Abstract:
Concerns over Covid-19 hit global financial markets, indicating that during the period of Covid-19 spread, financial markets experienced high uncertainty, from fluctuating tendencies several times to declining and difficult to control. At the beginning of the pandemic, Indonesia's capital market conditions were worse than during the 2008 crisis. At the end of March 2020, JCI was far behind 3,938. IDX and OJK conduct various stock policies so that the Indonesian capital market and JCI recover. The study aims to calculate and analyze differences in the volatility of JCI before and during Covid-19 in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is paired with a simple t-test using R Studio as a calculation tool. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the volatility of JCI before and during Covid-19 in Indonesia.

Abstract:
Customer satisfaction is an important factor that the hospital needs to pay attention to, because satisfiedcustomers will tell their experience of being treated at the hospital, and invite their families and friends to take part in using the hospital's services, or commonly known as word of mouth. Complaints from outpatients at hospital X regarding the length of waiting time and prices provided, is a form of lack of customer satisfaction. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction with word of mouth. This research is an associative quantitative study, carried out by cross-sectional survey / cross-section of 155 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate a correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction, a correlation between price and customer satisfaction, and a correlation between customer satisfaction with word of mouth. These findings indicate that by improving the quality of hospital services, and providing appropriate prices, customer satisfaction will increase, which will also contribute to increased word of mouth.

Abstract:
The presence of Covid-19 in Indonesia has a significant impact on various aspects, especially on work stress. The emergence of work stress due to changes in work patterns can result in decreased employee performance. Thus, it has an impact on the productivity of the company. In these circumstances, the company urgently needs the role of employees who work optimally to be able to maintain the company that is also in a state of threat. Therefore, the aims of this study is to determine the influence of internal and external factors of employees on work stress as an intervening variable, as well as its impact on performance directly and indirectly. The subject of the study was a private employee of Samarinda City. Research data collection method is a survey method with questionnaires, while the analysis tool used is path analysis. The results of the study were that partially, workload, job insecurity and job satisfaction had a significant influence on work stress, however, the work environment and individual characteristics had no significant effect on work stress, but were simultaneously significant. While external factors, internal and work stress have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Direct influence is the best model of influence for this study.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the low Net Profit Margin at Aico Energy Technology, PT in Balikpapan. The variable used is Net Profit Margin as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are Cash Turnover (X1), Accounts Receivable Turnover (X2), and Inventory Turnover (X3). Using a sample of financial statements for seven years, the data analysis method was carried out with multiple linear regression models, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the f-test showed that Cash Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover simultaneously had a significant effect on the Net Profit Margin of Aico Energy Technology PT in Balikpapan. T test, Accounts Receivable Turnover has a significant effect, Receivable Turnover Variable partially has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin at Aico Energy Technology, PT in Balikpapan.

Abstract:
In this case the Samarinda City Government plans to implement a system to monitor and evaluate the performance of government agencies. The system will be implemented in all SKPD in Samarinda City. In order to accelerate Bureaucratic Reform in Government Agency Performance Accountability by utilizing information and communication technology, it is needed today. This effort is a quick and precise step in synching accurate performance data and databases. In this application a joint commitment is required by maximizing available resources such as HR, hardware/internet networks. In connection with this, the Samarinda City Government has developed an online-based agency performance accountability system called G-SAKIP that is very simple in the hope of facilitating planning to performance reporting. In this G-SAKIP Application a very important preliminary document prepared by SKPD is the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA).

Abstract:
The financial industry has an important role in a country's economy, the industry referred to in this case is the Islamic banking industry. This study aims to determine the determinants of interest in transactions in Islamic banking through aspects of attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and religiosity. With BRI Syariah Purwodadi customer subjects using the questionnaire method. The results of this study indicate that the variables that show a significant positive influence on interest are the variables of attitude, subjective norms and religiosity. While the variables that do not have a significant influence are perceived behavior control variables.

Abstract:
This research was conducted to analyze the importance of professionalism in influencing civil servants' work motivation and performance in Makassar City. It also analyzes the role of work motivation as an intervening variable in seeing the effect of professionalism on employee performance. This research is a survey research using a quantitative research approach. In this study, Respondents were 80 employees who were civil servants in Makassar City, with the sampling technique using random sampling. Researchers used path analysis techniques with AMOS software and Sobel test to see the indirect effect in analyzing the data. The research results prove that the higher the professionalism, the higher the work motivation of civil servants in Makassar City, and the resulting performance will also increase. High work motivation can also improve employee performance. Furthermore, these findings also prove that work motivation plays an important role in mediating the effect of professionalism on civil servants' performance in Makassar City significantly.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the differences in risk and rate of return on Islamic stocks during the economic crisis, when the economy is stable, and during the pandemic-covid. The sample used is the Indonesian Islamic stock index JII30 from 2018-2020. The data analysis used was a different test (T-test). The test variable uses stock returns and risk as proxied by Value at Risk (VaR). The results indicate there is no significant difference in the return and risk of stock index JII30 between economic crisis conditions and when economic conditions are stable. However, there is a significant difference between the JII30 stock index when the economy is stable and during the pandemic-covid, also there were significant differences in return and risk in the JII30 Index between the economic crisis (2018) and the pandemic's economic conditions (2020).

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the real impact of the covid-19 pandemic on employment and income as well as the strategies taken by coffee shop owners in the Sudimoro coffee center, Malang City. The source of the data in this study was obtained from the owner of a coffee shop in the Sudimoro coffee center, Malang City. The population in this study were 57 coffee shops. The research sample was taken by census. The data analysis technique in this research is paired sample t-test and descriptive analysis The results showed that, based on the results of the different paired sample t-test, the following results were obtained: (1) there was a significant difference between quantity of labor absorbtion before the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic, (2) there is a significant difference between income before the covid-19 pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic, (3) the strategy taken by coffee shop owners to maintain their business is to promote through social media, serve online orders, innovate by changing the concept of the outlet from  a coffee shop to a place for discussion and learning, so they must provide printers and storage for bags and books. Several coffee shops have changed the concept into a gathering place for various communities such as the Vespa community, the antique car community and other automotive communities.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy and service quality on business competition at Lakessi Market during the Covid 19 pandemic. The measurement of marketing strategy in this study was carried out because people's purchasing power was weakening so that a marketing strategy was needed to gain profits during the Covid 19 period. Research method This method uses convenience sampling or purposive sampling where the proportional quota is 50 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis to describe the symptoms of the research results, while to see the effect of marketing, service quality on business competition in the Lakessi Parepare Market (quantitative data) using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results show that marketing strategy has no effect on business competition and service quality has a positive effect on business competition and then significantly on business competition by 76.2%. For business actors (traders) it is expected to pay more attention to service quality because from the results of research on service quality which is very influential on business competition during the Covid-19 period, if they can excel in business competition, traders will get a bigger profit.

Abstract:
Village Building Index (IDM) is a measuring instrument issued by the Ministry of Villages & PDTT to measure the success of development and use of Village Funds in a village. This measuring instrument includes 50 indicators divided into three large groups, namely The Social Resilience Index (IKS), The Economic Resilience Index (IKE), and The Environmental Resilience Index (IKL). The three groups have the same score in measurement and will determine the status of a village. The village's class divide into five categories that are very lagging, lagging, developing, advanced, and independent. Based on the measurement, the village level with a maximum score will have the independent level and get autonomous status while still low in scoring will achieve a very lagging status. This study aims to determine the dorp level score to reduce the poverty rate in the village. Because the rise should follow the increasing IDM status of a town in a village's social and economic classes, this village's position makes the villagers' rising economy. The growing economy of the villagers should help reduce the poverty rate in the town.

Abstract:
One of the crossing routes that has helped build the regional economy in Southeast Sulawesi is the sea transportation route from Lasiwa Village, North Buton Regency to Amolengo Village to move goods and people between the regions. The development of this sea transportation business indirectly has a role in increasing income for the local community.This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the income of the sea transportation business on the Lasiwa-Amolengo route before the operation of the ferry in North Buton district using primary data and secondary data. To find out and analyze the Sea Transportation Business on the Lasiwa-Amolengo route in North Buton Regency, a benefit cost analysis will be carried out from revenue and costs.. The results obtained that the sea transportation business carried out by 6 (six) entrepreneurs in Wakorumba District is one of the sea transportation service businesses that supports the mobilization of goods and people. The results of the analysis show that the average sea transportation service business income reaches Rp. 8,105,452.00 per month. The level of income earned by business actors is influenced by the price (fare), the number of passengers and the number of goods. Thus, the amount of income earned is the result of operations in the sea transportation sector which in turn will increase the family income of these business actors. In addition, it can provide benefits for people who cross the route. For the North Buton government, they need to think about the fate of business actors who use small boats because with the ferry, their business will be threatened to stop because passengers are more dominant will prefer to use ferry services.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of a family business on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. The sample in this study is a company that can be identified as a family company in a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2019. The number of samples in this study is 99 samples. This study divides the family business into two variables: the family as the first largest shareholder and the family as the second-largest shareholder. The variable of family ownership as the first largest shareholder is measured using a dummy variable, given a value of 1 if the family is the first largest shareholder and 0 otherwise. The variable of family ownership as the second-largest shareholder is measured using a dummy variable, given a value of 1 if the family is the second-largest shareholder and 0 if other. CSR disclosure variable is measured using the disclosure index. The first control variable is the firm size measured using the natural logarithm of total assets. The second control variable is the firm age measured using years the firm was found until years of the research.  Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that the family as the first largest shareholder and the family as the second-largest shareholder had no significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract:
This research aims to: (1) determine how much theeffect of the ethical climate has on whistleblowing intentions; (2) find out how much the effect of the level of seriousness hason whistleblowing intentions; (3) determine the great effect of locus of control on whistleblowing intentions. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this study is the village officials in Wonosari District. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by applying a survey method using a questionnaire distributed directly to all village officials in Wonosari District.The result of this study showed that (1) the ethical climate has a positive and significant impact on whistleblowing intentions, (2) the level of seriousness is positively and significantly related to whistleblowing intentions, and (3) locus of control gave positive and significant control of whistleblowing intentions. Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel risiko sistematis dan Earning Per Share (EPS) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Farmasi. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah selama lima tahun, dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu dilakukan dengan cara memilih subjek yang memenuhi beberapa kriteria. Populasi yang ada pada objek adalah mengambil 6 sampel dari 10 perusahaan yang terdaftar. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi) serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F (uji simultan), uji t (uji parsial), koefisien determinasi berganda dan analisis korelasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko sistematis dan Earning Per Share (EPS) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Risiko sistematis dan Earning Per Share (EPS) secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan naik turunnya harga saham. Earning Per Share (EPS) lebih dominan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan kontribusi terbanyak terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Risiko Sistematis; Laba Per Saham; Harga Saham

Abstract:
Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menguji dan menganalisis dampak kesejahteraan karyawan yang bersifat ekonomi terhadap turnover intention pada PTArina Multikarya Samarinda. Pembagian kuesioner kepada 151 karyawan untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Teknik pengambilan data yang dipakai adalah metode kuesioner, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana. Pengaruh Kesejahteraan Karyawan Bersifat Ekonomi Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada PT. Arina Multikarya Samarinda. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi data awal atau referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya.

Abstract:
This study aims: (1) to know, test, and analyze the influence of work discipline on the employee satisfaction of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin; (2) to find out, test and analyze the effect of training on the employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.The study applied descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was Educational Staff with Civil Servants status in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, with a total of 111 people. The sample was 63 people. The independent variable was work discipline and training while the dependent variable is employee satisfaction. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was using partial (Partial Least Square / PLS) regression analysis.The result of this study indicatedthat (1) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and (2) training had a positive but insignificant effect on employee satisfaction. Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Training had a negative and insignificant effect on employee satisfaction of educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.The higher ups must be more assertive and pay attention to the work discipline of the educational staff in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin to improve employee satisfaction so that they can work better, effectively, and efficiently

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on the performance of employess of the PDAM office in North Barito Regency. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. The result show that work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline significantly and simultaneously affect the performance of the employess of the PDAM office in North Barito Regency; while partially only job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of employess of the PDAM office in North Barito Regency, and then the variable that has the most dominan effect on the performance of employess of the PDAM office in North Barito Regency is the job satisfaction.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational and transactional leadership style on the performance of the latest version of the FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) food safety management system, version 5 of 2019 in the food industry in Tangerang. The object of the research were employees in several food industries that worked in the Tangerang City area who had implemented FSSC 22000 version 5 2019; as many as 120 people, and data collection method was done by giving out electronic questionnaire to several employees randomly. The analysis tool in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Model) LISREL program version 8.70. The results showed that the transformational leadership style positively and significantly affected the performance of the FSSC 22000 implementation and the transactional leadership style also contributed positive effect on the performance of the FSSC 22000 food safety management system and it can be concluded that leadership was important for the implementation of the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System.

Abstract:
This study was conducted to determine how much the Physical Work Environment (X1), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) affect, both simultaneously and partially, teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi. This study used quantitative method and the data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. The analysis techniques used in this study was Path Analysis. From the research results, it was found that the Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously affected teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi with a value of 0.715 (71.5%). The Fcount showed a result of 14.268 while the Ftable was 3.25 and the probability sig 0.000 < probability ɑ = 0.05. This means that at the 95% confidence level, the Work Environment variable (X), which consists of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2), has a positive and significant effect on Teachers’ Performance (Y). Partially, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.619 (61.9%), and the non-physical work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.247 (24.7%).

Abstract:
This study to analyze and explain the factors that influence stock prices. The object of this research is the automotive and components sub sector manufacturing companies sector on the Indonesia stock exchange for periode 2010-2018. The variables used in this study are stock prices, micro economic factors and macro economic factors. Micro economic factors are projected by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return on Assets (ROA). Macro economic factors used as variables are inflation (INF), interest rates (INT) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study indicate that stock prices are determined by microeconomic factors projected by Net Profit Margin (NPM). Companies must keep trying to make a profit so that stock prices remain good, so investors are still interested in owning shares.

Abstract:
Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 mengenai Perbankan Syariah merupakan sebuah bukti bahwa pemerintah mendukung perkembangan perbankan syariah, dengan adanya peraturan ini khusus perbankan syariah akan memiliki aturan yang lebih spesifik mengenai kegiatan operasional yang sebelumnya belum pernah ada. Aturan ini akan membuat pola kerja dan pencapaian target kinerja perusahaan syariah akan berbeda dengan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konvensional. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur kinerja keuangan perbankan syariah adalah dengan melihat laporan keuangan yang selanjutnya dianalisis untuk mendapatkan nilai kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini akan mampu menjelaskan kinerja keuangan perbankan syariah sehingga pihak internal dan eksternal mampu membuat sebuah keputusan dari hasil kinerja yang ada. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi yang didasari pada uji asumsi klasik sehingga hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan merupakan nilai yang valid. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa NFP, FDR, CAR, BOPO , NOM tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ROA. Kata Kunci: Bank Syariah , Laporan Keuangan, Kinerja

Abstract:
Tujuan studi:Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen (X) yaitu pelatihan dan variabel dependen (Y) yaitu motivasi kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian yang diambil datanya adalah karyawan di PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Cabang Samarinda. Metodologi:Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. Populasi yang ada pada objek adalah 52 orang dan keseluruhan dijadikan sampel berdasarkan Teknik Sampel Jenuh atau Saturation Technic Sample.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrument (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji Normalitas dan uji Heterokedastisitas) dan uji hipotesis (Analisa Regresi Linier Sederhana, uji t dan uji Determinan) dengan tingkat signifikansinya adalah 5% atau 0.05.Metode statistik menggunakan analisa regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian uji statistik yaitu uji t. Hasil:Hasil menggunakan analisa Regresi Linier Sederhana adalah pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikannya adalah 0.00 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Manfaat: Bagi karyawan, meningkatkan hasil kinerja dan skill karyawan dalam bekerja yang akan meningkatkan keberhasilan perusahaan. Bagi manajer, hasil penelitian dapat mempengaruhi manajer untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan motivasi yang akan berimbas dari keberhasilan perusahaan tersebut. Abstract:
The research conducted in a religion based school in Gading-Serpong, Jakarta was conducted to determine the significance of leadership style toward the organizational culture and motivation in order to see the influence on the staff’s performance. Data obtained through questionnaires with total sampling method of 33 out of 34 employees. Data analysis is using Spearman Rank correlation analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing. The result of the study showed that (1) the authentic leadership style is perceived higher than authoritarian and transformational leadership styles (2) The leadership style has a significant influence on the school staff’s motivation. This is indicated on the result of P-value that is 0.0000.(3) The leadership style does have an influence on the organizational culture as the the P value between dependent variable Leadership (KP) to independent variable Performance (KJ) with the intervening variable Culture Organization (BO) is 0.004 and it means there specific Indirect Effect is accepted since it is less than 0.005. whereas the P value between the dependent variable Leadership (KP) to independent variable Performance (KJ) with the intervening variable Motivation (MO) is 0.124. (4) The leadership style has also showed to have significant influence and direct effect on the staff’s performance. This is depicted by the result of the P values that is 0.001, which explained that leadership has a significant and direct effect on the workers’ performance, (5) The organizational culture has an influence toward the staff’s performance as based on the data, from all the result of the R-square for the Organizational culture (BO) is 0.56; that organizational culture as the intervening variable by 56% and (6) the staff’s motivation does not affect the staff’s performance as shown on the the P value is 0,082 which is more than 0.05, therefore Motivation of the staff does not affect the performance of the staff directly.

Abstract:
Tujuan studi:. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada instansi pemerintahan bertempat pada kantor dDinas Kependudukann dann Pencatatann Sipill Kotaa Samarindaa untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang terdapat pada dinas terkait dalam penelitain ini sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 73 pegawai dengan mengunakan alat analisi statistik Multi Regretion dan data diolah mengunakan software spss 22 mengunakan teknik sampling purpisiv dan snowball sampling uji yang digunakan untuk metode ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dari peneli menunjukan bahwa kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatn Sipil Kota Samarinda , jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinaerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencataan Sipil Kota Samarinda. Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Debt to Asset, Asset Turnover, and Growth on Investment Decisions in Food and Beverage Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study are Food and Beverage group companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. This type of research is included in causal research with quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is a method of multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing (t-test) using SPSS 22. The results show that partially, Liquidity and Growth Opportunity have a negative and significant effect on Investment Decisions, while Debt Asset and Asset Turnover has a negative and insignificant effect on Investment Decisions. Simultaneously, the Liquidity variable, Debt to Asset, Asset Turnover, and Growth have no significant effect on Investment Decisions.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine how big the effect of Inflation, Poverty, and Investment have on Sustainable Development in West Kalimantan Province, partially or simultaneously. Sustainable Development in this study was measured using the Human Development Index (HDI) indicator. This research was conducted because the development of West Kalimantan HDI, when compared to other provinces in Kalimantan, still occupies the lowest position. This research was a quantitative descriptive and used secondary data, the West Kalimantan Financial Report and inflation data. The data used in this study was the annual time series data from 2007-2016. The analysis technique used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression by using SPSS version 25. The partial test results showed that Inflation and Investment had no effect on Sustainable Development in West Kalimantan Province, while Poverty had an effect on Sustainable Development in West Kalimantan Province. Based on the results of the F Test, it showed that Inflation, Poverty and Investment simultaneously had effects on Sustainable Development in the province of West Kalimantan.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, working age and job tenure with organizational commitment. The method used in this study was a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis which was processed by a data analysis program called Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Participants in this study were employees at PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur with several predetermined criteria such as; regular employees and employees whose last education was high school or equivalent. The results of this study found that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, working age and job tenure were able to predict employees’ organizational commitment. Other results were the effectiveness variables of interpersonal communication was the most influential variable on increasing organizational commitment and then followed by variables of working age and job tenure. The results of this study are expected to be one of the strategies that can be used by companies to increase organizational commitment.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap efektifitas kinerja. (2) Pengaruh etos kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja (3) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi (4) Pengaruh iklim organisasi, etos kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Badan Pertanahan Nasional Papua Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dengan populasi dan sampel sebesar 55 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan gejala hasil penelitian sedangkan untuk melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap efektifitas kinerja Badan Pertanahan Nasional Papua Barat di Manokwari (data kuantitatif) menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama budaya organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Badan Peratanahan Papua Barat, dengan hasil uji F dengan nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel. Abstract:
This study aimed to examine the effect of profit growth, firm size, and liquidity to the earnings quality. This study uses secondary data from the financial statements of pharmaceuticals published by Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013 to 2017. Sampling technique by using purposive sampling. The sample in this study is pharmaceuticals company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 7 companies. Method of data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result of partially test shows that profit growth and firm size had effect to earnings quality, and the liquidity had not effect to earnings quality. However, the result of simultaneously test show that profit growth, firm size, and liquidity had effect to earnings quality.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Book Value Ratio Price, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on stock prices in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub sector issuers in 2017 for 12 months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, with the number of samples used in this study as many as 9 companies. The variables used in this study are Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Price Book Value Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin as independent variables. The stock price is the dependent variable. The statistical testing method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. And hypothesis testing uses the F test to test the effect of simultaneous variables and the T test to test the coefficient partially at a significant level of 5%. Besides that, it also used data normality test, classic assumption test which included autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the analysis using multiple regression indicate that: Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value, and Net Profit Margin have a positive effect on Stock Prices, while Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio negatively affect Stock Prices.

Abstract:
The condition of Karawang as a national rice barn has now shifted to industrialization and supporting cities for the Capital City and has received poor ratings because it is a city with a high ranking of poor people. These problems can be solved by increasing MSME activities in various fields. The sustainability of MSME is very important because it supports the growth of big business and is able to provide benefits for regional economic growth. Implementation of value creation strategies in an effort to improve business activities carried out as a strategy at the corporate and business level. The application of value creation that focuses on internal resources owned is also related to the competitiveness strategy in an effort to increase the competitiveness of a company or a business. This study was designed to find out how product strategies that create values ​​when faced with business competitiveness in efforts to improve the economy of the poor. This study uses a cross sectional method through descriptive verification methods with testing path analysis using SPSS. Comparative testing is carried out to determine the comparison of consumer behavior between platforms / websites.
