So the purpose of writing this article is to find out the implementation of science learning using Computer Based Instruction through a simulation model. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. While in this study using data collection techniques, namely using interviews and documentation. The results showed that at MI Ma'arif Darussalam Plaosan had implemented science learning using Computer Based Instruction through a simulation model with visual media where in the learning process itself the teacher gave concrete or real examples by displaying pictures related to learning when learning. take place. The response and enthusiasm of students is more active. In the simulation model there are role models, namely: explaining, intermediary, mentoring and learning while the learning model is the simulation model itself in four stages which are orientation, training, simulation and debriefing stages

Abstract:
This classroom action research aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes after the implementation of the Experimental method in class II SDN Seuneubok China in the first semester of 2017/2018 Academic Year, especially in science subjects, material, energy sources. This research was conducted with classroom action research methods conducted in 2 (two) cycles. Based on the results obtained during the implementation of class action research, it can be explained that student learning outcomes from the initial conditions of student learning outcomes are still low because under KKM ≥70, the class average is only 57.27 with classical learning completeness from 22 students only 8 students (36.36%) completed. In the first cycle after the experimental method was applied the average grade increased to 69.09 with classical completeness of 72.73% but the results have not reached KKM ≥70. In the second cycle, the class average increased again, reaching an average value of 80.45 with classical completeness of 95.46%. With the increase in learning outcomes in each cycle, the action hypothesis can be accepted and thus it can be concluded that the use of the exeriment method can improve the learning outcomes of science materials on energy sources in class II SD Seuneubok State of China

Abstract:
Writing is part of the language skills used to communicate and is considered to be one of the easiest aspects so that errors in descriptive writing are often found. This happens because descriptive writing requires an object that can be described because it requires a learning media that can help these problems. As for the problem of this research is whether through the Picture and Picture model can improve learning outcomes English aspects of writing descriptive texts in class VIII SMPN 2 Peureulak Barat. The purpose of the study was to improve the learning outcomes of English in the aspect of writing descriptive texts through the Picture and Picture model in class VIII of Peureulak Barat Middle School 2. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques. The sample of the eighth grade students of Peureulak West Junior High School 2 research was 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study are Student Worksheets and observation sheets. learning outcomes in cycle 1 are still unsatisfactory from 20 students, who completed only 12 students (60%) while the average score was only 67 and in cycle II 18 of the 20 students had completed their learning outcomes (90%) with an average score Student test scores reach 82.25. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to improve mastery of subject matter that has been studied and accepted by students. This study uses action research developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggert that use a cycle of two rounds. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection, and refining. The target of this study were 28th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Bayeun. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities by processing qualitative values. From the results of the analysis it was found that student learning outcomes experienced an increase from the first cycle of the formative test scores of 72.86 students to 81.79 in the second cycle and students' learning completeness in the first cycle which was 67.86% to 92.86% in the second cycle. The conclusion of this study is that the use of cooperative models of the jigsaw type can positively influence learning motivation, collaboration and increase the value of learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Bayeun, and this learning model can be used as an alternative science or science learning.

In collecting data, researchers used instruments or data collection techniques in the form of granules of test questions totaling 10 items and observation sheets. After the data is collected the researcher conducts data processing and analysis by comparing the results of tests and observations from the initial conditions, the first and second cycles. The results showed an increase in completeness of students in the first cycle to 63% (19 students) from the initial condition which was only 17% (5 students), and at the end of cycle II completeness increased again to 87% (24 students).

Abstract:
This study aims to describe the process of using varied methods in the learning. This research is a school action research by taking 23 research subject. The research was carried out in two cycles of cycles and each cycle consisted of 4 stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The esthabilished performance indicators are that if a minimum of 85% of teachers is classified as capable and good in using varied methods in the learning process, then it can be said that the actions implemented are successful. The aspect measured in assessing the success of the action is the teacher’s understanding of the use of varied methods in the learning process and the results of the implementation of In House Training (IHT) activities. The results of the study show, in the first cycle there was an increase in teacher competence in using varied methods in the learning process properly and correctly namely by 57%, while in the second cycle increased sharply to 91%. Therefore it can concluded that through the implementation of in House Training (IHT)_activities can improve teacher competency in using varied methods in the learning process correctly in SD Negeri 1 Pureulak which is marked by the achievement of performance indicators in cycle II. Thust it can be suggested to other schools that the application of In House Traning (IHT) activities can be applied as an alternative in increasing teacher competence in using varied methods in the learning process.
