Abstract:
A Salary is a form of wages or rewards from rights granted by companies to employees. Usually, salaries are given to workers also differ according to position and class level. At PT Anugrah Distributor Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in retail sales. The amount of wages varies as well as determining commissions for each sales process from each unit. Become a complexity factor in determining the amount and salary for employees. In the process of recording and calculating salaries so far using Ms. Excel. Where accountants (finance) as data processors have a central role in processing them experiencing delays in displaying data. The results of the management process and salary reports are in the form of paper and files (softcopy). Delays in displaying data have an impact on the salary that must be reported by the leadership. From these problems, problem-solving is obtained by making an android-based payroll monitoring application prototype, can display salary data and make it easier for leaders to see the salary that has been reported anytime and anywhere. This research was made using observation methods, interview methods, SWOT analysts and literature studies. Using UML as a modeling design.

Abstract:
The high graduation rate makes many private agencies build a company engaged in outsourcing. This requires the existence of a system that supports the process of managing technology-based resources. In practice the payroll process is still done manually, starting from the calculation of attendance to printing invoices sent to clients and this causes a delay in invoicing billing, thereby reducing the productivity of the company itself to grow and develop. With these problems the author feels the need to make an application using several methods such as the process of data analysis, design, which includes usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams. So that it is expected to be able to produce a payroll system that is effective and efficient and fast and accurate. The payroll system that is designed, can be used to manage employee data, work, holidays, overtime, deductions and benefits that have been determined based on data that has been input and is also used to print invoice reports, salary slips. Finally with the existence of this payroll system, the salary calculation process can be done automatically without counting manually and salary data can be received accordingly, with notes that all data input is valid.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is designing an online examination system at SMK Negeri 5 Kota Tangerang. This time, the system used in assessing exam results is done by correcting each question of each student's answers. It is not only increasing the operational costs of schools, but also the risk that leaked exam questions very vulnerable. As well as scheduling the exam must consider the limited number of rooms and require a lot of time. The method of collecting datais used observation, interview and literature study. And the system analysis method is used to determine the number of functional and non functional requirements. The design method uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the MySQL database system. This visual paradigm function is to make use-case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams and class diagrams. The use-case diagram of this system consists of use case diagrams of students, teachers, and teachers admin system and PHP programming language, for writing program listings using Dreamweaverand implementing the system. By using online examination system the quality of student learning will be improved, lowering school administration costs and preventing question leakage and exam scheduling to become more flexible.

Abstract:
Digital content is content in various formats, whether written, image, video, audio or combination so that it can be read, displayed or played by a computer and easily sent or hared through digital media. Digital content has abundant benefits, especially in the field of promotion. Where when a place of business or a body wants to introduce a product or service that is owned, it definitely requires content such as images as a promotional media. However, if you have to distribute posters to everyone you meet, it is not in line with current technological advancements because you are still using a conventional process. Therefore, to overcome this problem, social media can be used to process digital content easily and quickly. In this study, there are 3 (three) problems that will be overcome by 2 (two) methods, and 3 (three) solutions are produced. The advantage of digital content in social media is that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so it is concluded that the use of digital content in social media is able to overcome problems and is a creativepreneur effort found in the promotion system of a journal publisher. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to design geometry learning media for early childhood. The tool designed is an interactive introduction tool, so it is hoped can attract early childhood children to learn to recognize and remember geometric patterns. The main brain of the system created is Arduino Mega with microcontroller ATMega2560. The tool created has two modes, namely learning mode and question mode. In learning mode, early childhood can insert geometry objects into the tool, then the tool will provide a description of the image on the LCD and the sound associated with the object entered. In question mode, early childhood will be challenged to enter the geometry objects into the tool according to the question, then the tool will determine whether the geometry entered is correct or false. This learning media is expected to help early childhood to be able to recognize and remember every form of geometry, where based on the results of the test, the selection mode on the tool was 100% successful, the process in the learning mode and the question mode had a success rate of more than 80%.

Abstract:
This study aims to measurethe level of complexity of a Shen-Castan IIR filter algorithm for edge detection in digital images based on time complexity and space complexity. This analysis is very helpful when going to do an algorithm optimization and data structure that will be used in a system. Time complexity states how long an algorithm runs at runtime based on the input given. While space complexity states how much space in memory an algorithm needs when operating. The calculation of time complexity and space complexity is denoted by Big-O notation. From the results of time complexity calculations obtained if the Shen-Castan IIR filter algorithm has the complexity of the O (n) algorithm and requires space complexity O (n) where the algorithm will need at least N units of space in memory and depends on the length of the array.

Abstract:
The high demand for meat and the limited availability of meat on the market, make the price of meat become expensive and more and more traders are mixing rotten meat into fresh meat. To avoid risk, the public as consumers must be aware and know the characteristics of rotten meat and the difference with fresh meat. This study developed a fresh meat detection device using the TCS-230 RGB color sensor. The tool works by measuring the composition of RGB colors in identified meat and comparing with the reference composition of fresh meat RGB color. K-Neirest Neighbor as a method for introducing the freshness of chicken meat tested. The input used in the K-Neirest Neighbor is in the form of RGB color values ??obtained from the color sensor.In this study, meat freshness was tested using TCS-230 color sensor with an accuracy rate of 87% with a positive precision of 92% and negative precision of 67%

Abstract:
Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Abstract:
The progress of globalization that is applying technology and information is very rapid, encouraging various educational institutions and agencies to be able to utilize online training systems to increase flexibility and effectiveness in conducting training / training / learning processes, especially in distance education. In terms of this training, it is felt that now it has to follow the times. In terms of making it easier for students to take part in training and facilitate trainers to manage the results of the training that has been carried out by the training participants. However, in some educational institutions and agencies there is still no online training system. This will cause 3 (three) problems, namely: Training still uses conventional methods, educational institutions do not provide open source software, long queues. In preventing the above problems, it is necessary to use online training using Jurnal.id software which will make it easier for students to carry out the training. Abstract:
The recommendations or guidelines about nutrition are available from a various distinct source on the internet. On the other hand, nutritional information needed by each person is different according to physical condition or personal preferences of each individual. This becomes a bit complicated because every information provider on the internet has a different understanding in giving foodstuff references to certain nutrients. In this study, an ontology in nutrition domain knowledge was used. The ontology represents explicit specification of pregnancy nutrition domain knowledge. The ontology constructed consists of three basic concepts that is Person, Maternal Condition and PrenNutriFood. To support the provision of nutritional recommendation, three definitions were added to ontology that is determining energy estimates per day, determining the percentage of daily value (DV) of food ingredients and determining the claims of nutrient content in foodstuff. In this study, we implemented the Semantic Web Rule Language to formalize those definitions. Inference from each rule is generated through Pellet as an inference engine. Ontology has been successfully managed with rules and finally produce new knowledge containing the recommendations. The results of inference indicate the expansion of knowledge in ontology

PT.PLN (Persero) merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang berfokus dibidang penyediaan kelistrikan untuk masyarakat di Indonesia. UKKO singkatan dari Unit Kegiatan Kerja Operasional yang ada didalam PT.PLN (Persero). Penerapan sistem UKKO dalam perusahaan dibutuhkan untuk mendukung kegiatan pengarsipan menjadi lebih baik serta mampu meningkatkan kinerja para pegawainya. Studi kasus penelitian ini pada PT.PLN (Persero) khususnya di PT.PLN (Persero) Basecamp Cikupa Tangerang. Permasalahan timbul karena masih digunakannya sistem manual yang berakibat memperlambat kinerja pegawai. Untuk penyelesaiannya, maka PT.PLN (Persero) Tangerang membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi UKKO berbasis website sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni pembuatan sistem informasi UKKO yang dapat dijadikan sumber informasi lengkap, dapat mengurangi kesalahan penginputan dan lebih hemat waktu. The teaching and learning process in lectures is very much determined by the presence of students and lecturers. Abstract:
The application of technology in the health field can facilitate all the work of in particular the registration and processing of data which require speed, accuracy and kevalidan data. The patient's medical record application prototype web-based aim to do the fulfillment of those needs at the clinic. During the process of running the clinic, Karawaci Medika outpatient process with the patient's medical record cards are kept by the clinic that shaped paper patient medical record card so that it is difficult to be found when the patient's medical record data required for the inspection of outpatient and outpatient registration on, patients are required to wait for quite a long time because it is still the manual registration process of the patient. From that problem-solving is obtained i.e. prototype applications can make admin in dealing with patient data, manage and facilitate the registration of patients in outpatient as well as see medical record anytime and anywhere. Abstract:
The aim of this research is to figure out the effect of gender to the online shopping product decision on Pontianak society. Two or more ways analysis of variance know as ANOVA 2, the technique analysis used which manual simultaneously interaction factor, interview, observation and questionnaire are the technique of data collection implemented. Non probability sampling technique with purposive random sampling method with 100 respondents. The result show that there are 50% both the female and male respondents, 45% respondents age range 23-27, 35% last education as bachelor, 38% as private staff and 54% monthly income range 3.000.000., - 4.999.000. Abstract:
Currently the visual communication media is growing very rapidly and often used as a promotional support media to convey information as effectively as possible. Visual communication media can be implemented in a school to promote and introduce the school environment to the wider community to attract the attention of prospective students who will enroll in the next academic year, such as those owned by Multimedia Mandiri Vocational Highschool. Previously the vocational highschool already has a promotional media in the form of brochures, but the brochure contained is felt less effective to promote and provide information about the school because it uses only 1 media so it attracts less attention of the public. With this research, then developed other promotion media in the form of billboards, banners, flyers, pamphlets, signboards, posters, and banners that are expected to attract public attention to Multimedia Mandiri Vocational Highschool information, increasing the number of students in the next academic year, Multimedia Mandiri Vocational Highschool can be recognized in the wider society. This research was made using data collection method, design concept, and SWOT analysis. The development of visual communication media will be made using CorelDRAW X7 application.

Abstract:
Along with the current development of Information Technology is always changing to make the security of an information is very important, especially on a network connected to the internet. But what is unfortunate is that the imbalance between each development of a technology is not accompanied by developments in the security system itself, so that there are quite a lot of systems that are still weak and have to be increased by the security wall. This study aims to design a Web-based App interface to facilitate users or administrators in securing network computers from various types of attacks. The Instrusion detection system (IDS) method is used to detect suspicious activity in a system or network using snort and honeypot. Honeypot is built on a computer along with Apache, MySQL, and Snort. Honeypot will act as a target to attract attackers and log information from the attacker and snort to apply the rules made from the web. The functional system will then be tested using the black box testing method. The results of this study concluded that Web App-based interfaces that are created can be used to help users and administrators in maintaining data and information on server computers from various types of attacks on computer networks

Abstract:
State high schools in Surakarta City have different achievements. To see these achievements, it is necessary to have an expert system that provides information about the achievements of the school to the community, both student achievement and the achievements of teachers or educators. In designing the expertise system of school achievement, it is also necessary to design the database system. Often developers don't pay attention to data security in the database when designing a system. System design is made into the concept of data mapping, Context Diagrams, and Table Relations. Abstract:
Biogas Electrical Power Plant require a good operational system. Good operational system could be mean there is a clear information about the condition from field. To make easier to get information from field, a concept of signal reader which picturing actual condition can be build. In Biogas Electrical Power Plant from POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent), there is a Waste Water Treatment Station. The Operation of Waste Water Treatment Station should be well and safe operated, to reducing hazardous content of the waste water and get Biogas as a side product. On that operation, every equipment in that field need the right information for control purpose. The require signal analysis in waste water treatment station to get information actual condition from field to the main control has been done. It needs some signal such as Actif-unactif Status Indicator, Level Indicator, Flow Meter Indicator, Temperature Indicator, Pressure Indicator for Liquid and Pressure Indicator for Gas, respectively. This kind of signal as an information from field (Waste Water Treatment Station) to make operation easier and safe.

Abstract:
Warehousing data processing based on products entering and leaving the expedition in Super Tata Raya Steel companies has several obstacles in the delivery of information. Data management carried out by the warehouse section of the company is still manual, especially in terms of the recording and bookkeeping system of product receipts and shipments. In dealing with these problems, this research uses several stages among observation, analysis, planning and design methods with object-oriented approaches that use UML (Unified Modeling Language). So that this research can develop it into a system design in the form of web-based applications using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by the pancreas that does not produce enough insulin, so the body works to be disturbed. But by knowing the symptoms that exist, prevention of diabetes mellitus disease can be done as early as possible with the help of expert systems.One method of expert system used to diagnose symptoms of Diabetes Mellitus is Certainty Factor. The process undertaken in this research starts from literature studies, system design, system implementation and the last is testing the system. In the system design process is done by designing the database required by the expert system and also design the system interface design. After the design process is done then the next step is to implement the design into an expert system application. By using this method, the system gives results of possible symptoms experienced, presentation of beliefs, and treatment solutions based on the facts and the value of confidence given by users in filling out questions that have been given by the system.The results of this system are used to help medical personnel and patients in order to identify the symptoms of diabetes mellitus

Abstract:
Along with the development of economic and banking services, the term credit is one of the banking products, in determining credit worthiness required data, information about creditworthiness is an interesting issue to be in carefully. In line with business growth, the leasing or crediting sector (credit), has complex and complex problems and problems in which the data are grouped into two classes, good credit and bad credit. In banking activities the feasibility of credit determination is often the problem of bad debts caused by the failure of partial return of loans provided to the borrowers for it required accurate data prior to lending or credit. So it is appropriate to use data mining classification techniques. This study discusses the Data Mining on the determination of creditworthiness using the K-nn-based Forward Selection algorithm. K-nn algorithm applied to consumer data using credit financial services with the help of Forward Selection. The experimental results show that K-nn in classifying credit risk has accuracy value for K-nn at K = 11 accuracy = 68,30%, and for Forward Selection at K = 9 which accuracy level = 73,60%, using feature Forward Selection can produce a good degree of accuracy, so it can be applied to determine the risk of credit risk eligibility.

Abstract:
The new admission process of selection is a basic rules for determining studying and learning in schools. This process requires precision so that the results are accurate and precise. The selection process for new students are divided into two types of screening, assessment tests and interviews. The purpose of this study is to assist schools in selecting prospective students so that they can be a decision support for new students. Thus, the need for data mining approach to generate information that can support decision-making for new admissions. The algorithm used is a C4.5 decision tree. C4.5 algorithms can support decision making new admissions through the rules generated. The testing process with RapidMiner yield 90.50% accuracy. Based on these tests, the researchers reprocess into the application form to help the school. So, do the questionnaire to the school to investigate the role of applications in the form of 10 questions by 20 teachers and an index of 81.5%. Thus, schools are satisfied with the application and can help the selection process by the school

Abstract:
This research will discuss a system designed to control water use savings. Because water is one of the natural resources of the non-biological. At this point nearly everyone save or hold water in the sump. But, sometimes the water is sure to be closed or turned off so that the water will be wasted over the limit sump. The existence of thisprototype is no more water is wasted down the drain sump over the limit. As for the circuit system used on the prototype consists of a Water Level Sensor as the water sensor, microcontroller (MCU) as Node, Relay switching as that can control the activeand non-active system running, and Solenoid Valve as a valve that cuts or close the stream when the water height is sufficient. So this system aims to control the height of the water in the sump automatically and control the use of water become more efficient

Abstract:
Mlatiharjo is a village in Demak District, Central Java province, it has been well-known as an innovative village because of their various innovations especially in high quality (supreme) seed varieties of fruit and rice. In order to support the production and cultivation of those commodities, information management has been employed but still in simple ways and doesn’t have any information system yet, therefore it often causes mistake in their production estimation. It will impact to their sales service of their commodities toward the buyer, particularly the customer. Another problem is Mlatiharjo’s farmer group does not have any information exchange medium to interact with other business actors who comes from outside their area, whereas those outsider-business actors will buy their product with a higher price. Mlatiharjo’s IbM Program aims to build an Information System which is able to manage the information of Mlatiharjo’s commodities production, especially in farming production. The method employed for developing the system is Prototyping. Meanwhile, the transfer of technology employs mentoring process for the client of program through conducting focus group discussion, workshop dan training. This Commodity Information System is implemented into two kinds of computer application. Firstly, web application that is used for managing the data center and share it to the public who want to capture the information of the mlatiharjo’s product. Secondly, android based mobile application utilized by the farmer who has become a member of cluster-farming group to input the location area mapping data and progress report of production data and also provide a discussion forum among member of the system. The Web Application is built using PHP and the database used MySQL. Mobile Application is implemented using Java Android. As a result, Tani Mahardika Cluster and KSU Citra Kinaraya – Mlatiharjo have a digital-based system to manage their Commodity in order to encourage and strengthen business-production institution through Commodity Information System

Abstract:
Internet technology has proved to be one of the effective and efficient information media in the dissemination of information that can be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. Internet technology has a tremendous effect on commerce or business. Only from home or office space, potential buyers can view the products on the computer screen, access the information, order and pay with the available options. Potential buyers can save time and money because they do not need to come to the store or place of transactions so that from their seats can make a decision quickly. Online transactions can connect sellers and potential buyers directly without being limited by space and time. That means online sales transactions have potential buyers from all over the world. In addition, the company's development is considered a bit slow. Therefore designed an online sales system by using web or internet media with the aim to minimize sales process time with the aim to increase sales volume so that company earnings can increase. In this study the authors use waterfall and observation methods. In the implementation is displayed login and registration process, inputting: product data, product ordering, sales, payments, complaints, testimonials. It can be concluded that this system get information and reports easily. This system also allows consumers to make purchases of desired products. Controlling in recording and data security can be handled properly because each user has their respective passwords and given a menu in accordance with the process to be executed. Website visitors who do not register as consumers, can still see the products that are sold and also testimonials that have been made by consumers

Abstract:
The main purpose of this research is to assess the effect of hedonic shopping value and store atmosphere to the impulsive buying of Carrefour consumen in Pontianak. Double analysis resgresion is the research method used with SPSS version 20.0. Ordinary least square analysis as valid assessment of research. Study research with descriptive analysis method applied. Hedonic shopping value (X1), store atmosphere (X2) is the independent variable, the dependent variabel that is impulsive buying (Y). Questioner as the instrument and research variabel consists of questioner using assessment method based on Silvera theory for independent variabel, otherwise the dependent variabel based on Rachmawati teory and likert scale as the assessment used. The population based on Disdukcapil data is 653.611,the number of respondents accepted is 100 people and accidental sampling as the sampling technique. Based on the partial research, then it is gained 31,92% for store atmosphere variabel (X2) to impulsive buying, otherwise hedonic shopping value (X1) is1,90%. The simultaneous research gained is 59,2% for hedonic shopping value variabel (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) effect positively. The result shows that store atmosphere at Carrefour Pontianak effect consumers in shopping his effect consumers in shopping his money more than hedonic shopping value

Abstract:
Some of the minor illnesses that often occur in the community are often ignored, if the disease is not treated immediately then the impact will be more severe and serious handling, therefore needed a system that can produce information about the possibility of disease in a person's body, so that can be handled more quickly to avoid dangerous diseases. In this study implemented the expert system to diagnose diseases based on mobile devices as the initial stage for first aid before consultation with the doctor. Therefore, it is necessary to design an expert system of mobile disease-based diagnostics, this system uses mobile technology for easy access and can be done anytime and anywhere, in addition to this system using a simple display that can facilitate the use. In this research, the researcher uses forward chaining method supported from data collection through observation and literature study. By simply selecting the age of the user and selecting the perceived symptoms, the user can immediately know the illness he or she is likely to suffer so that the handling of the disease can be done immediately.

Abstract:
Sales Ordering System is a mobile application used by salesman to create sales invoice. With this system, salesman can directly input invoices to server computer at head office using their smartphones. It is possible because there is Virtual Private Network (VPN) that connect server PC with those smartphones. This system has featureof sales invoice which can be done using smartphone browser.The writer implements Scrum which is derived from Agile Methodology in this research to design the system.Scrum is a framework that focus at dividing main goal into several easy-to-achieve goals.Scrum assumed user requirements in a project development cannot be listed completely up front, because they often changed their minds in the process.Testing is done with blackbox method to ensure the feature mentioned above is well implemented.With sales ordering system, companies can achieve one step further in productivity and to give better service and satisfaction to consumer.

Abstract:
Information is important in adding insight and knowledge, if the information can be processed properly and can be delivered properly, then this information can be used as needed. By using technology support, information becomes easier to process and deliver. Virtual Tour, is a technology created to provide information in digital form.Virtual tour has been widely used to introduce a virtual building, but for museum building is rarely available even in North Sulawesi yet. North Sulawesi is part of eastern Indonesia with Manado as the capital has a museum that is the State Museum of North Sulawesi Province. Then the application is developed for the exploration of the State Museum of North Sulawesi province with features of first person view using Unity 3D as a game engine and Google SketchUp as a 3D modeler. The development of this application uses the spiral model and the research methods used are observation and study literature. This application was created to attract visitors to come to the museum and hopefully this application can help visitors to find out more information of historic objects in the museum's main building.
