Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pengembangan wisata olahraga rumpit bike and adventure di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, focus group discusion, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan sampel diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas menggunakan trianggulasi data dan teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Upaya pengembangan wisata yang dilakukan adalah: a) Pembentukan kelompok kerja, b) Penataan bukit rumpit, c) Menggandeng tokoh pemuda, d) Meluaskan jaringan dengan komunitas, e) Pemanfaatan sosial media, e) Pembuatan spot foto, f) Memberlakukan harga tiket masuk, 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya adalah: Pendukung: a) Ada tempat spot foto yang terkini b) peminjaman sepeda gratis, c) Ada tempat dengan pemandangan alam yang menarik, d) Potensial untuk pengembangan sepeda “down hill”. Penghambatnya: a) Sumber dana, b) Lokasinya jauh dari sumber air, c) Akses jalan menuju lokasi belum memadai, d) Beberapa area sudah mulai rusak, 3) Potens: Wisata olahraga ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi media pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani karena: a) Pelajar menggunakan sebagai tempat berkemah, b) Digunakan sebagai tempat outbond, c) Mendorong kemandirian pelajar melalui alam, d) menumbuhkan budaya kerjasama. Dengan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pengembangan wisata olahraga rumpit bike and adventure terlaksana melalui tiga aspek yaitu upaya pengembangan, faktor penghambat dan pendukung serta potensi pengembangan.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik psikologi Atlet pada cabang olahraga Atletik serta membandingkan perbedaan antar nomor event yang terdiri dari nomor Lari, Lempar dan lompat. Penelitian dilakukan pada Atlet UKM Atletik Universitas Negeri Semarang dengan jumlah 27 Atlet Mahasiswa (11 Atlet Sprint, 6 Atlet Lari Jarak Panjang, 6 Atlet Lompat dan 6 Atlet Lempar). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu instrumen Psychological Skill Inventory For Sport (PSIS-IR-5) Oleh Mahoney (1987) dan diadopsi dan dikembangkan pada Negara Deutch yaitu menjadi (PSIS-Youth-Cro) (Sindik et al., 2013). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan analisis karakteristik Psikologi Atlet UKM Atletik adalah sebagai berikut Faktor yang paling dominan dari 6 faktor yang diteliti Motivasi dan Percaya diri. Motivasi paling baik ditunjukkan oleh atlet lempar dan setelah diikuti oleh atlet lompat sprit dan atlet lari jarak jauh, Sedangkan faktor percaya diri paling baik dimiliki oleh atlet lari jarak menengah diikuti alet lempar, sprint dan lompat. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan dari masing-masing nomor event, pada faktor Kecemasan, Persiapan Mental, Motivasi, Perhatian Tim, Konsentrasi dan Percaya Diri. Ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Karakteristik Psikologi Atlet Atlet dari keempat nomor event tersebut tidak memiliki peredaaan berarti.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan groundstroke Mahasiswa UKM Tenis Lapangan Penjaskesrek FKIP UIR. Tenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lapangan Tenis Universitas Islam Riau pada Bulan Oktober 2019.S Instrumen tes dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan groundstroke tenis lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Unit kegiatan Tenis lapangan pada prosi penjaskesrek FKIP UIR sebanyak 23 orang. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 8,70% memiliki hasil groundstroke dengan Kategori Baik Sekali, 13,04% memiliki hasil groundstroke Kategori Baik, 56,52% memiliki hasil groundstroke dengan Kategori Cukup, 17,39% memiliki hasil groundstroke dengan Kategori Kurang, 14,35% memiliki hasil groundstroke Kategori Kurang Sekali. Secara rata rata didapatkan hasil 1. Hasil kemampuan groundstroke forehand didapat skor rata-rata (mean) 28,17, berada pada Kategori Baik. 2. Hasil kemampuan groundstroke Backhand didapat skor rata-rata (mean) 23,09 berada pada Kategori Cukup atau Sedang. 3. Hasil kemampuan groundstroke didapat skor rata-rata (mean) 51,26, berada pada Kategori Cukup.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru kelas terhadap pengembangan diri olahraga Panahan. Hal ini muncul karena siswa cenderung termotivasi terhadap permainan panahan yang diajarkan oleh Guru Penjaskes yang ada disekolah tersebut, sehingga siswa begitu antusias dalam melakukan aktifitas tersebut. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini meliputi 15 Orang guru kelas di SD Islam Al-Azhar Cairo Palembang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala Guttman. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus distribusi frekuensi dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dari variabel kemampuan guru dalam mengajar pengembangan diri dari 10 item yang diajukan, tingkat capaian responden mencapai 86,00%. Kemudian variabel model modifikasi dalam mengajar pengembangan diri dari 10 item yang diajukan, tingkat capaian responden mencapai 89,33%. Dari temuan tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya tingkat capaian pelaksanaan pengembangan diri Kemampuan Guru dan modifikasi olahraga Panahan yang ada disekolah tersebut diklasifikasikan pada kategori Baik.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the level of knowledge and skills to apply the Psychological Skills Training (PST) among the Co-Curriculum Coaches of Malaysian Teachers' Teachers Institute which are randomly selected. A total of 77coches participated in this study consisting of 63 male coaches and 14 female coaches. The instrument for this study is a set of The Sports Psychology Revised Coach-2 (SPARC) questionnaire modified by the researchers based on the suitability. The questionnaire consists of 2 parts namely coaches demography and knowledge level Psychological Skills Training (PST) consisting of 10 items of questions and skilled to apply psychological Skills Training (PST) exercise sports psychology skills (10 items) based on Likert scale five values. An analysis is carried out descriptively involving frequency and percentage. The results based on application training showed that the method of self-talk training was very frequent and always applied, by 10 samples or 12.9%, followed by stress management training method by 6 samples or 7.8% and findings also showed that 66.2% or 51 samples did not apply the biofeedback training session method while training their athletes. Abstract:
Berdasarkan studi awal, masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan objek kontrol siswa PAUD di Kota Pariaman yang masih rendah. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh banyak factor, penulis menduga beberapa factor yang berpengaruh adalah koordinasi mata-tangan, body mass index dan jenis kelamin siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan, body mass index dan jenis kelamin terhadap kemampuan objek kontrol anak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa PAUD di Kota Pariaman. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yang berjumlah 95 anak. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data mengenai koordinasi mata tangan siswa adalah dengan tes M-ABC, body mas index dengan antropometri, jenis kelamin dan kemampuan objek kontrol dengan instrument Test of Gross Motor Skill Second Edition (TGMD-2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan, body mass index dan gender terhadap kemampuan objek kontrol siswa dengan nilai signifikan (Sig) sebesar 0,006 lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05 dan nilai regresi Y= 18.11+0.280X1+0.093X2+0.265X3. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa siswa PAUD di Kota Pariaman dipengaruhi oleh koordinasi mata tangan, body mass index dan gender yang mereka miliki. Semakin baik kriteria koordinasi mata-tangan, body mass index yang dimiliki serta gender akan semakin baik pula kemampuan objek kontrol siswa tersebut.

Abstract:
Objectives: The aim of this study to evaluate the sports activities in Saudi universities from the students perspective also, to investigate the obstacles influencing sports activities in Saudi universities. Methods: This study is used the descriptive approach to study 114 respondents were randomly selected from in some Saudi university. The questionnaire was used study comprises five questions. An online questionnaire was designed by Google forms and was distributed by email and WhatsApp. Results: The study revealed some obstacles that hinder the success of sports activities in Saudi Arabia universities for males are: Sports injuries, Lack of facilities, Lack of tools, Non updated programs, admission conditions are not clear, Lack of student interest to do sport, Lack of time in university time table to do sport, There is no scheduled for the sport activities in Saudi universities, lack of fund and lack of human recourse. Conclusion: Can see the importance to investigate the most important factors to enhance sports activities. As well most of the university's students agree with the important need to enhance the sports activities. In addition, all of the obstacles consider by the student are easy to solve if universities implement important the factors.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan penerapan metode pembelajaran lempar tangkap bola statis dan dinamis dalam meningkatkan gerak dasar passing permainan bola tangan. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya Angkatan 2017 yang memprogram Mata Kuliah T/P Bola Tangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan one group preetest-posttest design. Hasil analisis pada taraf signifikasi (Sig.0.05) menunjukkan t-test metode lempar tangkap bola statis p > Sig.0.05 (2.506 >1.732) dan metode lempar tangkap bola dinamis p > Sig.0.05 (2.614 > 1.732) berarti implikasi kedua metode lempat tangkap bola dapat meningkatkan gerak dasar passing permainan bola tangan. Hasil analisis perbedaan peningkatan antara kedua metode diperoleh p > 0.05 (7.140 >2.201) berarti implikasi metode lempar tangkap bola dinamis lebih baik peningkatannya dibandingkan metode lempar tangkap bola statis dalam pembelajarn gerak dasar passing permainan bola tangan.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor fisik dominan yang dapat mendukung keterampilan bermain sepak takraw yang terdiriri dari servis, mengumpan dan smash. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan sampel atlet sepak takraw yang sudah mewakili kabupaten BARLINGMASCAKEB sebanyak 52 orang atlet. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes fisik dan keterampilan bermain sepak takraw. Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor dominan yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan servis adalah koordinasi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.937, pada keterampilan mengumpan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi adalah koordinasi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.933, serta faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keterampilan smash adalah kekuatan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.603.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang untuk mengetahui sejauh mana cardiorespiratory fitness mahasiswa karena sebagai mahasiswa olahraga tentunya memerlukan aspek kebugaran dalam menjalani setiap perkuliahan khususnya perkuliahan praktik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan utuk melihat hubungan body fat dan physique rating dengan cardiorespiratory fitness mahasiswa. Metode penlitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional, subjek penelitian adalah 46 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan jasmani STKIP Bina Mutiara Sukabumi. Pengukuran menggunakan Bioimpedance Analisys untuk mengukur body fat dan physique rating sedangkan cardiorespiratory fitness menggunakan multistage fitness test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara body fat dan physique rating dengan cardiorespiratory fitness.

Abstract:
Masalah penelitian adalah kurangnya kemampuan motorik kasar tunagrahita di Panti Sosial Bina Grahita Harapan Ibu Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas permainan modifikasi bola basket terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar Tunagrahita di Panti Sosial Bina Grahita Harapan Ibu Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penyandang tunagrahita ringan di Panti Sosial Bina Grahita Harapan Ibu Kota Padang. yang berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik total sampling, maka sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan motorik (Scott Motor Ability Test) untuk mengukur kemampuan motorik anak tunagrahita. Analisa data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis komparasi dengan menggunakan rumus uji beda mean (uji t) dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil : Terdapat efektifitas permainan modifikasi bola basket terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar Tunagrahita di Panti Sosial Bina Grahita Harapan Ibu Kota Padang, dengan perolehan koefisien uji “t” yaitu thitung = 7,87 > ttabel = 1,833.

Abstract:
Multimedia is a more complex learning media, and a means of delivering messages in two or more forms. This study aims to determine the effect of 50 M freestyle swimming course using multimedia on the learning outcomes of student majoring in sports education at FIK UNP. The method used is quasi experiment. The sampling technique is done by using a random sample quota technique. The sample size for each treatment group is 10 people, so the number of samples is 20 people or 50% of the total population. The results of the data normality test calculation used the Kolmogorov Smirnov test at a significance level of 0.05, showing a significance value> 0.05, so that all sample groups in this study came from normally distributed populations. From the hypothesis test using the t test, tcount> ttable or significance ≤ α value (0.05) was produced. The conclusion of the study was the 50 M freestyle swimming course using multimedia significantly affected the learning outcomes of FIK UNP's Sport Education students.

Abstract:
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih belum baiknya keterampilan gerak siswa Sekolah Dasar khususnya di kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Keterampilan gerak dasar anak hanya dapat diperbaiki dan berkembang hingga anak berumur 10 tahun. Lokomotor merupakan elemen gerak dasar yang harus dikuasai setiap anak. Kemampuan lokomotor merupakan fondasi untuk merealisasikan berbagai keterampilan teknik olahraga. Merealisasikan gerak lokomotor didukung aspek fisik diantaranya, kelincahan, koordinasi dan keseimbangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung serta pengaruh simultan variabel kelincahan, koordinasi dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan lokomotor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar berumur 7 sampai 10 tahun laki-laki dan perempuan di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Sumatera Barat. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah 125 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui tes (1) kelincahan dengan shuttle run, (2) koordinasi dengan cable jump, (3) keseimbangan dengan one-food stand. Lokomotor menggunakan instrumen tes TGMD-2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Kelincahan berpengaruh langsung sebesar 36%, Koordinasi berpengaruh langsung sebesar 9,37%, Koordinasi berpengaruh langsung sebesar 8,06% terhadap kemampuan lokomotor. Selanjutnya Kelincahan melalui keseimbangan berpengaruh sebesar 24,01%, Koordinasi melalui keseimbangan berpengaruh sebesar 32,2% terhadap kemampuan lokomotor. Secara simultan Kelincahan, Koordinasi dan Keseimbangan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan lokomotor sebesar 31,7%.

Abstract:
This study aims to see whether or not there is a difference in the influence of the set system and circuit system on the increase in arm muscle explosive power in UNP Padang FIK athletes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research conducted at the PPSP GOR of UNP Development. This study aims to see whether or not there is a difference in the influence of the set system and circuit system on the increase in arm muscle explosive power in UNP Padang FIK athletes. The type of this research was a quasi-experimental study conducted at the PPSP National Development Development Center in the sample. The research was 20 male football players from FIK UNP and consisted of 10 sets of system groups and 10 circuit system groups who were given 16 exercises Data collection techniques using two hand medicine ball push. The collected data is used to test hypotheses using the t test. Before the t test is carried out, the analysis requirements test is carried out, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the 1.2, and 3 hypothesis test using t test statistics can be summarized as follows: (1) The set system does not significantly influence the increase in arm muscle explosive ability. It can be obtained thit 1.74 0.05α. > tt2.26 and p 0.00 0.05α.

Presumably there are several factors that affect the Kata heian yodan, among these factors is the motor ability and concentration. This study aims to explain the contribution of the motor ability and concentration on the mastery of the Kata heian yodan. This research method is quantitative method using data analysis techniques regression and correlation, either single or double. The population in this study is the karateka LEMKARI Dojo Space Lanud Padang enrolled in training, totaling 52 people, with a sample of 32 people were taken by purposive sampling that karateka daughter alone. Measurements ability using Barrow motor data Motor Ability Test were then processed using the formula lewis, to the concentration data using Grid Concentration Test. For mastery of data pegukuran Kata Heian yodan with Rule Of Competition World Karate Federation of the Executive Board of Forki with Kata Scoring Form of Free Game FKTI-INKAI. Based on data analysis results: (1) The components of motor abilities contributed 17.39% to the mastery of the kata heian yodan; (2) Components of concentration contributed 12.47% to the mastery of the word kata heian yodan; (3) Taken together the motor ability and concentration contributed 25.17% to the Heian yodan word mastery, and the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. Based on these results, we can conclude that the motor ability and concentration to contribute jointly towards mastery of the kata heian yodan.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to determine the level of aerobik endurance capability athletes global football school age 14-16 years old Payakumbuh city. This reseach used descriptive research approach. Population of this reseach is amounted 25 athletes. The technique of taked sampling is done by total sampling that all the population sampled with the number of 25 athletes. The data collection using by instrument yo-yo intermitten recovery test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistic technique with percentage counting. The results of this research is showed that 3 peoples (12%) were classified as moderate, 12 peoples (48%) were classified as less, and 10 peoples (40%) had aerobic endurance classified as poor. Conclusion of this reseach is the endurance ability of aerobic athletes global football age 14-16 years old Payakumbuh city is classified in poor cotegory.

Abstract:
The Problems this research were the weakened a scythe athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang.This research aims to to express what is the relationship agility and explosive power limb muscles together to a scythe athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang. Population research is athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang. Technique withdrawal sample with a total of sampling, so samples to research is established as many as 30 people. The result of the analysis data showed that there are relations together between agility and explosive power limb muscles together to a scythe athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang where obtained the first significant α=0,05 and contributing of 46,4%.

Abstract:
Some schools still do not carry out UKS activities as they should. Caused by several factors such as a lack of teacher understanding of the implementation of school health business activities (UKS) in elementary schools and the teacher had never attended a socialization of school health business activities (UKS) in elementary schools. The type of this research is quantitative by using descriptive method which aims to determine the Assessment of the Implementation of Primary School Health Enterprises in Pesisir Selatan District (Case Study in Public Elementary Schools). The instrument in this study is the way researchers assess / fill out observation questionnaires / observation sheets that are in accordance with the UKS assessment issued by the Ministry of Health in collaboration with various ministries in the form of cross-sectoral activities so as to cause more objective information from respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling, from 45 primary schools to 30 primary schools (two schools for one sub-district). The results of the study were obtained from the average research responses of each variable from the Evaluation of the Implementation of Primary School Health Enterprises in Pesisir Selatan District (Case Study in Public Elementary Schools) with an achievement rate of 55.72% and including sufficient interpretation.

Abstract:
Problem in this research that is decreasing achievement of athlete of club NEO Clach Bukittinggi, as for research purpose is to know the relation of speed and hand eye coordination to dribbling ability of club basketball athlete of NEO CLACH Bukittinggi. The method of this research is correlation method. The population of this study is all athletes Bolabasket NEO Clach Bukittinggi amounted to 14 people, sampling in this study was done by total sampling technique. So in this study are sampled is 14 people athletes who follow the training of club bolabasket NEO Clach Bukittinggi. This research was conducted in January 2018, while the research place was conducted in SMA 4 N Bukittinggi. Speed ​​data with a 30-meter speed test, eye-hand coordination data of the Neo Clach Bukititinggi basketball athlete, was taken using a throw ball test to the wall and dribbling ability data with a dribbling zig-zag ability test.The result of data analysis shows that: (1). Speed ​​has a significant relationship to dribbling ability, this is indicated by the results obtained is tcount 2.03> ttabel 1.76 (2). Eye Coordination has a significant relationship to dribbling ability, this is indicated by the result obtained that is tcount 3.48> ttabel 1.76 (3). There is a significant joint relationship between speed and hand-eye coordination with dribbling ability. Obtained Fcount 8.97> Ftable 3.35, with the value R = 0.736 obtained R2 = 0.542, while the contribution is 54.2%.

Abstract:
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in learning volleyball smash through media-based learning. The method used is action research design Kemmis and Taggart. The subjects in this study were students of SMA Santo Tomas X totaling 38 people.Research in cycle 1 meeting performed 3 times, starting from initial tests to measure students' abilities before the given action. After the act of learning undertaken, researchers gave a final test on the students and the result is a complete student as many as 16 students with a percentage of completeness 42.11%, when compared to the success criteria specified actions, namely 80% of the study conducted in cycle 1 could not be said to be successful , The study was continued to cycle 2 with slight changes and additions to the previous learning of each action and the second cycle will be implemented as much as 3 meeting. The final test in cycle 2 showed excellent improvement as many as 32 students get finished with a percentage of 84.21%. In other words, this study also no longer need to be continued because it is in accordance with the criteria of success of 80%.Based on these results we can conclude that: 1) through media-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning smash volleyball, 2) the application of media-based learning gives students the convenience and can motivate students in implementing the learning.
