Abstract:
This article discusses the interpretation of maudhui' in the perspective of experts, namely Abdul Hayy Al-Farmawi, Muhammad Baqir Ash-Sadr, and Abdussatar Fathullah Said. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the views of each of the three figures regarding the interpretation of maudhui and the extent to which the similarities and differences. In writing this research, the method that will be used is a qualitative method based on library research and comes from the thoughts of three main characters, namely Abdul Hayy Al-Farmawi with his book Al-Bidâyah Fî Tafsîr Al-Maudhû'i; Muhammad Baqir Sadr with his book Al-Madrasah Al-Qurâniyyah; and Abdussatar Fathullah Saíd with his book Al-Madkhal Ilâ At-Tafsîr Al-Maudhûí. The results obtained are that the three figures have the same views regarding the urgency of this maudhûî' interpretation method; they state that this method can answer contemporary problems and can get the meanings of the Qur'an comprehensively. The difference lies only in the initial starting point for the operation of the process and the fundamental steps it formulates.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze: (1) the description of the client's religious condition before Islamic Psychospiritual therapy, (2) the process of Islamic Psychospiritual therapy conducted at the Living Meaning Center Foundation Bandung; (3) The client's religiosity after Islamic Psychospiritual therapy; (4) Changes in the client's religiosity after Islamic Psychospiritual therapy. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach, the primary source in this study is to clients after Islamic Psychospiritual therapy at the Yayasan Living Meaning Center Bandung. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The client's religious description before Islamic Psychospiritual therapy exists. (2) The process of Islamic psychospiritual therapy at the Bandung Living Meaning Center foundation is carried out with an early-stage counseling procedure. (3) There is a change in the client's religiosity after Islamic psycho-ritual therapy—religious changes in clients after Islamic Psychospiritual therapy at the Living Meaning Center Foundation in Bandung. In the appreciation dimension, most clients become calmer and live more meaningfully. In the consequence dimension, the client becomes more grateful in living his life so that life is more concerned with fellow human beings as humans must become khalifah fil ardhi.

Abstract:
The Qur'an is a guideline for Muslims; to understand it requires the science of interpretation; without interpretation, it will be difficult to understand the contents of the Qur'an. In its delivery, there are two essential things. First, it is related to understanding the meaning so that the message contained in it can be understood. Second, it relates to conveying the message so that it reaches Muslims. This research is literature research that seeks to re-examine the area of interpretation studies by taking the object of the phenomenon of practical interpretation of the Qur'an. The results of this study are conventional interpretation terminology, namely, conventional performance is identical to classical interpretation where there are several methods used in conventional interpretation, namely the tahlili, ijmali, muqorron and maudhui methods. Conventional interpretation cannot be separated from the study of the commentator and the method of interpretation studied.

Abstract:
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terdapat dalam diskriminasi gender dan bagaimana agama dapat dijadikan peredaan permasalah-permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah analisis deksriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diskriminasi terhadap perempuan masih merupakan praktek sehari-hari. Padahal ia merupakan pelanggaran terhadap hak asasi perempuan, sehingga diperlukan pemberdayaan perempuan agar perempuan dapat memperjuangkan hak-haknya yang dilanggar. Ada tiga poin mengenai konsep kekuasaan yang selalu relevan dengan diskriminasi gender di dunia kerja. Pertama adalah bahwa kewenangan seorang individu dinilai dari posisi dan tanggung jawabnya, baik dari status individu maupun dari manfaat yang diberikan oleh posisi dan tanggung jawab ini kepada mereka. Kedua, mendapatkan keuntungan dari luar penghasilan utama yang berasal dari yang memiliki otoritas. Ketiga, kekuatan ini mungkin menjadi salah satu alasan utama mengapa diskriminasi gender terus berlanjut di dunia kerja.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tafsir al-Qur’an dengan sunnah Nabi SAW. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah bersifat kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan atau library research yaitu mencari sumber dari bahan-bahan tertulis dengan pendekatan sejarah. Hasil dari pembahasan penelitian ini meliputi fungsi sunnah nabi sebagai sumber rujukan tafsir setelah al-Qur’an itu sendiri karena risalah al-Qur’an turun kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Terdapat dua fungsi utama sunnah nabi yang tidak diperselisihkan, yaitu istilah ulama menyebutnya dengan bayan ta’kid dan bayan tafsir. Bayan ta’kid memiliki fungsi untuk menguatkan dan menggarisbawahi kembali apa yang terdapat di dalam al-Quran. Sedangkan bayan tafsir memiliki fungsi untuk memperjelas, merinci bahkan membatasi makna dari suatu ayat al-Qur’an. Diantara bentuk tafsir al-Qur’an dengan sunnah nabi ialah memberikan penjelasan ayat atau kata, Rasul menjelaskan kepada para sahabat agar mereka memaham sebuah ayat, menyebutkan apa-apa yang sesuai menjadi tafsiran bagi suatu ayat, dan mentakwilkan al-Qur’an kemudian mengerjakan apa yang diperintah dan meninggalkan apa yang dilarang.

Abstract:
Metaphor in the Qur'an is a form of beauty in the language of the holy book which is one part of literary construction. In addition, it also influences the interpretation. In parrot science it is called majaz. The style of language that puts the meaning of the branch on the original meaning, such as the majaz mursal in the letter Asy-Syu'ara which is meticulously written. The reason for the author to research and study it is, first, the style of majaz influences, expands the meaning of the wording in the Qur'an and understands the meaning desired by Allah Swt. Second, it has implications for translation and interpretation. Third, in the Surah Ash-Syu'ara, Allah Swt uses majaz in the verse of the doom of the previous prophets. Fourth, the verses are interesting both in sentence composition and rhetorically (balāghiyyah). This study uses a descriptive-analytical method of majaz mursal in surah Asy-Syu'ara, using a linguistic approach, especially balagah, by analyzing the verses in the letter, detailing the types of majaz mursal and its 'alāqah, explaining the interpretation and message. From this research, it can be seen, first, in the letter Asy-Syu'ara, there are two majaz mursal in two verses, namely in QS. Ash-Syu'ara: 105 with 'alāqah kulliyah and in QS. Ash-Syu'ara: 208 with 'alāqah mahalliyyah. Second, the two verses depart with different contexts, as well as different themes. In verse 105, regarding Noah's people who denied Noah and the teachings of monotheism. Meanwhile, verse 208 deals with polytheists who reject the Qur'an and ask Allah SWT to hasten the punishment. In addition, the language of majaz is also used in conveying stories as ibrah or lessons. For example in the story of Noah.

Abstract:
Religious moderation is necessary to guarantee social stability against the unwanted ideological force and even physical collisions in society. Social and religious lives are not isolated but must be integrated into one another. Building an educated and open-minded religious community is required to achieve this goal. The ideal religious moderation should be created through active participation from all members of diverse religious communities to achieve the same goals based on togetherness, inclusive attitude, respect, and mutual understanding related to performing certain rituals and doctrines of each religion. The variety of typologies of interfaith relations, such as exclusivism, inclusivism, and pluralism, are commonly formulated to bring these diversities into the further step of harmonious religious dialogues. This article uses the phenomenological approach in studying the meaning of religious moderation, according to Franz Magnis-Suseno. Specifically, according to Magnis-Suseno, someone just can talk about religious moderation if there is a willingness to accept and recognize plurality. That is, assuming the difference. Religious moderation means getting relatives or groups, even though their views, beliefs, and beliefs are different.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk lebih mengkarakterisasi interpretasi tafsir maudhu’i. Tafsir maudhu’i merupakan istilah yang masih tergolong baru dalam kajian tafsir al-Qur'an, sehingga ayat-ayat al-Qur'an masih bersifat historis dan normatif serta perlu dimaknai secara lebih mendalam agar hukumnya dapat menarik kebijaksanaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa metode penafsiran maudhu’i berupaya menemukan jawaban atas Al-Qur'an dengan mengumpulkan ayat-ayat yang membahas topik/judul tertentu dan mengurutkannya sesuai dengan periode turunnya wahyu. Wahyunya dijelaskan dengan memperhatikan tulisan suci ini, uraiannya, dan hubungannya dengan tulisan suci lainnya. Kelebihan penjelasan maudhu’i adalah menjawab tantangan zaman, praktis, sistematis, dinamis, dan dipahami sepenuhnya. Sedangkan kelemahan penjelasan maudhu’i adalah potongan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dari urutannya dan batasi pemahamannya sesuai dengan subjeknya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi kajian Al-Qur'an.

Abstract:
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas eksistensi huruf-huruf muqatta'ah dan penafsirannya oleh para ulama, baik ulama kalam maupun ulama sufi. Kualitatif adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka. Selain membahas huruf-huruf muqatta'ah dan interpretasinya, penulis juga berusaha menganalisanya dengan pendekatan semiotika. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah para ulama kalam lebih memilih untuk bersikap moderat meskipun mereka juga memberikan pendapat dan komentarnya mengenai huruf-huruf muqatta'ah. Adapun para ulama sufi, terkesan lebih gagah dan percaya diri dalam memaknai huruf-huruf muqatta’ah secara batin dengan pemahaman dan ijtihad yang mereka lakukan. Alhasil, kedua golongan ulama ini sama-sama menggunakan pendekatan semiotika dalam memberikan makna konotasinya terhadap huruf-huruf muqatta’ah yang notabene tidak memiliki makna denotasi. Keduanya juga memberikan sumbangsih nilai positif terhada kajian ilmu al-Qur’an dan tafsir.

Abstract:
Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan tafsir bil ma’tsur dan apa saja yang harus di perhatikan hingga disebut dengan tafsir bil ma’tsur, serta pandangan para ulama terhadap tafsir bil ma’tsur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan kajian pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini, ditemukan pokok bahasan bahwasannya tafsir bil ma’tsur adalah Penafsiran al-Qur’an dengan al-Qur’an, penafsiran al-Qur’an dengan sunnah, penafsiran al-Qur’an dengan qaul sahabat. Apabila penafsirnya adalah kalangan sahabat, maka itu termasuk tafsir sahabat. Dan apabila penafsirnya adalah tabi’i, maka itu bagian dari tafsir tabi’in. Yang harus diperhitungkan sebagai tafsir bil ma’tsur itu ada tiga jenis: Pertama: Apa yang diriwayatkan Rasulullah Saw dari penafsirannya terhadap Al-Qur'an. Kedua: Apa yang diriwayatkan dari para sahabat, yang memiliki hukum marfu'; seperti ababun nuzul dan mugibat. Ketiga: apa yang telah disepakati para sahabat atau para tabi’in. Pandangan ulama klasik dan kontemporerpun berbeda pendapat mengenai tafsir bil matsur.

Abstract:
Beraneka ragamnya pengalaman keagamaan manusia telah melahirkan berbagai pola berpikir terhadap agama dan cara manusia mengekspresikan pengalaman keagamaannya tersebut. Karena pengalaman yang berbeda, maka pemikiran keagamaannya bisa berbeda, dan karena pemikiran keagamaannya berbeda-beda, maka prilaku beragamanya pun bisa bermacam-macam. Inilah sebabnya mengapa di dunia ini terdapat begitu banyak agama dan kepercayaan, termasuk juga di Indonesia. Tulisan ini akan mengkaji bagaimana agama Islam melihat fenomena pluralitas di Indonesia dan berbagai dampaknya. Dengan demikian, akan ditemukan titik temu Islam sebagai agama yang menghormati perbedaan demi nafas persatuan dan keutuhan bangsa.

Abstract:
Tujuan dalam penulisan tulisan ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan Agama khusunya di bidang ilmu Al-Qur’an. Di dalam ilmu Al-Qur’an sendiri banyak ilmu yang harus dipelajari salah satunya Ulumul Qur’an sebagai ilmu dalam paradigma filsafat ilmu yang akan membedakan antara ilmu dan pengetahuan. Tabi’in merupakan generasi setelah Sahabat, karena para tabi‘in telah menerima interpretasi dari para Sahabat secara langsung, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa para Tabiín memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dan signifikan dalam bidang tafsir. Tafsir secara istilah bermakna penjelasan tentang kalam Allah yang merupakan mu'jizat dan diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad shalallahu'alaihi wa sallam.

Abstract:
Sangat menarik untuk mengkaji beberapa konstruksi identitas gender dalam budaya lokal. Budaya lokal seringkali memiliki pengaruh dan peran yang luas bagi perempuan. Salah satu tren positif bagi pembebasan perempuan adalah performativitas perempuan yang terlihat dalam ritual adat Sunda. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran perempuan dalam ritual mapag (penyambutan) Dewi Sri dalam masyarakat adat Kampung Banceuy di Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua sudut peran perempuan yang menonjol dari struktur ritual serta atribut pakaian dan penampilan. Secara struktural, peran perempuan lebih banyak dari persiapan ritual hingga pasca-ritual. Peran perempuan dalam budaya lokal memegang peranan yang sangat sentral dan menonjol. Hal ini menyebabkan dalam atribut dan penampilannya lebih karena aturan adat yang hegemonik dan memaksanya untuk mendapatkan pengakuan sosial di masyarakat. Peran perempuan dalam pembahasan tulisan ini lebih ditekankan pada partisipasi perempuan dalam upacara Mapag Dewi Sri. Perannya sangat menonjol melalui pakaian dan rias wajah yang dikenakan, serta gerak-gerik yang ditampilkan.

Abstract:
Al-Qur’an yang merupakan wahyu yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad Saw, diketahui memiliki bermacam jenis keilmuan yang memiliki nilai tinggi. Karena itu banyak para ilmuwan yang tertarik dan ingin mengungkap kodifikasi dari al-Qur’an. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang sejarah lahirnya kodifikasi Al-Qur’an dan relevansinya dengan Pendidikan pada zaman sekarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Dengan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa sejarah dan faktor yang melatarbelakangi lahirnya kodifikasi Al-Qur’an dikarenakan adanya keragaman dalam cara pembacaan Al-Qur`an (qira`at). Pada masa khalifah Utsman kebijakan kodifikasi Al-Qur’an dibuat yaitu membuat Mushaf standar yang ditulis dengan jenis penulisan baku. Dan seluruh mushaf yang berbeda dengan standar yang dihasilkan diperintahkan untuk dimusnahkan. Adanya kodifikasi AL-Quran merupakan salah satu tonggak sejarah penting bagi umat Islam.

Abstract:
The Qur'an, as a revelation revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW., has various types of high-value science, so that many researchers want to uncover the contents of the Qur'an. Departing from this, the purpose of writing this article is to find out the history of the emergence of maudu’i interpretation. The method used in writing this article uses library research by collecting primary and secondary data. The results of this article show that the history and factors behind the emergence of maudu’i interpretations are due to a lack of concern in the past to interpret the Qur'an thematically. Then along with the development of the times, it is necessary to pay attention to analyzing the Qur'an with specific topics as a form of an answer to the challenges of the times.

Abstract:
Houses of worship are an essential religious means for every religious people. In addition to being a "symbol" of religiosity, houses of worship are also a means of broadcasting religious teachings. Religious conflicts related to the establishment of houses of prayer again occurred in Garut Regency. In Indonesia, history records that one of the potential sources of conflict that often leads to arson and destruction is establishing houses of worship. People needed to revitalize local wisdom in their respective regions. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach by taking location in Nyalindung Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency, West Java. The results of the study found that various riots befall Ahmadiyah pilgrims because there are also many radical groups in Garut. The number of Ahmadiyya worshippers who often hide to conduct religious activities because of citizens' fears does not accept a dispute. The stigma of infidels makes them suspicious. The situation is getting worse as law enforcement turns a blind eye to intimidation. As a compound area, Garut Regency is not spared from the conflict of establishing houses of worship. However, most Muslims in Nyalindung Village are still not tolerant of minorities.

Abstract:
This book provides a kind of strategic recommendation or sharing of strategies and organized efforts, namely for Islamic organizations, institutions and communities in the form of 12 recommendation points to avoid infiltration and "attacks" from various hard-line groups. That is an invitation to continue learning, stop and break the spread of hard-line understanding, raise awareness the elites, realizing Pancasila that reflects Sharia for all beings. In collaboration with NU clerics with the understanding of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah, in collaboration with scholars, intellectuals, culturalists, educational practitioners, entrepreneurs, creating clean, fair and law-abiding government institutions, fostering understanding and awareness of the noble values of Islam, building a network of the Red-White love movement, as well as growing confidence and pride that the traditions and culture of the nation itself are in line with the religious teachings of the Indonesian people.

Abstract:
Freedom and religious rights in this nation have gone through a long phase of ups and downs; in this case, the ones that are most heavily highlighted are the adherents of local religions. Even so, local religion continues to exist amid various existing problems. One form of the problem is multiple efforts to discriminate and violate the right to religious freedom for students who follow the Sunda Wiwitan faith in Cirendeu, Cimahi, West Java. This study aims to explain the various forms of discrimination students receive from the Sunda Wiwitan faith. This study uses a qualitative method. Based on case studies and interviews, it is stated that there have been various forced attempts to change beliefs that often occur in schools; one of the fundamental criticisms is the absence of religious learning facilities according to ideas in school. So it is often the case that students with beliefs as believers are forced to take lessons according to the majority religion in the school.

Abstract:
The discussion on the definition of thematic (maudu’i) interpretation or what is commonly called thematic interpretation is a product of interpretation that solves every existing problem. The periodization of the development of maudu’i interpretation is also an important thing that must be known and understood both among the academics of the interpretation of science and the general public. Especially among commentators, because by knowing the periodization, academics can find out the characteristics of the interpretation. There are still few articles that discuss the periodicity of maudu’i interpretations; therefore in this article, the author will discuss the development of maudu’i interpretations from time to time, where the forerunner of Maudu’i interpretations has existed since the time of the prophet. Still, Maudu’i interpretations that have been neatly arranged as new methodologies have been formed recently. Among the periods to be discussed are: Prophet Muhammad's Period, Classical/Mutaqaddimin Period (1-2 H / 6-7 AD), Medieval Period (3-9H/9-15M), and Modern-Contemporary Period (12th Century AD). 14H / 18-21 AD). What makes the difference in the development of maudu’i interpretation of the four phases is the methodology. More recently the science of interpretation is also growing, including maudu’i interpretation.

Abstract:
This research focuses on the growing religious community in Bandung, namely Bandung Tattoo Council congregation, what kind of situation leads individuals to religion; that is the starting point of this study. This study aims to determine the motivation and religious expression of the Majelis Tato plural religious experience. This study used qualitative research methods. Data in this study were obtained through primary data sources coming from field information from administrators and members of the Majelis Tato and sourced from field information, from the surrounding community, and literature with documents, journals, academic research, articles, magazines, and books relating to the religious issues of the Majelis Tato congregation. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. This study's results are the motivation of the Bandung Tattoo Council congregation, namely, experiencing the release of inner pressure so that it motivates them to join the Tattoo Council and have a religion (in the context of doing repentance). They feel that their life seems like that and feel the world makes them feel frustrated and makes them tired, so they think there is a need and urge to seek calm. As for the Tattoo Council congregation's religious experience, almost all of them depart from past behavior that they consider sinful to seek guidance through religion. Religious experience in deeds, namely, advice on reading and writing the Koran, guidance on worship practices, direction on memorizing Al-Qur'an, and personal recommendation.

Abstract:
This study focuses on the dynamics of Islamic thought, which is a central issue in Indonesia. The study takes the case of Nurcholish Madjid and Abdurahman Wahid, who have a unique idea of the idea of Islamic renewal in Indonesia. These two figures have detailed conceptual formulations about futuristic thinking of Islamic reform in Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative, with library research involving books, commentaries, journals, papers, theses, theses, dissertations and others. Data analysis was carried out comparatively. Data analysis in qualitative research is divided into three stages: data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. This study finds that the concepts of Indonesian Islam and Nusantara Islam are ideas resulting from appreciation or reflection of Islam in Indonesia by elaborating Islamic values and Indonesian or Nusantara values. These two ideas play a strategic role in building relationships and collaborating on the grand narrative of Islam and Indonesia.

Abstract:
Pembangunan, yang diawali oleh perjuangan kemerdekaan, merupakan upaya penting yang harus dilihat secara holistik, tidak melulu persoalan ekonomi dan aspek fisik (infrastruktur) semata. Bahkan jika pembangunan itu dilakukan subjeknya adalah manusia, maka yang penting pertama kali dibangun adalah aspek SDM-nya. Dan untuk mengkoneksikan antar manusia yang berada dalam ribuan budaya dengan keragaman bahasa, yaitu membangun jembatan komunikasi yang dapat dimengerti oleh semua yaitu bahasa itu sendiri. Abstract:
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memetakan sebab-sebab perbedaan yang terjadi pada tafsir salaf atau asbab ikhtilaf fi tafsiri i salaf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research atau studi pustaka. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa perbedaan tafsir di kalangan ulama salaf secara garis besar terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu pemahaman di kalangan ulama salaf itu sendiri serta adanya nash yang mengandung banyak makna. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sebab-sebab perbedaan yang terjadi pada tafsir salaf dikarenakan beberapa faktor, yaitu adanya lafaz yang musyatarak (mengandung banyak makna); perbedaan dalam menafsirkan kata ganti yang merujuk kepada beberapa makna; terdapat lafaz yang dihilangkan; terdapat satu lafaz yang mengandung banyak tafsir, sehingga mufassir ada yang membawa lafaz tersebut kepada makna dekat (ma’na qarib) dan makna jauh (ma’na bai’d); nasakh dan mansukh; ‘am dan khas; dan perbedaan penggunaan qiro’at karena mempunyai jalur periwayatan yang berbeda. Sulayman At-Thayyar berpendapat bahwa perbedaan di kalangan ulama ini merupakan tabi’at atau fitrah manusia. Perbedaan ini pun tidak menjadikan para ulama hina dan tidak ada seorang manusia pun yang dapat menghindar dari perbedaan.

Abstract:
Persoalan khitan terhadap perempuan hingga saat ini masih menjadi isu yang menarik untuk dibahas, tidak hanya menjadi perhatian di kalangan ulama islam, tapi juga menjadi perhatian bagi para ahli medis, aktivis sosial, hingga tokoh feminis. Tulisan ini membahas  mengenai praktik khitan perempuan dari sudut pandang Nawal El Saadawi, ia merupakan seorang feminis Mesir, yang aktif memperjuangkan hak-hak dan kebebasan perempuan, serta bagaimana praktik khitan itu terjadi dan dilatarbelakangi syariat atau berupa adat yang turun temurun dilaksanakan. Selain menggunakan studi pustaka sebagai metodologi kajian, sebagai pendukung tulisan ini juga disertai hasil interview dengan seorang responden Mesir yang mengalami khitan sewaktu kecil. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lembaga Fatwa Mesir menyatakan bahwa tidak ada dalil yang kuat mengenai khitan terhadap perempuan, ditinjau dari segi medis kerugian bagi perempuan lebih besar. Nawal El Saadawi berpandangan bahwa khitan terhadap perempuan merupakan sebuah tradisi yang turun menurun dan bukan berasal dari ajaran agama Islam, serta dari segi kebermanfaatan menurutnya khitan terhadap perempuan tidak memiliki manfaat apa pun bagi kesehatan, bahkan merugikan kaum perempuan seperti halnya, mengurangi gairah seksual, trauma psikologis, hingga dapat menyebabkan kematian. Diharapkan dengan adanya kajian ini bisa memberi khazanah dalam keilmuan baik mengenai feminitas, adat ataupun syariat.

Abstract:
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menjelaskan tentang sejarah kemunculan Tafsir Lughawi, batasan istilah Tafsir Lughawi, dan polemik tafsir Lughawi. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, dan melalui studi pustaka. Hasil dari tulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bibit tafsir Lughawi sudah ada sejak masa Nabi. Namun proses pembentukannya baru mulai setelah generasi tabi’in. Dalam proses tersebut, Nuruddin membaginya ke dalam tiga periode: pembentukan, penguasaan, dan pembaharuan. Dalam pembentukannya pada era pertengahan, ada berbagai polemik yang menjadi kritik bagi penafsiran dengan berbagai corak penafsiran. Antara lain adalah penafsiran yang cenderung memihak pada golongan tertentu. Polemik ini dianggap dapat menghilangkan esensi dari penafsiran al-Qur’an yang harusnya menjadi rahmat bagi seluruh alam. Puncak dari terbentuknya tafsir Lughawi ini adalah pada periode pembaharuan, yaitu ketika Amin al-Khuli sukses menjadikannya sebagai metode penafsiran yang disebut al-Tafsir al-Adabi li al-Qur’an. Metode tersebut kemudian sering dilakukan oleh cendekiawan muslim dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an berdasarkan pendekatan Lughawi.

Abstract:
This revelation in the form of the Qur'an is shown to people with different circumstances and worldviews. So it is possible and even necessary for the emergence of various kinds of interpretation. And it is essential to adjust between classical interpretations and the current events. Departing from that, Sayyid Qutub made the door for the latest convenience in interpreting the Koran which departs from the reality of society and straightens out what is considered untrue that occurs in that reality by creating a method of writing interpretation that is characteristic of his interpretation by Sayyid Qutub is very much needed in the study of interpretation. This research is qualitative through literature review. This study aims to discuss general methods and specific methods in the interpretation of the fi zhilal Qur'an by Sayyid Qutub. This research discusses general methods and special methods or characteristics used by Sayyid Qutub in interpreting the Koran and sources of interpretation that are al-iqtirani. This research concludes that. Tafsir fi Zhilal al-Qur'an which is the work of this Sayyid breathes movement. This interpretation is in the form of tahlili and at the same time has its own characteristics in the method of interpretation, one of which emphasizes something that is considered important and related to human behavior, eliminates misinterpretations that grow in the world, finally tries to explain how the verse is applied in society.

Abstract:
Kajian ini merupakan analisis tekstual atas artikel yang ditulis oleh Jocelyn Cesari mengenai agama dan politik. Di dalamnya Cesari menantang apa yang disebut pengecualian dari kekerasan agama dengan mempertanyakan pemisahan yang rapi antara politik dan agama yang membuat segala bentuk interaksi antara keduanya tidak sah atau berbahaya. Cesari juga melihat secara spesifik tindakan negara vis-à-vis agama sejak lahirnya negara-bangsa dan menunjukkan bahwa kasus-kasus kekerasan paling ekstrem atas nama agama sebenarnya terkait erat dengan bentuk-bentuk politisasi agama tertentu yang diprakarsai oleh para pelaku “sekuler” seperti lembaga negara. Ia berpendapat bahwa status "hegemonik" yang diberikan kepada agama oleh negara sering dikaitkan dengan kekerasan politik yang lebih besar, yang dibangun berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di Mesir, Turki, Irak, dan Pakistan.

Abstract:
This study aims to explain the differences in the religious attitudes of Muslim women before and during the Covid-19 pandemic and to explain the various challenges faced by Muslim women in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in Cinanjung Tanjungsari Village, Sumedang, West Java. The method used in this paper is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach. The process of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, and Latency (AGIL) theory from Talcott Parsons. The findings of this study are, first, the adaptation process carried out by Muslim women when carrying out religious routines during the Covid-19 pandemic is by implementing health protocols following the recommendations of the local government. Second, the challenges that some Muslim women face during the Covid-19 pandemic are the limited ability to operate technology as a medium for worship activities, work, and study. However, the 'force' to master technology has caused Muslim women to slowly get to know social media and start to be able to operate it. Third, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes to the religious diversity of Muslim women who are increasingly diligent and obedient in carrying out worship because of the unfavorable situation and conditions due to the pandemic. This study can provide insight into the extent of adaptation of society, especially women, to the Covid-19 outbreak in a suburban area.

The results obtained from this study are that the official Tafsir issued by the Government of Indonesia, in this case issued by the Ministry of Religion, aims to facilitate the Indonesian people in the need to study the Qur'an from the beginning from the issuance of the Al-Qur’an Translation product to the thematic interpretation product. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai tafsir, apakah tafsir itu merupakan proses pengungkapan lafazh Al-Qur’an, atau sebuah produk dari keilmuan seorang mufassir. Metode penelitian ini melalui studi pustaka dengan pendekatan analisi data. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini meliputi sejarah kemunculan definisi hakikat, definisi tafsir secara bahasa dan istilah, juga pembahasan tafsir sebagai proses dan tafsir sebagai produk. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hakikat Tafsir sebagai intisari tafsir ialah menjelaskan makna lafazh-lafazh yang ada dalam al-quran, yang mampu menerangkan maksud dan tujuan al-quran sehingga bisa difahami dan diamalkan isinya. Dan intisari tafsir adalah merupakan sebuah proses dari masa ke masa dalam menerapkan isi Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan tafsir yang sebenarnya akan senantiasa terbarukan dengan hadirnya disiplin ilmu pengetahuan agar melahirkan karya tafsir yang baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki manfaat besar bagi penggemar kajian Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini hanya menerangkan topik terkait hakikat Tafsir. Abstract:
One of the works of interpretation belonging to Badiuzzaman Said Nursi and the first commentary that he wrote was the interpretation of Signs of I'jaz. The book of interpretation has many features and uniqueness when compared to his other works. Despite being a prima donna among literary experts, this interpretation is less attractive to the general public. The discussion of the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses using language that is quite high turns out to make it difficult for some people to understand. This study aims to examine the sources, methods, and styles used by Said Nursi in writing the interpretation of Isaatul I'jaz. This research is qualitative research by applying the library research method as a way of processing data. From this research, conclusions can be drawn regarding the tahlili method as a method of interpretation. Interpretations that tend to lead towards faith, divinity, and worship are included in the i'tiqadi-style interpretation. Said Nursi uses the Qur'an as the primary source of interpretation, then there are also several previous commentary books as a secondary source of writing his commentary.

Abstract:
In general, people interpret a rope as a tool for binding. In the extensive Indonesian dictionary, rope means goods with long threads, made of various materials (coconut fiber, palm fiber, plastic, etc.) used for binding, pulling. Whereas in Arabic and the Quran, rope mean hablun, and it does not always mean rope. In the interpretation of hablun it is known as al-jama'ah, agreement, the Quran, Islam, necklaces of commands and prohibitions, neck veins. Whereas the word rope is only a tool for binding, pulling, pulling, tightening, etc. The theory used in this research is semantics. Semantics is a science that is used to explore or study a meaning in words. The semantics used is the encyclopedic model introduced by Dadang Darmawan and Irma Riyani in their journal article, which refutes the Izutsu semantic model with several shortcomings. The word hablun has a primary meaning in the form of a long tool used to bind. In contrast, in relational meaning, it means abstract in jahiliyah poetry and mass media, while in interpretation, it means concrete in Makkiyah letters and abstract meaning in madaniyah surahs. The concept of the word hablun is fundamental to learn because it is a rope and has important lessons for the safety of the world and the hereafter. Among them is that the concept of hablun commands to hold on to the Prophet Muhammad's two inheritances, avoid division, and understand and practice the concept of Islamic sociology.

Abstract:
The interpretation of the Qur'an is a scientific activity in the scientific family of usuluddin or covers the central affairs of the Islamic religion. The existence of this science is so important because without it the Qur'an cannot be understood clearly. Especially considering the context of the times that continue to develop and change. This reality encourages scholars, commentators, and reviewers of the Qur'an to create new methodologies in interpreting the Qur'an. Maudu'i's interpretation is one of the scientific products. This Tafsir method is part of the scientific development of Tafsir in the contemporary era. However, this does not mean that its new presence will outperform other interpretation methods, of course, as a scientific methodology, there will always be advantages and disadvantages. This study aims to reveal Tafsir Maudu'i and its advantages and disadvantages as one of the Quranic research methodologiesrelated to it as a methodology. This research shows that Tafsir maudu'i has elementary things, which are the keys that distinguish the Tafsir Maudu'i method from other methods. Then another thing is regarding the advantages and disadvantages of this interpretation which can be seen from the relation that uses tartib al-nuzul in the way it is presented.

Abstract:
The Qur'an is a guide for humanity that contains everything related to all creatures, it was just that in interpreting the meaning of the Qur'an there are still many who do not know and master the meaning of these verses. The word Al-Nafs is a word found in the Qur'an in various forms. The Qur'an mentions the term Al-Nafs as many as 298 mentions in 270 verses contained in 63 letters. Of the many mentions there are different meanings, namely: the Essence of Allah SWT, the Spirit, the inner side of humans, Person, offspring, the human self and something that refers to what is contained in humans that produces behavior. This research focuses on finding out the term Al-Nafs in the interpretation of Al-Sya'rawi, then examining it to find out how it is interpreted in interpreting the verses related to al-Nafs and how efforts to shape and make al-Nafs itself have a good impact on the community. one's self. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method, this method was used to give birth to a thought figure from one of the commentators who were studied on a selected theme. And describe the character's thoughts by connecting and returning the original meaning carefully to all data, either in the form of opinions or statements. The research sources consist of the interpretation of Al-Sha'rawi and various literature related to this research.

Abstract:
This article aims to describe the role of Islamic community organizations in Indonesia's development. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis. The discussion results show that Islamic organizations played a role in the struggle for independence in the cases of the Nahdlatul Ulama Jihad Resolution and the Muhammadiyah Jihad Mandate. The role of post-independence until now has been Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Boarding School Education and Muhammadiyah Formal Education. Islamic organizations need to play an active role in Indonesia's development in terms of its role as a liaison between people's aspirations and the government. Also that Islamic organizations must increase their role in deradicalization programs to prevent terrorist acts and radicalism.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the idea of religious moderation addressed for peace in Indonesia. This paper is a library research through reference sources on the concepts of religious moderation and peace circulating in Indonesia's new tradition of literacy. This paper concludes that the Indonesian people who have religious diversity need visions and solutions that can build harmony and peace in religious life, especially by using religious moderation to accept different views, and without falling into intolerance, radicalism, and extremism. The goal of religious moderation is to find a middle ground between the two extremes of religion, and to do so peacefully. On the one hand, there are religious fundamentalists who insist that only one religious scripture reading is correct and view all those who disagree as heretics or even infidels. This ultra-conservative group is still reasonably influential, especially in urban areas.

Abstract:
The affirmative era is a continuation of the formative era. This era occurred in the Middle Ages, when the tradition of interpreting the Qur'an already had many specific and varied features. This era is also judged to be based on ideological reasoning. Tafsir al-Mizan is included in the category of interpretation in the affirmative era because some of its interpretations are based on the ideological rationale of the exegete, namely Muhammad Husain Tabataba'i. This study aims to describe the manhaj used in Tafsir Al-Mizan Fi Tafsir al-Quran by Muhammad Husain Tabataba'i in studying a verse of the Koran. The methods used in this research are the library research method and descriptive analysis. The results from this research are: Tafsir al-Mizan is a phenomenal work by Muhammad Husain Tabataba'i. His work is inseparable from the author's thoughts, who has a philosophical background in thinking. Even so, the interpretation uses the uslub of the Qur'an, bil Qur'an, and also contains many other commentators' opinions. So the interpretation is called a "very complete interpretation" because it contains many fields of knowledge. The special manhaj or method of writing the interpretation of al-Mizan, namely interpreting the book in sequential order, explains the purpose of the interpreted surah or verse, cites the opinions of the reviewers of the Qur'an and also presents his view, has its section on the discussion of history, specializes in the discussion of philosophical aspects, and provides general conclusions from the verse or letter being studied.

This study concludes that organizational culture in government and private institutions will develop if you apply a balanced concept between general organizational management and religious management, especially from an Islamic perspective. Islam as a religion is known for its concept of discipline and a combination of working earnestly and trusting. Especially in the current pandemic era, the idea of organizational culture by including Islam as a perspective is very suitable. Administrative culture management can be balanced and create quality workers and employees.

Abstract:
Peranan perempuan dalam pelestarian tari topeng Cirebon gaya Slangit sangat penting, di tengah arus kebudayaan pada era globalisasi ancaman kepunahan menjadi nyata bagi keberlangsungan eksistensi tari topeng cirebon gaya slangit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peranan perempuan dalam melestarikan kesenian tari topeng cirebon gaya slangit pada saat pandangan streotip, marginalisasi dan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan terkonstruk di masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif melalui observasi secara langsung dan interview atau wawancara secara mendalam kepada pihat terkait seperti, ketua organisasi keperempuanan yang ada di desa Slangit, kepala desa, pemilik sanggar dan masyarakat sekitar. Peranan perempuan dalam upaya pelestarian tari topeng Cirebon gaya slangit harus diapresiasi oleh masyarakat dengan melalui kesadaran kolektif bahwa perempuan merupakan bagian dari struktur masyarakat yang sama pentingnya dengan laki-laki, sehingga konstruk sosial yang menjadikan perempuan sebagai makhluk kelas dua setelah laki-laki hilang dalam mindset masyarakat secara luas.

Abstract:
Pemahaman atas sabda nabi, bahwa perempuan diciptakan dari tulang rusuk laki-laki yang bengkok, mengkibatkan perempuan dianggap sebagai makhluk kelas dua. Tulisan ini bertujuan menguak pemahaman atau interpretasi atas makna ungkapan hadis tersebut menurut M. Fethullah Gulen, seorang ulama kontemporer asal Turki, serta bagaimana pandangan M. Fethullah Gulen tentang kesetaraan gender. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, didasarkan pada studi kepustakaan (library research). Dari penelitian didapatkan hasil, bahwa menurut M. Fethullah Gulen hadis tentang penciptaan perempuan dari tulang rusuk laki-laki adalah hadis sahih yang maknanya adalah perempuan diciptakan dari unsur atau substansi yang sama dengan laki-laki, bukan perempuan diciptakan dari laki-laki. Sedangkan ungkapan tulang rusuk yang bengkok bukanlah bermakna harfiah, melainkan adalah suatu kiasan untuk memberikan perhatian pada pendidikan wanita dan penataan rumah tangga, perempuan akan tetap bengkok jika dibiarkan dalam kondisinya, namun jika diluruskan dengan cepat dan tergesa-gesa, ia akan patah. M. Fethullah Gulen juga berpendapat, bahwa perempuan memiliki fitrah, kelebihan dan kekurangan sebagaimana laki-laki. Namun, sesuai dengan peranannya masing-masing, keduanya saling melengkapi dan memiliki kedudukan yang setara sebagai sesama makhluk Allah SWT.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang hal ihwal Tafsir bi al-Dirayah dan perdebatannya di kalangan para ulama baik Salaf maupun Khalaf. Metode dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan melalui studi pustaka dan pendekatan sejarah maupun kajian naskah tafsir. Hasil dari pembahasan penelitian ini meliputi sejarah kemunculan Tafsir bil Dirayah, batasan-batasan Tafsir bi al-Dirayah dan kedudukan Tafsir bi al-Dirayah. Selanjutnya penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Tafsir bi al-Dirayah merupakan penafsiran ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan akal atau dikenal dengan penafsiran dengan hasil ijtihad. Tafsir ini muncul dan berkembang pada abad ke-3 hijriah, kemunculannya beriringan dengan perkembangan keilmuan dan sekte-sekte kalam. Semenjak kemunculannya, tafsir ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat walaupun banyak perdebatan ulama yang membolehkan dan juga yang melarangnya. Ulama yang membolehkan berargumen bahwa Allah SWT. di dalam Al-Qur’an memerintahkan hambanya untuk melakukan perenungan terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an; sedangkan yang melarangnya berpendapat bahwa penafsiran dengan ra’yu tidak bersandarkan kepada Al-Qur’an dan hadits, tetapi hanya berdasarkan pada akal saja. Perdebatan ini tidak lepas juga dari syarat-syarat mufassir untuk menafsirkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Ulama yang membolehkan penafsiran dengan ra’yu membatasi penafsiran dan persyaratan agar penafsiran tersebut tidak mazhlum atau sesat menyesatkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat besar kepada umat khususnya pegiat kajian Al-Qur’an dan metodologi penafsiran. Penelitian ini hanya menjelaskan topik tentang tafsir bi al-ra’yi yang kemudian dapat melahirkan pemahaman yang lebih up to date tentangnya.

Abstract:
Surah Al-Fatihah is called Al Fatihah because the Qur'an begins with this surah. In addition, it is also called the Ummul Kitab because Al Fatihah contains all the problems contained in the Qur'an, namely divinity, nature, the afterlife, worship, and history. Al-Qur'an surah Al Fatihah also has moral values that can reference Indonesia's young generation experiencing a moral crisis. Moral education is essential for the next generation of the nation. It is not enough for a person to be given knowledge alone and the provision of morals that become the capital for a person to live a successful life in the future. The author used the tahlili interpretation method, which is a method that intends to explain the content of the verses of the Qur'an from all its aspects, from the Book of Tafsir Al-Maraghi and Tafsir Al-Misbah. Therefore, this method is very appropriate to reveal the content of the values of a good deed in the Surah al-Fatihah. This research is a literature study using the comparative form of Al Misbah's interpretation and Al-Maraghi's interpretation. Both have the same style in interpreting the verse, namely adabul ijtima'i, namely social society. The results showed that the moral values contained in the Surah Al Fatihah in the first verse Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, that Muslims must read at every start of any word or deed.

Abstract:
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kategorisasi tafsir serta problematikanya dengan meninjau dari tiga aspek yaitu sumber, metode, dan corak penafsirannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan library research atau studi pustaka. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa dari segi sumber tafsir terbagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu sumber primer atau tafsir bil ma’tsur dan sumber sekunder atau tafsir bil ra’yi. Ditinjau dari segi metode, tafsir terbagi menjadi empat kategori yaitu tahlili, ijmail, moqaran dan maudhu’i. Ditinjau dari segi corak, kategori tafsir memilik variasi corak yang sangat banyak di antaranya corak lughawi, hukmi, falsafi, sastra, ilmi, adab ijtima’i, dan akan terus muncul corak baru sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Kategorisasi tafsir ini hasil selain mempermudah dalam pemetaan keilmuan Al-Qur’an, dalam prosesmya ternyata menemui beberapa problematika terutama dalam aspek aksiologi dan praksis.

Abstract:
Conelly and Smith build on a big problem in this book about the difficulty of building and protecting the environment. It is due to many underlying factors. Among them is the human factor who does not have the awareness to protect the environment and nature. This is answered and solved by the author to protect the environment in the next section. At least the author divides the environment into two approaches, namely the political approach and the conventional approach. Politically, the environment must be recognized as a resource on earth that must be protected, because wealth has limitations. Politically too, humans must build a shared awareness by creating a harmonious relationship between humans and nature. This cooperative relationship is framed in ethical understanding between humans and other creatures such as animals, plants, earth, sea, sun, and the like.

Abstract:
Artikel ini membahas tentang berbagai jenis tafsir Maudu'i, berbagai macam dan bentuk tafsir yang berkembang di masyarakat, sedangkan salah satu tafsir yang berkembang adalah tafsir Maudu'i. Tafsiran tematik dalam rujukan bahasa Arab ini disebut tafsir maudhû'i. Tafsir tematik dalam bahasa Arab disebut tafsir maudhû'i. Tafsir maudhû'i terdiri dari dua kata, yaitu kata tafsir dan kata maudhi. Kata tafsir termasuk dalam bentuk masdar yang berarti penjelasan, uraian, uraian. Kata maudhû'i berasal dari kata maudhû', isim maf'ûl dari fi'il madhi wadha'a yang memiliki berbagai arti, yaitu yang ditempatkan, disampaikan, ditempatkan, atau dibuat-buat, yang menjadi topik pembicaraan. Makna yang terakhir adalah tema atau topik yang relevan dengan konteks pembahasan disini. Secara harfiah tafsir maudhû'i dapat diterjemahkan dengan tafsir tematik, yaitu tafsir berdasarkan tema atau topik tertentu.
