Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stimulus Taktil Kinestetik (STK) terhadap perubahan fisiologis bayi prematur yang memperoleh Perawatan Metode Kanguru (PMK). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experiment dengan pretest-posttest two-group design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 39 bayi prematur yang dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Kelompok intervensi 20 bayi prematur dilakukan STK dengan durasi 15 menit dan kelompok kontrol 19 bayi prematur tanpa perlakuan. Pengukuran fisiologis pernafasan, denyut jantung, suhu dan berat badan pada kedua kelompok yang dilakukan hari ke 1 dan hari ke 5. Analisis uji statistik menggunakan Paired t-test dan Independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh perlakuan STK terhadap penurunan pernafasan, penurunan denyut jantung, peningkatan suhu dan peningkatan berat badan pada kelompok intervensi. Kelompok kontrol tanpa perlakuan menunjukkan ada pengaruh peningkatan suhu dan peningkatan berat badan. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kondisi fisiologis bayi prematur pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Simpulan, pemberian perlakuan STK pada kelompok intervensi berpengaruh terhadap perubahan fisiologis bayi prematur. Kata Kunci: Perawatan Metode Kanguru, Prematur, Stimulus Taktil Kinestetik

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan praktik pemberian makanan dan praktik kesehatan pada balita yang memiliki status gizi kurang di Desa Sekip, Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik kluster dan teknik acak sederhana (gulungan kertas). Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan balita yang mengalami kejadian kurang gizi sebanyak 34% sedangkan praktik pemberian makan dan praktik kesehatan yang diterapkan ibu kepada anak balita sebagian dikategorikan tidak baik yaitu 56 orang (56%) dan 54 orang (54%). Simpulan ada hubungan antara praktik pemberian makan dan praktik kesehatan terhadap gizi kurang pada balita. Kata Kunci: Balita, Gizi Kurang, Praktik Kesehatan, Praktik Pemberian Makan

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pemberian posisi Semi Fowler terhadap saturasi oksigen pada pasien PPOK. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan One Group Pre-Post Test Design. Hasil penelitian pada 30 responden PPOK menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai saturasi oksigen sebelum diberikan posisi Semi Fowler yaitu 89,47. Setelah diberikan posisi Semi Fowler selama 30 menit, rata-rata nilai saturasi oksigen pasien PPOK mengalami peningkatan yaitu 95,83. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji paired t-test menunjukkan bahwa hasil sig (2-tailed) atau nilai r = 0,0001. Simpulan, terdapat peningkatan antara nilai saturasi oksigen setelah diberikan posisi Semi Fowler. Kata Kunci: PPOK, Saturasi Oksigen, Semi Fowler

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap orang tua dengan kejadian obesitas pada anak usia 6-12 tahun di SD Negeri 1 Banyuasri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua yang memiliki sikap positif terhadap obesitas pada anak usia 6-12 tahun adalah sebanyak 24 orang (53,3%) dengan anak yang mengalami obesitas sebanyak enam orang (13,3%). Hasil analisa data dengan uji Chi-Square memperoleh nilai 0,000 atau p<α (0,05). Simpulan, ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap orang tua dengan kejadian obesitas pada anak usia 6-12 tahun di SD Negeri 1 Banyuasri. Kata Kunci: Anak Usia 6-12 Tahun, Obesitas, Sikap Orang Tua

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran pengetahuan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini oleh guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian crossectional dengan menggunakan Chi-Square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di PAUD Aisyiyah X Gading Cempaka sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini di PAUD Aisyiah X Kota Bengkulu dari 20 guru, kategori berpengetahuan baik berjumlah 11 responden (50%), kurang sebanyak delapan responden (20%) dan cukup sebanyak dua responden (10%). Simpulan, gambaran pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini di PAUD Aisyiah X Kota Bengkulu sebagian besar tergolong berpengetahuan baik. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman ibu usia remaja saat melahirkan anak di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dalam penelitian ini didapat tujuh partisipan ibu remaja yang berusia antara 19-21 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara mendalam terkait pengalaman persalinan di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik desain triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan 11 tema yaitu: usia dan pendidikan terakhir ibu, definisi persalinan, tahap persalinan, perasaan ibu ketika melahirkan, tindakan yang dilakukan ketika ibu usia remaja merasa cemas, perlakukan keluarga yang diberikan untuk perawatan bayi, pendapat tentang sikap yang diberikan keluarga kepada ibu, reaksi ibu dalam menghadapi perlakuan keluarga, pola yang ibu terapkan dalam proses menghadapi persalinan di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan dukungan yang diperoleh ibu muda dalam perawatan bayi ketika sakit. Simpulan, ibu usia remaja yang melahirkan selama pandemi COVID-19 menderita cemas tingkat sedang dan minimnya dukungan keluarga saat melahirkan serta menerima perlakuan dengan kualitas akses pelayanan kesehatan yang kurang. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengembangkan metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat dalam pendidikan berkelanjutan melalui e-learning di ruang rawat inap. Metode yang digunakan adalah pilot project mulai dari pengumpulan data, analisis masalah, penetapan prioritas masalah, penyusunan plan of action, implementasi serta evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah pembelajaran e-learning didapatkan data ada kenaikan ilmu pengetahuan perawat diruang rawat inap bedah dengan rata-rata kenaikan dari pretest sampai post test sebesar 29,59%. Kepuasan pasien terhadap mutu asuhan keperawatan sebesar 55% merasa puas, sementara 45% merasa tidak puas. Kepuasan perawat yang menyatakan bahwa perawat puas terhadap profesi keperawatan adalah 96%, sedangkan tidak puas sebesar 4% dari total responden 28 perawat. Perawat yang menyatakan bahwa pelatihan berkelanjutan melalui e-learning dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan adalah sebanyak 12 perawat (setuju) dan 16 perawat (sangat setuju) dari 28 responden. Simpulan, metode pembelajaran pendidikan berkelanjutan melalui e-learning mampu meningkatkan kompetensi perawat di ruang rawat inap bedah. Kata Kunci: CPD, E-Learning, Kepuasan, Perawat

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang makna perawatan Diabetes Melitus (DM) tipe 2 untuk klien lansia di wilayah kerja puskesmas Cimahi Selatan dan bagaimana mereka memaknai pengalaman tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah klien lansia dengan DM tipe 2. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil rekaman wawancara dan catatan lapangan yang dianalisis dengan teknik Collaizi. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi enam tema, diantaranya yaitu; 1) respon fisik yang dialami penderita DM; 2) respon psikologis yang dialami penderita DM; 3) kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan; 4) kepatuhan terhadap diet; 5) upaya untuk mencapai kesembuhan; 6) harapan penyandang DM. Simpulan, dari enam informan yang mengalami DM, mereka mengalami beberapa masalah fisik dan psikologis, ada yang tidak patuh dengan diet dan cara parisipan mengatasi masalah ada yang menggunakan obat farmakologis dan juga non farmakologis. Selain itu, walaupun sudah lama menderita DM, hampir semua partisipan berharap untuk sembuh dari penyakitnya. Kata Kunci: Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2, Kualitiatif, Merawat

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan terapi psikoedukasi terhadap self-care activity pada penderita diabetes mellitus di RW 07 wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cimahi Tengah. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian one grup pretest-posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita diabetes millitus tipe 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan consecutive sampling sebanyak 11 responden. Terapi psikoedukasi diberikan selama 5 kali pertemuan dalam 21 hari dan pengukuran self-care activity menggunakan kuesioner SDSCA, lalu data diolah dengan menggunakan analisa univariat (mean, SD, 95% CI, dan Min-Max) dan bivariat (uji t-dependen). Hasil pretest diperoleh 10,63 dan postest-nya adalah 23,00 serta Pvalue 0.001. Simpulan, terdapat pengaruh terapi psikoedukasi terhadap self-care activity pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan panduan dan memberikan gambaran dalam mengupayakan optimalisasi kesehatan staf keperawatan di rumah sakit umum di Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pilot project mulai dari pengumpulan data, analisis masalah, penetapan prioritas masalah, penyusunan plan of action, implementasi dan evaluasi. Responden penelitian adalah kepala ruangan sebanyak 54 dan staf keperawatan sebanyak 479. Analisis masalah dilakukan dengan menggunakan diagram fishbone. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ada masalah berupa belum optimalnya penerapan perilaku perawat sehat yang disebabkan belum adanya panduan perawat sehat, belum disusunnya SPO dan masih ada perawat yang belum mengetahui terkait dengan perilaku perawat sehat. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola shift yang digunakan rumah sakit selama masa pandemi. Desain penelitian menggunakan sistematik review melalui database online seperti Science direct, EBSCOhost, Scopus, ProQuest, Google Scholar dan sumber pencarian lainnya. Proses pemilihan artikel menggunakan metode PRISMA. Jumlah artikel yang diperoleh adalah 795, kemudian hanya 11 yang digunakan dalam tinjauan ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola shift selama masa pandemi meliputi (1) 12 jam per shift; (2) 6 jam per shift; (3) 4-8 jam dengan pembagian waktu dalam shift; (4) pola 7-7-10; (5) jadwal kerja fleksibel, interval pendek; (6) tiga tahap rotasi dan rencana karantina 14 hari. Simpulan, pola shift 12 atau 6 jam tanpa istirahat berdampak tidak baik bagi kesehatan perawat, sedangkan pola shift lain cenderung memperhatikan kesehatan dan keselamatan perawat di masa pandemi. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan poster terhadap kepedulian mengurangi nyeri pada prosedur penusukan tumit dan pembuluh darah vena. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-eksperiment one-grup pre dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kepedulian perawat sebanyak 26 orang (49,1%), 95% CI pada rentang 0,35-0,63 dengan P-value sebesar 0,001. Simpulan, terdapat peningkatan kepedulian perawat dalam upaya mengurangi nyeri pada neonatus setelah penerapan poster. Kata Kunci: Kepedulian Perawat, Nyeri, Penusukan Tumit, Poster

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi diabetes terhadap kadar glukosa darah pada pasien DM tipe 2. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan one group pre-post-test design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kadar glukosa darah setelah dilakukan intervensi berupa edukasi diabetes dengan p-value = 0,000. Kadar gula darah rata-rata (mean) sebelum intervensi adalah sebesar 244,19 dan setelah intervensi sebesar 166,06. Simpulan, pemberian edukasi diabetes sebagai salah satu penatalaksanaan diabetes dapat mempengaruhi manajemen diri pasien DM tipe 2, salah satunya dengan monitoring gula darah. Keberhasilan pemberian edukasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti faktor pasien, pendidik atau pemberi edukasi dan lamanya edukasi yang diberikan. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap keikutsertaan Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) dalam pemeriksaan Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa nilai p adalah sebesar 0,001 (p<ɑ 0,005). Simpulan, ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan keikutsertaan WUS dalam pemeriksaan inspeksi visual asam asetat di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Blahbatuh II. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi perawat pelaksana tentang peran dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap 4 tema terkait dengan persepsi perawat pelaksana tentang peran dalam melaksanakan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Medan. Simpulan, empat tema persepsi perawat tentang peran dalam melaksanakan keselamatan pasien yaitu: 1) kejadian yang hampir menyebabkan bahaya bagi pasien; 2) peran dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien; 3) faktor pendukung pelaksanaan peran dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien; 4) faktor penghambat pelaksanaan peran dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan panduan peran dan fungsi kepala bidang keperawatan. Metode studi ini merupakan studi kasus dengan analisis situasi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen. Tahapan dimulai dari pengkajian, identifikasi masalah, analisis masalah, penetapan prioritas masalah dan membuat plan of action. Implementasi dimulai dari penyusunan rancangan panduan dan selfasesment, hiring expert, sosialisasi dan evaluasi. Studi ini merupakan sebuah proyek inovasi yang sudah memiliki izin dari Rumah Sakit Jakarta. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran dan fungsi kepala bidang keperawatan berpotensi ditingkatkan. Inovasi dikembangkan dengan membuat panduan dan selfasessment mengacu pada literatur yang mencakup tiga peran utama manajerial dan lima fungsi manajemen. Uji coba pengisian tools selfassesment dapat dilaksanakan. Simpulan dan fungsi kepala bidang keperawatan sangat penting dalam mendukung tata kelola keperawatan dan meningkatkan kinerja. Abstract:
This study aims to find a website that strives to wash the hands seven of the early childhood school children in Aisyiyah 1 Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. The research design used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest. The results showed that before the intervention was given the first-star category, there were 27 people (90%). The children got the second-star sort as many as three people (10%), while the number of respondents after being given the intervention experienced an increase in ability and the third-star category was seven people ( 23.3%) and get IV stars as many as 23 people (76.7%), and the bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the method of increasing the handwashing ability of seven early childhood in Aisyiyah 1 Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. Abstract:
This study aims to explore the experiences of ODHA patients in physiological adaptations in Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative research with survey methods and in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview). The results showed that the knowledge aspect of the three informants understood and knew about HIV / AIDS. Elements of the problem of physiological adaptation are obtained in the form of continuous diarrhea, continued appetite, drastic weight loss, fatigue when on the move, insomnia or sleep disturbances, itchy skin, infection of the skin, uncomplicated illness (fever, flu, and cough), joint pains, tingling sensation, forgetfulness, low vision, and refusing to open up to the surrounding environment. The aspect of ODHA experience in overcoming the problem of physiological adaptation is that ODHA not only depends on ARV drugs, but they use other medications according to complaints and use herbal medicines. In conclusion, the three informants understand HIV / AIDS, have many problems that arise in physiological adaptation, and how ODHA to overcome the problem of physiological adaptation, namely traditional and pharmacological ways. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the factors that influence early marriage in Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency. This research method is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach. The results showed that the factors that influence early marriage in Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency include knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.004), parents' income (p = 0.001), exposure to information media (p = 0.901), the influence of peers (p = 0.569), the role of parents (p = 0.000), the number of family members (p = 0.039), while the factor that did not affect early marriage in Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency was exposure to information media (p = 0.901), peer influence (p = 0.569), and culture (p = 0.104). Abstract:
This study aimed to see the comparison of blowing bubbles and blowing bamboo blades to the respiratory frequency of children with asthma in the Edelweiss Room, DR. M. Yunus Bengkulu Year 2019. The research design used was a quasi-experimental research. The univariate analysis results showed that the average respiratory rate before and after doing super bubble blow therapy was in the moderate category (26.91) and after the intervention was in the medium type (25.30). The average respiratory frequency before and after blowing the bamboo propeller was moderate (26.69) and light (24.81). The bivariate analysis results showed that there was an effect of blowing bubbles on respiratory frequency in children with a value of p = 0.000, and there was an effect of blowing bamboo propellers on respiratory frequency in children with asthma with a value of p = 0.007. In conclusion, there is no difference in superbubbles blowing therapy's effectiveness by blowing bamboo propellers in children with asthma. Abstract:
The study aimed to determine the description of the analysis of 0.9% NaCl compresses to reduce post-Fertula AV insertion pain in patients with chronic renal failure during hemodialysis. The research design is a simple descriptive research method with a case study approach, and administration of 0.9% NaCl compress therapy. The study results during the compress pain reduction occurred in the subject I and subject II; there was no allergy, both questions looked comfortable, there were no complaints of increased pain, no gestures or expressions that showed massive pain when compressed. Complaints of pain felt by the two subjects from the first hour to the fourth hour always experience a decrease in pain scale. In conclusion, there is a decrease in pain scale in question I and subject II between 2-1 every time it is compressed for four meetings. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of elderly exercise on decreasing hypertension in elderly who experience hypertension in Posbindu Cempaka Permai Bengkulu City. This study uses a pre-experimental method. The results showed in the intervention group, the average reduction in systolic blood pressure was 21.00 mmHg, from 171.50 mmHg to 150.50 mmHg. In contrast, the average reduction in diastolic blood pressure was 13.00 mmHg, from 103.00 mmHg to 90, 00 mmHg. Based on the t-dependent test results, obtained (p-value = 0,000) for systolic results and for diastolic results (p-value = 0,000). In conclusion, there is the influence of elderly exercise on decreasing blood pressure before and after the elderly's exercise in hypertensive elderly in Posbindu Cempaka Permai Bengkulu City. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of pain with the implementation of early mobilization and early ambulation in post-op fracture patients with lower extremities in the Seruni room of RSUD dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu. The research design used in this study was a cross-sectional design. The results of the study, patients who did mobilization activities amounted to 82.9%. Patients who did not mobilize to 17.1% of patients who carried out ambulation activities amounted to 82.9%. Patients who did not perform ambulation activities amounted to 17.1%, pain moderate amounted to 77.1%, and severe pain amounted to 22.9%. In the chi-square test results, the value of p-value = 0,000. This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and work conflict on nurses' performance in the inpatient ward of the Kepahiang Regional General Hospital. This type of research is descriptive-analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. Statistical test results from 80 respondents: as many as 39 respondents (48.8%) have low work stress, and 41 (52.1%) respondents have high work stress. as many as 43 respondents (53.8%) stated there was no conflict, and 37 (46.2%) respondents stated that there was a conflict, the results of continuity correction for work stress (P) = 0,000 <α = 0.05 and continuity work conflict correction (P) = 0.000 <α = 0.05. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to study how to analyze the intervention of giving marital therapy to decrease the intensity of labor in the first stage of the active phase in the Walnut Room of Pelni Hospital in Jakarta. The type of descriptive research chosen for the investigation to be carried out is a case study. The results of the survey before the administration of marital therapy found that subject I had a chance, pain scale 7 (severe pain), looked anxious, tense, pain disappeared, facial expressions grimaced. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the influence of ergonomic exercise on reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at the Center for Sponsorship and Elderly Care. The method used in this research is the quasi-experiment method with one group pre and post-test design. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in the average systolic blood pressure before and after the ergonomic exercise was 14.00, and the diastolic blood pressure before and after the ergonomic practice was 8.00. This study aims to determine the effect of diabetes exercise on reducing blood glucose levels in people with diabetes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design with a simple case study approach. A case study conducted in 5 days for 30 minutes showed that Diabetes Gymnastics was effective in reducing blood sugar levels in people with Diabetes Mellitus by 7.1%. This study aims to determine the effect of baby shark music therapy on preschoolers' anxiety at Pelni Hospital in Jakarta. This research method is a simple descriptive method with a research design that is a case study. The results of case study research with baby shark music therapy have an effect that can reduce the level of anxiety in children while in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to study the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. Research design This study was a cross sectional study The results of this study showed no significant relationship between age and anemia in third trimester pregnant women (p = 0.23). The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between pregnant women with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women (p = 0.041). The results of this study also showed a significant relationship between the distance of pregnancy with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women (p = 0.04). The results of this study showed no significant relationship between the frequency of ANC with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women (p = 0.30). The conclusion in this study is related to the number of pregnancies and the distance of pregnancy with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of warm compress therapy with the aroma of jasmine essential oil on the decrease in pain intensity in post SC patients in the hospital. Bhayangkara Kindergarten III Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research, with pre-experimental research methods, using the design of one group pre-test - post test design. Univariate analysis results obtained pain intensity of post SC patients before warm compresses performed with the aroma of jasmine essential oil are 15 people (100%) of respondents experienced moderate pain with a range of 4-6 scale. While the intensity of post SC patients' pain after warm compresses with jasmine essential oil were 12 people (80.0%) of respondents experienced mild pain with a scale range of 1-3, and 3 people (20.0%) of respondents with moderate pain intensity with a range scale 4-6. The aim of this research is to study the experience of People With HIV AIDS (PLWHA) Injection Drugs Users (IDUs) while undergoing anti-retroviral (ARV) and Methadone therapy. This qualitative research method uses a phenomenological approach. The interview transcript was analyzed by the Colaizi analysis stage. The analysis showed that ODHA of IDU felt physically normal and had a positive psychosocial life. Participants experience feelings of saturation with routine and obligation and are often seized with feelings of fear. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of dance movement therapy on changes in blood pressure in hypertensive elderly. The design of this study uses a quasi experimental pre-post with control group of 36 respondents including the treatment group and the control group. The results showed a significant difference in changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after being given a dance movement therapy treatment (t = 2.781, p = 0.013), t = 2.465, p = 0.025), and changes in systole and diastolic blood pressure after intervention in the control group (t = 1.458, p = 0.163), t = 0.606, p = 0.552). Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to explain the benefits of the application of e-learning systems to new nurses in hospitals. The research design used in this study uses the literature review method. The results of young research that is 22-25 years most use E-learning with a percentage of 45.16%. Conclusions, implementation of the orientation of new nurses with the E-learning method can provide effective results. E-learning provides a variety of positive benefits for new nurses in facing work preparation in the practice field. E-learning not only provides a theoretical provision, but also provides psychological support because it can reduce the level of anxiety faced by new nurses.
