Abstract:
The background of this research is the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world, including in the Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Various efforts had been made by the government, religious institutions, and traditional institutions. Dayak traditional institutions in Landak Regency and all traditional administrators in various Dayak villages in Landak Regency carried out Balala' traditional rituals to prevent transmission. The purpose of this study was to describe the perceptions and reasons for the Dayak indigenous people to carry out the Balala' ritual concerning efforts to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19. This study used a qualitative method, where data was taken by observation, literature study, and interviews. Interviews were conducted by going down the field and also interviews via WhatsApp. The data analysis technique used an interactive model. The results showed that the Balala' ceremony which was held by the Kanayatn Dayak people in the Landak Regency of West Kalimantan, was believed by those who attended it to be able to free them from the attack of this COVID-19 outbreak, because of three things, namely: (1) they had invited Jubata to come on during the Balala' ritual so Jubata would protect them; (2) The traditional Balala' ceremony is in line with the government's call for social distancing; and (3) those who had been Balala' are clean so that the COVID-19 virus cannot enter them. This research needs to be continued especially to see firsthand the effectiveness of the traditional Balala’ ceremony on the transmission of the Covid-19 and the impact of this pandemic on the social, cultural, and economic life of the Dayak indigenous people.

Abstract:
Water pollution is a change condition in a water reservoir such as lakes, rivers, oceans, and groundwater due to human activities. This pollution causes many aquatic organisms to die and causes various diseases. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to deal with water pollution. The solution was given in the manufacture of a simple water purifier that can be used at home, namely the Frufous water purifier system. The method used in this research was research and development (R & D) with a level of difficulty at level 1, namely researching without testing the product. The product was researched and developed as an alternative water filter by applying the Frufous system (From Us For Us). Validation of this product was carried out internally in a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The product had been repaired according to the judgment and suggestions of expert and practitioner opinions. The product design had been declared internally tested. The results of this research and product development showed products that are original, functional, complex, and authentic. The Frufous water purifier system was complex so that it could filter dirty water into clean and clear water, compared to being untreated/filtered. This research was expected to be used as an inspiration for research ideas to be applied at an advanced level of difficulty, which can be tested externally and applied en masse.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the comparison of external and internal influences on stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses quantitative methods from secondary data of financial analysis on 16 companies from 30 companies on the IDX Index that have a high level of liquidity and have a large capitalization selected by the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) with several selection criteria, the selection is carried out by the IDX regularly 2 times every year, namely in February and August. from 2014-2018 and data from Bank Indonesia on economic growth and inflation in the same year. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results show that the influence of external factors in the form of economic growth and inflation is more dominant than the company's internal factors in the form of DY (Dividend Yield), EPS (Earning Per Share), ROE (Return On Equity), PER (Price Earning Ratio) affect stock returns. Implementation for companies that go public needs to pay attention to the dynamics of environmental changes, especially the inflation rate which can cause investors to sell their shares, while this phenomenon is an opportunity for some investors to get a cheaper share price than many other investors have released.

Abstract:
The shortest path continues to be a trend until now that is always discussed and developed. This study focuses on the construction process and description of the students' understanding in deciding the shortest route based on the matrix iteration according to the Floyd-Warshall algorithm. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research and the data collection technique is a test technique. The research data included problem-solving by four students with different abilities and the result data were analyzed inductively. The results showed that the matrix iteration with the formula for determining the entry of the iteration matrix xn = minimum(dijk-1, dikk-1 + dkjk-1) was followed without any constraints by all students until the 7th iteration. It was found that the inaccuracy of taking entries in the 1st iteration by students with low ability caused calculation errors and failure in finding the shortest route.

Abstract:
West Kalimantan Province, as one of provinces in Indonesia which has specific geographical condition is bordering with East Malaysia through official Cross-Border Post between Entikong and Tebedu, Badau and Lubuk Antu, Aruk and Biawak, and no less than fifty path ways (not official) can be passed to get in and get out to and from East Malaysia region. This geographical encouraged trafficking improvement to abroad with various modes. In fact, trafficking was affected by many factors, including stigma, poverty, lack of education, family resilience, and other factors, where women and children are the victim. The aim of this research to reveal how is the legal protection for the victim. Although there were many studies had been done about it, but the focus of this research is the obstacles face to give legal protection for the victims of trafficking in West Kalimantan border, where the top of the problem is victims role, sometimes they don’t realize that they are the victims, so legal protection effort as stipulated in Trafficking Rules was not optimal. Through socio-legal research found an interesting thing, the lack of victim realized they were victims who have to get legal protection, so complicated a legal assistant for legal effort. Beside of that, trafficking as transnational crime and organized, it is complicated for legal enforcement, because of trafficking perpetrators are in the state border cross. Abstract:
The development of infrastructure in Indonesia was increasing. The government focuses on boosting infrastructure development to create long-term economic growth. Therefore, a qualified infrastructure was a standard of an advanced rapidly economy. One of them is under construction was road and toll road infrastructure. As a result of the development was the occurrence of the increasing volume of vehicles on the road. Due to this resulting in an increased load reposition and also increased vehicle load on the road, it was then combined with a wet tropical climate or humid warm areas in Indonesia that have high rainfall and temperatures that can reach 38oC, resulting in structural damage such as cracks, rutting, stripping, and pothole. Performance from pavement also declined faster than the estimated plan. Roads in Indonesia mostly use the type of concrete asphalt mixture. Characteristics for concrete asphalt prioritize stability. In fact, the most important thing was the stability and durability of the road. Various ways can be done to overcome the road damage and acquire the ideal characteristics such as the use of added materials to Hot Mix Asphalt. To improve the performance of pavement characteristics, the use of added materials was expected to overcome problems that are affected by temperature, weather, increased vehicle volume, and increased traffic load. The added materials are to enhance Reacted and Activated Rubber (RAR) which was a developed crumb rubber to increase durability and keep the level of road pavement stability.

Conflicts of interest between developed and developing countries can not be avoided in economic globalization. In the fight, there is domination and hegemony of economic concentration by economic actors from developed countries. The convergence of an accommodative economic system, which does not separate categorically between the capitalistic and socialist market economies, needs to be considered in the reform of Indonesian economic law.

Abstract:
Humans as God's creatures are given freedom of human rights from birth. As a citizen, it is necessary that the State shall be obliged to protect the freedom of the rights of its citizens. However can’t be denied the freedom of human rights between human beings with each other in fact lead to differences in interests that led to the emergence of conflicts that often lead to the occurrence of fatalities and loss of property. Whereas one of the citizens' rights is free to live anywhere within a territory of the State. Likewise with citizens of Indonesia, in the Constitution of the State has guaranteed the freedom to reside within the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the experience of conflicts in the country, with the post-conflict handling of those who had previously conflicted it can be reunited in living a harmonious life, but unlike the conflict that occurred in Sambas Regency in 1999 between ethnic Malays and Madurese which has been over the years and with post-conflict efforts that have been done until now people in Sambas district have not been able to accept the presence of Madurese in Sambas Regency.
