Abstract:
Tax is a source of state or regional income whose contribution is highly expected to finance development. One of the taxes that has the potential to become one of the sources to encourage local revenue is the Motor Vehicle Tax. This study aims to determine the effect of motorized vehicle tax on local revenue in Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the study show that the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) every year in the last 5 years (2015-2019) continues to increase in terms of realization achievement. Because it is able to make a real contribution to the PAD of Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the simple linear regression calculation and the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the motor vehicle tax has a significant effect on PAD revenue as indicated by the value of RSquare = 0.784 or 78.4 percent. While the remaining 21.6 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. The test results are significant in the Summary Model table Sig = 0.046 > criteria (0.05) thus the regression equation model based on the research data is significant, meaning that the linear regression model meets the linearity criteria.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance and value of manufacturing companies before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements for the 2019-2020 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 108 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The analytical tool used is the Wilcoxon signed-rank test with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results show that there is no decrease in leverage ratios, activity ratios, firm value during the COVID-19 pandemic, while profitability and liquidity ratios have increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. Judging from the results of the different test activity ratios, there were significant differences, while the ratios of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm value did not experience significant differences.

Abstract:
Schistosomiasis is an endemic illness found throughout the world, including in Indonesia's Central Sulawesi province. The prevention and control procedures have been in place since 1975, but the prevalence rate has not yet reached 0%. This study used a methodology that combines primary and secondary data collection. The focus of this research is on the importance of leadership in attaining the aims of the schistosomiasis eradication policy, which is concentrated on a single location in Poso, the Bada Valley. This study discovered that policy innovations and personal leadership with a desire to succeed in a career in education and leadership training at the official level in Indonesia through PIM II Education and Training were responsible for the success of the schistosomiasis policy in Bada. The use of close personal and institutional networks is able to drive various formal and non-formal institutional mechanisms to support the achievement of schistosomiasis eradication policies in Poso.

Abstract:
This research aims to provide empirical evidence in the effect of operating cash flow, leverage, and firm size on earnings persistence. The data used on this research is historical secondary data. The data used in this research were taken from website www.idx.co.id. A population in this research were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) sector food & beverage for the period 2015-2019. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method with a sample of 33 companies. The outcome of this research indicate that operating cash flow & firm size have a positive effect on earning persistence. Meanwhile, leverage does not affect earning persistence.

Abstract:
Past research considers both fiscal federalism and entity governance principle determinants of local government social capital. However, no study is conclusive enough on this point. Guided by social capital theory, this study surveyed 28 districts, 5 municipalities, and 311 sub-counties of Uganda’s north-eastern and eastern regions to investigate fiscal federalism-entity governance-social capital linkages. Structural equation modeling results reveal resource utilization, bureaucracy, and corruption; prominent fiscal federalism attributes, social capital predictors. Its other equally-vital component; job creation, depicts no predictive powers. Moreover, entity governance mediates the fiscal federalism-social capital relationship. Implications of these findings to both theory and practice are discussed.

Abstract:
The research studied the impact of human resource management techniques on the productivity of Nigerian deposit money institutions. The information for this research came from structured questions that were delivered to chosen deposit money institutions in Yola Metropolis. There were 193 questionnaires distributed in all, however only 166 were successfully recovered and examined. In order to estimate the effects of human resource management practice on employee productivity in the selected organization, the study used descriptive statistics and the multiple regression technique. The correlation coefficient was also used to test the extent to which human resource management is related to employee productivity. Human resource planning (HRP), recruitment and selection (RS), staff training and development (TRD), and performance appraisal (PA) were found to have a positive impact on employee productivity in the selected deposit money banks in Nigeria and were properly signed, implying that they were in line with the study's theoretical expectations. At the 5% level, the F-statistics 5.242014, which examined the combined significance of the parameter estimations, was deemed statistically significant, as evidenced by the associated probability value of 0.025272. This means that in the chosen deposit money institutions in Nigeria, all of the model's variables were jointly and statistically significant in determining employee productivity. Finally, this study found that human resource management practices in Nigerian deposit money institutions had a favorable and substantial impact on employee productivity

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to analyze learning organization on the implementation of e-government in the city of Makassar. This research is qualitative with approach case studies to describe how the application of learning organization (LO) in the government of the city of makassar and the results of the study showed Makassar positive trend even though there are still many shortcomings although it is still a society that complain against a service-based information technology. Learning organization within the framework of e-government in the form of the development of feedback at all levels of the organization be aware of the process that made the employees to give each other feedback between each other with regard to e-government by way of exchanging information about the internal applications in education Each as well as mutual support and communication with all members of the team of the developers application, the developer team infrastructure, network. Strategy feedback with question and answer through SMS App/chat center included with operator help desk in the City of Makassar. In terms of reliability, the apparatus is proficient in their field but is still a bit awkward when or when there is a problem with the software, it is necessary to calm down in dealing with software problems so that there is no panic and the service can run smoothly.

Abstract:
Transformational leaders create a strategic vision, communicate that vision through enclosing and use of symbol, model the vision by “walking the talk” and acting consistently, and build commitment towards the vision. Entrepreneurial leadership is still essential in SMEs because the development of micro-entrepreneurs’ businesses would not be successful without demonstrating leadership traits that are effect This could perhaps be the reason as to why themes on micro-enterprises are successfully developed widely amid business developers and researchers, particularly for those keenly interested in determining a formula that defines successful micro-entrepreneurship. The study’s specific objective is to determine the effect of self-leadership on entrepreneuship development. The primary data was collected from direct responses from listed SMEs by using structured questionnaire with 412 respondents as a sample size for the study. The collected data was analyzed through Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 22. Descriptive and inferential statistics was used to analyze and interpret the data in this research. Specifically, descriptive statistics related to means, frequencies, percentages and trend analysis were used in this study. The findings show that self-leadership has a significant impact on SMEs development. This study can improve the performance and sustainability of Nigerian SMEs, thus increasing their capacity to create employment. Subsequently, the study recommends that management of SMEs should adopt good strategy in order to overcome leadership challenges.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study for the purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of transit tourists about Gorontalo Tourism Destinations through tour guides and recommendations from efforts to develop Gorontalo Tourism Destinations. This type of research is qualitative with four data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that tourist perceptions are positive because Gorontalo Tourism Destinations are used as the main destinations in their visits. Destinations are developed and attractions are created to be served to tourists. Another thing to note is the provision of information boards for tourists who go to places far from the city, such as the Hungayono Forest. The information board is related to directions to the nearest hospital or health center along with telephone numbers that can be contacted and the nearest police station along with telephone numbers that can be contacted. This is needed so that if something happens, tourists know what to do, where to go and know the phone number to contact the needed party. Of course, this gives tourists a sense of security to visit faraway places without any doubts even if they are accompanied by a tour guide. Not only the environment, but cultural preservation also needs to be maintained and maintained in an effort to achieve the creation of sustainable tourism development.

Abstract:
Performance is critical for the current and future organizational environment, and performance appraisal methods that have focused exclusively on financial performance have limitations; therefore, effective performance measurement should be capable of translating an organization's mission, vision, and strategy into operational objectives and performance measures. financial as well as non-financial success indicators. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of job insecurity and organizational commitment on the performance of nurses at Makassar City Hospital's inpatient unit. This is a quantitative study that combines an observational design with a cross sectional study design. The sample for this research consisted of 84 nurses working in the inpatient unit of Makassar City Hospital. The findings indicated that job insecurity characteristics and organizational commitment had an influence on the performance of nurses at the Makassar City Hospital's Inpatient Installation. The bivariate analysis results indicate that the job insecurity variable has an effect on the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05, that the job insecurity variable has an effect on the organizational commitment of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05, and that the variable organizational commitment has an effect on the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05. It is recommended that the hospital management pay attention to employees, better facilities and benefits, adequate working hours and rest.

Abstract:
The major goal of this research was to see how budget assessment affected Nigeria's economic progress. The inspiration stemmed from a number of inconsistencies in the Nigerian economy's budget preparation and execution. This study employed an ex-post-facto design, with data gathered from the Central Bank Statistical Bulletin and the Federal Ministry of Finance for analysis. A model based on empirical and theoretical reviews was developed to attain this wide purpose. The model's dependent variable was the Human Development Index (HDI), while the model's independent variables were the government's capital budget, recurrent budget, and yearly budget implementation rate. To evaluate data, the researchers used the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) Model. Budget assessment had a favorable and considerable influence on Nigeria's economic progress, according to the inferential findings. According to the report, Nigeria's government should make an effort to raise capital and recurring expenditures in its yearly budget, since both have a substantial influence on economic development. Finally, the government should make an effort to put in place effective budget monitoring and assessment equipment that will increase the rate of budget implementation while simultaneously ensuring strict adherence to due process.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to look at the politics of religious affiliation in Sigi Regency's direct regional head elections in 2010 and 2015. The majority of adherents of faith, namely the Muslim and Protestant Christian communities, are represented in the political reality of the community in Sigi Regency. In the elections for the Regent and Deputy Regent of Sigi Regency, the opportunity for population allocation based on the two faiths has become a political instrument to take power. During two cycles of direct regional head elections in Sigi Regency, the state of population characteristics of religious affiliation trends became electoral consumption by political elites. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. According to research, religious affiliation is a fair concern in winning provincial head elections in 2010 and 2015, as well as a way of political balance representing the two religions' cultures.

Project management expertise refers to the capacity to schedule a project. Abstract:
This study aims to see the effect of promotion costs in increasing sales of GN electric appliance business. Case study research methods and data collection. The company as the object of research, namely the company is engaged in the sale of electric tools at the GN Electric Appliance Business. The result of this calculation means that the cost of promotion has an influence on the increase or decrease in sales of the number of equipment. The regression coefficient is positive, that if the cost of promotion has increased, then sales of power tools will also increase. The calculation of the correlation analysis shows the number r = 0.99 close to positive 1, which means that the relationship between promotion costs and sales of electrical equipment shows a strong and unidirectional relationship, if promotional costs have increased then sales of electrical equipment will also increase.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to examine if there are substantial variations in irregular return and trading volume behavior prior to and after President Joko Widodo's March 2, 2020 national declaration of the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case in Indonesia. This analysis was conducted using secondary evidence. The community of the analysis was comprised of all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020, with a purposive sample size of 327 firms. The time span covered in this review was 11 days: 5 days prior to the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case being confirmed (t-5), the day of the announcement (t0), and 5 days after the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case being reported (t+5). The estimate duration covered in this research was 10 days, from t-15 to t-5 prior to the occurrence day. The data where analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. According to the results, there were inconsistencies in irregular returns and trading volume activity following the national announcement of the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case in Indonesia.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the financial performance of commercial banks in Indonesia before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a major focus on capital, asset quality, profitability, and management efficiency based on BUKU (Bank Umum Kegiatan Usaha - Commercial Bank Business Activities). The data used in this study is secondary data, which consists of the 2015-2019 financial statements and the 1st quarter 2020 - the 3rd quarter 2020 financial statements. The sample used in this study amounted to 38 banks. The analytical method used is the Kruskal-Wallis test using the IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of data processing and data analysis using the Kruskal-Wallis test show that there are differences in the capital (CAR), asset quality (NPL), profitability (ROA), and management efficiency (BOPO) of banking companies between BUKU 2, BUKU 3, and BUKU 4 before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that in general, the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the performance of commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract:
This article discusses Corporate Crisis Management in Facing the Covid 19 Pandemic which includes the Crisis Management Stage, Crisis Management during the Pandemic Period and the strategies undertaken. The current economic uncertainty encourages continued creation of unemployment due to limited human resources during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is possible that a number of companies are facing unfavorable financial conditions. Companies and organizations of 102 Dominant companies experience financial problems and resource problems which are considered to have a burden on the company so that it needs to reduce resources, the rest problems with resources and marketing have an impact. So in the face of a crisis due to a pandemic, it would be better if companies were smarter in managing finances.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine the effect of exchange rates on the stock index during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study were all stock indices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample size of 89 and a total stock index of 34. The study period was 4 months, 17 January 2020 to 20 May 2020. The sample data collection of this study used the purposive method. Sampling with world economic conditions and Indonesia which are weakening due to the Covid-19 pandemic and based on the phenomenon that the exchange rate is experiencing a continuous movement even every year the exchange rate depreciates IDR against the US Dollar. One of the causes of the high fluctuation of the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar came from economic factors such as inflation, the interest rate on Bank Indonesia certificates during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method using SPSS V.26. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on all stock indices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, these results have similarities or differences with the results of research in other emerging market countries.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify possible problems in increasing financial inclusion and to find solutions and strategies to solve those problems. Theoretically, this research is expected to be able to add literature references on the capital market. Another benefit is that the study can be used as a material balance for a Self Regulatory Organization ( SRO) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as the Government to increase the level of literacy and financial inclusion, especially in eastern Indonesia. In accordance with the paradigm and problems chosen in this study, this study uses a qualitative approach. In qualitative research, data collection can be done by means of in-depth interviews, observation and literacy studies. Researchers use this method to provide a wide space for the speakers to provide answers according to their frame of reference. Based on the results of interviews, it is concluded that there are several recommendations for strategies to increase inclusion, they are opening the Indonesia Stock Exchange Representative Office in Gorontalo, opening Securities Company Branch Offices more, introducing the Sharia Capital Market to the Community, prepare adequate resources for socialization and education and hold Events More Often in Crowded Places in North Sulawesi and Gorontalo.

Abstract:
This paper aims to look for the truth side of the financial statements of Rene Descartes (Cogito Ergo Sum). This means that because I think, I exist. The theory put forward by this philosophy has the meaning that because he doubts the truth. This paper tried to link theory with René Descartes see different sides of the view, that the value of the financial statements of the philosophical truth (theories have correspondence, the theory of Coherence, theory pragmatic) and viewed from the side view of the general accounting so that SAP and GAAP and severe expert reveal that the truth of financial reporting depends on the accountability of a (principal). The findings of this paper are in essence the truth of the financial statements lies in humans and their existence.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to identify the economic crisis caused by the pandemic covid-19. Abstract:
The aims of the study to understand developments in the Informal and Formal Sector.
