissues, which allowed thermal imaging to assess the state of damaged structures, to identify areas of preservation of blood supply. The second stage was the audio control of the identified areas of the "supply" - perforating vessels with a comparison of the blood flow velocity. The results obtained formed the basis for modeling the donor zone and monitoring its movement. The described clinical case of soft tissue defect closure consisted of three stages: The first stage - preparatory (diagnostics and cleaning) - (9 days of inpatient treatment) - repeated surgical treatment of wounds using low-frequency ultrasound (cavitation of the wound surface), controlled negative pressure (in a pulsed mode - 125 mm Hg), the imposition of secondary early sutures, due to which the wound area decreased by 35% compared to the wound area at the time of admission to the VICC of the Southern region. The second stage - the final (reconstructive) - (12 days after the injury) - plastic reconstruction of the defect of the posterior surface of the middle third of the left thigh by moving a ball-and-socket flap from the outer surface of the thigh using the Keystone technique. Conclusions: A multimodal algorithm with dynamic control of changes in the perfusion of the defect zone and surrounding structures is at the heart of the successful reconstruction of a gunshot defect in the soft tissues of the lower extremities, which reduces the treatment time by 1.5 times.

Abstract:
Actuality. The infection with cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is of particular interest to researchers. SLE is a chronic autoimmune disease of unknown etiology that is characterized by multisystemic lesions and is potentially life-threatening [1, 2, 3]. The severity of the problem is caused by the fact that active viral infection can change the manifestations of SLE, but these changes are not always specific, so primary care physicians have no reason to suspect active virus infection at the first stage of examination of SLE patients and prescribe expensive direct virological tests accordingly. It has not been definitively established yet which complaints are the most meaningful regarding the presence of active viral infection in patients with SLE.The purpose of the research was to study complaints in SLE patients with active cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus infection and determine their diagnostic value. Materials and methods. We randomly enrolled 120 SLE patients – 15 men (12.50%) and 105 women (87.50%) aged 18 to 69 years. All patients received treatment at the Rheumatology Department of Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital in 2014-2019. The diagnosis of SLE was established based on the diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatologists (ACR, 1997). In addition, IgM and IgG antibodies to serum viruses were detected for the diagnosis of CMV and EBV infection. To confirm the presence of active viral infection, viruses were detected in media (CMV - urine, blood; EBV - oral mucosa, blood) by polymerase chain reaction, resulting in 28 patients with SLE (23.33%) detected active CMV infection, in 21 patients with SLE (17.50%) - active EBV infection and in 15 patients with SLE (12.5%) - a combination of active CMV and EBV infection. To achieve the purpose of the study, we identified three steps: the first step was to analyze complaints in patients with SLE with active CMV infection and determine their diagnostic value, the second - in the analysis of complaints in patients with SLE with active EBV infection and clarify their diagnostic values and the third - in the analysis of complaints in patients with SLE with a combination of active CMV and EBV infection and clarification of their diagnostic value. We identified three steps: the first step was to analyze complaints in patients with SLE with active CMV infection and determine their diagnostic value, the second - in the analysis of complaints in patients with SLE with active EBV infection and clarify their diagnostic values and the third - in the analysis of complaints in patients with SLE with a combination of active CMV and EBV infection and clarification of their diagnostic value.Statistical analysis was performed by calculating the chances of establishing the phase of CMV and EBV infection in patients with SLE, using a separate feature - a marker that can be detected during the initial examination of the patient. The probable probability of active infection was determined using indicators of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy [4]. The actual material was processed on a personal computer in MS Excel and SPSS on the basis of conjugation tables with calculation of diagnostic value indicators. The association between active infection and a particular patient complaint was considered to be confirmed when the coefficient of association exceeded 0.5 (or 0.3 for the coefficient of contingency). Research results. It was found that in patients with SLE the presence of active cytomegalovirus infection among the main complaints significantly more often indicate the presence of myalgias (coefficient of association 0.79) or fever (0.51), or chills of the extremities (0.51), or arthralgia (coefficient of contingent 0.31). The presence of active virus Epstein - Barr infections are significantly more often evidenced by the presence of myalgias (coefficient of contingent 0.31) or sleep disorders (coefficient of association 0.84), or mood swings (0.74), or fever (0.61), or the appearance of new rashes (0.53). On the presence of a combination of active cytomegalovirus and virus Epstein - Barr infections significantly more often indicate complaints of sleep disturbances (coefficient of association 0.97) or mood swings (0.83), or a feeling of dryness in the eyes (0.51), or fever (0.50). Conclusions. The presence of active cytomegalovirus infection in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus among the main complaints often indicates the presence of myalgias or fever, or chills of the extremities, or arthralgia, the presence of active virus Epstein - Barr infection - myalgia or sleep disturbances, or mood swings, or fever, or the appearance of new rashes, the presence of their combination - sleep disturbances or mood swings, or a feeling of dryness in the eyes, or fever, which can be used in the diagnostic algorithm. The established patterns of complaints allow us to reasonably suspect in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus the presence of active cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus infection, the final verification of which requires the use of direct serological tests.

Abstract:
The results of the study of the stress-strain state of a circular plate of constant cylindrical stiffness lying on an elastic foundation with a variable coefficient of elastic resistance are presented. Eight calculation options are considered − four each for a concrete round slab and for a steel round plate − under two conditions of fastening (hinged and rigid along the entire contour) and two laws of variation of the bed coefficient (according to the linear law and according to the law of the concave parabola). To solve the problem, the authors applied a general analytical method for solving differential equations with variable coefficients. The finite element method is used to verify the results. Comparison shows that the results coincide very well in deflections, differing in the third or fourth decimal places, and somewhat worse − in moments.

The wide and scientifically grounded use of gabion structures was restrained due to the lack of regulatory and methodological foundations and documents for the design and construction of these structures in road and bridge construction, in which technical requirements, design solutions, conditions and scope of gabion were worked out, systematized and formulated designs. It is very important to have a high-quality methodological and regulatory framework necessary to regulate the use of gabion structures, develop new, improve and expand the current standard solutions for strengthening the slopes of the subgrade, drainage devices and other structures, as well as in order to improve the quality of individual design of road and bridge structures using gabion structures, scientific, methodological and expert support of this design. So, the purpose of the work is to analyze domestic and international experience in the use of gabion structures in the construction industry in order to study calculation methods and technology for the construction of gabion structures. The object of research is gabion structures. The paper studies the theoretical and technological aspects of the use of gabion structures in road construction. The domestic and world experience of using gabion structures in the construction industry is analyzed. The advantages of using gabion structures in the development of design and construction solutions for the device and strengthening are considered. Methods for calculating gabion structures and their analysis are investigated. Due to this, the possibility of calculating gabion retaining walls with a height of more than 8 m was presented. Based on the calculation method, it was concluded that the use of gabion retaining walls of such a height requires lower costs than the devices of concrete and reinforced concrete retaining walls.

Hydro-insulation of building constructions, different purpose structures is one of the most important and urgent problems of the present day. Currently concrete, ferroconcrete, metal and wooden materials are used for this purpose. Materials of this kind are not produced in the South Caucasian region. Their import, transportation, clearance by the customs and other expenses significantly increase the cost of buildings and makes it unprofitable to use them. Excreted from petroleum products – paraffins and cerezines, petrolatum, luminophores and various purpose binders, can become profitable basis for obtaining of moderm hydroinsulation materials. Their inclusion in modern hydroinsulation compositions will help to increase quality of these materials and to decrease their cost. By mixing of the goudron obtained as a result of rectification of oil pipeline sediments with milled secondary tyre casting, liquid glass, quarz sand and several additives – new hydroinsulation material was obtained.

Due to globalization processes in the modern society there is an urgent need to preserve and develop the cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people. Today, the scientific understanding of the development of various types of Ukrainian creative activities is especially relevant. Among the variety of artistic genres, folk choreographic culture is a striking phenomenon. However, not only the government, but also scientific and educational institutions, choreographic ensembles of both professional and amateur levels should make efforts in order to preserve and develop folk choreographic traditions in the modern socio-cultural space. The problem of dance genres restoration, where the main focus is on preserving the national choreographic culture of the studied region, remains relevant today. The purpose of the article is to recreate a complete picture of functioning of folk dance art in Western Podillya in the course of its historical development and transformation. The beginning of the study of authentic Western Podillya dance genres dates back to second half of the XIX century. It indicates the way of life and style of some traditional dance genres in the territory of the studied region. In order to highlight the problem of restoration of the Western Podillya dance tradition, we briefly summarize the genre classification and its stylistic features. In order to reconstruct the dance tradition of the region, we have organized research work of the creative laboratory, which was created on the base of the Vesnyanka dance ensemble of the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. The structural and functional model of the activity of the ensemble-laboratory of Western Podillya ethnography in the form of a graphic image developed by us consists of two main blocks. The research has shown that due to the unity of content and form, the folk choreographic culture of Western Podillya influences the formation of personality and performs certain functions of socialization.

A qualitative, or species, study of the microflora of the oral cavity was carried out using the technique of aerobic and anaerobic cultivation in patients with a full adentia of the upper and lower jaw before and after implantation. In patients after dental implantation, a change was observed both in the qualitative composition of the flora (the frequency of isolation of certain species) and the number of microbes secreted, which, in addition, underwent a certain dynamics on the 7th and 14th days of observation. On the 7th and further, on the 14th day of the study, a gradual decrease in the proportion of obligate-anaerobic and, above all, virulent periodontopathogenic species was observed (although their complete disappearance did not occur). In addition, the number of stabilizing microbial species was restored and was approaching normal. As a positive fact, indicating the favorable results of the surgical stage of treatment, it should also be noted that the number of most pathogenic species decreased by the 14th day from the moment of surgery to the minimum values.

The knowledge about mammalian iron metabolism has advanced dramatically over the past decades. Studies of genetics, biochemistry and molecular biology allowed us the identification and characterization of many of the molecules involved in regulation of iron homeostasis. Important progresses were made after the discovery in 2000 of a small peptide – hepsidin – that has been proved to play a central role in orchestration on iron metabolism also providing a link between iron metabolism and inflammation and innate immunity. Hepsidin directly interacts with ferroportin, the only known mammalian iron exporter, which is expressed by enterocytes, macrophages and hepatocytes. The direct hepsidin- ferroportin interaction allows an adaptative response from the body in situations that alter normal iron homeostasis (hypoxia, anemia, iron deficiency, iron overload, and inflammation). In clause the items of information on transport protein of iron - transferrin are stated. Its physiological role and clinical importance is shown. Dynamics of the contents of the hepsidin, transferrin, ferritin in persons with latent deficiency of iron. The conclusion about importance of the given parameter for laboratory diagnostics of iron deficiency condition is made. In the article the items of information about the ferritin - protein - depot of iron in body are given. Its physiological role and clinical importance is displayed. Dynamics of changes of the contents ferritin during treatment of the patients with iron deficiency anemia and persons with latent deficiency of iron is shown. The conclusion about the level of the ferritin in serum of blood is the important dynamic parameter for laboratory diagnostics iron deficiency of condition is made.

According to M. Castels's theoretical considerations regarding the transition of locality into the space of information communications and D. Walker's ideas regarding the existence of local communities on the Internet, it is proposed to consider the manifestation of «neighborhood» and «civic» modes of communication on the example of the existence of «local network communities» of the city of Dnipro. The simultaneous functioning of 4 levels of territorial reach in the social network Facebook of local communities was attempted and an attempt was made to characterize the meaningful content of discursive strategies by members of these communities.

This article studies the influence of sowing methods, schemes, and norms on the formation of leaf area and on the net productivity of photosynthesis of new varieties of common beans. Studies have shown that in variants with high density of standing, the area of leaves on one plant is reduced. The reason for the decline in this indicator is associated with high competition of plants. But on one hectare, this indicator increases due to a larger number of plants. In variants with a low sowing rate per hectare, the leaf area decreases, but in one plant it increases. Studies have also shown the dependence of the net productivity of photosynthesis on sowing methods. An increase or decrease in the seeding rate and a change in seeding methods negatively affect this indicator.
