Abstract:

This article describes the Role of "Eka Lak Thai" in the development of democracy in Thailand. The author uses qualitative research methods, where the author makes a description, description or painting systematically, factually, accurately about the facts, the properties and relationships between phenomena that are investigated through literature. Thais, Buddhists and Kings are an inseparable part of Thai society which is dictated in the constitution. This has caused democracy in Thailand to be carried out autonomously not absolutely because there is no separation between religion and state, making it difficult for the implementation of democracy. Thai democracy is only ceremonial because it does not open space for freedom of opinion, because the existing tradition is not just a social attribute that can be easily accepted, but the existence of state convictions in Thailand has hardened and become a political identity that fills all space, both political space and social space society. Licensing is the main thing about broadcasting arrangements. In a series of broadcasting regulatory process stages, licensing becomes the decision stage of the state (through KPI and KPID) to provide an evaluation (evaluation) whether a broadcasting agency is eligible to be granted or eligible to continue lease rights over the frequency.Indonesia Regional Broadcasting Commission or KPID is an independent state institution in Indonesia established in each province functioning as a regulator of broadcasting in every province in Indonesia. KPID is an institution capable of controlling the media, especially concerning Broadcasting Permit.License of Broadcasting (IPP) is the right granted by KPID to broadcasters to conduct broadcasting. To date there are seven local private television broadcasters in Banten Province (1.Untirta TV; 2. Baraya TV; 3. CTV Banten; 4. TV3 Tangerang; 5. CCNC; 6. Carlita TV; 7. CTV Network) broadcasting to obtain broadcasting licenses. The results of the study said that in the level of requirements that must be met by local private television broadcasters to obtain IPP, KPID has performed its duties optimally. KPID is always proactive towards local private television broadcasting institutions especially in guiding to complete the necessary conditions so that local TV in Banten Province can meet the requirements needed to manage IPP.However, in the implementation of its role related to the phases of acquisition of IPP, KPID has not played an optimal role in performing its duties and functions. This is because in broadcasting there is still a violation by local private TV in broadcasting concerning the content of the broadcasting. In addition, in taking the policy, KPID is still intervened by the local government in the form of broadcast television broadcasting that is in accordance with local government requests, which KPID should not be interfered by any party considering KPID is an independent institution. So it can be concluded that KPID in general can not perform its duties and functions properly. Kata kunci: KPID, Licensing, and Broadcasting Operating License

Looking at the present condition of the village nationally, special steps are needed in the framework of implementing the Village Law. The parallel steps that must be considered and carried out in order to succeed the implementation of the Village Law include: First, the capacity level of the Village Government, namely the readiness of the Village Tools and Village Institutions (quantity and quality). Quantitatively, most villages currently do not have complete equipment as stipulated in PP 43/2014 article 61-article 64. Meanwhile, the available equipment capacity still needs to be improved. Second, the quality of the compilation of Village Development Planning documents (Village RPJM, Village RKP and Village APB). Based on PP 43/2014, paragraphs 114-115 and PP 60/2014 ps. 20, it is stated that the use of the Village Fund refers to the Village Medium Term Plan (RKPDes) and Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes). The implementation of the Village Law requires the capacity of the village government to master the technical and mechanism of managing trained and professional finance. With a number of issues, the current unprepared capacity makes feedback in efforts to improve the capacity of village financial management, together with all stakeholders (stakeholders), actors in the field, groups of care / volunteers and all village communities, because village funds must be able to promote the village and prosper villagers. Abstract:
The history of conflict among religious believers in Indonesia has existed since theexistence of religion itself. This conflict does not only happen between differentreligions, but also between people in the same religion. Indonesia is a multi-religiouscountry. All the major religions of the world grow and flourish in Indonesia. Not tomention the existence of local religions scattered in various regions. Such conditionslead to high levels of possible inter-religious conflicts in the country. This conflict isquite difficult to stop if there is no concept that can mediate. Pancasila as the basicideology and philosophy of the Indonesian state is considered as an ideal mediatorconcept for the people of Indonesia. Pancasila is not only able tomediate thedifferences that exist because of the diversity of religions, but also the diversity interms of race, ethnicity, language and culture. This research uses a qualitativeapproach and literature study method that aims to find out the paradigm ofthoughtand practice of religious organizations that accept and reject Pancasila againstefforts to strengthen nationalism and harmony of religious communities in Indonesiawith Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) . The results of thisstudy indicate that NU is a religious organization that accepts Pancasila as theideology and basic state of Indonesia. NU also proved to have made efforts in theframework of strengthening nationalism and religious harmony in Indonesia.Meanwhile, HTI isa religious organization that does not want to include the principleof Pancasila in its organization. Therefore, HTI also did not make efforts in theframework of strengthening nationalism because its ideology is contrary to theconcept of nationalism ofthe Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. HTI is alsoseen as lacking in building interfaith harmony in Indonesia.Key Words: Pancasila, Nationalism, Harmony of Religious, NU, HTI
