Abstract:
This research is a development of previous research. In this study, customer satisfaction is divided into two, namely transaction-based satisfaction and overall satisfaction. This type of research is associative research. This research takes the title: "The Influence of Core Service Quality and Encounter Service Quality on Switch Intention: A Mediation Role of Customer Satisfaction (Study on visitors to Hotel Fitra and Hotel Garden Majalengka)".The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of core service quality and encounters on switching intentions with mediating factors of customer satisfaction (transaction-based satisfaction and transaction-based satisfaction). The population in this study were all visitors to the Fitra hotel and the Garden Majalengka hotel. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 315 people who were taken using the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 21 software.The results of this study indicate that 1) the quality of the encounter service has a negative effect on the intention to switch, 2) the quality of the core service has no effect on the intention to switch, 3) the quality of the encounter service has a positive effect on transaction-based satisfaction, 4) the quality of the encounter service has a positive effect on overall satisfaction, 5) core service quality has a positive effect on overall satisfaction, 6) transaction-based satisfaction has a negative effect on switching intentions, 7) overall satisfaction has a negative effect on switching intentions, 8) transaction-based satisfaction mediates the negative effect of encounter service quality on switching intentions, 9) satisfaction overall mediates the negative effect of service quality encounter on core service switching intentions positively affects customer satisfaction, and 10) overall satisfaction mediates the negative effect of core service quality on switching intentions.

Abstract:
: The main problem in this research is the not optimal Parking Tax. Parking tax is a type of regional tax that is quite potential as a source of revenue for the City of Sumedang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer compliance on the realization of parking tax revenues in Sumedang Regency. This research method uses descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all parking taxpayers in Sumedang Regency by taking saturated sampling techniques. The data source is a type of primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument given to 73 respondents with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The statistical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. This study shows there is a strong correlation between taxpayer compliance with the realization of parking tax revenues by 76.1%. The coefficient of determination of the remaining 57.9% of 42.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The results of the regression analysis are expressed by the equation Y = 13,995 + 0,692x with a tcount of 9,884> a table of 1,66660 with the hypothesis of this study accepted.

Abstract:
Work effectiveness of employees of PT. Sing Wealth Textile has a problem, namely not achieving the target that has been determined and given by the manager to the employees. one of the factors to increase work effectiveness is through leadership style and organizational commitment. Leadership style and organizational commitment are considered as one of the factors that can affect work effectiveness. This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment partially on the work effectiveness of the study on employees of PT. Sing Wealth Textiles.This research is a survey research using a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sing Wealth Textiles with a total sample of 81 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique in this study was distributing questionnaires using a likert scale. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing using partial test.The results showed that leadership style and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine how the effect of price on the decision to purchase Kelom Sheny products in the City of Tasikmalaya. This research is descriptive and empirical. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain an overview of prices and purchasing decisions. While empirical research was conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents randomly (randomly). The objects in this study are all consumers who are around the City of Tasikmalaya. The study used a survey method with a sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. The research data will be analyzed using simple linear regression, and the results of the discussion show that the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract:
 This study aims to determine how much the influence of financial performance (Current Ratio, Leverage, Working Capital Turnover, and  Return On Assets on corporate value (Price to Book value).  The data analysis models used in this sudy are descriptive statistical analysis and inference. The population in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2016 to 2020. The sample is chosen by using purposive sampling, and there are 23 companies in which the sample collection of companies with criteria of having financial reports during the years of the study period. The result shows that the variables of CR, WCT, and ROA have significant positive effect corporate value. The result also shows that variables of LEV have a significant negative effect on corporate value.

Abstract:
One of how a bank's financial performance is healthy can be seen through the bank's financial statements. Information regarding the condition of the bank can be used by the bank itself or from outside the bank such as creditors, investors, and customers. The factors that can affect the profitability of Islamic banking are capital adequacy and liquidity. So that Islamic banking, is required to be able to increase profitability every year to attract internal and external parties. This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy and liquidity on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks.This research uses descriptive analysis method and verification. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks registered in Statistik Perbankan Syariah (SPS). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 11 Islamic banks with a total of 33 sample data. This research uses classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study indicate that capital adequacy has a significant effect on profitability and liquidity has no significant effect on profitability

Abstract:
The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia to date has had an impact on all business actors, therefore all actors from various business fields need to make a breakthrough or innovation in order to be able to compete and stay afloat. The problem now is that all must be required to provide appropriate problem solving and be able to be implemented properly in responding to all perceived obstacles and challenges. One of the methods that can be used and provide solutions to current conditions is design thinking. Design thinking is a discipline that uses designer sensibilities and methods to match people's needs with what is technologically feasible and what is feasible according to a business strategy can be transformed into customer value and market opportunities, by analyzing five stages which include empathize, define, ideate, prototypes and tests. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the use of design thinking in the Logistics Service business of Cabut Kost with a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of providing a description or summary of a situation or phenomenon that is currently happening by using scientific procedures to answer actual problems. The results obtained are that the application of design thinking can be used as a reference method for Cabut Kost in developing the business that is being undertaken. As far as the analysis is concerned, design thinking can be a method for developing a strategy to build a brand name for Cabut Kost.

Abstract:
In the new era of marketing, companies are forced to be able to create consumer value because today's marketing is driven by values. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the value using the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix which is one of the tools of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which is commonly used to increase value through product attributes that will be given to consumers. Equipped with a matrix that illustrates how to create value using HOQ, using data from research that the author has previously carried out in identifying consumer values ​​at private universities in Region III Cirebon-West Java as an example.This research uses explanatory survey method with cross sectional development method. The iteration method is used to determine the number of samples, so that a minimum sample of 116 is obtained, but 150 samples will be used so that the results are more representative of the population. The result shows that the indicator that is considered the most important by the respondents is the reputation of the university and the indicator with the lowest rating is the time of completion of studies. However, the results of consumer assessments regarding customer value indicate that the university's reputation is still unable to provide superior customer value. Thus, the reputation of the university is an aspect that must be improved first before other aspects.

Abstract:
This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of auditor competence on audit quality with audit experience as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on auditors at the Sumbawa Regency Inspectorate. This research is an explanatory research to test the proposed hypothesis regarding the relationship and influence between variables.Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to research respondents, namely auditors at the Sumbawa Regency Inspectorate, totaling 15 people. Data analysis using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS software, including outer model test, inner model test and hypothesis proof.The results of this study indicate that individually audit competence and audit experience have a positive and significant effect on audit quality on auditors at the Sumbawa Regency inspectorate.the effect of intervening audit experience variables on the indirect relationship of audit competence variables with audit quality on auditors at the Sumbawa Regency inspectorate. This research has implications for the Sumbawa Regency inspectorate so that in assigning tasks to auditors it must be based on expertise and abilities seen from the educational background and experience of auditors in conducting audits.

Abstract:
The management of the village income and expenditure budget carried out by several villages in the Duchy District has not been in accordance with the legislation and the implementation of village deliberations has not been maximized to discuss and explain the management of the APBDes. This study aims to determine the effect of transparency and accountability on the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget.This research is a survey research using descriptive verification method, the population of this research is all village heads and village officials in the Kadipaten District using a total sampling of 63 people. Data collection was done by survey method using a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and verification analysis including classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and model feasibility test. Test the hypothesis using the t test.The results showed that transparency had a significant effect on the management of the APBDes in the Kadipaten District, Majalengka Regency, meaning that the more transparent the management of the APBDes, the management of the APBDes would be better. Accountability has a significant effect on the management of the APBDes in the Kadipaten District, Majalengka Regency, meaning that the more accountable the APBDes management is, the better the APBDes management will be.

Abstract:
Employee performance is important for the company. Employee performance can be achieved with good teamwork and good communication. This study aims to determine how teamwork and communication influence the performance of employees at Perumda BPR Majalengka partially.This study used a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of Perumda BPR Majalengka with a sample a 98 respondents using a saturated sampling technique (census). The measurement scale in this study uses the Likert scale. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination analysis and the feasibility test of the model. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a partial hypothesis test with the t test.Based on the results of the study, it shows that teamwork is included in the very good category, communication is in the very good category, and employee performance is in the very high category. This study shows that Teamwork and Communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract:
Formulating a working capital management model at KUD Tani Wilis Tulungagung is the aim of this research. Researchers conducted interviews and observations to produce descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research aims to describe the existing phenomena. Qualitative research is used to explore and interpret human and social issues. Source triangulation was used to check the validity of this study. The results of this study can be concluded that the working capital owned by KUD Tani Wilis in the form of cash, receivables, inventories, and prepaid transactions. The working capital management model at KUD Tani Wilis consists of the planning stage, the organizing stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. These stages are interconnected and one of them cannot be left out. KUD Tani Wilis has an awareness of the importance of working capital management and consistently carries out this management. With the working capital management model, KUD Tani Wilis can increase its profits from year to year.

Abstract:
In its implementation, the principles of business ethics in an organization and customer service are very related, such as when provudung services to customers, ethics must be used. Tjis is intended to create a good relationship between customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. In principle, business atehics is everything about guiding norms for a company in making decision, with the intention that good relation between the company and stakeholders are maintained, of course must use the rules that have been in effect. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia has been good in carrying out its duties so that customers feel satisfied and fulfilled with the wishes expected by customers, both from service and banking ethics. Problems that occur at this time are deviations in terms of providing excellent service, namely there are multiple positions or commonly referred to as overlapping work in a work unit, for example customer service provider not only serves customers who come to convey various kind of complaints, but also does some work, and the work that shuold be done by the back office such as administering credit completeness and credit contract. So that more or less will reduce the excellent service that a customer service should do with a small example, ignoring basic service concept such as smiles, greetings wich are often referred to 3S. The method used in writing journals about the application of business ethic and employer responsibilities and employee rights to employee performance is a descriptive research method, because this study aims to only describe the facts as they are and describe the fact on the object under study. Irredularities commited by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero),.Tbk, which are contary to the principles of business ethics in this company, namely in terms of providing excellent service, there are multiple positions or commonly referred to as overlapping work in unit. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero),.Tbk need to be reviewed again regarding the duties and function of each position. It’s just that there are very few deviations that occur because this in a work unit in this company there is an overlapping position.

Abstract:
The year 2020 was shaken by the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The viral pandemic occurred has changed the way of life of the world, at least from a social and economic perspective. Predictions of a recession began to emerge as the economy weakened due to the spread of the virus forcing large parts of the population to be laid off. Many businesses experience losses and even go out of business, or at least experience a decline in profits (Brewer, 2020). The economic impact of this disaster is likely to continue for several years to come. Gema Insani is a publishing company in Depok which has been directly affected by the pandemic. A proper marketing strategy is needed so that even if there is a decline in the level of product sales, the decline is still under control or does not cause the company to go out of business. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies that the Gema Insani company implemented during the pandemic. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. It can be concluded from the research results that the applied marketing strategy includes the marketing mix of product aspects, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. The most dominant aspect in dealing with and adapting to pandemic situation is promotion aspect, that is by optimizing online marketing and product sales (digital marketing). By optimizing digital marketing, online product sales increased by 30%.

Abstract:
One of the energies strongly needed by humans is electrical energy. Currently, Solar Power Plant (henceforth, PLTS) is a source of renewable electrical energy and widely developed since PLTS is environmentally friendly and easy to obtain, specifically for the countries are on the equator such as Indonesia. One of the PLTS with a large capacity developed by PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (PT. AMNT) in collaboration with PT. Medcopower Solar Sumbawa (PT. MPSS) and PT. Sinergi Era Cemerlang (PT. SEC) as the executor. The PLTS, with 26 MWpcapacity, built in the Tongo Village area, Sekongkang District, West Sumbawa Regency, NTB. This PLTS is known as PLTS Sumbawa 26 MWp. The existence of this project definitely has a socio-economic impacts on the community, either positive or negative impacts. The qualitative data analysis results show the socio-economic effects of the PLTS Sumbawa 26 MWp development, namely increasing labor absorption; increasing Village Original Income (PADes) such as waste retribution; improvement of village infrastructure, especially places of worship, educational facilities, garbage disposal sites, and assistance for social activities; and changes in public perception in the form of social jealousy.

Abstract:
Entrepreneurship has been considered to be one of the effective solutions according to the effort to reduce the high unemployment rate in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education and academic support on the intensity of entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on students of the Maranatha Christian University Management Study Program. The type of research in this research is quantitative. Data in collecting questionnaire techniques and data processing using SmartPLS. The results showed that the variables of entrepreneurship education and academic support influenced the intensity of student entrepreneurship.

Abstract:
 This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of compensation received and perceived organizational climate on the work satisfaction of companion in the Family Hope Program, besides this research also aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the accompanying performance of the Family Hope Program. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using observational collection techniques, questionnaires and literature. Koesioner was distributed to 46 samples of respondents, then tested the instrument and tested the classic assumption on questionnaire results. In testing hypotheses on research variables, multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis were used.The results of the study show that there is a partial and positive effect of compensation and organizational climate on job satisfaction, then it is known simultaneously that compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a strong level of relationship between compensation and organizational climate with job satisfaction. From the results of this study, it is also known that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the accompanying performance of the companion, with a moderate level of relationship between job satisfaction and the accompanying performance of the Family Hope Program.

Abstract:
Performance is one of the benchmarks in assessing the performance of an organization, both government organizations and private organizations. Performance measurement can affect various factors, both factors originating from within the organization and factors from outside the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Tourism Office using the census technique as a sampling technique. The research method chosen is associative descriptive quantitative research. This type of research aims to see and explain the influence between variables in the study using a questionnaire technique as a data collection instrument. The results showed that the work environment and leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Environment and leadership variables contributed 67.40% to employee performance at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Tourism Office, while the remaining 32.60 % influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract:
Keberhasilan dalam mengelola keuangan desa tidak terlepas dari baiknya akuntabilitas pengelolaan desa. Akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana perlu didukung melalui kompetensi aparat dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk membangun desa lebih baik lagi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi aparat dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap Akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana di Kecamatan Majalengka. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh aparat desa di Kecamatan Majalengka yang berjumlah 235 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 sampel dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan (skoring), dengan skala pengukuran likert. Sumber data primer, yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuiosiner. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikativ. Analisis verifikatif anatar lain uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji kelayakan model, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan variabel bebas terdiri dari kompetensi aparat dan partisipasi masyarakat, dan variabel terikat Akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi aparat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana. Partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana.

Abstract:
This study analyzes the process or efforts of processing data into new information so that the characteristics of the data become easier to understand and useful as a solution to a problem. The data is described quantitatively as a result of data collection from the source as part of the information. This study aims to analyze the data that has been presented at RSU Fikri Medika Karawang to make new information in order to improve the quality of service for the achievement of the hospital's vision and mission to increase the volume of patient visits. RSU Fikri Medika Karawang needs to detect early with the number of patients visiting by gender, age and occupation as an early anticipation to ensure patient satisfaction. From the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents that female patients of productive age and on average are farmers and traders, it is a challenge for the management of Fikri Medika Hospital Karawang to ensure the existing quality. With 18 statements that were shared with the google questionnaire, the results of the instrument test on the decision were valid and the consistency value was greater than the specified standard.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and standard operating procedures on the work productivity of employees at PT. BPR Majalengka Jabar partially. The object of this research is PT. BPR Majalengka Jabar. The method used in this study is a survey method using a descriptive analysis approach and verification. The population in this study are employees of PT. BPR Majalengka Jabar with a sample of 55 respondents. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire. The measurement scale of this study uses a Likert scale. Testing of data instruments is done by testing the validity and reliability. While the data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and model feasibility test. Hypothesis testing in this study uses partial hypothesis testing. The results of respondents' responses indicate that the physical work environment and standard operating procedures are in the good category, while work productivity is in the high category. The results of partial hypothesis testing of this study indicate that the physical work environment has a significant effect on work productivity. Standard operating procedures have a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract:
This research was conducted on beauty clinic customers dr. Amalia has bought skin care and facial treatment more than three times. The goal is to identify: customer relationship marketing and service quality on customer loyalty and how much influence the customer relationship marketing of customer loyalty and the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. Population in this research are customers who have registered at the beauty clinic dr. Amalia Sumedang. While the samples used in this study were 200 customers. Analysis data in this study using descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Testing of research instruments conducted using validity and reliability testing. For data analysis using classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis, which previously performed data transformation first. As for the hypothesis test using the t test for partial testing. The result of descriptive analysis of customer relationship marketing is in very good category, service quality is in very good category and customer loyalty is in high category. Based on the partial test results of customer relationship marketing have a positive and significant influence customer loyalty, so does the quality of service have a positive and significantly influence customer loyalty.

Abstract:
This study aimed to examine the construct of student satisfaction developed by Lijuan Zhai (2012) in the context of Universitas Teuku Umar. The tests carried out include validity and reliability using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The sample used was 371 respondents who were selected. The results showed that the relevant indicators of student satisfaction in the context of Universitas Teuku Umar were only five indicators covered in two dimensions, namely (a) curriculum and instruction, four indicators namely KM6, KM7, KM8, and KM9, and (b) counseling/advising, one indicator is KM18. Meanwhile, as many as 58 indicators are considered irrelevant because they do not meet the validity and reliability test requirements. Maybe this is understandable because there are differences in terms of needs, ethics, or culture.

Abstract:
Pasar modal dapat diartikan sebagai pasar yang menyediakan fasilitas untuk penerbitan dan perdagangan efek keuangan seperti saham. Setiap emiten pasti memiliki tujuan untuk terus maju, tetapi dalam kehidupan nyata ada beberapa emiten yang akhirnya di delisting. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab emiten yang di delisting dan mengetahui apa akibatnya bagi pemegang saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab emiten delisting adalah karena emiten tersebut telah melanggar aturan, terjadi kondisi bisnis yang negatif, kebangkrutan, tidak dapat menghasilkan pendapatan operasional dan keuangan emiten yang tidak stabil. Akibatnya bagi para pemegang saham pertama dapat menerima semua dana kembali, yang kedua dapat menerima beberapa persen (%) dari dana, yang ketiga akan kehilangan semua dana mereka atau dana tidak akan kembali sepenuhnya, jadi disarankan untuk berhati-hati. dalam memilih emiten untuk berinvestasi. Abstract:
Kebutuhan akan tanaman hias mengalami peningkatan. Selain kesan segar, keberadaan tanaman hias bisa menyehatkan tubuh karena tanaman yang ada mengeluarkan oksigen yang diperlukan manusia. Tanaman hias berperan menghasilkan oksigen dan menghiasi rumah atau pekarangan tempat tinggal kita, akan tetapi berkhasiat obat untuk kesehatan tubuh manusia. Taslampot dapat menggunakan tempat berupa pot plastik dan pot tanah liat. Media tanam taslampot tentunya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Kelebihan taslampot, yaitu praktis, tidak memerlukan banyak media dan harga relatif murah. Kelemahannya, yaitu jumlah dan jenis tanaman hias yang dapat ditampung terbatas. Taslampot dapat dijadikan solusi praktis dalam keterbatasan lahan pertanian. Keterbatasan lahan tidak menghentikan niat seseorang untuk bercocok tanam. Sebagian ibu rumah tangga tetap melakukan hobi berkebun walaupun ruang yang tersedia tidak cukup luas.

Abstract:
Kebutuhan konsumsi kopi terjadi peningkatan yang ditandai dengan adanya perbahan gaya hidup pelanggan. Akibat dari peningkatan jumlah konsumsi tersebut banyak orang tertarik untuk membuka bisnis kedai kopi. Banyak kedai kopi menawarkan berbagai macam produk untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan. Penelitian ini, dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana retention pelanggan serta bagaimana cara untuk memberikan usulan strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sawala Space & Cofe. Abstract:
ABSTRAK Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini membuktikan seluruh hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan Kompetensi, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan arah yang positif, yang berarti bahwa motivasi kerja yang lebih baik dan adanya Kompetensi yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja Perawat, Motivasi perawat merupakan suatu bentuk kesediaan untuk berusaha keras mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan memperhatikan usaha memuaskan beberapa kebutuhan, serta upaya untuk memperbaiki dan membentuk pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku karyawan sehingga karyawan tersebut secara sukarela berusaha bekerja secara kooperatif dengan para karyawan lainnya untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat, untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel motivasi dan kinerja perawat, hal perlu dilakukan adalah menentukan hipotesis, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan kinerja perawat. sedangkan besarnya pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat artinya motivasi naik, maka kinerja akan meningkat. Pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja Perawat, hasil perhitungan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi dan kinerja Perawat. untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Perawat secara simultan (gabungan), besarnya R Square dapat digunakan untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja perawat secara bersama-sama atau simultan. Besarnya pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Perawat secara bersama-sama dipengaruhi faktor lain, yaitu, pelatihan, kompensasi dan lain-lain. Hasil perhitungan korelasi antar variabel yang diteliti dengan menggunakan program bantuan software SPSS diketahui nilai korelasi antar variabel motivasi dan kompetensi terlihat hubungan antar variabel sangat kuat. dan korelasi kedua variabel bersifat signifikansi, dari hasil perhitungan koefisien jalur yang diperoleh, maka dapat terlihat besarnya pengaruh variabel yang dihipotesiskan. variabel-variabel yang di luar variabel penelitian mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja Perawat. Abstract:
Technological advances aim to provide benefits and ease of use to the people in carrying out certain activities. One of them is in the financial sector, namely the creation of electronic money in as a subtitute for cash payment to assist transaction activities. In 2009, Jasa Marga together and Bank Mandiri with the support of the government cooperated to make an e-toll card as a subtitute for cash payment on toll roads. This is intended to facilitate the increasing transactions number of toll users. In addition, e-toll card can be used for other transactions. The perceived usefullness dan ease of use by customer will affect their level of satisfaction after using technology of e-toll card. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that part there is not positive and significant influence between Perceived Usefulness on the E-toll Customer Satisfaction by 8,44% and there is a positive and significant influence between Ease of Use on the E-toll Customer Satisfaction by 49,56%. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use on the E-toll Customer Satisfaction by 58%

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen syrup jamu tradisional Sabdo Palon di Sukoharjo dan mendapatkan bukti empiris bahwa kualitas produk, harga dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian syrup jamu tradisional Sabdo Palon di Sukoharjo. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik sampling yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah teknik non probability sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel tidak dipilih secara acak. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 konsumen syrup jamu tradisional Sabdo Palon di Sukoharjo, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16.00 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,562 dan signifikansi 0,000 , variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian degan nilai t hitung sebesar -1,892 dan signifikansi 0,062 , variabel promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar -1,07 dan signifikansi 0,915. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk,harga dan promosi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract:
The rate of growth and development of retail companies in Indonesia has increased significantly which has led to increasingly high competition between companies so that companies must pay attention to competitive advantages, one of which is service quality. Indomaret as one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia, of course, also needs to pay attention to service quality to increase the company's competitive advantage. This study aims to determine how much the level of consumer satisfaction with the services provided by Indomaret in the Magelang area through a questionnaire so that it can help Indomaret to optimize customer satisfaction. This research method uses a qualitative method in the form of a questionnaire, while the questionnaire data processing uses the ServQual approach. Based on primary data obtained by researchers through a questionnaire, namely a number of 68 samples, it was found that the level of service quality provided by Indomaret in the Magelang region scored more than zero which means that the level of customer satisfaction has been able to exceed consumer expectations and to optimize consumer satisfaction Indomaret must pay more attention to reliability dimension.

Abstract:
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a contribution to make in supporting national economic development, including being able to absorb labor and produce goods and services at affordable prices for the needs of people with low incomes. Because of its role, the development of MSMEs needs to get great attention from the government and the general public. MSME actors need to continue to be trained and fostered in a sustainable manner so that they can be more developed and advanced. By participating in the training, MSME actors are expected to increase their knowledge and business capabilities, increase business management, generate new ideas, create business networks and increase business productivity.This study aims to determine the effect of training and entrepreneurial characteristics on the development of MSMEs in Cigugur sub-district. This study uses quantitative methods using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study MSME actors who are in Cigugur sub-district and have attended training with a sample of 70 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test in the form of t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination test (R2) with a test instrument the IBM SPSS version 22 application.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between training on MSME development, which is 10.28%, and there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial characteristics on MSME development by 9.05%. Furthermore, simultaneously training and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs by 19.3%.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan ekonomi kreatif pada masa pandemi COVID-19 utamanya dalam perspektif social entrepreneurship. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi literatur. Berdasarkan data yang bersumber dari laporan OPUS Ekonomi Kreatif 2020, menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi dari subsektor ekonomi kreatif terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) nasional mencapai nilai sebesar Rp 1.211 triliun. Berdasarkan Laporan Kinerja Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Tahun 2019, terdapat 17 subsektor yang menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia yang mana fokus pengembangan tersebut dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil yang paling baik utamanya dalam bidang pendapatan. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif yaitu melalui bank sampah dengan melakukan daur ulang (recycle) sampah anorganik. Dalam melakukan pengelolaannya, apabila suatu bank sampah memiliki kesulitan dalam hal pendanaan dapat melakukan pinjaman kepada salah satu kewirausahaan sosial (social entrepreneurship) yaitu Gandeng Tangan. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 saat ini, usaha bank sampah dirasa memiliki potensi yang baik. Salah satu produk yang dapat dihasilkan dari dilakukannya daur ulang sampah yaitu kerajinan tangan atau seni kriya yang masuk dalam salah satu subsektor ekonomi kreatif Indonesia.

Abstract:
Peranan SDM dalam bisnis kafe dapat meliputi pengendalian bisnis, pelayanan, kelezatan menu makanan dan minuman sampai pada desain keunikan kafe. Sumber daya manusia sebagai sumber daya penting, karena seseorang dapat memberikan tenaga, bakat, kreativitas dan usaha mereka kepada organisasi (kafe). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi di kedai kopi “barista” Daerah Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. Rancangan penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 71 karyawan di Kedai Kopi “Barista” Daerah Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi kemampuan kerja karyawan maka kinerja akan semakin meningkat dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja karyawan yang meningkat maka kinerja barista akan semakin meningkat jika motivasi kerja karyawan juga semakin meningkat.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis penerapan standar operasional prosedur budidaya pada pertanian jagung di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember; (2) efektifitas pelaksanaan Quality Control hasil panen jagung di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pelaksanaan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan standar operasinal prosedur budidaya telah dilaksanakan dengan baik pada proses penanaman hingga panen jagung didasarkan pada prinsip – prinsip yaitu : (a) proses perawatan lahan pra-tanam (b) perawatan berkala terhadap tanaman jagung.

Abstract:
The ups and downs of the journey of KOPMA UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta was able to give an idea to all its cadres that the optimization of the development of member resources was not optimal. This study aims to describe how the process and implementation of human resource management in the development of member resources (PSDA) of KOPMA UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. So that it is hoped that in the future the cadres are required to be able to optimize the development of the resources of KOPMA UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta members to achieve common goals. The research is a type of qualitative research whit data collection carried out by conucting observations, interviews and documentation. Abstract:
This type of research is associative research. This research takes the title: “This type of research is associative research. This research takes the title: "The Role of Customer Satisfaction on the Causality Relationship Between Service Quality and Switch Intention (Study on Fitra Majalengka hotel visitors)”. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of core service quality and encounter on switching intentions with the mediating factor of customer satisfaction. The population in this study were all visitors to the Fitra Majalengka hotel. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 120. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 software. The results of this study indicate that 1) core service quality has no effect on switching intentions, 2) encounter service quality has no effect on switching intentions, 3) core service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 4) encounter service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 5 ) customer satisfaction has a negative effect on switching intentions, 6) customer satisfaction mediates the negative effect of core service quality on switching intentions, 7) customer satisfaction mediates the negative effect of encounter service quality on switching intentions. An important finding from this study is that it can confirm the concept of EDT in which customer satisfaction becomes a mediating variable between the relationship between core service quality and encounter with switching intentions.

Abstract:
Performance is the work achieved by a person in carrying out his duties or work both in quantity and quality, namely in accordance with responsibilities and is the result of work that has been achieved by someone with predetermined standards. This research was conducted at PT. Pancaragam Toyindo Majalengka, as for the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of participatory procedural justice variables and career development on employee performance. The research method used in this research is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. The data obtained are primary data, namely data from respondents' responses which are distributed to respondents. Population of all employees as many as 200 people and a sample taken is 100 people. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination and hypothesis testing, for partial test using t test and model feasibility test. Abstract:
This study was conducted to obtain a description of the Implementation of the Financial Management Pattern of the Regional Public Service Agency (PPK-BLUD) and Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction at the Sumedang District General Hospital, Tandang Pavilion. The type of research is descriptive and verification. The population of this study were patients in the Away Pavilion of the Sumedang Regency General Hospital who were inpatients of the Antang Pavilion of the Sumedang Regency General Hospital for 1 month, counted as many as 250 people. determine the sample by random or random (probability sampling), with the simple random sampling method, that is, each population has the same possibility of selection, the results of the calculation of the sample taken are 95 patients.Based on the results of the study, it was obtained testing the Main Hypothesis of the Effect of the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumedang Regency and Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction. The results of the test, obtained the decision H0 was rejected, so that the variables of the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumedang Regency and Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction were accepted. The significance of the value of the test results is also supported by the magnitude of the value of the Coefficient of Determination. This value indicates that the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumedang Regency and the Quality of Service have an effect on Patient Satisfaction. while the rest is influenced by other variables. Sub-Hypothesis Testing of the Effect of Regional Public Service Agencies on Patient Satisfaction To answer the proposed hypothesis, a test is carried out, namely by using path analysis testing. Based on the test results obtained path coefficient values. To find out more about the effect of Regional Public Service Agency variables on Patient Satisfaction, a test was carried out, the test results obtained that the tcount value was greater than the ttable value. To find out more about the effect of the Regional Public Service Agency variable on patient satisfaction, a test was carried out, namely by looking at the comparison between tcount and ttable. Based on the test, the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable, namely tcount. From the results of these calculations, the decision Ho is rejected, so that the Regional Public Service Agency variable affects the patient satisfaction variable.

Abstract:
In this research was conducted at the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the commitment, organizational and influence of job satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a survey method with descriptive and verification analysis. The technique of data collection done by giving a questionnaire. The population in this study is the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency with 49 respondents. Testing the research. Testing the research instrument is done by testing the validity and reliability test using a Likert scale. Data analysis tool use classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, and F test. The result of this indicate that commitment organizational, job statisfaction and employee performance is a high category. Commitment organizational has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satifactions has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect purely on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract:
Before investing, investors must know and choose stocks that can provide benefits by assessing the ratio of return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). This study aims to observe and analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) on the stock price of Pt. Indosat Tbk. This research is an associative type, using quantitative data from secondary data sources. The population in this study is the Financial Statements of Pt. Indosat, Tbk. Which is calculated from the beginning of going public for the period 1994-2020, which is for 25 years. The sample used is the period 2006-2019, which is 14 years at Pt.IndosatTbk which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the sampling criteria in this study are updated financial statement data for 14 years from 2006-2019. 2019. The research instrument used is in the form of financial statement data consisting of a statement of net income, total assets, total equity and profit and loss of the company to get the share price value for the period 2006-2019. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) had a significant effect on the stock price of PT. Indosat Tbk.

Abstract:
Online business is one of method of promoting/offering goods/services that are carried out using the internet network by communicating with each other. In online business, marketing strategies are needed by advertising each product produced thru social media. One of these strategies is endorsement acts. There are several business ethics noted when endorsers or celebrities promote a product through their social media. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the endorsement strategy at PT Murbey Pasti Sukses is in accordance with business ethics. This type of research is qualitative and collected data from PT Murbey Pasti Sukses. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the business strategy at PT Murbey Pasti Sukses uses two types of endorsers, namely artists/celebrities and influencers who are active on social media. Endorsements selection choosen by PT Murbey Pasti Sukses considered by shown a good engagement rate. The four strategy indicators (product, promotion, price and people) describe that promotion indicator has a dominant impact to attract consumers' attention and encourage them to buy. Likewise with online business through social media on Instagram at this time, Murbey conducts online promotions using the endorsement system.

Abstract:
Student organizations play a role in the development of students' managerial and leadership abilities. Human resources in student organizations include leaders and members of the organization. Every student organization certainly has a work program (proker) where this work program is a guide for every step of the organization and also becomes a direction for leaders and members to run the organization's wheels. To carry out this work program, a leadership strategy is needed because this strategy will later provide direction on how the organization can achieve the work program it has set. This study aims to determine how leadership strategies are applied to organizations in order to realize work programs in student organizations. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data processing techniques using SWOT analysis techniques. The population in this study were 15 students who joined the organization at the Faculty of Economics, Tidar University. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the leadership strategy applied by organizational leaders in directing their members to realize work programs, among others, by providing opportunities for members to participate in decision making, motivating members, directing members to work, and coordinating However, in reality, this strategy still poses obstacles for the organization in the form of delays in carrying out work programs due to lack of discipline among members of the organization.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics, Bima Regency. This type of research is associative by using a Likert scale questionnaire research instrument. The population used is all employees who work at the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics, Bima Regency as many as 52 people, consisting of 37 civil servants, 10 volunteer employees and 5 contract employees. The sample in this study were 37 employees at the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics, Bima Regency with the status of civil servants (PNS) with saturated sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that the work environment and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics, Bima Regency with a very strong relationship level of 93.4%.

Abstract:

There are many factors that consumers /customers consider to be loyal to a product, including trust and barriers tochange.The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the partial effect of truston loyalty and barriers to movement on loyalty.The method in this research uses descriptive and verification research methods.The population in this study were customers of Garnier Skincare Products inMajalengka city, which includes the areas of MajalengkaWetan and MajalengkaKulonVillages. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people using purposive samplingtechnique. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires.Testing of data instruments was done by testing the validity and reliability testing.While the data analysis is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis,determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study, it shows that trust and barrier to moveis in thehigh category. Trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Barriers toswitching have a positive and significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract:
Accounting fraud related to corruption, an unusual action taken is to manipulate therecording, omission of documents, and mark ups that are detrimental to the country's financesor economy. Internal control is a representative of all activities within the organization thatmust be carried out to provide adequate confidence regarding the achievement of effectiveand efficient operational control objectives, the reliability of financial statements, andcompliance with the law. Compensation is often called an award and can be defined as a formof appreciation given to employees as a remuneration for the contribution they make to theorganization. This study aims to determine the effect of internal control and the suitability ofcompensation for trends in accounting fraud. The method used in this research is to usedescriptive and verification analysis. The population in this study were 36 people usingpuposive sampling techniques. Data collection technique is a survey with a questionnaire.Data instrument testing is done by using validity, reliability and data normality tests. Analysisof the data is the correlation of determination and hypothesis testing using the t test and Ftest. The data is processed using SPSS Version 21 and Microsoft Excel 2007. The resultsof this study indicate that internal control affects the tendency of accounting fraud. suitabilityof compensation affects the tendency of accounting fraud. Internal control and suitability ofcompensation affect the tendency of accounting fraud.

Abstract:
This study proves empirically the effect of computer anxiety and computer attitudes on theability of accounting students to operate accounting software at the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Majalengka University.The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method. The populationis all students in the 2017/2018 academic year. The sample is 101 people who have followed financial accounting computer courses. Sampling was using purposive sampling method. Thedata survey method uses a questionnaire media. The test instrument was carried out by testingthe validity and reliability test, while the data analysis was belonging, determination and hypothesis testing.The results showed that partially the variables of computer anxiety and computer attitudeshad a significant effect. Simultaneously, the variables of computer anxiety and computer attitudes have a positive relationship and have a significant effect on the ability of accounting students to operate accounting software.
