Abstract:
The necessity of discovering ways to form and develop value orientations of the younger generation makes the research topical. Value orientations are formed under the influence of various sociocultural factors, but there is also a regulated factor – upbringing. In upbringing and education, we can use communication through art. The purpose of this study was to determine the possibilities of a street art project as a means of forming and developing value orientations of the younger generation. The study was conducted in 2015-2021 within the framework of the projects: “Odessa Street Art Festival”, “Travel of the TIS robot in time”, “Along the paths of the Jewish history”, “Flying over Odessa”. The idea of creating a street art object as a cultural and educational project belongs to Aleksey Shkurat, the head of the Peach art studio. The survey method (questioning and conversation) was used to analyze the value orientations of children and adolescents who took part in the experiment (387 participants). The experimental work was divided into three stages. At the first stage, we conducted a pre-experimental research, which was to identify the initial value orientations of children and adolescents from 7 to 15 years old. The respondents filled in the questionnaire with the measured value categories “education as a value”, “art as a value”, “culture as a value”. The second stage of the experiment was direct involvement in the projects. The third stage of our experimental work was the formative experiment. We made a questionnaire and sent it by e-mail to all the respondents. The results of processing the data obtained indicate the positive dynamics of the respondents’ value orientations development. Compared with the results of the pre-experimental research, the level of the value orientations development (measured value categories “education as value”, “art as value”, “culture as value”) increased by 38%. The results of the experiment proved that the use of a street art project has a positive effect on the children and adolescents’ value orientations development.

Abstract:
The process of creating school textbooks is continuous and is based on positive retrospective experience and modern demands of society to the content of education. Under such conditions, the study of the attitude of practising teachers and scholars towards textbooks for primary school in the second half of the nineteenth – early twentieth centuries is relevant for pedagogical science. The article analyses the ideas of Western Ukrainian teachers of the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries on the problem of compiling and using school textbooks, their role in education. The analysis of positive and negative characteristics of textbooks for primary school of the period under study is carried out. The main socio-economic and political factors influencing the state and functioning of textbooks for primary school are considered. The aim of the article is to analyse publications and ideas of Western Ukrainian teachers and scholars towards the structure of textbooks for primary school, scientific and accessible content, brevity, accuracy and quality of presentation, the language of textbooks, clarity of definitions, unambiguous use of terms. The research methodology involved: bibliographic search, comparative analysis, systematization and theoretical generalization, content analysis for analytical processing of literature. During the period under study, theoretical substantiation of textbooks for primary school structure, content, didactic principles of text construction began. The importance of visual instruction in primary school was emphasised. Numerous examples have shown the fact that teachers' dissatisfaction with school textbooks was due to excessive volume, numerous unsuccessful passages of texts with dry content, complex, unsuitable for the children’s style, terms and long sentences. Their main flaw was that the material was presented in a dry and tendentious way, thus creating obstacles to the development of interest in independent reading outside the school.

Abstract:
Socio-economic and technological changes arising in connection with the transition to information society require the modernization of the existing education system and the revision of the attention given to self-education. Research in this area helps to clarify the theory of self-education, personal development, the use of information technology in the educational process. In the context of informatization of education, the development of students' self-education activities changes the structure and content of education, stimulates the formation and development of each individual's abilities, allows the individual to choose the path of learning. It is important to ensure the innovative self-learning environment of the university, the integration of pedagogical and information technologies combined with a single idea in the educational process, the organization of the educational process in the interests of graduates to form their own development and self-realization needs. In accordance with the set goal, the following main objectives of the study were identified: 1) to determine the degree of problem development and the socio-historical preconditions for the development of students' self-education activities in the context of informatization of education; 2) to determine the conditions of pedagogical expediency of the use of information technology tools, as well as the regularities affecting the development of self-education activities of students; 3) to theoretically substantiate the motivation- and activity-driven approach that determines the development strategy of students' self-education activities in the context of informatization of education; 4) to develop and theoretically substantiate the pedagogical concept on the development of students' self-education activities in the context of informatization of education; 5) to develop a model for the development of students' self-education activities in the context of informatization of education, to identify examples and to substantiate the technology; 6) to discover the opportunities of an innovative self-education environment at the university and create optimal conditions for the development of students' self-education. Informatization of education, without changing the nature of self-education activities, enriches the teaching process with the methodology of optimal use of information technology, changes the methods and ways to achieve the ultimate goal and helps to create favorable conditions for successful individual development. The development of students' self-education takes place under the influence of a specially organized innovative self-education environment, which ensures the formation of necessary knowledge and self-education skills related to the self-development motivation, forms and methods of self-education and self-education. In our research work, these issues have been broadly interpreted. The main objective of the study is to examine the role of ICT in the development of self-education of students.

Abstract:
The experience of countries operating in market conditions shows that, among other factors, the proper formation of young people in terms of specialities and professions plays an important role in improving the living standards of the population, significantly reducing poverty. The theory of partnership has been formed not once, but within a long development of philosophical, economic, legal and political thought. We find the first word about partnership in the philosophical works of Plato and Aristotle, who put forward the idea of partnership as an equal and free individual among citizens. The concepts of "natural law" and "social contract", which emerged in the XVI-XVII centuries, are undoubtedly of interest in considering this problem. T. Hobbes was one of the first to think about this problem, pointing out that society is perceived as the result of an agreement between the people and the will of the legislature. The analysis of the scientific works presented by I. Kant, O. Comte, K. Marx, E. Durkheim, and M. Weber argues that social interaction in society is based on human solidarity, in which case partnership plays the role of a mechanism. One of the most important functions of the state is to achieve the mechanism of development of legal partnership and forms of social partnership, the rules and mechanism of interaction between the subjects of partnership, the calculated size and sequence. The analysis of the current situation, logical generalization and grouping, statistical data and sociological research methods were used as research methods. The purpose of the study is to study the main function of the partnership, to analyze the possibility of compromising and harmonizing the interests of all subjects of labor relations through the development of agreements between the parties through social interaction.

Abstract:
The urgency of the study is due to the need to provide graduates of the Doctor of Philosophy educational and scientific programs with the mastery in methodology of pedagogical activities. The purpose of the article is to analyze the content, scope, components of the pedagogical component of educational and scientific programs aimed at training a Doctor of Philosophy. To achieve the purpose of the article we used these general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, specification, generalization, content analysis to identify and characterize the peculiarities of developing the ability to teach students of the third (educational-scientific) level within the educational process of modern higher education institutions. The importance of the formation of teaching competence in the context of compliance with the provisions of legal documents related to the training of Doctors of Philosophy, descriptors of the National Qualifications Framework, criteria for assessing the quality of the educational program and professional standards is substantiated. It is emphasized that relevant competences, programme learning outcomes and educational components providing student’s development as a representative of academic staff are normative provisions of the programme under focus. It is emphasized that the formation of the pedagogical component of educational and scientific programs aimed at training a Doctor of Philosophy depends on the policy of an institution of higher education, which determines the scope of pedagogical (teaching) practice, sets disciplines prerequisites. Some possibilities of non-formal education for the development of the future PhD’s teaching competence are outlined. The conclusion about the role and importance of the pedagogical component of educational and scientific programs aimed at training a Doctor of Philosophy is made.

Abstract:
Modern education, including medical, is currently experiencing unprecedented difficulties caused by the growing incidence of new coronavirus infection. The difficulties are primarily due to the fact that most educational institutions in Ukraine and around the world have switched to remote operation. Thus, educational organizations, and especially teachers, face an unfamiliar situation, and many do not know how to support students in these new conditions or to adhere to the curriculum and train students for coming exams. The situation is complicated by the fact that the peak incidence coincided with the end of the school year, the most difficult period for both universities and students and clinical residents. Many of them have graduated and have taken qualification exams, procedures of primary and primary-specialized accreditation. How in the current situation to continue teaching students effectively? How to help them develop new skills? How to apply the assessment and in what form? Is it possible to conduct examinations in the format of an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE)? How will medical education change after the restrictions are strengthened? These and other topical issues are covered by the authors in this review, based on the experience of foreign colleagues and their research.

Abstract:
The article considers the problem of students’ research work in compliance with academic integrity as well as its impact on the formation of future teachers’ soft skills. The purpose of the study is to identify and summarize the components of future teachers’ soft skills, acquired in the process of academic writing in compliance with the requirements of academic integrity. These research methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific and reference sources on the implementation of academic integrity; generalization and systematization of the existing studies related to the acquisition of future specialists’ soft skills; interpretation of one's own views on the acquisition of soft skills by the future teachers during their research work observing academic integrity in the process of the profession-oriented training. The following components of the future teachers’ soft skills facilitating the performance of research work have been proposed: digital skills, critical thinking skills; time management skills; discipline, communication skills. Acquisition of digital skills during the research work requires that students should master the skills of using information and communication technologies which are necessary for the analysis of digital sources, work with a text editor and online communication with a supervisor. Critical thinking skills are important during the research work, i.e. adhering to academic integrity, a student acquires the ability to quote, paraphrase, summarize, specify and compare other authors’ opinions and draw their own conclusions. The components of future teachers’ soft skills include time management skills, which provide planning and organization of work, as well as contribute to timely and effective implementation of all stages of their study. The next component of future teachers’ soft skills is discipline. This is due to the fact that there are compulsory requirements to the research layout, since observance of these requirements is the condition for its acceptance. In addition, the components of soft skills include communication skills, which are acquired by the students during effective communication with their supervisors, agreement with the research base, interpersonal communication in an academic group, presentation of their own research.

Abstract:
Many people think that to make relationships with their children and to develop positive qualities are just in the responsibility of parents. Only a mother can better understand her child and embrace him / her with warmth and caress. In some cases, due to unfavourable family conditions, the most important and beloved person for a child is not the parent, but the caregiver. It is the naturalist who meets the needs of the child, takes care of him / her and, which is most important, loves him / her. The purpose of the researchis is to study features of educatior-child relations in the kindergardens. For more than a century, children around the world have been growing up in social institutions. The experience in this field is expanding. Parents are not the only ones involved in the mental development of children raised in these institutions, teachers (educators) are also actively involved into this process. T. A. Makova, L. Q. Yemelyanova, L. V. Zagik and Y. G. Makova approach to the problem in the viewpoint of the principle of unity in the upbringing of the child. As they have lived together for a long time with their parents, the interaction with educators also covers child’s mental development. It acts as an influential factor as well. Children’s family education and public pre-school education require a common goal and purpose. At the end of the pre-school age, children's mental abilities are characterised by the fact that they are more interested in meeting their needs in activities with the elderly and peers, at the same time accepting themselves as individuals. In fact, it occupies a prominent place in their motives. During this period, the main focus of the child's activities is on self-affirmation in dealing with people. The practice of handling objects continues to improve at a later age but it may not be a priority for the child because he / she already recognises things and events that are of special importance for his / her life. By being aware of their signs and characteristics, they become familiar with many automated systems of action.

Abstract:
The paper explores the distinctive features of the study related to the specific representation of the emotion concepts. Several well-known approaches to the analysis of concepts based on the implementation of different research material are highlighted. The paper proposes a comprehensive methodology for the study and analysis of the linguacultural emotion concept of HAPPINESS, its artistic dynamics, based on the principles of integration of various scientific methods. The study enabled us to carry out a multifold description of the analyzed linguistic expression of the concept and to identify the specific features of the concepts in the English artistic discourse as well as in the Ukrainian translations. The complex and systematic approach to the study of an emotional concept is justified to serve as a characteristic feature of this methodology that attempts to identify textual functioning, structural features, emotive and valuable features of the concept. The study demonstrates that the effective use of provided methodology for the study of an artistic concept requires a special algorithm for the application of scientific methods in order to isolate and characterize the verbal expression of the content of the emotion concept. We consider the implementation of general scientific and empirical methods based on the principles of verbalization, objectification and interpretation of the linguacultural emotional concept for a systemic study of the conceptualization features of the concept. The methodology is represented by the example of a complex analysis of the specific features of the key components of the concept HAPPINESS, a verbal embodiment in a Fr. Sc. Fitzgerald’s piece of art ‒ “The Great Gatsby”. The proposed methodology contributed to the identification of 6 dominant conceptual structures in percentage terms and distinctive features of their artistic translation.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of the study related to the problem of responsible parenthood, which was carried out by means of comparative analysis of the concepts «responsible parenthood» and «conscious parenthood». The theoretical analysis is based on the work of domestic researchers, who showed that the concept «conscious parenthood» is significantly justified and is represented by a larger number of scientific works compared to the concept «responsible parenthood». At that time, the concept «responsible parenthood» was understood as implicit in international documents and domestic legislation and regulations. It is noted that in many sources, the authors present considerations from the standpoint of the desired/«ideal form» of the content of the two concepts under study. According to the results of theoretical analysis, in the existing works of domestic scientists, a number of contradictions relevant to the present time have been identified, and the author’s opinions on them are presented. In the context of the stated problem and practical provision of the stated goal and objectives, an experimental study was conducted regarding Ukrainians’ attitude to the problem of responsible parenthood and the establishment of semantic differences in their understanding/perception of «responsible parenthood» and «conscious parenthood». The experimental study was implemented through a number of stages; the method of interviewing was chosen as the key one. The generalized results of the experimental study showed that Ukrainians understand the concept «conscious parenthood» as a conscious/planned desire to give birth to a child and raise him / her; and «responsible parenthood» as understanding and maintaining responsibility for the life and upbringing of a child (even if the birth was not planned), implying parents’ responsibility for their children. However, we do not mind parents’ responsibility to themselves. Based on the results of theoretical analysis and experimental research, the author’s definition of the concept «responsible parenthood» has been formulated.

Abstract:
A teacher who knows the type of motivation can create the conditions to reinforce the appropriate positive motivation. If this is a motivation related to the outcome of the training, the conditions for its support, promotion, demonstration of the usefulness of the acquired knowledge for the future can be the creation of a positive public opinion. If this motivation is the motivation related to the purpose of learning, then the conditions for its support can be the information about the results obtained, the emergence and formation of cognitive interests, the problematic methodology. To support the motivation associated with the learning process, there is a need for a lively and entertaining structure of the learning process, student’s activity and independence, research methodology and the creation of conditions for the manifestation of their skills. The article puts forward ideas about the main features of the modern lesson, which contributes to the socialization of the student's personality, and explains in detail the forms of organization of the modern lesson. In addition, the stages of the modern lesson and the organization of students’ activity in these stages were noted. The main focus is on the problem of directing the socialization of the student's personality. It addresses the issues of meeting the needs of students in the organization of pedagogical work in the modern classroom, as well as the creation of a system of interaction in the student body. The need for individual application of programs aimed at promoting the personal position of the student stems from the fact that in this context, a fertile socio-pedagogical basis for the individual integration of knowledge of each student is formed. It should be noted that such an approach to pedagogical work leads to sustainable prospects in education. The purpose of the article is also to link the content elements of education and the individual stages of the lesson structure on a pedagogical-psychological basis from a socio-logical point of view. The article also provides extensive scientific approaches and practical examples of the ways aimed at the improving the quality of education.

Abstract:
It has been claimed that ‘no individual’s linguistic repertoire is perfect’ (Maleki 2007, as cited in (Hmaid, 2014)). Both indigenous and non-native participants of any community frequently encounter obstacles, relying on restricted verbal tools to convey their intention. Communication strategies are the methods through which speakers seek to bridge the barrier amongst all individuals who wish to convey and the instantly accessible language assets. The significance of English cannot be overstated. Paragraph fragmentation, run-on phrases, and general topic alignment are the major opponents of proper grammar. Communicating is the most fundamental mode of interaction. That is the only fundamental human privilege with the fewest limits and is regarded as extremely essential by the legislation. Currently, fluency in English is practically a must for accomplishment in the globe. This research paper reveals a mixed-method methodology in scrutinizing possible effective modules and types for oral communication skills in the English language. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches were taken into consideration throughout the whole investigation, where the studies of Dhani Ram Sharma, Apisara Sritulanon, Panna Chaturongakul, Thapanee Thammetar, Anne Syomwene, Zhanli Yang, Yaseen Hmaid, JD Singh had a huge impact on the results and discussions of the research. The main obstacles illustrated throughout the research were lack of preparation, lack of spoken English, poor vocabulary, inability to clearly understand native speakers or others speaking this language, and inability to express ideas that were discussed and analyzed with the offered solutions. The following research objectives are being analyzed throughout the investigation: making a significant commitment for persuading instructors & others; developing a conceptual method for instructors; promoting the benefits of communication skills; offering a skill different from conventional learning speaking skills to learning English; examining the efficacy of conversation skills. Examples, strategies, and recommendations illustrated by the authors in the following sections of the research paper underline the importance of oral communication skills both in the teaching environment and in the professional sphere. Furthermore, the analysis of statistics made by Dhani Ram Sharma, stressed the positive impacts of strategies used by them in improving and developing students’ communication skills. Moreover, the results and discussions concerning the revealing of research findings affirm that activities and strategies implemented were successful enough for future professional accomplishments of oral communication skills.

Abstract:
The article presents the concept of integrative medical-psychological-pedagogical care, highlights the theoretical foundations of comprehensive care for people with disorders of the dental system. The historical preconditions for developing integrative medical-psychological-pedagogical help in Ukraine are considered. Based on the historical-theoretical analysis of the data, the historical preconditions and features of the systemic care for persons with disorders of the dental system, burdened with speech disorders are revealed. Objective and subjective diagnostic methods for determining the complexity of speech disorders and their significance for speech therapy diagnosis are described. Unfortunately, today in our country, there is no clear system of integrative medical, psychological and pedagogical care for people suffering from dental disorders. Therefore, it is important not only to explain to parents the need for comprehensive rehabilitation, but also to promote the formation of close relationships between different fields of medicine and pedagogy. Physicians and educators need to be trained to make comprehensive differential diagnoses, to solve the problem of integrative diagnosis, correction and further rehabilitation for people with disorders of the dental system, burdened with speech disorders. Specialists must be fully versed in the technology of detecting speech disorders in the presence of dental disorders. In this case, orthodontists and speech therapists should work closely throughout the treatment period. Only in this way, it will be possible to achieve the most stable result of rehabilitation, to fix the correctly established sound pronunciation, to promote the best psychological readiness of the person for disturbance and perception of himself/herself and the world around.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the practical aspect related to the development of methodological culture of the future teachers specialised in Choreographic Art. The purpose of the article is determined by the possibility of resolving the contradiction between the need to overcome the "gap" between awareness of the importance of methodological culture of teachers to reach the top of pedagogical activity and the lack of theoretical and methodological resources for methodologization of continuous pedagogical education. The purpose of the study was to develop an experimental program enabling the development of methodological culture of future teachers-choreographers in higher education institutions and to confirm the effectiveness of its implementation in the educational process of a teacher training university. The use of theoretical (analysis of scientific, methodological, psychological and pedagogical sources) and practical (modelling, observation, analysis of students’ creative products) methods allowed us to outline the terminological and conceptual coordinates of the phenomenon under study and to present the results of the experimental work in terms of its practical application. The methodological culture of future teachers-choreographers is defined as a construct which includes knowledge in the field of pedagogical methodology; mastery of methods, tools and functionality of scientific knowledge; reflective mental activity within the coordinates of pedagogical reflection; skills to critically analyse pedagogical phenomena; a set of interiorised profession-related pedagogical, worldview-oriented and universal values which determine the development of profession-related consciousness; philosophical perspective of teaching. An experimental program (stages of work with students, teaching aids, forms of organisation) aimed at the development of methodological culture of future teachers-choreographers has been developed. The results of the implementation of the experimental program aimed at the development of methodological culture of the bachelor-course (first education level) students specialised in 014 Secondary Education (Choreography) have been highlighted.

Abstract:
When you have a chance to teach English in Saudi Arabia at different levels – beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels, you will discover a lot of challenges that face a teacher of a foreign language. Those barriers vary from one situation into another, from one level into another, and from one place into another. Some barriers are connected with the culture in question, others – with the contents of the syllabus, passing through the method your students are taught with while taking other subjects. These aforementioned barriers are few among many others. They are focused on here because of their importance in obstructing learning and teaching a foreign language like English. Moreover, at a college level, English may be chosen as an optional, elective, pass-guaranteed, and grade-gained subject. In this sense, this issue might become a good topic for researchers who are interested in teaching and learning a foreign language. Some students told me in more than one department and on many occasions that they chose English because they do not like much work and in this subject they are sure of passing the test. What a teacher expects from such students is just nothing; they have no mere idea of learning at all. They need to fill in a number of courses they have to register in their transcripts with no effort on their part. I will address some of the challenges teachers of English at Saudi Arabian schools should be cautious of while practicing their career. The aim of this article is to attract the attention of teachers of foreign languages to these obstacles that definitely exist and hinder all efforts of teaching and learning a foreign language. At the end of this article, some suggestions are provided depending on my experience in teaching English at different levels and to different types of students.

Abstract:
The current social situation in the country obliges the school to provide its graduates with quality education; to develop their personally significant knowledge, skills and means of activities; to stimulate the desire for creativity, their own individuality. The development of an individual education trajectory for each student will help to master all of the above mentioned aspects. The purpose of the article is to elaborate a model and experimental methods aimed at training future teachers of Physical Education in using individual education trajectories. Unfortunately, modern teachers do not pay a due attention to the development of individual education trajectories. It is possible to assume that teachers are simply not ready for such an innovative type of activity. Thus, teachers of modern higher education institutions encounter the task to train future teachers, including the ones of Physical Education; to develop and implement students’ individual education trajectories. A particular attention should be paid to teaching students to develop their own individual education trajectory. Such trajectories will promote their self-development and self-realization in future professional activities.

Abstract:
The article reveals the essence and features related to the development of the future choirmasters’ emotional competence in the process of profession-oriented training. The purpose of the article is to determine the methodological approaches and pedagogical principles of forming the emotional competence of future choirmasters in the process of profession-oriented training. The competence-based paradigm of art-centred education is defined as the one that is aimed at gaining the experience necessary for making constructive decisions in a nonlinear, variable and unpredictable process of performing and art-pedagogical practice. Emotional competence is interpreted as an integral quality, a set of knowledge, skills, abilities and practical experience of the conscious handling of emotional information and volitional regulation of emotional behaviour in the process of working with the choir aimed at optimizing the emotional aspect of artistic communication through reflexivity, empathy and appropriate conducting expression. The component structure of the future choirmasters’ emotional competence has been determined; it includes person-oriented cognitive, analytical-interpretive, sensory-expressive and reflexive-regulatory components. The theoretical and methodological basis for the development of the future choirmasters’ emotional competence is considered. The acmeological approach is aimed at the maximum disclosure of the student’s internal potentials, which is possible through designing individual performing and pedagogical trajectory. The hermeneutic approach helps to master new knowledge related to one's own inner world, emotional manifestations of other knowledge and artistic emotions that are transmitted in the musical text. The reflexive approach enables a substantive vision of the emotional component of profession-related activities as a result of productive introspection. The pedagogical principles facilitating the development of the future choirmasters’ emotional competence have been distinguished: the principle of subjective activity, the principle of emotional dominance and the principle of systematization of emotional experience.

Abstract:
Globalisation and increasing competition have resulted in the increased demand for marketologists without whom today any organisation finds it virtually impossible to operate. However, only a professional with a high level of education, a developed personality, well-informed moral values and an active civil position, who is able to act and think in modern conditions, can compete effectively in the labour market. Leadership should be seen as a necessary component in achieving professional competence, without which full self-realisation of a specialist is not possible. Therefore, the problem of developing leadership competence of future marketologists in the university's educational environment arises. The article highlights the technology aimed at future marketologist leadership competence formation in the process of interdisciplinary training in accordance with the requirements of new standards of higher education for bachelor students majoring in 075 "Marketing" in higher educational establishments. It determines the essence of implementation of student-centered and interdisciplinary approaches as well as the use of interactive learning methods. The purpose of the technology has been determined, methodological approaches and principles of the study have been described. The blocks of technology have been сharacterised which contain the components as follows: targeted, theoretical-methodological, content-organizational and diagnostic-resultative blocks. The stages of implementing the pedagogical technology of future marketologist leadership competence formation into the practice of university education are outlined: orientation-motivational, practical, evaluative-reflexive. Within the mentioned stages, the corresponding forms and methods of organizing the educational process of forming future marketologist leadership competence are presented. The important role of extracurricular activities, internship and research work in formation of future marketologist leadership competence is emphasized, their content and tasks are described.

Abstract:
The author notes that Ukraine's desire to integrate into the European educational space necessitates a detailed analysis and systematization of the experience of foreign countries in the professional development of research and pedagogical staff in the system of postgraduate education. The consideration of advanced training and the development of professional competencies of pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers on the experience of neighbouring Poland is actualized. Based on the scientific research of domestic and Polish scientists, the author, taking into account the distribution of professional competencies of academic teachers into four groups: scientific and professional, psychological and pedagogical, managerial and digital, analyses the Polish experience in the development of academic teachers. Theoretically, it states that Polish universities provide their professional staff with a variety of opportunities for professional growth, providing the most effective and favourable conditions for their further professional development. It also notes the importance of developing professional reflection, a creative approach to one's profession, studying and analysing not only one's own pedagogical professional activities, but also one's own educational ones. The author analyses the activities of a number of Higher Educational Establishments on the professional development of academic teachers, these are: the University of Warsaw, Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Pomeranian University in Slupsk, Social Academy of Sciences. Vivid examples of their activities in the development of academic workers are provided. The author comes to the conclusion that the professional development of academic teachers in Poland today takes place with the help of a variety of tools. It should be noted that the measures taken by the neighbouring country almost coincide with the work to improve the qualifications of research and pedagogical staff in modern Ukraine, however, they are implemented at a higher quality level; teachers are presented with more opportunities to improve their professional activities, Poland attracts more international specialists for the education of its specialists. Programs and grants that contribute to the scientific, research-related and, in general, professional development of education specialists are implemented. In general, in the context of globalization and European integration of educational processes, the exchange of educational experience is necessary to provide high-quality educational services.

Abstract:
This research paper applies a mixed-method approach for the investigation of challenges and eligible solutions for the online teaching and learning techniques, as well as, their impact on the professional identification of the educational system, students, and professors. The discussion would be about the outcomes of both quantitative and qualitative approaches for detailed examination of the revealing problems in digital learning, by using the explanatory type of research supplied with both statistics and descriptive analysis of various categories, approaches, models and types. Statistics of further mentioned surveys and examinations underline the existing issues in the online teaching & learning platform, which is the difficulty in the management of their time (both students and instructors); less interest in studies; less gained help from instructors; technology disruptions or unawareness of their usage. In addition to this, the research emphasizes the approaches/models and categories for resolving the indicated challenges by illustrating three essential techniques for online teaching and learning: course design, the interaction of both students and instructors, and the level of preparedness of the professors for the distance teaching. Moreover, the analysis of the results and discussions of the research findings underline the possible affirmative results, the flexibility of studying designs and their outcomes, also professors' and students' capability of interfacing for mutually positive outcomes. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities in the classroom have been permanently halted. Students in their last years of high school and university are in an unusual position that makes it extremely difficult to observe the upcoming future. The duration of the pandemic, as well as its impacts on everyday living, costs, and other financial struggles, might have a serious influence on college and adolescents' ability to continue their studies. The insecurity generated by disruptions in the academic sphere is concerning. Undergraduate and graduate students' circumstances have created adverse situations such as the need to drop out of school.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of distance education, namely training and educating under conditions of the pandemic. The issue of the coronavirus epidemic, which forced the urgent restructuring of all spheres of social life of people around the world, is addressed in the article. As a result, the problem of the global transition to distance learning under severe quarantine is becoming urgent. The author analyzes domestic and foreign pedagogical experience of distance education. Among domestic authors this problem was studied by Gorbatyuk R. M, Turanov Y. O., Rak V. I., Vdovenko I. S., Bodnar S. V., Dekusar G. G., Kuznetsova O. V., Opanasenko Ya. Foreign researchers (Amanda Morin, Berman Grace, and Dubinsky Alison) are more likely to point out that distance learning is associated with many difficulties. The aim of our study was to highlight the problem of distance learning in the quarantine period, its advantages and disadvantages over traditional learning, as well as a comparative analysis of the traditional and distance forms of educational activities. In the process of solving problems, theoretical research methods were used: analysis, systematization, classification of educational and methodological literature to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of research, surveys, analysis of the products of the students’ pedagogical activities. The article presents data from the study of the groups consisting of first- and fifth-year students who studied in different periods: in the first half of 2019, when the study was in classrooms, and in the first half of 2020 during the quarantine, when the study was carried out using distance education. The data according to three criteria: academic success, students’ attendance and students’ satisfaction with the learning process were analyzed by the author. A comparative analysis of the traditional and distance learning is shown in the article. Some conclusions about the ambiguity of the impact of distance learning on different contingents of students have been made.

Abstract:
The birth of a child with autism determines the characteristics of the family in the system of social interactions. The objective of the study is to determine the features of the impact of a strength-centered approach on the mobility of families raising children with autism based on the analysis of the academic literature and through the experimental implementation of the intervention. The study involved 90 parents of children with autism (two control groups consisting of 30 people each and an experimental group consisting of 30 people; the experiment was conducted on the basis of the Training and Rehabilitation Center "Trust" in Lviv). The analysis of the academic literature made it possible to identify different strategies of social support for families, to characterize the approach focused on the strengths of clients. A survey of parents revealed that families raising children with autism have low indicators of social mobility, which is determined by the characteristics of the nosology of autism, the need for care, living with a sense of stigma and autostigma. The intervention lasted for three months and involved the participation of parents in weekly meetings. The results of the experiment substantiate the effectiveness of the use of interventions based on family strengths to improve self-esteem of the quality of life by family members, including increasing social activity of the family, developing skills of interaction with the social environment, reducing guilt and shame, transformation of negative attitudes to cooperation into positive ones, increase in the number of interactions in the life of family members and desire for professional and cultural integration into the life of the community. However, the application of the approach has certain limitations, among which should be noted the need for intrinsic motivation of the family, the risks of ethical or methodological dilemmas for social workers; the threat of regression at the end of participation in the intervention, the impossibility of applying the approach in emergency and short-term forms of work.

Abstract:
The proclaming of the Azerbaijani language as the main language was one of the most important changes in the reform of new schools in Azerbaijan in the 1920s. Preparation of textbooks in the native language for primary schools has become one of the actual issues. The development of national culture depended on the application level of the mother tongue. The purpose of the research is to study preparation of new textbooks for Azerbaijan primary schools in the years of 1920-1931. It was not possible to develop national schools without creating textbooks and additional teaching resources in the national language. It was difficult to develop new textbooks in all subjects for all groups (classes) in a short period. There were various reasons of the difficulties: 1) lack of professionals and teaching staff for designing textbooks in all subjects; 2) lack of scientific terminology in Biology, Physics, Mathematics other subjects; 3) lack of experience in the field of printing and publishing issues; 4) lack of professional translators; 5) the Arabic alphabet which hinders cultural progress, etc. The article identifies the nature of these difficulties and analyzes the solution methods. Textbooks for primary schools based on the new Turkish alphabet (Latin script) are analyzed in the article. In 1922, the New Turkish Alphabet Committee was established under the Central Excutive Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan. Then Jalil Mammadzadeh, Mammadagha Shahtakhtli and others were also appointed to the committee. The committee organized its activities in three directions: 1) editorial and publishing department; 2) training and science department; 3) organizational department. As a result, a lot of issues regarding the compatibility of the new Latin alphabet with our language, harmony, and pronunciation were discussed; and finally, on July 22, 1922, it was decided to switch from the Arabic alphabet into the new Latin alphabet.

Abstract:
The relevance of the research is conditioned by the necessity to acquire knowledge of a foreign language by cadets of higher military educational institutions and servicemen for successful performance of official duties. In the article, the scientific and methodological literature on the use of video materials for teaching a foreign language has been analyzed. The aim of the article was to define the importance and necessity of using video materials for teaching English to cadets of higher military educational institutions and servicemen. The requirements of English knowledge in listening and speaking for servicemen, whose knowledge of English corresponds to the standardized speech level ‘functional’, have been considered. It has been found that servicemen have to understand conversations on both everyday and professional topics and to be able to communicate effectively in everyday and standard working situations. Based on the analysis of the literature, the advantages of the use of video materials for teaching a foreign language have been determined; the main techniques of using video materials (watching video materials without sound, listening to the plot without watching a video file, watching a video file with stops, partial watching (when a part of the screen is closed and cadets / servicemen have to guess what was closed), division of cadets into two groups) and requirements for selecting video files have been characterized. In the article, the necessity to teach to understand the real speech of native speakers has been highlighted; the description of oral informal spontaneous speech has been given; the practice of selective ignoring the heard information has been clarified. The examples of websites, which correspond to topics of teaching of cadets / servicemen have been given (U.S. Army Talent Management, VSB Defense, Military Comparisons, Defense Forces and Military Center). Taking into account the received information, the recommendations on the work with video materials have been given. The necessity of teaching cadets / servicemen how to work with video materials and how to develop the ability to learn English independently with the help of video materials was specified.

Abstract:
Today, Ukraine is on the verge of implementing reform changes aimed at improving the functioning of educational institutions, educational environment, working and learning conditions, etc. To this end, public authorities have adopted a number of legal documents that provide for the content and basic conceptual framework for the implementation of European integration standards. Every higher education institution must implicitly respond to these changes, as its mission should be to improve conditions within and outside the educational environment in relation to all participants of the educational process. In fulfilling its unique mission, each institution of higher education should have its own strategic vision for the development of the entire institution and individual specialties, which takes into account the individual peculiarities and needs of students and research-teaching staff. In order to form the current competences of the graduate of the relevant specialty, the higher education institution must constantly review the objectives and program learning outcomes, which will further affect the competitiveness of the student in the labour market. Each specialty must be in constant motion, development, systemic improvement. Particular attention in this process should be paid to the specialty 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences, as their graduates are future teachers of higher education institutions, which in the near future will influence the development processes of the future professionals in various fields. Therefore, the objective of the article is to highlight the optimal conditions that should be created by a higher education institution in the system of training of master’s degree students. To achieve it, theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalisation) and practical (questionnaire, observation, conversation) methods have been used. In order to make the research objective and determine the needs of students, we conducted a survey, which showed not only the interest of students in the processes of development of the educational institution, but also allowed us to identify those factors that are the most appropriate for students in improving the quality of educational services. Taking into account the needs of students, we have proposed organisational and pedagogical conditions, the introduction of which will improve the quality of training of master’s degree students majoring in 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences.

Abstract:
The relevance of the study is explained by the need to increase the level of teaching Physics, to identify and develop creative abilities of both schoolchildren and students, future teachers of Physics. The preparation for Olympiads and their holding helps to raise interest in Physics. The analysis of scientific sources shows that, despite the interest of scientists in the problem of organising and improving the preparation of students for the Physics Olympiads, this problem needs further study. In particular, the pedagogical conditions for preparing students for the Physics Olympiads have not been identified; effective methods, forms and means of teaching, possibilities of information and communication technologies aimed at training students for the Physics Olympiads have not been sufficiently studied, which is especially relevant in distance training. The purpose of the study is to identify and implement pedagogical conditions for training students majoring in Secondary Education (Physics) at Ushynsky University, to develop skills in solving school Olympiad problems. In accordance with the set goal, pedagogical conditions for preparing future Physics teachers to solve school Olympiad problems have been identified and introduced into the educational process, namely: creation of interactive interaction between teachers and students in the process of solving Olympiad problems; use of modern Internet technologies, distance learning methods in the educational environment as an important factor in intensifying independent work in the process of profession-oriented training in solving school Olympiad problems. According to students, the introduction of certain pedagogical conditions contributed to increasing the level of profession-oriented training aimed at future teachers of Physics, the development of these skills: the ability to interest students in Physics; create an atmosphere of emotional enthusiasm in teaching Physics; teach basic algorithms and approaches to solving non-standard problems; to teach non-standard thinking and initiative not only in solving physical problems, but also in solving life situations; to increase the level of knowledge of English in a professional direction.

Abstract:
This article outlines approaches to the monitoring of paraprofessional activities in the field of social work on the example of international and Ukrainian experience. The article aims to highlight alternative options for monitoring the work of paraprofessional social workers: on the basis of social services, within the inclusion in an intradisciplinary team, as well as in the format of individual activities of paraprofessionals in society. Based on the results of a desk study of international experience in monitoring the activities of paraprofessional communities, analysis of monitoring reports and surveys of public advisers in Ukraine who are paraprofessionals and work individually in small communities, practical issues of monitoring procedures for paraprofessionals are considered. The complexity of monitoring the activities of this network is connected with the fact that the functions of community advisers are new to the practice of Ukrainian social work, since everyone in this network works in his / her own format. In the context of this monitoring complexity, the analysis was made on the limitations of existing monitoring procedures of the network of public advisers. The results of this study revealed the limitations of formalized and functional approaches to the analysis of paraprofessionals in social work, such as: ineffective approach to paraprofessionals whose functions are blurred, lack of motivation and perception of monitoring procedures as control by professionals. In addition, taking into consideration the demand from the community of public advisers, some alternative approaches to monitoring the activities of paraprofessional volunteers have been proposed, including the motivation-centred approach based on the supervision of public advisers in the performance of their functions.

Experimental research work on the organisation of education for the students from Turkmenistan was carried out in the process of profession-centred training targeted to the future teachers of physical and mathematical disciplines. Theoretical analysis of the problem and practical methods were used as research methods: questionnaires, observations, certification to identify the conditions for adaptation and the features of the education organisation for the students from Turkmenistan. The factors influencing the adaptation of students to the conditions of education at Ushynsky University have been determined, the motives for their choice to study at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics have been identified. It was found out that the most influential factor hindering the adaptation of foreign students to living and studying in Ukraine are household difficulties. However, the factors such as interpersonal and pedagogical communication were not identified as the ones which hinder their adaptation. This result testifies to the significant potential and positive prospects of the profession-centred training targeted to citizens of Turkmenistan. The results of the survey showed that the most influential motives for obtaining pedagogical education were as follows: foreign students' desire to obtain a diploma of higher pedagogical education and work as a teacher, the prestige of higher education in Turkmenistan, which indicates the conscious choice of most students to study at a pedagogical institution of higher education. The creation of a multimedia educational and methodological complex provided the delivery of information in an interactive mode for distance learning, which had a positive impact on the learning outcomes and was especially relevant in the online framework of the educational process. The prospects for further research are seen in the implementation of the developed methodology in the development of further sections of General Physics.

Abstract:
The family social work in Ukraine is only at the stage of its developing. Deriving from the paternalistic philosophy, the demonopolisation of the market of social services places new demands on social policy aimed at implementing and regulating social work with families as a separate social structure. The purpose of the research is to characterise the institutional structure of family social work, to determine the assessment of social services and their quality on the example of a study of families raising children suffering from autism, basing on the system- and structure-centred analysis. The paper highlights the indicators of family-oriented practice, describes the market of social service providers for families, identifies the functions of individual institutions, structural entities and the specifics of their activities. It is revealed that in Ukraine there are two types of social work with families: regulated (state bodies and structural entities) and unregulated activities (individuals-entrepreneurs, public organisations, charitable foundations, volunteers), but this does not ensure its integrity, because most social service providers are not focused on the needs of families of certain social categories. The family social work in Ukraine could be divided into three types in the framework of its professionalization: a professional activity, a non-professional activity and a "mixed" (partly professional) activity. The survey provides an assessment of individual indicators of social services by the families raising children who suffer from autism (targeting family social work, access to services offered in the region, the presence of stigma, the effectiveness of social advertising of existing services, their compliance with family needs, etc.). It was discovered that most of the services offered are not in demand; they do not take into account the contextual and environmental background in which families operate either; service providers are biased towards families raising children with autism. Many families are in an information vacuum, which becomes an obstacle to expanding their rights and opportunities, the work done with them can be defined as fragmentary and chaotic; it does not take into account the role of the community in maintaining family resilience.

Abstract:
Nowadays, there are numerous scientific reviews and studies devoted to the problem of psychomotor retardation of children of different ages. Though, a comprehensive solution of how to identify psychophysical characteristics demonstrated by this category of small children suffering from postural disorders has not made yet. The goal of our research was to identify features of the mental and motility state of small children suffering from psychomotor retardation and postural disorders. Summarising the research performed, these conclusions have been made: The children demonstrating psychomotor retardation have different types of mental and somatic dysontogenesis, which negatively affects their academic performance and social adaptation; in the process of pedagogical observations, the small children suffering from psychomotor retardation and postural disorders demonstrate certain mental features in comparison with their healthy as follows: reduced motor-game activity, reduced participation as a leader in collective active games; lack of speech communication with peers, emotional instability, the children constituting this category fail to respond to changes in plot collisions of a game in time, in contradistinction to their healthy peers; their responses happen to be inadequate; they do not understand the rules of a game, or details of the game plot; do not always respond correctly to the results of the game commented by their teacher in each particular case; this category of children demonstrates specific peculiarities of their motor development: a reduced total volume of their daily locomotion compared to their healthy peers; these children prefer horizontal basic motor modes (lying, crawling, sitting), avoiding vertical gravitational starting positions; in case these children take vertical positions, they reflexively try to find additional support for the upper extremities or corpora; a reduced amount of purposeful motor-game actions with increased spontaneous motor activities; the movements of the children suffering from psychomotor retardation and postural disorders are often insufficiently coordinated by them; the problems causing fusion of movements should also be noted; insufficient rationality of motor actions performed by these children according to all the parameters (space-, time- and energy-related) is revealed. The prospects of further research in this area are seen in the study of physical, psycho-somatic and mental relationships alongside their impact on the overall development of small children suffering from mental retardation and postural disorders.

Abstract:
The problem of readiness for profession choice in the process of profession-related self-determination of high school students in Ukraine is quite relevant. The real situation requires a person to constantly choose life goals and means to achieve them. The current situation in society requires the simultaneous manifestation of two functions: individual psychological characteristics, social lability, flexibility on the one hand; and on the other hand, the development of person’s identity, which forms an inner "core", which is an indicator of readiness for profession choice. In this regard, social and psychological support is needed to form the readiness of high school students to make a conscious choice of profession. In recent years, there has been a reassessment of the "prestige" of professions, as well as socio-economic changes in the country have increased the concern of young people: "What to be?". Practice shows that a certain percentage of graduates still does not see a bright life path, does not imagine their professional career, cannot adequately assess their professional prospects. This is due to the fact that high school students do not have sufficient information about the needs of the labour market, do not know how to consider the socio-economic conditions that determine the type and nature of profession-n related activity; they have no idea about the nature of work. Most young people strive to achieve the desired way of life, to obtain some professional recognition; however, specific professional activities are not considered by them as part of the future way of life. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the scientific problem of high school students’ profession choice. Research methods: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature; comparative-historical method of foreign and domestic experience in forming socio-psychological readiness of high school students to join the Free Economic Zone. The analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature shows that the study of the problem regarding profession choice considers this process as purposeful, which consists of motivating and appropriately structured actions.

Abstract:
The experience of the United States, where in higher education students are trained for conscious social activities and independent responsibility for the benefit of the community and society as a whole, seems to be significant for the theory and practice of higher education in Ukraine. The appeal to the American educational experience is due to the fact that today the United States as a state governed by the rule of law is a reliable guarantor of individual rights and freedoms, provided by strong traditions of civic education – the key to educating students' social values. At the same time, the interest in higher education in the United States is due to its high prestige within the world educational environment, its well-known democratic orientation and constant content and methodological improvement. In the United States, training graduates in adapting to their social life as responsible citizens-members of certain communities and professionals in society has historically been a duty of higher education. The purpose of the article is to highlight the features of the educational process in the course of general education in the framework of undergraduate studies within the US higher education, institutions, which contribute to the development of students’ social values. It is noted that the pedagogical experience of the United States, where students are being trained in conscious social activities and independent responsible activities for the benefit of society in higher education institutions, is useful for the theory and practice of higher education in Ukraine. The methodology of the research is based on the analysis of scholarly and pedagogical sources of the USA and Ukraine on the problem under study with the elements of induction and deduction to characterise the state of its development in the USA; the summarising of the organisation of various types of training in the US higher education institutions, which provide for the formation of students’ social values. The originality of the research lies in the fact that for the first time in the Ukrainian pedagogical science, the views of American scholars on the types of training, as well as the civic engagement of students in the U.S. higher education institutions which contribute to the development of their social values have been summarised. It has been found out that today, in higher education in the United States, students’ engagement into social activities during their general education ensures their readiness for a meaningful and responsible life in an interdependent world characterised by uncertainty and rapid changes. By teaching leadership and community service through dialogue and collaboration, the U.S. colleges and universities contribute to the development of students’ social values, social and intellectual development of students who, moving from a comfort zone to a contact zone, are able to interact effectively within a variety of situations.

Abstract:
Craft therapy (or ergotherapy) in a physical rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal system disorders has a great importance both as a method of overcoming existing motor disorders and as the basis for the future successful socialization of these children. In the available literature, the issues of craft therapy use in combination with physical education of pre-schoolers in various institutions of preschool education are insufficiently and non-systematically covered. This makes this article relevant. The article discusses the methodological possibilities of using the author's work simulator the "Ant" for the correction of hand dysfunctions of pre-schoolers by means of physical education and craft therapy. The main technical characteristics of the simulator and the features of its manufacture are presented. The characteristics of the "Ant" versatility and its multifunctionality are given, which ensures the success of its use in a kindergarten of any kind. The properties of the "Ant" stand for improving the psychophysical development of pre-schoolers are listed. The formulated methods of using the “Ant” simulator and the methodological techniques for correcting the main hand functions of the pre-schoolers (tested in the process of the ascertaining experiment) have a particular value. The main methods included the ones as follows: game stimulation, objectivity (subject-manipulative activity), instrumental logic, hand-eye coordination, an individually differentiated approach to the correction of hand disorders of children by means of physical education and craft therapy. Each of the listed methods includes a number of methodological techniques that increase the effectiveness of corrective instrumental-subject manipulations. The prospects of further research in this area are seen in the elaboration of new work simulators for preschool children suffering from disorders of the musculoskeletal system alongside the creation of the necessary methodological support for their effective use.

Abstract:
The issue of gender equality as an equal treatment of all, regardless of social or other circumstances, is important for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 and the implementation of a number of international legal instruments to combat gender discrimination. The study aims to characterize the state of gender inequality in Ukraine and outline possible ways to overcome this phenomenon through the use of political, legal, socio-practical and educational measures. It is carried out using a systematic analysis of international and domestic indicators of gender inequality that constitute the methodological basis for establishing the level of gender inequality, as well as regulatory analysis of documents adopted by international and domestic organizations. The undertaken analysis demonstrates that Ukraine has an extensive legal framework designed to ensure equal rights and opportunities for men and women, address gender discrimination, and harmonize Ukrainian and international gender policies. At the same time, the gender equality indicators (Gender Inequality Index used by the UN; Gender Gap Index used by the World Economic Forum), the results of sociological research (World Values Survey; use of domestic work; leisure practices) evidence that the issues of gender inequality, gender asymmetry and gender stereotypes are unresolved and require the introduction of institutional mechanisms to ensure equality. Such mechanisms could include: legal expertise, gender quotas, gender budgeting, work with local communities and social service providers, ensuring gender sensitivity of services, including social ones, formation of gender-based competence, implementation of promotional work, introduction of gender approaches in educational institutions.

Abstract:
The structural components of the future marine engineers’ professional image have been identified in the article: motivation-targeted, content-oriented, reflective and communicative. Thus, under the motivation-target component, the authors describe professional motivation, satisfaction from material needs and a motive for personal image. In accordance with the requirements of the STCW Convention, at the operation level, the content-oriented component is indicated by sufficient future marine engineers’ competence in information technologies alongside their skills to use them. It has been determined that according to the communicative component, a bachelor-marine engineer with a high level of readiness for intercultural communication is more competitive in the labour market and has significant advantages as follows: can recognise and overcome barriers to intercultural communication; can anticipate and quickly resolve various conflict situations; can creatively use his / her knowledge in profession-related activities as well as ethical norms and rules of conduct with representatives of other cultures. It has been proved that in terms of forming the reflective component of the marine engineers` professional image, it is expedient to cover these components: sufficient theoretical baggage, which is formed by the future marine engineer within training and self-education; bringing practical skills of performing basic actions on ship equipment control to automatism; the ability to analyse actions, make decisions in dangerous and emergency situations, the ability to self-analyse their actions; the ability to draw conclusions based on the results of analysis and work experience, etc. The authors of the article pay attention to the urgency of the problem and the need to provide the educational process with scientific and methodological recommendations aimed at the formation of the professional image of marine engineers, which provides an integrated approach to solve the problem under focus, to involve academic staff and highly qualified specialists of seagoing vessels.

Abstract:
The article highlights the technology aimed at developing future choir conductors’ professional competences from the standpoint of the system-integrative approach in accordance with the requirements of new standards of higher education for bachelor students majoring in 025 "Musical Arts" in higher educational establishments. It determines the essence of the concepts "system" and "integration" in the context of higher school musical pedagogy as well as characterises the essence of implementation of the system-integrative approach in the process of conductorial-choral training by introducing into the educational process a specific pedagogical model which contains the components as follows: interdisciplinary-cognitive integration, methodical-operational integration, profession- and competence-based integration. It is established that the interdisciplinary-cognitive integration is a synthesis of knowledge units comprehended within special disciplines during the conductorial-choral training which form a new structural and substantive level of each separate discipline in the process of synthesis. It is noted that the methodological-operational integration acts at the intersection of a number of specific field methods dealing with the conductorial-choral disciplines and, as a result of polymodal accumulation of techniques, appears in the form of established professional methodological competences to be generalised, analysed and evaluated; they are based on their methodological knowledge and understanding of their further usage in the process of professional creativity. It is determined that the professional-competence integration is a strategic goal and the final result of the process of conductorial-choral training of the future bachelors: separate professional competences of the future choral conductors are integrated subsystems that jointly form a higher order system − the professional image of a choir conductor. The article systematises and organises professional competences of a future choir conductor, which are formed as a result of the proposed technology of their development on the basis of the system-integrative approach, and are considered as unconditional priorities of choral conductor's professionalism in the course of the polymorphic choir managerial and conductorial-pedagogical activities.

Abstract:
The significance of the study consists in describing and enlarging the concept “penitentiary criminal in places of detention” as well as determining the impact of the criminal’s environment on his / her personality and behaviour. The paper analyses the identity of the penitentiary criminal and identifies his / her illegal actions in relation to the administration of penal colonies. The purpose of this study is to analyse a criminal who is in prison and has committed violent crimes against the staff of penitentiary institutions. In the article, the author uses the following methods of research: empirical (observation, description) and theoretical (analysis, questionnaires, generalisations). The content of the study is based on the information about the criminal. The article sets out the necessary criteria for investigation the identity of the criminal. The factors influencing the development of criminal’s personality and his / her behaviour have been defined. The informal levels of control are conditionally divided into three types as follows: highest, intermediate and lowest. The highest level is the elite managerial one. It is headed by the «thief-in-law» (code-bound thief), and if there is not any – by the «watcher» (criminal kingpin). The intermediate level is made up of «men» (PIs – Prison Industries), i.e. people who work in prison, although they may not work. The lowest level is represented by the «offended» (punks), morally and physically humiliated people. The author examines socio-demographic (social origin and status, marital and job status, level of material welfare, nationality, gender, age); psychological (emotions and will); criminal-legal and social role-related characteristics of the convicts who have committed violent crimes against the staff of penitentiary institutions. The author assumes that a socio-demographic characteristic of criminal’s personality is one of the most important existing ones demonstrated by the criminals who have committed violent crimes against the staff of penitentiary institutions. Age is one of its indicators. Social status is one of the most important indicators that characterises the identity of the criminal. These data show in which social strata and groups, in which spheres of public life and production, certain crimes are most common. The results indicate that a deep and comprehensive study of the identity of the criminal will increase personal safety of the staff of penal colonies and will allow both reacting more quickly and preventing a crime.

Abstract:
Considering the decentralisation reform and processes of institutionalisation of youth work in Ukraine, the issue regarding the regulation of youth engagement into volunteering activities within social work at the national and local levels remains unclear. The researching is aimed at analysing the current condition for regulating youth engagement into volunteering activities within social work in the context of legislative changes caused by the decentralisation and youth policy reforms. To conduct this study, scientific works, key researches, and the legislation of Ukraine were analysed. These Ukrainian Laws have been analysed: «On volunteering activities», «On social formation and development of youth», «On social work with families, children and youth», «On social services», «Оn uniting of territorial communities on an optional basis», Draft Law «On general principles of youth policy». We have also reviewed the changes in regulations of the social work with youth on the local level in accordance with the Decrees of the Cabinet of the Ministry of Ukraine № 177 (dated March 3, 2020), № 479 (dated June 1, 2020), № 1014 (dated December 20, 2017). We have determined that according to the modern legislation, the tasks devoted to the development and support of the volunteer movement in the field of social work with youth is one of the main directions of the state policy in the sphere of social work with youth. However, in the system of social work with youth at the local level, this direction is not regulated; it is not clearly assigned to any institution of social work either. Some tasks aimed at the development of the youth volunteer movement at the local level are fixed only in the activities of youth centres which are currently engaged exclusively in the implementation of the youth policy.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the phenomenon of auditory representations, their content, compliance with musical content, formation, tuning and implementation in the performance process of the future teacher during piano training. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the pedagogical conditions and develop the methods aimed at forming of the future music teacher’s musical-auditory representations. The goal is realised through the implementation of relevant tasks using the methods of theoretical research: analysis, synthesis, deduction, systematisation, pedagogical observation. In the article musical-auditory representation is considered as a professional skill of a musician, formed on the basis of the understanding of semantics – semantic units of musical language, which facilitates the qualitative reproduction of artistic and figurative content and maximum efficiency of musician’s own performance process in creation of artistic-pedagogical and performing interpretations. The list of the skills acquired by the applicant during the formation of auditory perceptions is specified, namely: analytical (to identify and understand the symbolism of musical language; its genre and style) (compare semantic constructs of different musical directions); reflexive, figurative-auditory and sensorimotor. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of auditory representations are offered: gradual expansion of a musical thesaurus in the course of the profession-centred training; stimulating auditory perception by recognising and understanding the elements of musical language; the direction of musical-perceptual experience on the coordination of auditory representations with the sign-semantic context of the performed works. In accordance with the defined conditions, a number of methods have been developed: comparative textual analysis; figurative and auditory analysis; perceptual-auditory analysis; associative music model; semantic identification; artistic reincarnation; polytonation expressiveness; tactile-auditory method. Further research involves the development of the future Arts teachers’ auditory perceptions in classes on accompaniment and ensemble playing, taking into account the specifics of these subjects.

Abstract:
The article substantiates the essence, content and method of developing artistic empathy. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methods of vocal training that are effective in developing the artistic empathy of the future Music teachers. The purpose of the article is realised through the use of methods of theoretical research: analysis, synthesis, generalisation, deduction, induction, extrapolation. The article clarifies the meaning of the concept "empathy" as a psychological process based on penetration into the inner world of a person. Empathy is interpreted as the integration of emotional and cognitive aspects of cognition. The components of empathy in the context of psychological research have been determined. Empathy as a factor in regulating the effectiveness of pedagogical communication has been studied. Empathy acts as a tool for establishing emotional contact. The procedural aspect of empathy in the context of the teacher's activity is considered. The content of artistic empathy is considered as a process of sympathising with artistic phenomena. Artistic empathy is defined as the basis for comprehending an artistic image. In the context of Music teachers’ activities, artistic empathy is defined as a complex personal and professional entity that allows us to identify the emotional state of a person or the emotional portrait of a musical work. The artistic empathy causes a reaction of sympathy, which optimises artistic and pedagogical communication. It is noted that the vocal training of future Music teachers creates a unique platform for the development of artistic empathy. Two vectors of the artistic empathy within the activities of Music Arts teachers have been considered: empathic penetration into the emotional world of a musical work, and empathic penetration into the emotional world of students in the process of artistic and pedagogical communication. A list of effective methods of the vocal training which is aimed at developing art empathy of the future teachers of Musical Arts has been offered: a method of reflexive adjustment, a method of empathic supervision, a method of emotional collections, a method of vocal improvisation.

Abstract:
The article presents some aspects of teaching and training future specialists in the sphere of decorative and applied arts alongside some issues devoted to the development of their opinion that modern artistic textiles are innovative means of decorative and applied arts and play a significant role in the development of creative competence of textile artists. The need to rethink the history of textiles in Ukraine and analyse the problems of its current artistic and industrial state, especially in the Southern regions, has been grounded. It has been proved that the role of artistic textiles, together with carpet weaving and batik, in the socio-cultural and economic development of Ukraine’s artistic space remains relevant today. Special attention is given to the genetic basis for using Ukrainian textiles (the spiritual component of the ornamental carpet) through the symbolism of which representatives of all segments of the population tried to identify with Ukraine, this basis being an integral component in the development process of the professional competence of future specialists in the sphere of decorative and applied arts. It has been substantiated that one cannot forget the ancient traditions of textile art; it is necessary to revive them in original modern forms, to promote the development of experimental tendencies, to work creatively with textiles while teaching the course "Decorative and Applied Arts", to show how promising it is in its artistic and cultural essence, to provide an analysis of the exhibition activity as a guarantee for the development of creative search, a stimulator to the creative activity of a future specialist in decorative and applied arts. The purpose of the article is to identify the interrelations and interactions of folk and professional art; to outline the role of profession-centred art education in the development of artistic textiles in Ukraine; to analyse experimental tendencies and concepts of Ukraine’s modern professional textiles. The conclusions state that the language and style of the Ukrainian textile art has always depended on traditions and national sources, as well as on the latest trends in Western European Art. The analysis of the existing methodological approaches to teaching future specialists in decorative and applied arts, aimed at searching for new methods of improving the quality of education, and developing their professional competence enables us to assess the idea of innovative learning, teaching and assessment in a new way. An important condition for successful training of future professionals in the sphere of decorative and applied arts is the development of their creative competence, which includes the ability to emotionally perceive the environment, to creatively transform it, the awareness of the culture of peoples and nations in different periods of society development, to master universal human values, including creative values, providing creative self-realisation and self-development.
