Abstract:
All graph in this paper are finite, simple and undirected. Let G, H be two graphs. A graph G is said to be an (a,d)-H-antimagic total graph if there exist a bijective function such that for all subgraphs H’ isomorphic to H, the total H-weights form an arithmetic progression where a, d > 0 are integers and m is the number of all subgraphs H’ isomorphic to H. An (a, d)-H-antimagic total labeling f is called super if the smallest labels appear in the vertices. In this paper, we will study a super (a, d)-Bm-antimagicness of a connected and disconnected generalized amalgamation of fan graphs on which a path is a terminal.

Abstract:
Modification of method Spatial K'luster Analysis by Tree Edge Removal (SKATER) is one of the regionalization method for clustering based on the location by spatial autocorrelation and spatial patterns. This method uses graph theory approach to identify the homogeneous location is the minimum spanning tree. In addition to clustering objects based on similarity characteristics, in everyday life, often found that there are significant spatial clustering that affect specific object. This study was conducted to determine the relationship of the crime rate between districts in Way Kanan, Lampung. Based on these results, the characteristics of the crime rate in terms of spoliation, robbery and gambling have spatial autocorrelation and spatial patterns. Further applied modifications of SKATER. Generate 4 cluster (k) graded of the 14 districts. on average k1 (17.67% ) k2 (10.09%) k3 (7.80%) k4 (4.28%).
Abstract:
A complex-valued b-metric space is a generalization of a b-metric space in which its b-metric space has complex value. It can also be considered as a generalization of a complex-valued metric space. Hence, fixed point theorems that have been studied in b-metric spaces are now of interest whether the theorems are applicable in complex-valued b-metric spaces. In this paper we have obtained some fixed point theorems in complex-valued b-metric spaces. The theorems are derived from the corresponding theorems in b-metric spaces.

In this paper, we will discuss some applications of almost surjective epsilon-isometry mapping, one of them is in Lorentz space ( L_(p,q)-space). Furthermore, using some classical theorems of w star-topology and concept of closed subspace -complemented, for every almost surjective epsilon-isometry mapping f : X to Y, where Y is a reflexive Banach space, then there exists a bounded linear operator T : Y to X with such that for every x in X.

Abstract:
A graph G(p,q) with p=|V(G)| vertices and q=|E(G)| edges. The graph G(p,q) is said to be odd harmonious if there exist an injection f: V(G)->{0,1,2,...,2q-1} such that the induced function f*: E(G)->{1,2,3,...,2q-1} defined by f*(uv)=f(u)+f(v) which is a bijection and f is said to be odd harmonious labeling of G(p,q). In this paper we prove that pleated of the Dutch windmill graphs C_4^(k)(r) with k>=1 and r>=1 are odd harmonious graph. Moreover, we also give odd harmonious labeling construction for the union pleated of the Dutch windmill graph C_4^(k)(r) union C_4^(k)(r) with k>=1 and r>=1.

Abstract:
This research discusses about linkage analysis and identifies the key sector in the fresh milk distribution using Leontief Input-Output method. This method is one of the application of Mathematics in economy. The current fresh milk distribution system includes dairy farmers →collectors→fresh milk processing industries→processed milk distributors→consumers. Then, the distribution is merged between the collectors’ axctivity and the fresh milk processing industry. The data used are primary and secondary data taken in June 2016 in Kecamatan Jabung Kabupaten Malang. The collected data are then analysed using Leontief Input-Output Matriks and Python (PYIO 2.1) software. The result is that the merging of the collectors’ and the fresh milk processing industry’s activities shows high indices of forward linkages and backward linkages. It is shown that merging of the two activities is the key sector which has an important role in developing the whole activities in the fresh milk distribution.
Abstract:
Regression analysis is used to determine relationship between one or several response variable (Y) with one or several predictor variables (X). Regression model between predictor variables and the Poisson distributed response variable is called Poisson Regression Model. Since, Poisson Regression requires an equality between mean and variance, it is not appropriate to apply this model on overdispersion (variance is higher than mean). Poisson regression model is commonly used to analyze the count data. On the count data type, it is often to encounteredd some observations that have zero value with large proportion of zero value on the response variable (zero Inflation). Poisson regression can be used to analyze count data but it has not been able to solve problem of excess zero value on the response variable. An alternative model which is more suitable for overdispersion data and can solve the problem of excess zero value on the response variable is Zero Inflated Negative Binomial (ZINB). In this research, ZINB is applied on the case of Tetanus Neonatorum in East Java. The aim of this research is to examine the likelihood function and to form an algorithm to estimate the parameter of ZINB and also applying ZINB model in the case of Tetanus Neonatorum in East Java. Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method is used to estimate the parameter on ZINB and the likelihood function is maximized using Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm. Test results of ZINB regression model showed that the predictor variable have a partial significant effect at negative binomial model is the percentage of pregnant women visits and the percentage of maternal health personnel assisted, while the predictor variables that have a partial significant effect at zero inflation model is the percentage of neonatus visits.

In combinatorial mathematics, a Steiner system is a type of block design. Specifically, a Steiner system S(t, k, v) is a set of v points and k blocks which satisfy that every t-subset of v-set of points appear in the unique block. It is well-known that a finite projective plane is one examples of Steiner system with t = 2, which consists of a set of points and lines together with an incidence relation between them and order 2 is the smallest order.In this paper, we observe some properties from construction of finite projective planes of order 2 and 3. Also, we analyse the intersection between two projective planes by using some characteristics of the construction and orbit of projective planes over some representative cosets from automorphism group in the appropriate symmetric group.
Abstract:
Missile is a guided weapon and designed to protect outermost island from a thread of other country. It, commonly, is used as self defense. This research presented surface-to-surface missile in final dive manoeuvre for fixed target. Furthermore, it was proposed manoeuvring based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), autopilot system, which needs accuration and minimum both time and thrust of missile while attacking object. This paper introduced pontryagin’s Minimum Principle, which is useable to solve the problem. The numerical solution showed that trajectory of the missile is split it up in three sub-intervals; flight, climbing, and diving. The numerical simulation showed that the missile must climb in order to satisfy the final dive condition and the optimum time of a missile depend on initial condition of the altitude and the terminal velocity

Abstract:
Let G be a simple, nontrivial, and connected graph. is a representation of an ordered set of k distinct vertices in a nontrivial connected graph G. The metric code of a vertex v, where , the ordered of k-vector is representations of v with respect to W, where is the distance between the vertices v and wi for 1≤ i ≤k. Furthermore, the set W is called a local resolving set of G if for every pair u,v of adjacent vertices of G. The local metric dimension ldim(G) is minimum cardinality of W. The local metric dimension exists for every nontrivial connected graph G. In this paper, we study the local metric dimension of line graph of special graphs , namely path, cycle, generalized star, and wheel. The line graph L(G) of a graph G has a vertex for each edge of G, and two vertices in L(G) are adjacent if and only if the corresponding edges in G have a vertex in common.

Abstract:
Path analysis Analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze many variables. Both methods use the least squares method (OLS) that can be compared between the two to determine the best method in a study to get an assessment of the behavior of civil servants in the Government of Kediri. The purpose of this study is: comparing path analysis Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) on the power of the test and the valueR2.Path method is able to provide the value of R2 higher than Analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) but the value of the test power analysisi path is smaller than using Analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). Usage analysis methods Path Analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) produces behavioral assessment of civil servants in the government of Kediri is nearly equal results and discussion. Based on the analysis to prove that the behavior of civil servants in the Government of Kediri not meet eligibility based on the grade levels and echelons of the civil service

Abstract:
The dynamics of many epidemic models for infectious diseases that spread in a single host population demonstrate a threshold phenomenon. If the basic reproduction number R0 is below unity, the disease free equilibrium P is globally stable in the feasible region and the disease always dies out. If R0 > 1, a unique endemic equilibrium P is globally asymptotically stable in the interior of the feasible region and the disease will persist at the endemic equilibrium if it is initially present. In this paper this threshold phenomenon is established for two epidemic models of SEIR type using two recent approaches to the global-stability problem.

Abstract:
Dalam analisis regresi linier berganda adanya satu atau lebih pengamatan pencilan (outlier) akan menimbulkan dilema bagi para peneliti. Keputusan untuk menghilangkan pencilan tersebut harus dilandasi alasan yang kuat, karena kadang-kadang pencilan dapat memberikan informasi penting yang diperlukan. Masalah outlier ini dapat diatasi dengan berbagai metode, diantaranya metode regresi ridge (ridge regression). Untuk mengetahui kekekaran regresi ridge perlu melihat nilai-nilai R2, PRESS, serta leverage (hii), untuk metode regresi ridge dengan berbagai nilai tetapan bias k yang dipilih.

Abstract:
In this article, ellipse and circle will be learnt in depth via matrix algebra approach. The discussion of the both is started from their classic definition continued by surveying ellipse in matrix form. During the survey, some properties about ellipse will be explained and also, the procedure in drawing the figures can be obtained geometrically using some aspect in geometry: rotation and translation. At the end of the discussion, the new definition of the figures is deduced. Both of them are defined as” a set of points in a plane that are the same distance from a fixed point” but in different point of view about the ‘distance’. The ‘distance’ in the definition is derived from different norm definition. The difference lies on the positive definite matrix used in the norm definition. Base on the new definition, we’ll have the conclusion that circle is a special type of ellipse.

Abstract:
Option merupakan kontrak yang memberikan hak kepada pemiliknya untuk membeli (call option) atau menjual (put option) sejumlah aset dasar tertentu (underlying asset) dengan harga tertentu (strike price) dalam jangka waktu tertentu (sebelum atau saat expiration date). Perkembangan option belakangan ini memunculkan banyak model pricing untuk mengestimasi harga option, salah satu model yang digunakan adalah formula Black-Scholes. Multi-state option merupakan sebuah option yang payoff-nya didasarkan pada dua atau lebih aset dasar. Ada beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam mengestimasi harga call option, salah satunya masyarakat finance sering menggunakan model binomial untuk estimasi berbagai model option yang lebih luas seperti multi-state call option. Selanjutnya, dari hasil estimasi call option dengan model binomial didapatkan formula terbaik berdasarkan penghitungan eror dengan mean square error. Dari penghitungan eror didapatkan eror rata-rata dari masing-masing formula pada model binomial. Hasil eror rata-rata menunjukkan bahwa estimasi menggunakan formula 5 titik lebih baik dari pada estimasi menggunakan formula 4 titik.

Abstract:
Model predator-prey dengan perlambatan merupakan model interaksi dua spesies antara mangsa dan pemangsa yang berbentuk sistem persamaan diferensial tak liner. Adanya waktu perlambatan sangat mempengaruhi kestabilan titik ekuilibrium sistem persamaan diferensial model predator-prey. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh waktu perlambatan terhadap kestabilan titik ekuilibrium sistem persamaan diferensial model predator-prey. Namun sebelum itu, agar dapat diketahui asal mula pembentukan model predator-prey dengan perlambatan akan dianalisis proses terbentuknya model predator-prey dengan perlambatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu dengan menampilkan argumentasi penalaran keilmuan yang memaparkan hasil kajian literatur dan hasil olah pikir peneliti mengenai suatu permasalahan atau topik kajian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa nilai perlambatan yang menyebabkan titik ekuilibrium sistem persamaan diferensial model predator-prey stabil, dan ada beberapa nilai perlambatan yang menyebabkan titik ekuilibrium sistem persamaan diferensial model predator-prey tidak stabil.

Abstract:
Hidden Markov Model is elaboration of Markov chain, which is applicable to cases that can’t directly observe. In this research, Hidden Markov Model is used to know trader’s transition to broker forex online. In Hidden Markov Model, observed state is observable part and hidden state is hidden part. Hidden Markov Model allows modeling system that contains interrelated observed state and hidden state. As observed state in trader’s transition to broker forex online is category 1, category 2, category 3, category 4, category 5 by condition of every broker forex online, whereas as hidden state is broker forex online Marketiva, Masterforex, Instaforex, FBS and Others. First step on application of Hidden Markov Model in this research is making construction model by making a probability of transition matrix (A) from every broker forex online. Next step is making a probability of observation matrix (B) by making conditional probability of five categories, that is category 1, category 2, category 3, category 4, category 5 by condition of every broker forex online and also need to determine an initial state probability (π) from every broker forex online. The last step is using Viterbi algorithm to find hidden state sequences that is broker forex online sequences which is the most possible based on model and observed state that is the five categories. Application of Hidden Markov Model is done by making program with Viterbi algorithm using Delphi 7.0 software with observed state based on simulation data. Example: By the number of observation T = 5 and observed state sequences O = (2,4,3,5,1) is found hidden state sequences which the most possible with observed state O as following : where X1 = FBS, X2 = Masterforex, X3 = Marketiva, X4 = Others, and X5 = Instaforex.

Abstract:
One of the most important uses of the ring and field theory is an extension of a broader field so that a polynomial can be found to have roots. In this study researchers took modulo a prima as follows indeterminate coeffcients to search for his roots extension the solutions of that it can seen normal. A field is subject to a polynomial form a set of polynomials , where is a coefficient field its terms modulo a prime number. Of the set of polynomial exists a polynomial is irreducible, it is necessary to extension the field to know the roots of the solution. Suppose to extension of the field is a field . Field is called extension the field over a field , if the field is subfield of the field and is irreducible polynomial in then can be factored as a product of linear factors in the splitting field. If the polynomial has different roots in the splitting field the polynomial is called polynomial separable. In this study polynomial separable is contained of odd degree in which the coefficients of the tribes polynomial is contained in the extension field. Polynomial is called a polynomial separable odd because it has different roots in the factors and there is one factor in a polynomial in the field. Splitting field that contains all the set of polynomials separable is called normal extension.

Abstract:
Proses kompresi merupakan proses mereduksi ukuran suatu data untuk menghasilkan representasi digital yang padat atau mampat, namun tetap dapat mewakili kuantitas informasi yang terkandung pada data tersebut. Pada citra, video, dan suara, kompresi mengarah pada minimalisasi jumlah bit untuk representasi citra digital. Dalam penelitian ini, proses kompresi citra menggunakan dua wavelet yang terkenal, yaitu wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4. Citra yang digunakan terbatas hanya citra grayscale berformat .jpg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan wavelet manakah yang baik dalam kompresi citra. Dari hasil yang didapat, wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4 berturut-turut mempunyai nilai RMSE sebesar 6,54 dan 6,5. Sedangkan rasio kompresi untuk wavelet Haar adalah 25%, lebih besar dibanding wavelet Daubchies Db4, yaitu sebesar 22%.

Abstract:
This paper discuss multi-agent model of the N-dimensional space with the function of attraction and repulsion. In this model is given the disturbance function which is a bounded function. In this paper also discuss about stationary of each agency and stability of the models use stability of Lyapunov. From the analytical results obtained center of the multi-agent is stationary. Also test the stability with Lyapunov method is obtained that the proposed model is a stable model. Numerical simulation results show that each agent will converges to a region that has a certain distance to the center of the multi-agent model

Abstract:
Data panel merupakan gabungan dari cross section dan time series. Terdapat dua model data panel yaitu data panel statis dan dinamis. Karena melihat keunggulan model data panel dinamis yang sanggup mengatasi masalah endogenitas terkait penggunaan lag variabel dependen dimana pada model data panel statis penggunaan lag variabel dependen menyebabkan hasil estimasi menjadi bias dan tidak konsisten sehingga penulis meneliti tentang model regresi data panel dinamis.Sebagai langkah awal untuk mengestimasi parameter yang tidak diketahui pada model regresi data panel dinamis yaitu dengan hanya memanfaatkan kondisi ortogonalitas yang ada di antara nilai-nilai lag dan error-nya maka model regresi data panel dinamis tersebut menjadi model Arellano dan Bond.Untuk mengestimasi model Arellano dan Bond maka dilakukan beda pertama pada model tersebut, kemudian mencari matriks varians-kovarians dan mendefinisikan matriks instrumen dari model tersebut. Setelah itu, estimasi parameter model Arellano dan Bond menggunakan metode Generalized Least square (GLS)

Abstract:
L-Systems memiliki fleksibilitas dalam mensimulasikan struktur dan proses pengembangan pertumbuhan tanaman secara visual dan realistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan pertumbuhan tanaman jagung menggunakan L-Systems dan memvisualisasikan model pertumbuhan tanaman jagung tersebut dari kecil hingga dewasa dalam ruang dimensi tiga. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yang diawali dari identifikasi kebutuhan data tehadap pertumbuhan tanaman jagung (Zea Mays L.). Tahap kedua, membangun model secara manual yang meliputi identifikasi dan penentuan komponen L-Systems (huruf, aksioma, dan aturan produksi). Tahap ketiga, melakukan simulasi dan visualisasi model pertumbuhan tanaman jagung yang telah didapat menggunakan processing dengan bahasa java dalam ruang dimensi tiga. Ketiga tahapan tersebut menghasilkan model Stochastic L-Systems dari pertumbuhan tanaman jagung dalam ruang dimensi tiga. Visualisasi model tanaman jagung yang telah dihasilkan pada penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada penyempurnaan model yang dilakukan pada penelitian sebelumnya terutama pada pewarnaan, pembentukan batang, dan adanya tulang daun pada tanaman jagung setiap iterasinya. Model tanaman jagung divisualisasikan mulai dari kecil hingga dewasa (fase vegetatif) yang memiliki tulang daun dan kelengkungan daun berbeda dari daun bawah sampai pada daun atas. Tanaman jagung yang divisualisasikan hanya terbatas sampai 8 iterasi saja yang sudah mampu mewakili pertumbuhan tanaman jagung pada fase vegetatif

Abstract:
Time series forecasting models can be used to predict phenomena that occur in nature. Generalized Space Time Autoregressive (GSTAR) is one of time series model used to forecast the data consisting the elements of time and space. This model is limited to the stationary and non-seasonal data. Generalized Space Time Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (GSTARIMA) is GSTAR development model that accommodates the non-stationary and seasonal data. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) is method used to estimate parameter of GSTARIMA model. Estimation parameter of GSTARIMA model using OLS will not produce efficiently estimator if there is an error correlation between spaces. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) assumes the variance-covariance matrix has a constant error 𝜀𝑖𝑗~𝑁𝐼𝐷(𝟎,𝝈𝟐) but in fact, the observatory spaces are correlated so that variance-covariance matrix of the error is not constant. Therefore, Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) approach is used to accommodate the weakness of the OLS. SUR assumption is 𝜀𝑖𝑗~𝑁𝐼𝐷(𝟎,𝚺) for estimating parameters GSTARIMA model. The method to estimate parameter of SUR is Generalized Least Square (GLS). Applications GSTARIMA-SUR models for rainfall data in the region Malang obtained GSTARIMA models ((1)(1,12,36),(0),(1))-SUR with determination coefficient generated with the average of 57.726%.

Abstract:
Leadership is a process of influencing, directing or giving an example of employees in order to achieve the objectives of the organization and is a key element in the effectiveness of the organization. In addition to the style of leadership, the success of an organization or company in achieving its objectives can also be influenced by the commitment of the organization. Where organizational commitment is a commitment created by each individual for the betterment of the organization. The purpose of this research is to obtain a model of leadership style and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, and determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance using SEM with Bayesian approach. This research was conducted at Statistics FNI employees in Malang, with 15 people. The result of this study showed that the measurement model, all significant indicators measure each latent variable. Meanwhile in the structural model, it was concluded there are a significant difference between the variables of Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment toward Job Satisfaction directly as well as a significant difference between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. As for the influence of Leadership Style and variable Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance directly declared insignificant.

The supplier selection process can be done using multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods in firms. There are many MCDM Methods, but firms must choose the method suitable with the firm condition. Company A has analyzed supplier’s ranking using TOPSIS method. TOPSIS method has a marjor weakness in its subjective weighting. This flaw is overcome using AHP method weighting having undergone a consistency test. In this study, the comparison of supplier’s ranking using TOPSIS and AHP-TOPSIS method used correlation test. The aim of this paper is to determine different result from two methods. Data in suppliers’ ranking is ordinal data, so this process used Spearman’s rank and Kendall’s tau b correlation. If most of the ranked scored are same, Kendall’s tau b correlation should be used. The other way, Spearman rank should be used. The result of this study is that most of the ranked scored are different, so the process used Spearman rank p-value of Spearman’s rank correlation of 0.505. It is greater than 0.05, means there is no statistically significant correlation between two methods. Furthermore, increment or decrement of supplier’s ranking in one method is not significantly related to the increment or decrement of supplier’s ranking in the second method

The application of Graph Theory Concept in Communication Network Analysis is interesting to observe. This research was carried out to learn how Communication Network structure was formed and who had necessary role in the network. It was explorative research and conducted at Female Students’ Dormitory of State Islamic Institute of Palopo (Asrama Putri IAIN Palopo). The results were interpreted by using Microsoft NodeXL Version 1.0.1.113. It was found that the communication network structure of female students’ who stayed at the Dormitory decentralized. It shows that each student had same opportunity to communicate one another directly or indirectly, which 4 to 9 path distance. It was also identified that from 110 people, Suarni was the student who had significant influence in the communication network.

Abstract:
Spatio-temporal model that have been developed such as Space-Time Autoregressive (STAR) model, Generalized Space-Time Autoregressive (GSTAR), GSTAR-OLS and GSTAR-SUR. Besides spatio-temporal phenomena, in daily life, we often find nonlinear phenomena, uncommon patterns and unidentified characteristics of the data. One of current developed nonlinear model is a neural network. This study is conducted to form a hybrid model GSTAR-SUR-NN to develop spatio-temporal model that has better prediction. This research is conducted on ten-daily rainfall data at 2005 - 2015 for Blimbing, Singosari, Karangploso, Dau, and Wagir region. Based on the results of this research, indicated that the accuracy of GSTAR ((1), 1,2,3,12,36)-SUR model used cross-covariance weight has relatively similar to GSTAR ((1), 1,2,3 , 12.36)-SUR-NN (25-14-5) for Blimbing and Singosari region with 5% error level. While Karangploso, Dau, and Wagir, GSTAR ((1), 1,2,3,12,36)-SUR-NN (25-14-5) model has better accuracy in predicting the precipitation at three locations with the value of R2prediction for each location is 0.992, 0.580, and 0.474.

Abstract:
Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) is an alternative method in structural modeling using alternating least squares. GSCA can be used for the complex analysis including multigroup. GSCA can be run with a free software called GeSCA, but in GeSCA there is no multigroup moderation test to compare the effect between groups. In this research we propose to use the T test in PLS for testing moderation Multigroup on GSCA. T test only requires sample size, estimate path coefficient, and standard error of each group that are already available on the output of GeSCA and the formula is simple so the user does not need a long time for analysis.

The procedure of constructing lampshade is through parameter merger and selection of Bezier surfaces shapeshifters; thus it producesperfect and varied sitting-lampshades.Constructing sitting-lamp shades requires the study of the physical (lighting) and geometryaspects. In terms of geometry, the existed sitting-lampshade creation models is generally monotonous and constructed from objects pieces. In line with these problems, this research is divided into four stages:First, preparing the data to build a sitting-lampshade. Second, technical studying to construct the symmetricity of the sitting-lamp shade shape.Third, constructing the parts of the sitting-lampshade, namely the base, the main part, the roof. Fourth, constructingthe complete sitting-lampshade. The results of this research to obtain the procedures of constructing the sitting-lampshade namely: First, dividing the major axis into three non-homogeneous sub segments.Second, constructing parts of the sitting-lampshade namely the base, the main part, and the roof by combining the sitting-lamp shade components from the geometrical objects deformation.Third, filling each sub segment of non-homogeneous parts with parts of the lampshade and creating the boundary curvesproducing a varied innovative symmetricalmodels of sitting-lampshade.

Abstract:
Agglomerative hierarchical clustering methods is cluster analysis method whose primary purpose is to group objects based on its characteristics, it begins with the individual objects until the objects are fused into a single cluster. Agglomerative hierarchical clustering methods are divided into single linkage, complete linkage, average linkage, and ward. This research compared the four agglomerative hierarchical clustering methods in order to get the best cluster solution in the case of the classification of regencies/cities in East Java province based on the quality of “Keluarga Berencana” (KB) services. The results of this research showed that based on calculation of cophenetic correlation coefficient, the best cluster solution is produced by average linkage method. This method obtained four clusters with the different characteristics. Cluster 1 has an “extremely bad condition” on the qualification of KB clinics and the competence of KB service personnel. Cluster 2 has a “good condition” on the qualification of KB clinics and “bad condition” on the competence of KB service personnel. Cluster 3 has a “bad condition” on the qualification of KB clinics and “medium condition” on the competence of KB service personnel. Abstract:
Analisis klaster merupakan teknik interpendensi yang mengelompokkan suatu objek berdasarkan kemiripan dan kedekatan jarak antar objek. Pengelompokan objek dengan jumlah banyak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Salah satu analisis klaster yang dapat digunakan dalam situasi ini adalah analisis klaster non hierarki, yaitu K-means. Pada artikel ini mengelompokkan data luas grup sunspot dan data grup sunspot klasifikasi Mc.Intosh yang membangkitkan flare soft X-Ray dan Hα. Untuk mengetahui luas grup sunspot dan grup sunspot klasifikasi Mc.Intosh yang berpeluang membangkitkan flare soft X-Ray dan Hα dengan intensitas ledakan yang tinggi dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh dua klaster yaitu klaster pertama yang tergolong mampu membangkitkan flare Soft X-Ray dan Hα dengan intensitas yang tinggi. Sedangkan klaster kedua yang tergolong mampu membangkitkan flare Soft X-Ray dan Hα dengan intensitas yang rendah

Abstract:
Constant Elasticity of Substitution (CES) production function is the intrinsic nonlinear regression models that are often used to estimate the data in an industry. Intrinsic nonlinear regression model is a kindof nonlinear regression that can not be linearized, so as to estimate the beta parameters nonlinear statistical model used was Nonlinear Least Squares (NLS) using a first order taylor series approach used in the GaussNewton iteration. One of the problems often encountered in the analysis of data is an outlier, the presence of outliers in the data analysis greatly influence the results of the analysis so it becomes less valid and the estimationbecome biased. One method that is resistant to outliers regression is a method of Nonlinear Least Trimmed Squares. This research aims to determine the characteristics of parameter CES production function whichcontains outlier. The result shows that parameter of the production function CES which contains outliers are bias, inconsistent. So the CES production function which does not contain outliers better than the are containsoutliers.

Tsukamoto method is one method of fuzzy inference system on fuzzy logic for decision making. Abstract:
Mass balance of reactor equation express the change of mass concentration of substances in and out of the closed system. This equation has inhomogeneous boundary conditions, that is the conditions at the time of its entry to the reactor and the conditions under which the substance out of the reactor. In this study, the mass concentration of substances produced after the reaction in the reactor is zero. In the inhomogeneous boundary conditions, using the method of separation of variables, there are obstacles to complete the equation. So we need to first transformation. Transformation is done with the aim to change the conditions which originally inhomogeneous boundary into a homogeneous boundary condition, so the method of separation of variables can be used to solve partial differential equations that have a homogeneous boundary conditions. The results obtained by the analysis, the faster a substance that spreads to the reactor, the less amount of mass concentration of substances that undergo a change; the greater the mass coefficient of substances that react in the reactor, the more the number of mass concentration of substances that are subject to change

Metode kedua menggunakan asumsi p = 0,5. Dari kedua metode ini ternyata dapat dihasilkan empat bentuk solusi u, d, dan p yang berbeda dan akan dibandingkan hasilnya dalam pendekatan nilai option dalam model Binomial dengan model Black-Scholes.

Dalam paper ini dikembangkan sebuah metode Orde-Empat untuk mencari akar berganda dari persamaan nonlinier. Metode tersebut di dasarkan pada metode Orde-Lima dari Jarrat (untuk akar-akar sederhana) yang hanya memerlukan satu perhitungan fungsi dan tiga kali perhitungan turunan. Efisiensi informasi dari metode tersebut sama dengan metode-metode dengan orde yang lebih rendah. Untuk kasus-kasus akar berganda, telah ditemukan metode-metode yang hanya memerlukan satu kali perhitungan turunan. Sehingga metode-metode tersebut lebih efisien jika dibandingkan dengan metode-metode lainnya.
Abstract:
Artikel ini membahas model perambatan gelombang optik pada grating sinusoidal takhomogen. Model tersebut diturunkan dengan mereduksi secara eksak persamaan Helmholtz menjadi sistem persamaan diferensial orde satu dengan syarat awal yang dapat diselesaikan dengan metode Runge-Kutta orde empat. Metode ini disebut Metode IntegrasiLangsung (MIL). Formulasi MIL sangat sederhana baik dalam hal penurunannya maupun implementasinya karena tidak memerlukan prosedur iterasi maupun optimasi. Denganmenggunakan MIL, dipelajari perubahan respon optik pada grating sinusoidal akibat variasi amplitudo modulasi indeks (taper) dan variasi frekuensi spasial grating (chirp). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa taper menyebabkan adanya fenomena penghilangan side-lobe pada spektrum transmitansi. Adanya chirp menyebabkan penghalusan side-lobe pada spektrum transmitansi dengan semakin besar parameter chirp menyebabkan peningkatan transmitansi di sekitar pusat band-gap dari grating homogen. Selain implementasi integrasi numerik (Runge-Kutta), MIL merupakan metode eksak sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi validitas metode yang sering digunakan yaitu Persamaan Moda Tergandeng (PMT). Dari hasil perbandingan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum PMT kurang akurat dalam menganalisis struktur grating sinusoidal baik homogen maupun tak-homogen.

Typhoid fever is a disease caused by Salmonella typhi bacteria. It is attack the digestive tract. Typhoid fever caused by poor sanitation and personal hygiene is not good. According to the Basic Health Research in 2007 showed that the prevalence of typhoid fever in Indonesia of 1.6%. NAD Province is hight typhoid fever prevalence(2,96 %). Because Having traced the biggest contributor was derived from NAD. Therefore, theresearch conducted to find factors that influence the outbreak of typhoid fever in NAD. research using the CART Method. The results of the analysis indicate that the main factor causing typhoid fever was drinking water reservoirs. The other factors are waste water reservoirs, the physical quality of drinking water, a habit washing hands with soap before eating, the bowel, the dump, gender, socioeconomic status, habits of washing hands with soap after defecation and health education.

Abstract:
Digital image face detection had been developing so much in this last decade. The searching for the best method is still walking until today. This face detection research is using color model based segmentation method combined with template matching. There are 4 main process in this research. First, motion detection is used to minimize the size of the image by subtracting image n with image n+m. Then, by using YCbCr color model based segmentation, the image is separated by skin color area and non-skin color area. Third, is to reduce the noise by using the blurring way and by filtering its wide. The last one is matching the area that last with template that has been prepared to detect which area is face. The result of the research, from 217 images and 10 videos , shows that this method reach up to 70,5% face detection accuration procentage.

Paper ini mendiskusikan peranan copula dalam memodelkan struktur dependensi antara dua variabel iklim, yaitu kecepatan angin dan rata-rata tekanan udara permukaan laut. Kedua variabel iklim tersebut mempunyai distribusi marginal yang berbeda yang mana kecepatan angin tidak berdistribusi normaldengan kecenderungan heavy-tailed, sedangkan tekanan laut berdistribusi normal. Oleh karena itu dependensi keduanya tidak bisa diwakili dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson. Masalah ini bisa diatasi dengan copula. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa copula-t adalah model terbaik untuk menjelaskan struktur dependensi ataran kedua variabel yang dibahas.

The development of world construction projects at this time that established by widespread methods of physical implementation which more excellent and sophisticated. The contractors are competing to obtain optimum results, and reduce losses more lower. The results obtained should not give benefit one person only, the other one should not to lose and suffer. Islam guides human how they work give benefit to their own and others. Many methods, equipment, and expertise deployed by the contractor for their work more optimal, one method for optimizing the physical implementation of the project is Dynamic Programming. Dynamic Programming to solve the problem optimization is not only with one step, but the events that took place linked to each other. Case study in this paper is the application of dynamic programming of implementation method of concrete casting on floor slab of Green House building, it’s belongs to Department of Biology, UIN Maliki Malang with backward induction phase. In modern century as this era has many fast-growing method of implementation that are categorized as advanced, but the problem that the methods actually optimal in terms of cost and time, due to cost and time parameters are very important in the progress of construction projects. The methods is very sophisticated so make project to be done very fast but it is very expensive financing, or the method is still conventional and traditional so that project costs will be reduced as cheaply, but the project need long time to be finished. Where is the decision that one will be expected to demand that we use what method. Mathematical formulas of dynamic programming as recursive equation with change big problem into smaller sub-problems, so the completion of smaller problems will be found solving of the original problem. Optimization process in this case that slab casting which solved in two methods, manually calculations with a recursive formula and use software DS Win 2.0. Optimization result of the two method are compared, and the two method produce similar results. Optimal or not parameter of the two method is optimum time and cost.
