Abstract:
The above resonance vibration machines are widely used in various industries, but have a number of shortcomings associated with increasing of the oscillations amplitude when passing the resonance zone during start-up. It is noted that to reduce the oscillations amplitude and quickly pass the resonance zone, it is advisable to use a frequency-controlled electric drive with the formation of additional control effects. Features of frequency start of the electric drive of the vibration machines are noted. The structure of the electric drive control system during passing the resonance zone in the process of starting the above resonance vibration machine in the form of a block-scheme is proposed. The algorithm of operation of the control system is given.

В данной статье были изучены вопросы обращения с электрическими и электронными отходами в разных странах и Азербайджане, а также анализ правовых и нормативных законодательных актов этих стран в этой области и влияние этих отходов на людей и окружающую среду.Электронные отходы представляют собой серьезный источник опасности для человеческого организма и окружающей среды. Подготовка нормативно-правовых документов, регулирующих систему управления электронными отходами в Азербайджане, является актуальным вопросом, и для этого могут быть использованы положения законодательства, принятого в странах Восточной Европы.

Abstract:
In our work, the aim was to conduct a fundamental study of the issue concerning the ultrastructural characteristics of the mucous membrane and cartilaginous corset of the rat larynx in the norm.This information in the future will make it possible to form a base that will be used to compare the components of the mucosa and laryngeal cartilage in the norm with the dynamics of their changes as a result of experimental opioid exposure.

Abstract:
The proposed solar drying system significantly reduces the drying time and improves the quality of the product, including the preservation of vitamins. When drying rosehip, a laboratory analysis for vitamin "C" showed that 28% of this vitamin is destroyed during natural drying, and 17% when using a solar dryer.The drying speed increases by 2.5 - 4 times compared to traditional outdoor drying.In the proposed installation, you can dry different agricultural products, you can change the coating of the solar drying unit. In S/D, the air temperature is higher than in the environment from about 13 to 32 degrees Celsius, depending on weather conditions.The drying process in the S/D apparatus allows you to ensure the purity of the products. S/D is covered and during the drying process the product is not contaminated with dust and rain, by influence of dew, is not damaged by birds, insects or wasps.This device is convenient for transportation, during the day it can be moved and rotated to align to the sun.The proposed solar dryer is easy to manufacture and can be widely used in large and small farms, private and subsidiary farms.

Abstract:
The effect of hardeners on the properties of cured epoxy polymers is studied. For the purpose of synthesis of polymers with increased thermal properties. Theglycide esters of polycyclic bisphenols synthesized by us were used as a diol component. Since the thermal and heat resistance of polymers, in addition to the chemical structure of bisphenols, also depend on the structure of the hardener used, amine hardeners of different chemical structure are used to improve the thermal parameters of polymers, both heat resistance and heat resistance. The influence of the chemical structure of these hardeners on the properties of epoxy polymers is studied. Cured epoxy polymers are characterized by high heat resistance. High heat resistance results are obtained by 4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone, benzidine, 4,4′-diaminodiphenyloxide and other aromatic diamines. Polymers obtained by curing with these hardeners are deformed in the temperature range of 220-245°C. The use of the above hardeners gives high results in terms of heat resistance. In all cases, the polymers obtained on the basis of these hardeners decrease in weight by 10% in the temperature range of 340-400°C.

Abstract:
Aromatic polyesthers were synthesized on the base of policiclicbisphenols and dichloroanhydride of aromatic dicarboxylic acid by the method of equilibrium polycondensation in solvent. The obtained polymers are characterized by high heat-and thermal stability, are well soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons and they form transparent films from solutions which are characterized by good mechanical and dielectric properties.

Abstract:
The unique properties of epoxy polymers have led to their wide application in various fields of modern technology. The influence of the structure of bisphenols on the properties of epoxy polymers, especially thermal ones, is known. However, the chemical structure of the hardener also affects the properties of cured epoxy polymers. As hardeners, we used acid hardeners of various structures: anhydrides of maleic, phthalic, pyromellite, methyltetrahydrophthalic and other acids. The following hardeners give high results in heat resistance: pyromellite and methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydrides. Polymers obtained by curing with these hardeners are deformed in the temperature range of 220-245°C. The use of these hardeners gives high results in terms of thermal stability. These polymers are formed by curing these components. It is known that the properties of epoxy polymers depend on the chemical structure of the glycide ether. There was some interest in investigating the influence on the properties of epoxy polymers as a chemical structure, as well as the nature of hardeners. For this purpose, diglycidal esters based on bisphenols were synthesized.

Abstract:
Bone damage in fractures is never isolated and is always accompanied by soft tissue damage, microcirculation and neurotrophic processes. The severity of these disorders depends on a number of factors: the mechanism of injury, type and location of the fracture, the magnitude of the displacement of the fragments, the size of the hematoma in the fracture area.One analyzed the rehabilitation treatment after closed osteosynthesis of the tibia in 53 patients with fractures and their consequences (nonhealing fractures, pseudoarthrosis) that were operated with the use of blocking intramedullary metal polymeric fixation devices BIMPF – 3M and BIMPF – 8. No infectious complication was noted, one patient was characterized by a delayed consolidation of fragments in case of closed BIMPO. The average terms of fragments consolidation with a complete restoration of an operated extremity ranged from 10 to 12 weeks in case of dynamic version of BIMPO and 13 – 15 weeks with a static one.

Abstract:
Among diaphyseal long bones fractures - fractures of the femur and tibia are the most common. Femoral fractures range from 10.4 to 23.9% of all long bone fractures and from 13 to 36.3% of tibial injuries. The problem of treatment of these injuries is due to the large number of unsuccessful treatment results, as evidenced by the high percentage of disability (up to 20-30%). The purpose of the study is to publish the experience of using multifunctional devices UKRNDITO in the treatment of long bone fractures. The fixed device belongs to unilateral external multifunctional fixators on the basis of sticks and was used in 17 cases of open injuries, 20 - closed fractures of long bones and in 3 cases of osteomyelitis processes. Analysis of clinical cases of patients’ treatment with fractures long bones using these devices showed that these operations are accompanied by minimal blood loss and trauma, significantly reduce the duration of surgery, allow for early functional load and ensure mobility of joints adjacent to fractures, reduce the length of hospital stay, are «comfortable» for patients.

Abstract:
This paper considers the issues related to the provisional enforcement of administrative acts and the legal remedies against the execution of an administrative act before its entry into force in case of contestation before a higher administrative body or the court. The means of protection of the parties concerned against the provisional enforcement of administrative acts are the subject of special proceedings defined as enforcement proceedings, as they guarantee the ultimate aim of protecting the respective appellant, which is sought by challenging the administrative act, namely not to have the legal consequences of an illegal administrative act realized. The enforcement proceedings under the Administrative Procedure Code provide protection through the suspension of provisional enforcement until the final settlement of the issue of the legality of the administrative act. There detailed consideration of the preconditions of the proceedings, including the controversial issues related to their application in the administration of justice.

Abstract:
The article presents a method for assessing the quality of roads using geographic information technologies to create digital models of the road and the surrounding area. The construction of such digital models is performed on the basis of geospatial coordinates to be processed during the certification of roads. When processing data in specialized software packages, geometric parameters and indicators of compliance with traffic safety conditions are obtained on the basis of spatial coordinates. Based on the constructed digital models, the indicators of functional wear are estimated.

Abstract:
Мета: виявити рівень фізичного розвитку і загальної фізичної підготовленості важкоатлетів 10-12 років. Матеріали і методи: У даному дослідженні брали участь юнаки 10-12 років які займаються в секціях важкою атлетикою в ДЮСШ ХТЗ, а також в спортивному інтернаті №2 міста Харкова. До експерименту було залучено 25 юнаків які займаються важкою атлетикою. Результати: встановлено, що юні важкоатлети які були задіяні протягом 2-х етапів педагогічного експерименту 1 етап (10 - 11 років), 2 етап (11 - 12 років) - дані. Виявлені відмінності в інтенсивності приросту показників фізичного розвитку за дворічний період спостережень відбивають нерівномірність і гетерохронность дозрівання організму дітей. Навіть за такий відносно короткий проміжок часу (два роки) відзначається помітна різниця в інтенсивності приросту більшості досліджуваних показників фізичного розвитку. Висновки: встановлено, що абсолютні значеня спеціальної фізичної працездатності випробуваних, підвищується на протязі всього дворічного періоду. Однак величина відносної інтенсивності приросту абсолютних значень спеціальної фізичної працездатності на етапах спостережень різна: перший рік - 10,48%, другий - 0,86% (р <0,01). Іншими словами, за перший рік спостережень (вік 10-11 років) показники спеціальної фізичної працездатності значно зростають, а за другий рік (вік 11-12 років) практично не змінюються.

Abstract:
Disorders in the system of neurohumoral regulation, gastrointestinal peptide hormones, such as cholecystokinin-pancreozymin (CCK-PZ), which also acts as a neurotransmitter, are of great importance in the development of the biliary tract pathology. The influence of CCK-PZ on the gallbladder function in patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis in combination with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and Stable ischemic heart disease (SIHD) remains unexplored.We have examined 60 patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis, among which patients with concomitant NAFLD and SIHD or without comorbidity were distinguished. The lipid spectrum of the blood was determined for all patients, the level of CCK-PZ in the blood serum was determined by the enzyme immunoassay using reagents made by Peninsula Laboratories Inc (USA). A polypositional ultrasound examination of the gallbladder was performed, as well as a fractional multiple moment duodenal intubation. It was found that the combination of chronic acalculous cholecystitis with NAFLD and SIHD is manifested by a significant violation of lipid metabolism, dyslipidemia, an increase in cholesterol of proatherogenic lipoprotein fractions and a deficiency of high density lipoproteins. A decrease in the level of cholecystokinin-pancreosimin in patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis leads to a decrease in the contractility of the gallbladder and an increase in the tone of the sphincter of Oddi. An increase in the level of triacylglycerols and total cholesterol leads to an increase in the flow of lipids into the wall of the gallbladder, which is manifested by its thickening and hypotension of the gallbladder.

Abstract:
According to statistics, every fifth married couple has problems with pregnancy. It is known that among all the factors of infertility, the first place is occupied by the tubal-peritoneal factor, and the most common cause of non-pregnancy is a violation of the receptive ability of the endometrium. In the study of the endometrium in patients with unsuccessful attempts at assisted reproductive technologies and severe endometrial insufficiency, there are changes in receptivity, impaired development of foaming, decreased expression of implantation molecules. The development of new methods for correcting the receptive function of the endometrium remains an important step. It should be noted that currently there are no standardized approaches to pre-pregnancy preparation of endometrial receptivity with pronounced signs of lag. Also today, special attention is paid to the impact of carbohydrate metabolism disorders on women's reproductive health. Based on the analysis of literature data and the results of their own retrospective observations, the team of authors identified the role of disorders of carbohydrate metabolism and autoimmunization with food allergens in the violation of endometrial receptivity. It is noted that severe endometrial insufficiency is significantly correlated with an increase in the number of women with disorders of carbohydrate metabolism. The initial algorithm of preliminary preparation of the endometrium of normal immune systems and carbohydrate conversion of heirs in accordance with the mode of processing and analysis is developed and offered. Created, adherence to the elimination diet increases the receptivity of the endometrium with a collection of women according to standard schemes. The proposed training algorithm also improves the overall health of patients, reduces metabolic manifestations.The results of the studies indicate the need for a differentiated approach to the correction of endometrial receptivity and pre-pregnancy preparation of the endometrium before subsequent cycles of ART.

Abstract:
Aim of study: to determine the pathogenetic factors that have an impact on the development of diabetic myopathy in children with DM1, to investigate the structure of the factors. The observation group included 136 children 14.3 ± 0.3 years old who have been suffering from DM1 for 1 to 10 years. Diagnosed diabetic myopathy in 45 (33.1%) patients (19 (24.4%) boys and 25 (44.8%) girls). By factor analysis, 5 factors were identified that are of leading importance in the pathogenesis of the development of diabetic myopathy in children with DM1. These factors accounted for 73.33% of the total dispersion. The first rank place was represented by the group factor (nitrotyrosine and homocysteine), which accounted for 19.54% of the total dispersion; interpreted as a factor of "oxidative stress". The second rank place was represented by the content of triglyceride in the blood serum and the level of the triglyceride-glucose complex, which amounted to 16.69% of the total dispersion; interpreted as "insulin resistance factor". The third rank place was interpreted as "the state of peripheral blood supply", which accounted for 13.93% of the total variance, and included the indicators of the ankle-brachial index before and after exercise stress. The fourth rank place was interpreted as an "anamnestic factor", which accounted for 12.04% of the total dispersion, and included three risk factors: age, sex of the patient, and duration of DM1. The fifth factor ("inflammation factor") included the indicators of glycosylated hemoglobin and interleukin-6, and demonstrates the development of chronic low-level inflammation against the background of hyperglycemia. Thus, using factor analysis, we determined that oxidative stress, insulin resistance, impaired peripheral circulation, duration of diabetes mellitus, female sex, chronic hyperglycemia, increased activity of proinflammatory cytokines had a priority effect on the pathogenesis of diabetic myopathy. We have formed a factorial model that will optimize the diagnosis of diabetic myopathy, improve approaches to its therapy and prevention, identifying among children with DM1 the risk group for the development and progression of this complication.

Abstract:
The rate of infertility in married couples of reproductive age in this country makes up from 10 to 15%, in some regions this value is close to 20% - acritical level that has a negative impact on demographic figures. The rate of pregnancy depends directly on the women’s age and decreases by 3.3times starting from the age of 19 and by the age of 48. The decrease in the ability to conceive is accounted for by subtle mechanisms related to thedeterioration of the quality of oocytes. The patients who are prepared for an extracorporeal fertilization program (ECF) and do not respond tocontrolled ovarian hyperstimulation protocols are considered to be poor respondents. Many studies focused on the development of an optimaltreatment method. However, none of the approaches seems to be effective enough to guarantee a successful use. Platelet-rich plasma is a new andpromising method that is successfully used in the reproductive science to solve a number of medical problems. All the patients whose commonfeatures were low oocyte output and poor embryo quality as well as failed ECF attempts were offered a treatment method of autologous PRP therapyafter their written consent. Three months later, one obtained astonishing results, which by the markers of biochemical infertility alone could beclassified as a complete biological phenomenon and are also characterized by improved embryo quality. The results of hormonal homeostasis show adecrease in the level of the follicle-stimulating hormone by 67.33% while the level of the anti-muellerian hormone is 75.18% higher.Thus, the use of the PRP therapy in poor respondents helps them to overcome their problematic reproductive barrier.

Abstract:
Tourism has a range of impacts on mountain ecosystems, communities and economies. Many of these impacts are negative, but tourism may also generate positive impacts. They can become supportive force for maintaining peace, fostering pride and cultural traditions, creating local jobs, increasing visitor awareness of natural, cultural and historical values and assets. Local communities and businesses support the long-termsustainability of a tourism destination. A decrease in cultural diversity or authenticity and loss of local customs and traditions may bring the destination to the loss of the attractiveness to visitors seeking a unique cultural experience and attractiveness. In one of the mountain regions of Georgia – Svaneti - the economic benefits of tourism are channeled into the local economy of the region i.e. local community benefit from tourism activities and local businesses (accommodation, transport, food and beverages outlets, souvenirs and crafts etc.) contribute to the authentic nature of the particular mountain destination. Cross-cultural awareness, communication between visitors and local people raises the quality of visitor experience and the level of community understanding in support of tourism.

Abstract:
Malocclusions that have not been eliminated in time can cause complications such as periodontal diseases, TMJ and muscle dysfunctions.An objective indicator of functional disorders is the change of bioelectrical activity of masticatory muscles. The aim of our study was to estimate thefunctional state of maxillodental system in order to develop the individualized treatment and achievement of high functional and aestheticoptimum in patients with associated occlusal abnormalities who need complex treatment. All examined patients had deviations of the averageamplitude of bioelectrical activity of muscles, asymmetry in muscle function, bursts of spontaneous bioelectrical activity at rest, chewing cyclefragmentations, changes in rest and activity ratio during chewing. One of the most important criteria for the transition to the next stage of treatment isnormalization of bioelectrical activity of the muscles. Such approach allows to achieve stable and long-lasting functional results of the treatment.

Abstract:
The work considers the solution to the urgent problem of reloading grain into vehicles and reducing its damage. The possibility of throwing grain at a given range by creating an appropriate ballistic flight path by adjusting the speed of the electric drive of the belt when it is powered by a frequency converter is substantiated. The problem of reducing the focus of grain scattering by forming the flow of grain and controlling its movement not only when moving on the belt, but also after the separation of the flow and its movement in the air. Focusing of the lower layer is achieved by giving it an additional initial speed, which is provided by the air flow from the fan installed under the belt. For the frequency converter of the electric drive of the fan, in the form of a regression model, the control law which considers parameters of grain and necessary range of transportation is synthesized. Experiment planning theory was used to synthesize the control law.

Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is an extremely urgent issue in modern medicine. This disease is often complicated by anemia, which has specific pathogenetics mechanisms of development and forms a mutual burden syndrome of diseases in cancer patients. The anemic syndrome is accompanied by the development of tissue hypoxia, which in turn activates the processes of oxidative stress and leads to increased release of biologically active compounds, in particular, biogenic amines. One of these is histamine. Its high concentrations cause spasm of the arterioles, which exacerbates tissue hypoxia. We have examined (n=153) patients with colorectal cancer without anemia, (n=75) patients with colorectal cancer complicated bymalignant tumor anemia, and (n=53) patients with iron deficiency anemia. The content of plasma free serotonin fractions was determined by the fluorometric method proposed by Mikhailychenko B.V., Vydyborets S.V. (1999). The patients with iron deficiency anemia and malignant tumor anemia have shown to have a significant increase in plasma free histamine, compared with the control group and the group of patients with colorectal cancer with out anemia. Plasma free histamine was increasing together with the severity of anemia. The article discusses the feasibility of using the content of plasma free histamine, as an option, to assess the state of compensation of secondary metabolic disorders in iron deficiency anemiaand malignant tumor anemia during treatment and its possible differential diagnostic value.

Abstract:
To date, the basis of surgical tactics for chest injuries is the primary surgical treatment of the wound and drainage of the pleural cavity with dynamic monitoring and determination of indications for surgery, based on the amount of blood released by drainage, without any attempts to actively verify the nature of injuries.Treatment of patients on the basis of the so-called "individual approach" and active-waiting tactics, taking into account clinical, radiological and laboratory data, mainly meets the recommendations of the middle of the last century.From the standpoint of evidence-based medicine, thoracoscopy is the most effective method of topical diagnosis of traumatic hemothorax. Videothoracoscopic technologies significantly reduce the incidence of purulent intrapulmonary and pleural complications in penetrating lung injuries. Undoubted advantages of thoracoscopy are: full-fledged revision; accurate diagnosis, which eliminates doubts about the diagnosis and waiting period; determination of indications for drainage, operative thoracoscopy or thoracotomy.

Abstract:
The aim was to conduct a fundamental study of the issue concerning the morphological organization of the mucous membrane and cartilaginous corset of the rat larynx in the norm. Our goal is achieved through the use of morphological methods of preparation and microstructural research.This information in the future will allow to form a morphological base, which will be used to compare the components of the mucous membrane and cartilage of the larynx in the norm with the dynamics of their changes as a result of experimental opioid exposure.

Abstract:
Изучен характер формирования твердой корочки в кристаллизаторе, учитывая усадку заготовки при затвердевании. Проведено сравнение геометрических форм гильз ведущих производителей из Германии, Италии, Японии. Показано, что дефекты, зарождающейся в кристаллизаторе корочки заготовки, невозможно исправить последующими условиями охлаждения. На выходе из кристаллизатора корочка слитка должна быть равномерной толщины и выдерживать ферростатическое давление жидкой стали, чтобы предотвратить прорывы металла. Для этого требуется организация интенсивного и непрерывного таплоотвода от жидкой стали к охлаждающей воде в кристаллизаторе. Процессы отвода тепла от поверхности твердой корочки заготовки через стенки гильзы кристаллизатора имеют определяющее значение с точки зрения динамики нарастания твердой фазы и, как следствие, формирования поверхностных и подповерхностных дефектов. Abstract:
Despite the significant advances made by modern anesthesiology in the perioperative management of patients, surgical interventions are still accompanied by a high proportion of complications and even deaths. At the same time, it is known that in 50% of cases mortality and serious postoperative complications could be prevented. After performing a thorough study of the factors affecting the increase in hospitalization and postoperative recovery (Kehlet H., 1997; Kehlet H., Wilmore D., 2002), it was determined that the surgical stress response is the most significant inducer of dysfunction of various organs. and systems. To date, it has been established that general anesthesia in its classical sense does not allow achieving complete protection of the patient from surgical trauma. More complete protection can be achieved by combining general anesthesia with regional blockages and adjuvant drugs with stress-protective properties. In the present study, we compared the severity of the surgical stress response and pain syndrome in patients operated on under conditions of multicomponent balanced general anesthesia (group K) with patients who received a stress-limiting anesthesia regimen (group DB). In both groups, multicomponent anesthesia was performed, in group K, sibazone was used for sedation, in group DB, dexmedetomidine was used. Also, patients of the DB group underwent regional blockade (blockade of the pterygo-palatine fossa) before surgery. The main criteria for evaluating the results were: hemodynamic stability, blood glucose, the level of venous blood leukocytes and the severity of pain according to the VAS in the postoperative period. Both schemes made it possible to avoid pronounced fluctuations in hemodynamic and gas exchange parameters at all stages of the study. When analyzing blood glucose and leukocyte counts, it was found that patients in the control group had a more significant deviation of both indicators from the preoperative level than in the stress-limiting anesthesia group. In the study of pain syndrome, it was determined that in the control group the level of pain according to the VAS was higher at all stages of the study compared to patients in the group of stress-limiting anesthesia.

Abstract:
The influence of the chosen method of anesthesia on cognitive functions in the postoperative period is investigated in the article. Cognitive status analysis was performed using neuropsychological testing: Frontal Assessment Battery (FAB), short-term mental status assessment scale (Mini-MentalStateExamination - MMSE). The evaluation was performed in 3 stages: on the eve of surgery, 7 days after it and on the 21st day of the postoperative period. Patients were divided into two groups: group k - patients received general anesthesia with narcotic analgesics and benzodiazepines in premedication for 40 minutes, maintenance of anesthesia - sevoflurano - oxygen mixture on a low gas stream. minutes before surgery. Estimation of the depth of analgesia was monitored using ANI (Analgesia Nociception Index, index of analgesia with nociceptive effect), evaluation of the depth of sedation - by BIS (Bispectral index, Bispectral index). Patients in both groups were statistically comparable by gender and age. Given the comparative analysis of changes in neuropsychological testing on the FAB scale, the average in the group using dexmedetomidine increased by 13.3% relative to baseline. After a comparative analysis of neuropsychological testing on the MMSE scale, the indicators in the group using dexmedetomid while in the group with the "classical" method of anesthesia, they did not change significantly. Based on the data obtained, it can be argued that the use of dexmedetomidine, as a component of multimodal analgesia, has a positive effect on the state of cognitive functions in the post-anesthetic period.

Abstract:
To achieve the aim there has been examined 104 children aged 1–3 years with moderate and severe forms of intestinal infection of rotavirus etiology, for which they received appropriate treatment in Kharkiv Regional Children's Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital. Patients were divided into 2 groups: 1 group — 33 children with no concomitant herpesvirus, and 2 groups — 71 patients with rotavirus gastroenteritis and latent herpesvirus infection, caused by cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus or human herpes virus 6. Children in examined groups were comparable by gender, age, severity of main disease and other parameters.Prognosis of latent herpesvirus infection was made by means of multiple binomial regression. Independent predictors of concomitant herpesvirus infection included maximal daily number of vomiting, maximal increase of body temperature, time of onset of catarrhal symptoms since beginning of disease, level of ketone bodies in urine, amount of leukocytes, rod-shaped neutrophils and eosinophils in common blood count during acute phase of disease. As a reference group, we used respective clinical and paraclinical indices of patients with rotavirus infection only. Accuracy of model is 81.73 %.

Nowadays, women’s reproductive health is a topical issue of obstetrics and gynecology, therefore, great importance is attributed to timely diagnosis and prevention of diseases that influence fertility. The topicality of the issue of uterine hyperplasia, in particular, uterine fibroids, is accounted for by the social significance of the disease. Its incidence rate is constantly growing and makes up from 30 to 50% in women older than 35 years and, according to the data of autopsy, - up to 80%. No doubt, the peculiarities of development and progression of hyperplasia are determined by the reserve potential of various systems and organs, including the hepatobiliary system.The aim of research is to analyze the results of instrumental examinations of the functional capacity of hepatocytes in women affected by uterine fibroids and functional disorders of the hepatobiliary system. Research materials and methods. To accomplish the set objective, we used the following contemporary instrumental examination methods: ultrasonography and rheovasohepatography as well as a clinical and paraclinical analysis of caserecords of 150 women aged between 35 and 45 and affected by uterine fibroids, who were treated at the gynecological department of the Regional Perinatal Centre.Research results. As the research result show, uterine fibroids and the related hormonal disorders often go together with functional and morphological lesion of hepatocytes. Patients affected by uterine fibroids have preconditions for the development of functional disorders of hepatocytes as they present significant disorders of hepatic hemodynamics, decreased blood supply of the liver, as a result of pre- and postcapillary resistance.Conclusions. There is a close connection between uterine fibroids with concomitant hepatobiliary disorders and the severity of hormonal disorders, and the significant lesion of hepatocytes may be irreversible. Thisrequires pathogenetic correction by introducing drugs with hepatoprotective and antioxidant effects.

The coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic is the global health crisis of our time. Every day people lose their jobs and income. The World Health Organization estimates that 25 million jobs could be lost. The pandemic has caused serious damage to the tourism industry. International traffic statistics decreased by 74%. One of the businesses that has been severely affected by the pandemic is the hotel business. More than 75% of which suffered significant revenue cuts and 46% of hotels and restaurants had to lay off staff in full.There are 262 accommodation facilities in Imereti, where 1179 people are employed. Studies have shown that the number of employees in all hotels has been significantly reduced, while 10% of small hotels have closed altogether. Overall, from the first wave of the pandemic to the survey period, 65.8% of hotel staff were laid off (free leave was granted): small hotels reduced service staff by 71%, medium-sized hotels by an average of 65%.Hotel revenue for the first 10 months of 2020 decreased significantly compared to the same period in 2019 (reduced by 75%).It was found that due to delays caused by the coronavirus, additional financial resources were needed to save the business and 34% of the hotels applied to financial institutions.The state is trying to support small and medium-sized businesses with measures such as deferral of rent, subsidies, deferral of taxes.Quarantine zones and coveted hotels were opened in a number of hotels, which helped maintain employment and income for sector representatives and people employed in the sector.

Abstract:
Defect in the function of pancreatic cells is one of the key pathophysiological factors in type 2 diabetes, in particular, an imbalance between the secretion of insulin and glucagon, as well as a decrease in the efficiency of converting proinsulin into insulin, often observed. The aim of the work was to compare the characteristics of the secretory function of pancreatic alpha and beta cells in 43 patients with decompensated type 2 diabetes mellitus when using new classes of anti-diabetic drugs: glucagon-like peptide receptors agonists (GLP1ra) and inhibitors of the sodium-glucose transporter-2 (SGLT2i). Long-term treatment with these drugs (for 12 months) contributed to the normalization of the HbA1c level and a decrease in the % of visceral fat, as well as a decrease in the glucagon level compared to the baseline level. In both groups of patients, subgroups with high and low proinsulin levels have been identified. Under the influence of GLP1ra therapy, in patients of the low proinsulin subgroup, serum concentration of proinsulin and C-peptide significantly decreased, indicating a decrease in insulin secretion and a possible reduce in adaptive release of proinsulin as a result of glycemia decrease. Among patients treated with SGLT-2i, high pre-treatment proinsulin levels associated with higher glucagon and C-peptide concentrations comparing the low proinsulin subgroup. After 12 months of treatment, no significant changes in the concentration of glucagon, C-peptide and proinsulin were observed in both subgroups of patients treated with SGLT2i.

Abstract:
The study involved 240 patients with skeletal polytrauma. The aim of the study was to improve the results of treatment of victims with skeletal polytrauma by substantiating methods for predicting and preventing various complications after interhospital transportation and in the intensive care unit. We found that after interhospital transportation of patients, the following complications were detected: fatty embolism (11.6%), anemic syndrome (51.7%), acute respiratory failure (20.3%), pneumonia (13.4%). The main defects at the hospital stage were: incomplete laboratory and instrumental studies (81.7%), untimely surgical osteosynthesis (49.2%), undiagnosed complications (31.2%), underestimation of the severity of the condition (30%), inadequate correction of hypovolemia, anemic syndrome, coagulopathy (51.7%, 81.7%, 63.3%, respectively), inadequate prevention of thromboembolic complications and fatty embolism (70%, 51.7%), inadequate correction of acid-base disorders and dyselectrolytemia (100%).

80 pregnant women were examined after assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs: 40 women with manifestations of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnant women (IHP) - the main group and 40 women without manifestations of IHP (comparison group).In the majority (62.5%) of patients after ART, the diagnosis of IHP established after 30 weeks of pregnancy. Some patients (27.5%) reported short-term episodes of IHP up to 24 weeks of gestation. In 17.5% of women, IHP had a severe course. Almost a third (27.5%) of women are over 35 years old. Нами розроблено спосіб профілактики ротації ТІОЛ шляхом використання стандартного капсульного кільця. Обстежено 46 пацієнтів (59 очей), яким виконана факоемульсифікації та імплантована ТІОЛ. Ротація ТІОЛ через 6 місяців після операції в контрольній групі на 22 очах (70,9%), в основній групі - на 12 очах (42,85%). В основній групі у всіх випадках відхилення вісі ТІОЛ не перевищувало 6 градусів. Запропонований спосіб профілактики ротації ТІОЛ дозволяє підвищити ефективність факоемульсифікації катаракти.

Abstract:
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (idiopathic jaundice of pregnancy, recurrent familial jaundice of pregnancy) is a benign familial disease manifesting itself in the gestational period in itching and (or) jaundice. As a rule, the disease is observed in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy, that is in the 28th-30th week, and may disappear by itself a few days after labor and recur during future pregnancies.The aim of this research is to study the role and factors of vascular homeostasis regulation in women with infertility treated with assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and with concomitant intrahepatic cholestasis. Intrahepatic cholestasis is characterized by the damage of endothelial cells of hepatic sinusoids, changes in the intrahepatic hemodynamics, increased production of cytokines and free radicals. The processes of angiogenesis in the liver are also closely connected with the functional capacity of endothelium. The L-arginine level in blood was measured using the photometric method based. The homocysteine level was measured by the enzymatic cycling method. To measure the level of placental growth factor (PGF) in blood plasma samples, we used the immunochemical method.The research has found especially severe complications in the course of pregnancy after ART in those women with intrahepatic cholestasis whose placentas developed under the conditions of endothelial dysfunction from the very beginning of pregnancy.So, these factors may be early prognostic markers of severe obstetrical and perinatal disorders in women with induced pregnancy and hepatobiliary disorders.

There are a number of recognition problems in different fields that can be solved with the system of pattern recognition with learning – SPRL elaborated by us. The problem of forecasting natural disasters (floods, mudslides) in the given year, the fixed region, and the period belongs to it. To solve it, it is set in the terms of pattern recognition with learning according to which it is necessary to pre-determine the learning descriptions in the same region of the previous years using data of the previous 12 months of the period. From learning descriptions, firstly are separated control descriptions, then the variants of learning and learning recognizable descriptions. Besides, it is necessary to determine descriptions in year, in the same region using data of the same previous period of the (the first model). After transformation and increasing the informativity of the learning descriptions, the knowledge and data bases are determined for learning recognizable and control descriptions in relation to the variants and classes (the second model). Using them, one decision is made on belonging to the respective class for learning recognizable descriptions, but for control descriptions – the primary decisions according to the number of variants, and then on their basis – one decision. Exactly according to the results of the recognition of control descriptions a decision is made on the occurrence (non-occurrence) of a natural disaster in the same region and period (the third model). The article discusses the arguments related to this fact. This model considers the correction of data bases with respect to variants and classes, also, defines the effectiveness of working of the SPRL and its detector of trust. Considering the specifics of forecasting, the initial data of at least 5 years are required to select the best knowledge and data bases with the use of which a disaster should be forecasted.

With polytrauma, more than 30% of victims are diagnosed with severe blood loss, grade III MARINO of the leading components is transfusion therapy, which aims to restore the erythron system and improve the functional state of the oxygen transport system. Abstract:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of the relationship between genetic abnormalities and clinical and laboratory parameters of peripheral blood and bone marrow in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).Material and methods. 105 children diagnosed with ALL were examined (average age 6 years). To detect chromosomal translocations AF4/MLL t(4; 11) (q23; p23), BCR/ABL t (9; 22) (q34; q11), E2A/PBX1 t (1; 19) (q23; p13) and TEL/AML t(12; 21) (q13; q22) the method of polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) was applicated. PCR was performed with specific primers for the appropriate chromosomal aberrations. Detection of PCR products was performed by electrophoresis in 2% agarose gel. Determination of minimal residual disease (MRD) was performed by multiparameter flow cytofluorimetry using monoclonal antibodies.Results. Among patients, the incidence of ALL is most pronounced in children aged 3 to 6 years - 37 people (35.2%) and aged 6 to 9 years - 26 people (24.8%). The highest accidence was found among patients with chromosomal translocation TEL / AML - 22 (21%) of patients with a median age 5 years. In second place, the frequency of mutations is the translocation of E2A / PBX1. BCR / ABL translocation was less common - 1.9% of patients, but the expression of this gene indicates a bad course of the disease, as patients after cytostatic therapy under the ALLIC BFM 2009 program had a recurrence. Recurrence has also been observed in patients with TEL/AML chromosomal translocation.Determination of MRD showed its increased level in patients with chromosomal aberrations BCR / ABL and TEL/AML throughout the treatment phase. In addition, patients in these groups were diagnosed with initial leukocytosis followed by leukopenia after a course of chemotherapy. Patients of all groups showed a decrease in hemoglobin.Conclusion. The biggest changes in clinical and laboratory parameters were found between patients with chromosomal translocations BCR/ABL and TEL/AML, as evidenced by the development of relapses in patients of these groups. The low level of association between karyotype disorders, with the formation of AF4/MLL and E2A/PBX1, and clinical and laboratory parameters in patients with GLL may indicate that the isolated clonal disorders are independent prognostic factors for the course of the disease.

Objective: to increase the efficiency of the training process of athletes in military aviation pentathlon through the additional introduction of crossfit exercises and cognitive training. Material and methods of research: analysis of literature sources, questionnaires, testing, statistical analysis. The study involved 48 first-year cadets of the Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National University of the Air Force (men), aged 17-18, including 38 candidates for masters of sports and 10 masters of sports. The obtained results: a combination in a single algorithm of training first-year cadets - candidates for the national team with VAP exercises for the development of motor coordination skills, develop the maximum number of competencies (motor abilities). Using crossfit exercises with maximum agility, accuracy, balance, flexibility, mobility in the joints, jumping, accuracy, rhythm and plasticity allow cadets to develop maximum physical performance and endurance. Була розглянута група складнокоординаційних видів спорту з точки зору їх впливу на формування гендерної ідентичності і виявлені гендерні схожості і гендерні відмінності у спортсменів і спортсменок, що спеціалізуються в фігурному катанні, спортивній і художній гімнастиці, синхронному плаванні, веслувальному слаломі, стрільбі з луку, гирьовому спорті та в інших складнокоординаційних видах спорту. Серед юнаків співвідношення маскулінних і андрогінних складали відповідно 45 і 55% у дівчат 53 і 47%, серед окремих видів спорту у юнаків маскулінних спортсменів визначено в гирьовому спорті 53 % і спортивній акробатиці та спортивних бальних танців по 45 %, а андрогінних в сучасних танцях 80 %. У дівчат маскулінних спортсменок найбільше в естетичній груповій гімнастиці 67 % спортивній гімнастиці 64 %, синхронному плаванні 63 % та гирьовому спорті 61%. З’ясовано схожість і відмінності маскулінних і андрогінних юнаків і дівчат, що спеціалізуються в складнокоординаційних видах спорту стосовно їх особистісних якостей. Ідентичність особистості формуються протягом усього життя і спортивна діяльність є одним із чинників, який впливає на її формування. При аналізі особистісних якостей маскулінних і андрогінних юнаків і маскулінних і андрогінних дівчат виявлено між ними більше схожості ніж відмінностей: у спортсменів виявленні за чинниками жорсткість – чутливість, довірливість – підозрілість, а у спортсменок за чинниками стриманість – експресивність та впевненість у собі – тривожність.
