Abstract:
The qualitative study aimed to understand the Research Skills Development Framework (RSD) implications for Indonesian master students' academic achievement. Experience proves that success at the master's level is closely related to mastering academic research competencies. A typical study at the master's level requires research skills to complete tasks and jobs that require research application acuity. To understand this study's problem, study the data we have done, including reviewing ten academic findings from international publications, observing and documenting data related to this topic. After the data was collected, we were then provided with analysis, including text analysis, description, coding, and immersion results. Every text is in a language, so we use a translation application to help us understand Indonesian. To determine whether the data constitutes a valid and reliable study finding, we review it and make sure we have answered the study questions. So the results we can report that the RSD framework has become a conceptual framework for the development of research skills for academic and educational needs. The reason is that the RSD framework is beneficial and useful in working on completing tasks that require skill in examining problems to find answers. Thus, these findings become meaningful input for the academic community and other professions. Keywords: Research Skill Development, Academic Outcome Improvement, Academic Achievement

Abstract:
The Madrasa as Islamic educational institutions has a crucial role in promoting multicultural education values so that students avoid prejudice, suspicion, and intolerance. The Akidah Akhlak Teachers at MI Masalikil Huda 2 have a unique way to promote these values, namely through constructivism-based learning strategies. With a qualitative approach relying on the interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the researchers try to answer two important questions; how the teacher's strategy in introducing students to the values of multicultural education and what approaches they use in the learning process in the classroom. Finally, this research concludes that teachers instill the values of democracy, tolerance, equality or equality, brotherhood or kinship, and the value of unity in learning Akidah Akhlak. There are four constructivism strategies in the delivery of multicultural education, namely cooperative learning, conceptual achievement, exemplary, habituation, and role-playing. They also rely on historical approaches, gender perspective approaches, and aesthetic approaches. Thus, the claim that the madrasa is inconsistent in delivering Islamic religious material with a multicultural perspective is refuted by the findings of this research. Abstract:
This article provided an anlytical description of the Muhammadiyah philanthropic movement to the Bajo community in Wakatobi. There were three important points hacked in this study, namely: (1). Why did Muhammadiyah choose the domain of education for its philatropical movement in the Bajo community? (2). what was the pattern of Muhammadiyah's educational philanthropic movement in the Bajo community? (3). what was the Bajo community's response to the Muhammadiyah-based pure Islamic education philanthropy movement? Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Analyzing data used hermeneutic phenomenology approach. The results showed that the choice of moving in the realm of education by the local Muhammadiyah community was due to the essence of the education movement as a fulcrum for determining the quality of human resources, on the other hand expensive quality education services made most Bajo children to choose to go to sea rather than go to school. The choice of educational philanthrophy by Muhammadiyah was also due to the psycho-social reality of local children who were suspected of "experiencing" an inferiority complex when they interacted with the mainland children's community. The philanthropic movement pattern implemented by the local Muhammadiyah community was based on the philanthropic social movement, namely to form awareness of the local community about the urgency of education for future life continuity by relying on a belief system or religious basis. The smart work of the Muhammadiyah community combined with the positive action approach made the pure Islamic idea could be transformed into the Bajo cultural space through education and teaching in a natural humanistic manner, without causing controversy. This article revisited the relevance of returning students home's national policy while avoiding the dangers of coronavirus 2019 in the school environment. There has been no medical certainty stating that the danger of the Coronavirus spread among schools is that the government must issue policies that are without good reason as the safest solution. On the other hand, the policy of returning students to study at home also raises some doubts. This study intended to examine various literatures on the suitability of government policies regarding school closures that have been running for almost one year. The data were then analyzed using a descriptive phenomenological approach to obtain medical reasons related to the risk of spreading the virus among school adolescents. Finally, the researchers found that the government policy to repatriate students is still motivated by excessive concern about the transmission of the epidemic among students in the school environment. Until now, the government has not had a strong reason to close schools to avoid the virus. On the other hand, this policy may impact on student learning and other socio-economic disadvantages. Thus, the government would consider these findings in evaluating policies related to overcoming the dangers of the pandemic in the school environment, which consider the disadvantages of education.
