Abstract:
The Rasulan tradition is synonymous with the coastal communities of Gunungkidul. This tradition is used as a means of worship and offerings to spirits, the spirits of the ancestors of the gods and the rulers of the universe. Until now, the authenticity of the apostolic tradition has been preserved, starting from the time and place of implementation, the uborampe, the rites and the arts. Even though they have adapted to Islam and contemporary culture, the majority of people on the coast of Gunungkidul still have mystical beliefs about the various rites and offerings that are in the apostolic procession. After researching using qualitative data-based field research then analyzed by descriptive analysis method using various theories, it can be concluded that the people on the coast of Gunungkidul still believe in the mystical values that exist in the rites and uborampe of the apostolic tradition. These values, among others, are the value of worship of spirits and ancestral spirits, the value of asking for safety, rejecting danger, freedom from prayer, togetherness, religion, mutual assistance, mutual assistance and the value of giving thanks to God.

Abstract:
The basic principles of Islamic boarding school education, namely; Al Muhafadhah ala al-qadim al shalih wa al akhdzu bi al jadid al ashlah. This principle has encouraged pesantren to maintain good old Islamic values without denying better changes. This paper intends to explore two sides of the coin for Pondok Persantren where one side is a distinct advantage for but can be a boomerang that hinders the progress of Islamic education based on understanding the basic elements and values of Islamic boarding schools and, then contributing thoughts in building a holistic Islamic boarding school education so that can follow the development of science without losing the obligation to maintain basic values. Holistic pesantren education can only be achieved if it is reaffirmed that the elements of the boarding school education system are not oriented towards learning religious knowledge but how kyai, teachers / ustaz and santri can learn to live in religion.

Abstract:
This research is related to the source of the Koran regarding the culture of students who kiss the hands of clerics or scholars with the belief to get blessings (tabarruk). The are two formulations of the problem, namely what is the view of the Koran regarding the culture of shaking hands by kissing the hands of scholars or kyai? Can kissing the hands of scholars or kyai get blessings according to the Qur’an? This study uses verse analysis and interpretation of the Qur’an with the mauḍū’īy (thematic) interpretation method. As for the conclusion that kissing the hands of a cleric or cleric as a form is permissible in the Qur’an, even the Qur’an obliges to glorify the ulama. The handshake by kissing the cleric’s hand, according to the Qur’an, can invite blessings from Allah because in the Qur’an one of the things that causes blessings to come down for people who always greet and stay in touch. Even in the Qur’an it is stated that then ulama are those who fear Allah, and those who are pious according to the Qur’an will be blessed by Allah SWT.

Abstract:
Some textbooks still contain forms of violence. There is a type of violence that is latently perpetuated or reproduced as a habit of social and cultural structures which is called symbolic violence. In textbooks, how are forms of symbolic violence perpetuated or reproduced through language, namely in sentences and images. The distinction of gender classes in textbooks is then described and described by researchers and then analyzing sentences and images that contain symbolic violence. In the sentences in the textbook, there is a male class dominance, namely there are 62 sentences or 61.8% sentences while the female class is only 40 sentences or 39.2% sentences. In the picture, the male class dominates, namely there are 78 pictures or 65%, while the female class as the dominant class has 42 sentences or 35% pictures. The results showed that the male class dominates the female class in sentences and pictures. Male class domination is a form of socialization of the dominant class habitus to the dominated class. The socialization of the dominant class habitus is carried out in order so that the habits of social and cultural structures can be perpetuated or reproduced so that they are accepted as things that are justified and imitated. This in Pierre Bourdieu's language is said to be symbolic violence.

Abstract:
The direction of the Qibla is very important in salat prayer. Having to know the direction means being part of a series of prerequisite prayer requirements. For the people of Mecca and those who live there, Qibla is not a problem because they do not experience difficulties in determining it. However, for countries and cities outside Mecca in the State of Saudi Arabia it is a very important issue as to which direction the Qibla to the Ka'bah is right to accurate. There are several methods that have been invented and have been practiced and achieved accurate results, but not all ulama of fiqh can fully accept them. Through the study of Indonesian literature on the direction of the Qibla and discussed with descriptive qualitative, opinions and reasons are further explored that help address the need for discussion in astronomy. Not all circles are capable of accepting technological developments, there are some groups who refuse that it is sufficient to determine the direction of the Qibla facing west. Among the groups who reject it, namely traditional scholars or ancient kyai, they believe that the mosque built by the wali cannot be wrong or may not face the Qibla.

Abstract:
The terms in the philosophy of Islamic education need more attention because of the variety of content and methods that sometimes appear paradoxes in their studies. This could be the result of the theoritization of Islamic education which was still dominated by classical Islamic thinkers in the pre-modern era. Moreover, the term philosophy is still not recognized as a part of comprehensive Islamic studies. Through historical research, this article intends to explore further the basic terms of Islamic education which are infused from Arabic. Rather than other terms, ta'dib has a historical syncornization and scope that corresponds to the fact that education is a human right in a scope that includes the basics in the Quran and Hadith.

Abstract:
The first source of Islamic law is al-Qur'an, after the new Al-Qur'an, the Hadith of the Prophet SAW. When searching for a law that not contained in the Al-Qur’an and al-Hadith, way to do is using ijtihad (raʻyu). This ijtihad is the mobilization of all the abilities of a fuqaha 'to find sharia law,' and the person who discovered it was named Mujtahid. The scholars in using this ra'yu issued many methods as a tool to install the law, such as: ijma 'which is the ahlul ilmi agreement on the law of an event with the condition that the scientists gather at the same time Qiyas, istihsan, istishab, 'urf. The purpose of this paper is to explain contemporary ijtihad methods that can be used to perform istinbath law. The discussion discussed in this paper is about the various ways of establishing modern Islamic law. The methodology used in this paper is the type of library (library research), namely by referring to books relating to fiqh and ushul fiqh. From the author's analysis that the methods used to establish Islamic law in the contemporary period are no different from the methods used previously, namely sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijtihad of the scholars who have mujtahid criteria.

Abstract:
Bank Indonesia has been established as a central bank that develops dual monetary policy. This paper identifies the challenges faced in Islamic financial policy that are different from other monetary policies. With a historical approach to law it can be concluded that there is still an opportunity for BI to develop Islamic finance in Indonesia by reinforcing its basic philosophy of returning to the real economy in the gold standard. Some suggestions for the implementation of the technical treatment of finance have been raised, but there is a need to accompany the implementation by stabilizing all Islamic-oriented central bank laws.

Abstract:
This educational history research is focused on the life, activities and thoughts of KH. A. Wahid Hasyim, a national hero of independence in developing national education in pesantren, an environment which he never left from birth to adulthood. In pesantren Tebuireng run by his family, he began to study and also applied his educational ideas. His contribution expanded to the national level after being involved in NU and national activities in his lifetime to serve as minister of religion including broadening understanding of Islam and its institutionalization in state activities. The idea of national education is based on the belief that the more languages mastered by students, the stronger the sense of nationalism in them. This needs to be balanced with the strengthening of local culture and religion in daily life.

Abstract:
What the relationships is like between educator and learner have actually been given in the Qur'an. Hamka is basically not a specialist in the field of education, inspite of this, he has heartedly investigated the aforementioned relationships as revealed in his monumental book of commentary, Tafsir al-Azhar, especially in Surat al-Alaq Verse 1-5. The relationships is build-up based on a pattern of learner-centered education which is different from educator-centered education pattern. The former is characteristically modern and the latter pattern is traditional in orientation. As an oustanding public figure raised-up in a religious environtment and actively engaged in struggle with the modernists movement in Indonesia, it is only natural that Hamka emphasizes the learner-centered pattern of education which is widely seen as a modern educational trend.
