Abstract:
This study aims to describe the metaphor of love spoken by the main character in the novel Balada Cinta Maj Weaving by Geidurrahman El-Mishry using conceptual metaphors. The method used is descriptive analysis. The focus of the love metaphor is the expressions on the speech of the main character. Data collection uses documentation techniques with steps; read, mark, record, and categorize. Technical analysis uses content analysis that looks at the situation and condition of the speaker. The analysis shows that there are metaphorical expressions of love as an expression of the mental condition of the main character who is experiencing sadness, happiness, longing, and hope. Consequently sadness is the most dominant inner condition of hope, longing, and happiness. Conclusion, the whole phrase is used to convey the mental condition of the main character who is in love. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to describe the construction of invective clause markers in old age participants. The research method is qualitative. Data and data sources are insults derived from Bengkulu Malay language informants. Data collection methods and techniques through listening and introspection. The method of listening uses the basic techniques of tapping techniques outlined in the advanced technique, which is a free trial of competent involvement (SBLC), record, and record. Stages of providing data through three activities, namely collecting, selecting, and structuring. Analytical methods and techniques use contextual analysis, peer review, and distribution or distribution. There is a construct of marking invective clauses on parental participants: namely: 1) based on the position of the elements of the clause shows that the invective tends to be within the invective core clause, 2) based on function analysis, invective tends to occupy the predicate function (P) which is positioned in front of the subject (S) i.e. position (PS), 3) the use of the second persona pronominal as a mark of curse clauses indicates the tendency of invective use in intimate / intimate participants, 4) the use of clits - it is that the curse clause functions to emphasize imperative sentences and reinforcement designations in cursing sentences so that the utterances become coarser and the level of emotional expression of anger becomes higher. Abstract:
This study aims to describe the use of Indonesian in the Report on the Activities of the Application of Learning Tools (P3) of Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program Students STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the analysis of the Indonesian language in the Learning Activity Application Reports (P3) there were errors in the use of spelling in this study as many as 831 data quotations were obtained. Word selection errors in this study were 366 citations of data obtained. Ineffective Kalimat obtained 516 citations of data. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded if the use of Indonesian in the P3 report (Application of Learning Tools) is still lacking, so that further guidance is needed so that the future use of Indonesian can be better. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of the use of the discussion method on the writing skills of the eighth grade students' MTsN Dangung-Dangung District Five Puluh City. The method used is an experimental method. The results of the study found that learning by the discussion method affected the writing skills of the eighth grade students of MTsN Dangung-Dangung, Lima Puluh Kota. Data analysis shows that the discussion method has an effect on the skills of writing review texts. This is evidenced by an increase in the experimental class with the student score pretest time mean value ( ) is 67 after the discussion method has been applied, an increase with an average value / mean ( ) is 83. Whereas in using conventional methods students also value effect even if the increase in value is not too high. The pretest time mean value ( ) is 48. After applying conventional methods, the average value increase (mean) is 61. So the learning outcomes of students taught using the discussion method are better than the learning outcomes of students in the control class taught with conventional learning. Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to find out the process of developing contextual lecturer modules based on contextual students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. The method used by the Research & Development (R&D) model of Dick & Carey with stages, 1) analysis of needs and goals; 2) learning analysis; 3) analysis of learning (students) and context; 4) formulating performance goals; 5) developing instruments; 6) develop learning strategies; 7) developing and choosing learning materials; 8) design and conduct formative evaluations; 9) make revisions; 10) summative evaluation. The results of the study, the percentage of small group trial questionnaire of 92.78% included in the very positive category. Large group trials based on a questionnaire given to students get a very positive response with a percentage of 91.15%, the results of the test of the ability of students after using the module module 10 subjects got very good grades with a score of 8-10 the percentage of 38.46% , as many as 8 people who scored 6.6 - 7.9 with a good category and a percentage of 30.77%, the number of students who get enough grades only 4 people with a score of 6 or only 15.38%, and students who score less as many as 4 people with a range of values ​​from 4.6 to 5.5 or by 15.38%. Conclusions, the development of contextual lecturer modules based on students' contextual study programs in Indonesian language and literature education in the category of very good and practical for students to use. Abstract:
This study aims to determine students 'and teachers' perceptions of the results of developing android-based multimedia applications on poetry material for high school students in class X. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that students' perceptions of the development of application-based learning multimedia on poetry material obtained an average score of 3.82 with a decent category. The results of the assessment of Indonesian language teacher scores 4.23 in the very feasible category. Abstract:
This study aims to describe the comparison of moral values ​​in the novel Ivanna Van Dijk by RisaSaraswati with the moral values ​​of the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati. The research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained by reading, recording and concluding techniques. After the data is collected, data reduction is then performed. The selected data are then classified for further analysis of similarities and differences to be compared until the conclusion of the research results. The results of this study indicate that there are differences and similarities in the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself, human relations with humans, and human relations with God. Comparison of the moral values ​​of the two novels from the aspect of moral values ​​there are differences. In the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself are 19 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 50 quotations, human relationships with God are 8, and the total of these quotations is 149 quotations. Whereas in Ivanna Van Dijk's novel the moral value of human relations with oneself is 26 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 49 quotations, human relationships with God there are 3 quotations, and the total of these quotations is 105 quotations. Conclusion, the comparison of moral values ​​in the two novels is on the number of citations, while the equation lies in the form of quotations of moral values, which dominates the moral values ​​of relationships with others. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to describe Spiritual Question outcomes of Indonesian students in class VII SMP N 5 Kota Bukittinggi. The method used was the correlation method. Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to explain the linguistic situation in the form of diglossic inequality in speech events that occur in the Mesuji Raya. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The stages in this study began with data collection conducted by observation, interview, and note taking techniques. The data in this study consisted of natural utterances used by the Javanese Mesuji Raya speech community. The next stage is the stage of data analysis carried out by the matching method. The results obtained after analyzing the data are Javanese and Indonesian language codes have the Javanese language of instruction in Mesuji Raya and the seat is of a high variety (T) and the low variance code (R), Javanese speakers in this region do not like to use Javanese language codes correctly, and Understand also Understanding the language given by the Javanese people in Mesuji Raya in the various manners is still low. Conclusion, the use of the low variance code (R) is also used as a means of code switching in high variance speech (T), this is caused by linguistic factors, namely the ability of utilization required by the speaker. Abstract:
The aim is to describe declarative politeness (Sociopragmatic Study of Cases in District of Kaur Regency). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were declarative actions of the Kaur community which contained the politeness of various situations and various speech partners which contained politeness in language. The source of data in this study is the community in the Kecamatan Kecamatan Kaur Regency. Data collection techniques using the technique of recording, recording, see competent involvement (SBLC), see competent involvement (SLC). Data analysis techniques, namely transcribing recorded data, identifying data, classifying data, analyzing, interpreting, concluding. The results showed that declarative acts were found to fulfill politeness based on the principle of politeness, namely 1) maxim of wisdom, 2) maxim of generosity, 3) maxim of appreciation, 4) maxim of simplicity, 5) maxim of consensus, and 6) maxim of sympathy. Abstract:
This study aims to describe the style of language used by the novel Tanah Langit Merah and the Comet novel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data collection technique is the documentation technique. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Novel Comet contains a comparative language style of 109 citations, contrasting 39 quotations, linking 31 quotations, and repeating 10 quotations. (2) The novel Tanah Langit Merah contains comparative language styles, 97 parable parables, 117 metaphor quotations, 25 personification quotations, and 1 quote antithesis. Abstract:
This study examines the syntactic nature of the transitive sentence construction in the January 2019 edition of Merdeka.com online news. The sentence construction in this study is influenced by the affixation process. The affixation process changes the structure into several different arguments from before. While obscene arguments often occur to hide objects or actors as objects. Argument based Lexical Functional Grammar analysis based on structure takes into account the complex nature of unusual structures. Provision of data using the listen method and in analyzing data using the distribution distribution method. The data is sourced from the use of sentences in Merdeka.Com online news in writing. The results of this study verbs undergo an affixation process on the predicate function to determine their arguments. Abstract:
The purpose of this study in general is to describe the function of the rice language of the Sindang Kelingi Musi Rawas community. The data of this study are the utterances (words / languages) contained in rice activities. This study uses descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people or observable behavior. The data source used in this research is community based activities. This research uses qualitative data analysis. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to describe creativity with the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in class X SMAN 4 Payakumbuh. The method used was the correlation method. Determination of the sample is done by cluster random sampling or randomly, then which amaunted to 20 students. The results found that there was a significant relationship between student learning creativity and Indonesian language learning outcomes because the results of hypothesis testing proved that tcount was greater than ttable namely, 4.244> 1.734. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the form of directive speech acts of Indonesian language teachers in the learning process. In this study primary data were collected directly by the researcher in the form of utterances and their context in the Indonesian language learning process that contained directive speech acts. There are three stages in this research, namely the provision of data, data analysis and presentation of data analysis results. The results of the study, in its realization, the use of utterances are still classified as directive utterances even though they are delivered using different modes and are not in accordance with what is said, namely the imperative, declarative, and interrogative modes. The use of command speech is a form of directive speech that is predominantly used by instructors during learning. In conclusion, the directive speech acts of teachers in the Indonesian learning process generally have varied forms, speech containing directive speech tends to be found when the teacher explains the material, and when the teacher gives an assignment. Abstract:
This study aims to describe the improvement of student report writing activities and skills through visual media. This research data in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. Research procedures through stages: 1) observation and identification of problems, 2) pre-action activities, 3) planning research, 4) choosing a process approach using visual media to increase the activity and value of report writing skills, 5) making three-dimensional visual learning media to be projected through the LCD of the projector, 6) making observation sheets, 7) implementing research (observation, analysis and reflection). Research activities were carried out 2 times without using visual media and using visual media. Data collection was carried out by 2 researchers with observers. The results of the study found that after the research was conducted, it appeared that there was an improvement in student processes and grades. The results showed an increase in activity indicators (an average of 60 with sufficient qualifications (before the use of the media), to 80 with good qualifications (after the use of the media). Improved values ​​can be seen from an average of 54.17 (before) with almost enough qualifications being 76.25 with good qualifications (after). Abstract:
This study aims to determine the design of instructional materials development, validation results, and effectiveness of the use of contextual basic concepts of indonesian language and literature in STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau students. This research uses the R&D (research and development) approach of the Borg and Gall model. The steps of development that researchers do namely, preliminary research, planning development models, validation, evaluation, and revision of the model. Furthermore, teaching material products are tested on students with the steps: 1) Portotype testing, 2) Initial input, 3) Small group testing, 4) Field testing. Based on the results of the validation of three experts regarding the teaching materials of the basic concepts of indonesian language and literature, the results obtained by 80%, the teaching materials are in good category. The results of this study also showed that contextual based indonesian conceptual language and literature teaching materials were effectively used in lectures. Abstract:
The aim of the study was to develop English teaching material and the strategy. This study used library method. The data were obtained from phonology book, archives and other literature resources. The finding showed two developed points. Teaching material was arranged to cover the whole material which was taught and made according to KKNI. The discussion dealt with English pronunciation problems by native Indonesian was included in the material as the result of problem solving. The teaching strategy in this course was blended learning method. The method concerned on the process of learning activities and assignment. The method was selected in order that the students were able to use the technology and sharpen their digital literacy. Abstract:
This research aims to improve the application of Drill method in enhancing the writing ability of Ulu Script student of Bahasa Indonesia language and literature Education Program STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with the research type of pseudo experiments (quasi experiment). The population in this study is all students of the third semester of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study Program A and B class of 53 with the sampling is class B that amounted to 26 people. Data collection using an essai-shaped test. The data analysis technique uses t-test. From the results of the study obtained the average value of students after using the Drill method (84.92) is greater than before using the Drill (59.85) method and increased by 25,07. The hypothesis test results showed that at a rate of significance 5% value thit > ttab, 11,61 > 2.78 and 11.61 > 2.06. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to describe social criticism, a real form of man of letters protest against social problems throughher/his literary media. The method used is descriptive method. The results of this study found that Wisran Hadi and Athur S. Nalan conveyed their dislike of social phenomena through drama scripts. This is what is meant by the real form of literary protests through his work. Wisran Hadi through the drama drama"Jalan Lurus"describes his criticisms ranging from individual problems to his own character, to government issues. Whereas Artur S. Nalan through his draft text entitled Sobrat outlined which criticized the depravity of morals and a mindset that did not develop from humans, who were more interested in other regions even though in his area he could live better. In addition, moral problems are the actions of humans who no longer know what is good and what is bad. Conclusion, in general they describe their dislike of human habits in carrying out their lives. Abstract:
This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. Abstract:
The research aims at explaining the structure and the function of treatment spell in Kokoda community as well as explaining the pragmatic function of treatment spell in language education. The research was a qualitative research. It was conducted in Kokoda community, Sorong regency. The informants consist of two main informants and two supporting informants. The techniques in collecting the data were observation, interview and doccumentation. The data were analyzed through interactive model by Miles and Huberman. The findings were 1) the treatment spell was various and unstructured 2) the function of the treatment spell was magical, means can cure any diseases 3) pragmatic finding showed that the spell can bebas teaching resource in Indonesian language. In conclusion, the structure of the spell consist of four to nine lines. It classified into perfect spell and imperfect spell. It has magic function to cure disease; messages delivery function to teach humans about magic, love to help, empathy, respecting teachers, obeying God and the prophets, social relationship, humble; social identity function as the construction built by the community of spell users. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of using collaborative learning methods on narrative essay writing skills. This type of research is quantitative using the experimental method. In this study two classes were used, namely the experimental class and the control class, the experimental class was the deliberate class given a set of treatments by applying collaborative learning methods while the control class as the comparison class applied the conventional method. The results of the study, collaborative learning methods influence the writing skills of narrative essays in the experimental class, this is evidenced by the change in the value of students, which at the time of pre-test the average/mean is 74.8. After applying collaborative learning methods in the learning process in the experimental class, changes in student learning outcomes were obtained at post-test with an average value of 82.4. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the results of narrative essay writing skills between collaborative learning methods and conventional methods. This research aims at describing the maintenance of Sindang language in Watervang subdistrict Lubuklinggau city which was focused on the maintenance of Sindang language in teenagers and adults domain. The research was a quantitative descriptive research with 59 informants of teenagers and adults. The data collection was conducted through closed questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using percentage calculation. The results showed that the maintenance of Sindang language on teenagers group was 73,01 with 'good'category, and on adults group was 80,57 with 'good' category. Based on the average calculation, it can be concluded that the attitude of the language maintenance on Sindang language among teenagers and adults in Watervang subdistrict Lubuklinggau city is in 'good' criteria. Abstract:
This study aimed to (1) describe the learning outcome of writing a report before a portfolio-based learning model of the students of class VIII B at MTs Negeri 2 Bengkulu was conducted, (2) describe the result of the learning model in writing a report after portfolio-based learning in class VIII B MTs Negeri 2 Bengkulu was conducted, (3) describe the improvement in the ability to write a report based on the portfolio-based learning model of the students of class VIII B at MTs Negeri 2 Bengkulu. (1) The research was an action research, with descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study were the mean of the result of the pre-test in writing report material was 64 in sufficient category and the percentage of classical mastery was 75%. (2) The mean score of the students’ discussion result on writing report subject with the portfolio-based learning model in the first cycle was 74 in medium category. (3) The mean score of students’ discussion result on writing report subject with the portfolio-based learning model in cycle II was 80 in good category. (4) The mean result of the post-test on writing report material with the portfolio-based learning model was 80 in good category. (5) The percentage of classical mastery was 100% achived in cycle II. (6) The portfolio-based learning model was accurate enough to be implemented in improving student learning outcome. The conclusion of this study was that the portfolio-based learning model was accurate enough to be implemented in improving student learning outcome. Abstract:
The purpose of the research is to describe code mixing or billingualisme in communication among students of Al Hikmah Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School. Daily conversation among students was analyzed as data of the research. This is descriptive qualitative study which use participant observation technique. technique of analysis was used by the researcher before, during, and after research in the field. This technique emphasize several stages namely data collection, data reduction, display data and conclusion. Data collection was obtained in two weeks then classified into sub category then drawn conclusion. The findings showed that some code mixings were used by students frequently were Javannese, Indonesia and arabic. The findings showed that billingualism wudu consists of 1) word insertion, 2) phrases insertion, 3) clauses insertion, and 4) idiom insertion.The main factor in using billingualism in communication among students is multicultural, education level of speaker and purpose of speech. Abstract:
This study aimed to describe the process of forming a new vocabulary as a form of coinage in the hashtag from the point of view of the adoption process and adaptation processes that existed on social media, especially Instagram, which currently became one of the most active social media used by Indonesian teens. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was the note taking technique, while the data analysis technique used was the data analysis technique by Miles and Huberman (interactive models) which was started from the data collection stage, data reduction, data presentation (data display), and verification or conclusion (conclusion drawing). Determination of the process of forming a new vocabulary was based on the word formation process. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 14 data experienced the adoption process, and 6 data that experienced an adaptation process. Conclusion, on Social media Instagram which was focused on the hashtag used as a coinage form showed that the number of new vocabulary formation from the adoption process was divided into seven types of adoption forms, meanings and purposes of use, (1) single + two double vowels, (2) double vowels+ two words, (3) double vowels + three words, (4) two words, (5) three words, (6) acronyms, (7) whole words + word loss, while the adaptation process was divided into two types of meaning adaptations, words and class words namely, (1) KVK and KVKV, (2) KKVK + word dissolution. Abstract:
The research objective was to analyze the structure of drama manuscript of Musi Rawas folklore. The approach used was qualitative descriptive approach with library research method. The data were collected through reading technique, inventory technique and noting technique. The data were obtained from reading and coding were classified based on the object, described, organized into the report. The results presented: the conflict was when Gentayu recognized her mother was still alive and she kept meeting her, so that Remas Samar, whose father, was angry. It becomes the main problem in drama manuscript in Musi Rawas folklore "Gentayu Ulak Dalam". The plot in the drama was straightforward. The settings were in the village, forest, Baru Hill and river. Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to know the influence of modeling method and literary appreciation knowledge toward reciting poetry ability of seventh graders students' of SMPN Remban in academic year 2016/2017. The data was the result of literary appreciaton knowledge test and reciting poetry ability. VII.3 class used modeling method while VII.2 class used literary appreciation knowledge. This was experimental study toward students' ability in reciting poetry. Annova two ways analysis was used in analyzing the data. The findings showed that (a) there was influence between modeling method with reciting poetry ability, where Fvalue > Ftable or 2.482 > 0,3132, (b) literary appreciation knowledge influence toward reciting poetry ability Fvalue 24,716 > Ftable 0,3132, and (c)there was interaction between modeling method and literary aporeciation knowledge toward reciting poetry ability Fvalue 30,037 > F table 0,3132. In summary, students who taught by modeling method were better than students' who taught by literary appreciation in reciting poetry. Abstract:
The purpose of the research are to analyze language style im Till It's Gone and the relevance of language style toward learning in SMA. Data collection used documentation, meanwhile data analysis used fiction analysis. The steps includes identification, classification, interpretation, and conclusion of the data. The result of the research found 18 simile, 8 hyperbole, 5 personification, 2 metaphor, 2 euphemisms, 2 anaphoric, and 3 sarcasm. It is concluded that Till It's Gone Novel by Kezia Evi Wiadji more dominant used simile and hyperbole in language style. For relevance in learning literature for SMA, This novel can be used as additional material in learning Indonesia languange and literature subject for eleventh grade students about intrinsic and extrinsic elements of novel related to three aspects namely language, psychology and cultural background. Abstract:
This research aimed to describe lexical category (word class) and meaning of idiom in Lampung language. Descriptive qualitative was used in this research. The findings showed that idiom in Lampung language could be in form of complex word, word combination, and idiomatic expression. There were two idioms in complex word namely penghenguk and pedatong . Idiom in form of word combination could be a combination of noun+noun, noun+adjective, noun+verb, verb+adjective and verb+verb. Abstract:
The objective of the research is to improve students' writing poetry skill. There are twenty four third semester students' of Indonesia Language and literature study program of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau in this research. The research design was classroom action research. Test was used in data collection. The test was analyzed to know the mean score in pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II. The technique of data analysis was done by sum up the scores from the indicator assessment that obtained by the students. The results showed that learning mastery in writing poetry in pre-action was 45.83% meanwhile in cycle I was 70.83%, and learning mastery improved 91.66% in cycle II. Abstract:
This study aimed to describe how was the used of flash card for the first graders of SDN 133 Seluma and to improve early reading ability in Bahasa Indonesia. This is action research study with 2 cycles which has three meetings in each cycle and there were ten students as participants. Before treatment, the percentage of learning mastery was 50%. The learning mastery improved 70% in cycle I after giving treatment then it also improved 80% in cycle II, therefore the researcher decided not to continue to cycle III. Abstract:
The purpose of this paper describes the activities and models of Indonesian language learning in SD Negeri 133 Seluma on the material provide simple responses and suggestions. The research method is literature study by using knowledge and teaching experience in class IV SD Negeri 133 Seluma. Where this research illustrates from the observations that exist in the Seluma state primary schools. The results show that gift giving and praise are rewards or rewards for good behavior by children. In the poses of learning in schools many factors that affect the process and learning outcomes are internal and external factors. In the learning of Indonesian in elementary school class IV there is the material meyampaikan opinion rebuttal or suggestion. From the observation of the researcher shows that students are often shy (not confident) in expressing opinions or rebuttal. By providing reinforcement in the form of rewards through the form of praise will train the child to active learning and students are able to express opinions or arguments with an effective language. Based on the experience of the authors in providing learning in class IV, students are very excited if the learning is packed with as attractive as possible. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the ability to write news text through the method of quantum learning by using the image media on the students of class VIIIE SMP Negeri 17 Surabaya. To achieve the objectives of research required instruments include: teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and student learning outcomes. The data obtained in this study is presented in table form and analyzed by description. Abstract:
This study aims to discuss the effectiveness of learning inquiry based learning model in improving the learning of Indonesian junior high school students in Sabbangparu District. The data collected in this study, carried out through two cycles. Research subjects were teachers and students of class VIII with a total of 32 students, consisting of 20 males and 12 females. The result of learning analysis after applied inkuiri model in class student of SMP Negeri 2 Sabbangparu Wajo Regency that is at student prasiklus stage which complete with value more than 75 counted 0 student with percentage of 100 percent unfinished. In the first cycle, the students learning achievement increased, that is 20 students with 63 percent complete percentage of study with a value of more than 75. In cycle II also an increase that is a complete student with a value of more than 75 as many as 28 students with 88 percentage. So complete students learn to increase from 68 percent to 88 percent. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the application of inquiry model effectively improves the learning of Indonesian junior high school students in Sabbangparu subdistrict, especially on the matter of writing argumentation text. After the existence of the research, it is suggested that teachers should always supervise the class to motivate students' activeness and provide individual and group guidance. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to describe the Application of peer editing technique to the mastery of students learning achievement of Class X MA Mazroillah Lubuklinggau in Editing Text of Complex Procedure. This study uses quasiexperimental method with the research population of 49 students who are divided into two classes. The selected class as sample is X.II.S class. The data were collected with technical tests in the form of essay tests. The test results show that the average score of students is greater than the KKM or 78.87> 70 and the percentage of mastery reaches 89.29 percent. Based on the calculation results obtained to = 4.743. When consulted with t table with N-1 = 28-1 = 27 or db / df = 27) at significance level of 1percent is 2,771 and 5 percent significance level is 2.052. So to greater than tt either at the significance level of 1 percent or 5 percent, or 4,743> 2,771 and 4,743> 2,052. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the cohesion marker used in the Cinta Suci Zahrana novel especially in the last chapter titled Cinta Suci Zahrana. This research uses qualitative research method with content analysis technique. The data in this research is cohesion in Novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The source of data is the novel of Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The data on the cohesion in the novel of the Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy is analyzed by steps in tracking the relationship of every two sentences in pairs, ie the relationship between a sentence with a preceding sentence characterized by the use of the cohesion marker. The results of research based on cohesion mechanisms between the sentences contained in the novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy there is a grammatical cohesion which includes referring, replacing, and sequencing. Abstract:
The objective of this research was to determine whether there is influence of the send a problem technique to the ability to write a bibliography. Influence was shown from the completeness of the results of student learning class XI SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau in writing a list of libraries after applied the send a problem technique. Quantitative methods of quasi experiments are used in answering the purposes of this study. Techniques in collecting data in the form of a form of a description test technique. The research population was all students in class XI amounted to 138 students consisting of 4 classes. The sample in this research was class XI. MIA 4 which amounted to 34 students. Data analysis technique begins with the normality test, and continued with t test by looking at the difference between the KKM value which was hypothesised is 74 with the mean postes. Based on the result of test analysis with t test formula, to greater than ttable at 5 percnet significance level that is 2.60 bigger than 2.04. Thus, the results of student learning class XI SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau in writing the list of libraries after applied the send a problem technique significantly completed. Abstract:
The problem of this research is whether there is an influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning model towards Writing Skill of Student Proposal of Grade 11 MA Mazroillah Lubuklinggau. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning model on Writing Skill of Student Proposal of Grade 11 MA Mazroillah Lubuklinggau. The method of this research is using experimental method with pretest posttest control group design design or experimental control group design. The population in this research is all students of class 11 MA.Mazroillah Lubuklinggau. Two classes were taken as simple random sampling samples of class 11 IPA as experimental class and class 11 IPS as control class. Data collection techniques use written test techniques. Student ability test data were analyzed by using t test. Based on the result of t test analysis, with the level of trust = 0,05 and degrees of freedom = 41, obtained tcount greater than t table 06 greater than 2.02, then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the hypothesis reads that there is an influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning model to the Writing Skill of Student Proposal of Class 11 MA Mazroillah Lubuklinggau is acceptable truth, with the average value of experimental class 80,14 is bigger than control class69,38. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to describe the form of compliance and deviation of the principle of language politeness as well as the level of language politeness in the textbooks were focused on Bahasa Indonesia textbook of SMA, MA, SMK, MAK Class 10 Curriculum 2013 Revised Edition 2016 by Suherli etc. The method used in this study was quantitative descriptive method by using reading and recording as data collecting technique. Data analysis was done by using matching method. The determination of the form of complience and deviation of the principles of language politeness refered to the theories of politeness and Leechs politeness principles. While the the level of politeness was calculated based on the tendency compliance and deviations on the principle of language politeness. The results showed that there were 211 speech either obey or deviate to the principle of politeness. The obedience amounted to 157 speech, consisting of 63 maxims of wisdom, 6 generosity maxims, 18 reward maxims, and 70 maxim of consensus. The deviation of the principle of language politeness had a lower proportion of 54 speech, consisting of 52 maxims of wisdom, and 2 maxims of appreciation. Level of discourse politics contained in textbooks Indonesian SMA, MA, SMK, MAK Class 10 Curriculum 2013 revised edition 2016. It can be seen from the compliance rate having 74.4 percent, percentage which is in the range of 61percent to 80 percent with the polite category, and the deviation has the percentage of 25.6 percent which is in the range of 21 percent to 40 percent with the polite category. Abstract:
The objective of this study was to describe the level of language politeness in Linggau Pos newspaper. Samples of the study was opinion articles in Linggau Pos which was published in May until June 2017. Type of this study was descriptive quantitative. In collecting the data, the writer used documentation, listening, reading, and recording. The data were analyzed by using padan and precentage technique. The indicator of language politeness was based on Geoffrey Leechs concepts and theories. Based on the results of the study, it was found out that there were 49 sentences that obeyed and disobeyed the principle of language politeness. There were 28 sentences which disobey the rules. They were dominated by adherence to the maxim of wisdom. They obeyed the indicators to give beneficial by giving information to the listener and using indirect strategy to sue the listener to do something.While, there were 21 sentences which disobeyed the rules.They were dominated maxim of praise, which is to reduce the praise of others and give criticism to the listener. The Percentage of language politeness in opinion articles in Linggau Pos newspaper included in enough level because there were 57,14 percent of the total data belong to maxim of language politeness. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the contemporary poetry by Sutardji Calzoum Bachri with a stylistic approach. This research is content analysis based research. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Results and discussion in this study found the elements that stand out in the development of the concept of estessstis on contemporary poetry is diction and style of language. Poets are free to play the words with the aim of beautifying poetry poems. The language style used is hyperbolic language style, repetition. Keyword: Poetry, Stylistic Approach

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to know how the correlation of linguistic knowledge with the ability to write drama script based on personal experience of class 11 students of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau. This research uses descriptive correlation method. The data was collected by using two variable test. The variables in this study consist of variables X language knowledge, Y)ability to write drama script based on personal experience. To know how the relationship between linguistic knowledge with the ability to write drama script based on personal experience of students of class 11 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau, using the Product Moment formula rough figures. Hypothesis testing by comparing the amount of r count with rtabe 4l after consulted on product moment value with db df = 34 at 5 percent significant level obtained r table = 0,339 while at significant level 1 percent obtained r table = 0,436. With demikin then r count is bigger than r table. 0.9314 greater than 0.339 for a significant level of 5 percent and 0.959 greater than 0.436 for a significant level of 1 percent. This means that the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted or proved to be true, that there is a correlation between linguistic knowledge variable X and the ability to write drama script based on personal experience Y variable students of class 11 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that there is a relationship between linguistic knowledge and the ability to write drama script based on personal experience of students of class 11 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau. Abstract:
The title of this researchis Analysisof Moral Value ​​of Bulan Jingga di Atas Kepala of M Fadjroel Rachman. The formulation of thisresearch problem ishow the moral values ​​relatingto human relationships with God, the relationshipself, relationship with fellow human beingsand the relationship with the environment contained in the novel of theBulan Jingga di Atas Kepala of M Fadjroel Rachman. The objectives of the study were todescribe the moral values ​​associated with human relationships with God, the relationship with oneself, relationships with others, and the human relationships with the environment contained in the novel of te Bulan Jingga di Atas Kepala M Fadjroel Rachman. Technique of collecting data usingliterature study technique and record. Based on the results of research and discussion of novel Bulan Jingga di Atas Kepala of M Fadjroel Rachman can be deduced that the moral value in human relations with his Lord found 28 citations, the moral value of relationship with self found 20 citations, the moral value of human relationships with fellow found 13 citations, the moral value of the relationship with the environment found 7 citations. So it can be concluded that in the novel of the BulanJingga di Atas Kepala of M Fadjroel Rachman contained moral values ​​relating to human relationships with God, the relationship with self, relationships with others, and human relationships with the environmentthat proved tobetrue. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the second semester 2A, College of Teacher Training and Education Activities Teachers Association of Indonesia, City of Lubuklinggau in 2016 on systematic aspects, covering Opening, content and closing)and attitude of interviewing Neutral, Friendly, fair and Luwes. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study is a description of the analysis of the results of interview activities that covers, Systematics and attitude at the time of interview. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the errors that are in the results of student interview activities semester 2A Program studi donesian Language and Literature Education is still very high. Errors contained from the results of student interview activity semester 2A, broadly covered, systematic enough categorized, as well as the attitude of the interview is still in enough category. The dominating factor is the experience of the students is still very low, this will be the attention of the author as a lecturer pengampu course to actively train interview activities so that kedepanya can be better.
