Abstract:
With the continuous deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education, innovation and entrepreneurship education is faced with the problem of upgrading. The construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching scene is the key to solving “teaching and learning” in the process of upgrading. Based on the translation mechanism of actor-network theory, this paper probes into the three paths of “structure scene, classroom teaching scene and learning mode” to construct the teaching scene of innovation and entrepreneurship, which is a new path to explore the innovation and reform of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching by integrating numeral intelligence technology.

Abstract:
Physical education has been an important aspect of school curriculum hitherto, not only in elementary but also in higher institutions of learning like colleges. Notwithstanding its significance in physical and mental health development and well-being, it has not been taken with the level of seriousness it deserves, especially in colleges and other higher learning institutions. This can be trivial to the personal and professional life of a college electrical engineering students. This is because they are one of the most affected careers due to their heavy workload, as they may presume. All this is attributed to the lack of a better medium and framework for passing information across from the instructor to the students in the course of the physical education (P.E) lessons. This paper mainly discusses the formation of quality-oriented education thought, the basic characteristics of quality-oriented education in colleges and universities, the main contents and the concrete countermeasures of carrying out quality-oriented education in colleges and universities by means of literature method, expert interview method and logical thinking method. The main purpose is to explore a new model of physical education suitable for the objective needs of social development in the 21st century, to continuously improve the quality of education and teaching, and to comprehensively promote the implementation of the Outline of National Fitness Program. This calls for a better student-driven and instructor-acquaintance model that will help improve these P.E lessons, which is the main objective of this research study. Putting up this new model will not only improve the process but also bring exuberance to both the instructor and the student. Unlike the traditional models which were more instructor or teacher-centered, this research delves into a new model that is more student-driven. It theoretically describes how the student-driven instructor-acquaintance (SDIA) model can be conceptualized to how it can be implemented to realize P.E’s full demeanor and importance in a college setting. To test the effectiveness of the model, a pilot study was done on students and instructors to refine the existing findings. The participants were chosen based on both the traditional and the model's criteria. The results proved that creating and adopting the SDIA model is more likely to improve the process's motivation and make the lessons livelier.

Abstract:
The practice teaching system of colleges and universities develops entrepreneurship education, implements entrepreneurship education, and cultivates high-quality skilled talents with entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability, which has become an inevitable requirement of the times. This article starts with the practical teaching system of colleges and universities, constructs a higher vocational practical teaching system with the concept of entrepreneurship education, creates high-skilled entrepreneurial talents that advance with the times, gives full play to the characteristics of colleges and universities, establishes entrepreneurial education and training bases, and enables students to establish a sense of market competition and Entrepreneurship.This article takes practice teaching as the research object, designs a set of reform evaluation index questionnaires based on the indicators in the evaluation system, and analyzes the results to determine the evaluation indicators. Then calculate the weight coefficient of each evaluation index according to the weight factor analysis method, and finally calculate the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index, so as to make a reasonable evaluation of the actual teaching reform. Experiments have proved that the CITC values corresponding to the 12 analysis items in the questionnaire are all greater than 0.25, indicating that there is a good correlation between the analysis items. This shows that the practical teaching system of colleges and universities guided by the concept of entrepreneurship education is to continuously serve the society and continuously deliver entrepreneurial talents. It also organically connects society and schools, acts as a bridge, and has certain theoretical value and practical significance.

Abstract:
Legal knowledge is boring, and some content is not related to their life experience. Abstract:
Aerobics is a beautiful and rhythmic sport. In recent years, aerobics has developed rapidly, and has become one of the essential courses of physical education in Colleges and universities. But the existing aerobics courses in Colleges and universities are less involved in the training process of action strength. Lack of strength quality is a common shortcoming of Aerobics Athletes in Colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper puts forward the methods and means of action strength training in aerobics training. According to the characteristics of competitive aerobics, combined with the traditional training strategy of action strength, this paper formulates the method of action strength training suitable for College Aerobics athletes. In order to further verify the effectiveness of this method, this paper takes a university aerobics team as an experimental sample to carry out a comparative analysis of the effect of action strength training. Relevant studies have proved that core strength training has the following effects on aerobics players: 1. Helps the calisthenics team member stabilize the trunk, improve the body's control ability and balance ability. 2. It is conducive to completing difficult movements of calisthenics with high efficiency and low energy consumption. 3. Helps the aerobics team member to enhance the special strength. 4. It can effectively prevent sports injuries. 5. It can improve the direction change and displacement speed of the body. 6. It can improve the energy output of the core strength to the limbs and other muscle groups during movement, so that the movement can be completed more perfectly.According to the results of the experiment, the explosive force and endurance of the experimental group after 8 weeks of training have been significantly improved, and formed a more obvious difference with the control group. The aerobics training method developed in this paper can be divided into two stages: the initial stage and the middle stage, which can better meet the students with different physical qualities. At the end of this paper, a fast strength training method is introduced, and the characteristics of different training methods are analyzed.

Abstract:
The family education responsibilities of rural left-behind children are not fully implemented, and school education is weak, which has caused a series of problems. The education of rural left-behind children has gradually attracted people's attention. In this context, this article studies the current situation and countermeasures of rural LBC education and teaching. This article combines research methods such as questionnaire survey method and on-site interview method for research. In order to better explain the problems of local government, this article first defines the definition of local government, expounds the theory of personality development, and uses scientific sampling methods in the research process to extract research results from some rural areas in our province.了Analysis. Based on the performance of LBC and non-LBC schools, learning guidance and learning, the current situation of LBC education in China was studied. In addition, this article also studied the performance of LBC parents before and after they went abroad, and made some suggestions. The study found that before the parents went out, LBC's academic performance was mainly concentrated at the intermediate level and above, accounting for 78%. After the parents went out, LBC's academic performance decreased significantly, and the results were mainly concentrated in the intermediate and above. Below, accounting for 84%. It can be seen that the role of parents in children's growth education is essential.

Abstract:
Classroom teaching tact is a kind of sensitive, rapid and accurate judgment and response ability of teachers in the face of complex classroom teaching situations. The implementation of the new curriculum reform requires teachers to have a higher level of teaching tact. Based on the self-designed questionnaire, this study investigated 200 primary school students in Hunan Normal University, explored the main influencing factors of their classroom teaching tact, and verified the rationality, reliability and validity of the questionnaire structure. It is found that the differences of gender and major have no influence on the level of classroom teaching tact of primary school students on post internship, while the differences of professional identity, personality, teaching class size, teaching reflection and post job training will bring the differences of classroom teaching tact level of primary school students on post internship. The primary school students who have high degree of professional identity, outgoing personality, small class size, good teaching reflection and more job-related classroom teaching and training have higher level of classroom teaching wit. But at the same time, we should also consider the interaction of various factors and do a holistic and dialectical thinking on the analysis of the factors that affect the level of classroom teaching tact of primary school students.

Abstract:
The business model of the Internet industry determine the important role that users play in Internet companies. According to the theory of economies of scale, the increase in the number of users can promote the growth of Internet companies' income by reducing costs, thereby enhancing the market value of Internet companies. However, it is the user that leading to the mostly uncertainty in the Internet market, and the increase in the number of users does not mean the increase in user activity and user stickiness. Therefore, this paper constructs three key factors of customer value: audience scale, user stickiness, and purchasing power. They are the key to creating value for a company. After analyzing the relationship between customer value and enterprise value by using 3635 balanced panel data from 727 Internet companies from year 2013 to year 2017. It is found that the three dimensions of customer value have a non-linear relationship with an asymmetric threshold between enterprise values, respectively.

Abstract:
Healthy fitness is considered to be closely related to good health. Nowadays, in a modern society, people are less and less active, and high-nutrient intake is increasing. In the face of high-intensity work and life pressure, people’s leisure and entertainment time will increase relatively. When people are deeply aware of the importance of good physical fitness and regular exercise for health. Physical fitness training can bring some positive factors to the body. The purpose of this paper is to study the rationality of fitness assessment indicators for cardiorespiratory fitness in medical systems. In this paper, the cardiopulmonary function and gas metabolism test (K4b2 exercise cardiopulmonary function tester) was carried out by step-by-step incremental load test (CS3000). The subjects wore a breathing mask and a heart rate monitor on a power bicycle for 5 min to measure the gas metabolism in a quiet state. The incremental load motion is then completed on the power bike. At the same time, the three-axis physical activity monitor produced by ActiGraph in the United States was used to test the energy metabolism during exercise and training. The exercise load starts from 25 W, the rotational speed is 60 r/min, each stage increases by 25 W, the load of each stage lasts for 2 min, there is no interval between the levels, and the heart rate, blood pressure and RPE value at the end of each stage are recorded. The experimental results demonstrates that the method has a significant effect on the functional fitness of the elderly with cancer (P < 0.01). The exercise frequency and exercise time have the most significant influence on the fitness of the elderly with cancer (P < 0.001). The muscle strength, flexibility, balance quality and cardiorespiratory strength of the upper and lower limbs were significantly positively correlated with the exercise frequency and each exercise time, but not by the exercise intensity (P > 0.05).

Abstract:
The advancement of information digitization has accelerated the digital transformation of the industry. Dance education belongs to the field of art and involves the education industry. Its digital development and application research must conform to the general laws of dance art and the special laws of dance education. Digital scientific development and application need to address the common features of technology and art, not blind research and development. This paper introduces the structure and current analysis of dance education and teaching promotion based on digital network communication through the analysis and construction of the system. This paper proposes a digital network communication method to construct an Internet communication mode, which realizes the information exchange between users' computers, and makes dance education and teaching spread on the Internet. In addition, it also uses a diversification method to analyze the structure of dance education. So as to achieve the effect of improving the integrity of teaching and enhancing the degree of knowledge. The experimental results of this article show that under the spread of digital networks, the quality of dance education has increased by 50%, and students’ enthusiasm and interest in dance education courses have increased by 18%. Abstract:
With the full realize of the new curriculum innovation in middle schools, the application of multimedia plays an increasingly significant character in the territory of education. In this paper, the advantages of multimedia apply in sport education are analyzed, and the design of APP in sportunterricht based on teaching experience is divided into two parts: digital content and software. Digital content is generally divided into: video production, graphic design, three-dimensional modeling. Software is divided into interactive software, central control software, VR/AR/MR, UI interface. By playing more wonderful multimedia, students’ interest in study and awareness of learning can be improved. Students are enlightened while enjoying, which improves the teaching effect of sport education better. The experimental consequence show that the application of audio-visual media and computer teaching in sport education teaching can enhance students’ interest in learning, deepen students’ understanding and image of specific actions, and play their part in promoting the development of students’ basic knowledge of sports education, the renewal of sports concepts, the improvement of sports skills and the improvement of thinking quality.

Abstract:
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its developed economy and advanced technological infrastructure has shown a major progress in business opportunities for overseas investors. Saudi Arabia’s education sector is one of the most attractive investment opportunities for the foreign investors Earlier in 2019, 9 new foreign education enterprises were granted investor licenses, amounting to a total of $141mn of investment deals. The Saudi government introduced Saudi Vision 2030, an aspiring development plan that foresees vital prospects for foreign investors in the regions of education, housing, health and energy, amongst others. In 2016, Saudi Arabia permitted the procurement of 100% of assets by foreign investors in retail and wholesale trade. A privatisation program has also been introduced. The government also attempts to attract FDI in the regions of renewable energy and entertainment. A foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a vital role in local and international economy. Several opportunities and ventures are encouraged by Saudi Arabia to improve the standard of business and economical environments. To accomplish the finances for the projects SAGIA, the lawful authority is there to smooth the progress of investments, which encourages Saudi FDI prospective to grow simultaneously. FDI has a greater scope for diverse businesses and investing in to underdeveloped industrial sectors. FDI plays an important role in boosting the economy of Saudi Arabia by managing international investors who shares the huge portion of 34% in General GDP (Gross domestic product) of Saudi Arabia. This paper aims to review the literature to shed light on the steps taken by the government to increase FDI in the country and what are the current trends that are helping to fulfil VISION 2030.

Abstract:
For some trade majors who only focus on theoretical studies, they no longer have an advantage in the market. If they do not pay attention to practical training, it will be difficult to gain a foothold in business. In education, people are paying more and more attention to e-commerce. Many schools take “cross-border e-commerce (CBEC)” as a course. This article uses CBEC to implement multi-dimensional teaching, so as to enhance the core competence of trade majors. This research is mainly based on the analysis of the existing teaching program model, and proposes a multi-level, all-round and multi-dimensional teaching method. This article analyzes the current teaching mode of trade major and various related problems in this mode, and proposes a teaching method based on theory and practice in response to the requirements of trade major. In teaching, many teachers will use traditional teaching methods to analyze trade and help students learn about CBEC. If students cannot learn the operating mode of CBEC as soon as possible, it will cause many students to walk out of the school very much. It is difficult to adapt to the requirements of work, and it is also difficult to accept the new CBEC model. Abstract:
This manuscript presents a new experimental wind generator based on piezoelectric energy conversion for low power applications. The aim is to demonstrate an alternative renewable energy generation method for low power applications. The generator has four blades of a propeller equipped with a total of twenty-four (24) thin film piezoelectric transducers (TFPTs). The output voltage is generated using a newly developed circuit topology. The generator was tested at three wind speeds 10 m/s, 14 m/s and 18 m/s, with a maximum output voltage of 10.2 V being produced at a wind speed of 18 m/s. Results show that this generator has promise to be suitable for low power batteryless applications, for example wireless sensor nodes (WSN).

Abstract:
An analog microelectronics design course at the post-graduate level is described in this paper. In 30 h, students with different engineering background receive a basic but solid formation by implementing a complete microelectronics design flow, following current industry standards. The course deals with fundamental design blocks as well as specific computer aided design tools. This course can be taught, as it is, as a fundamental module in general electronics/communications masters, but it can be also tuned to match specific curriculum constraints, if required. It has been successfully taught for two years, with minor adjustments, within the Telecommunications Engineering Master, at the University of Valencia, Spain. The assessments from the students highlight the acceptance of the course.

Abstract:
The Movable lunar landing leg is a novel multi - closed parallel mechanism with sub-closed loop. Moreover, there are multiple passive and active joint variables in the mobile lunar landing legged mechanism (MLLLM), Due to the complex dynamic relationship between the passive joint variables and the active joint variables, it is difficult to derive the dynamic modeling of parallel mechanisms by the non-redundant parallel mechanism using the traditional Lagrangian formulation method. In order to solve this problem, the utilization of the virtual work principle makes the application of the Lagrangian formulation for parallel mechanisms possible and efficient. The MLLLM is divided into several serial open-loop sub-chains. Explicit dynamic equations of each sub-chain can be derived by using the Lagrangian formalism straightforwardly with respect to their own local generalized coordinates. Secondly, when transforming between different generalized coordinates, the dynamic equation is transformed into different coordinate subsystems by using the principle of virtual work, and the Jacobian matrix and Hessen matrix are introduced as constraints to ensure the explicit form of the dynamic equation, by combining the differential dynamics equations of each subsystem with the virtual work principle, the explicit dynamics model of the MLLLM under the active generalized coordinates is obtained. Finally, the position error of the end-effector caused by the active and passive joints of the parallel mechanism was evaluated. Compared with the previous methods, the inverse dynamic analysis formula presented in this paper is more concise, the calculation efficiency is higher, and the position error evaluation method is more accurate than the traditional method.

Abstract:
With the progress of new sensor technology and Internet technology, wearable devices have gradually become the new favorite of the science and technology industry. They have been applied to various fields because of their wearability, mobility, user-centered, interactive, integrated and augmented reality characteristics. Given the shortcomings of traditional foreign language education at university, wearable technology is introduced into foreign language classroom as an auxiliary form of traditional teaching. This article chooses two courses (171 and 172 courses) to test whether wearable devices have an impact on college English teaching. The English level of these two classes is similar. With the assistance of wearable technology, level 171 is selected as the experimental course; 172 is a regular course, using only traditional teaching methods, and the experiment lasted for a semester. Practical teaching is also carried out in the class. Practical teaching results show that wearable technology assisted English teaching can not only improve students’ ability to master knowledge, but also greatly enhance students' interest in learning English.

Abstract:
Aerobics is an important aspect of physical and mental health specifically in this present time. Its advent has greatly assisted in the maintenance of health standards and the reduction of non-communicable and chronic diseases, such as diabetes and cardiovascular infections. The need for the introduction of the Aerobics Curriculum System in learning institutions was thus imminent. Its mere introduction in the college campus setting has not been enough to ensure its implementations and delineate its benefits which utterly outweigh the predicaments that may be realized in its absence. Creating an information system to foresee its implementation is thus necessary, especially now that we are in the information age. Research has shown an increase in the use of electronic devices such as laptops, mobile devices, and desktop computers. Creating an information system that might be used with these devices will thus assist access to many students. It will also not only enable the curriculum to run smoothly but also increase its exuberance. This study outlines the need for the information system. It procedurally explains the processes involved from the conceptualization to the implementation of the aerobic curriculum information system (ACIS) for health purposes in college institutions.

This requires them to have a unique and sensitive perspective of development, education is not only the demand of China's economic structure transformation, but also in line with the development trend of global higher innovation education. 1000 college students from different grades and regions have fully understood the innovation education of our country through the questionnaire survey. In the past ten years, the government, universities in some regions and the society have analyzed the investment in education. In addition, this paper also compares the two-year survival rate of entrepreneurship projects between graduates with and without education from 2010 to 2017. Through the post-processing, statistics and comparison of the data, we find that most of the students have different degrees of willingness to start a business, but relatively few can put it into action. The main reasons are the lack of a reliable platform, innovative ideas can not be achieved, the lack of guidance of relevant economic theory knowledge, and the inability to implement scientific research achievements into specific entrepreneurial projects.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of physical activity intensity on physical fitness of preschool children. Methods Taking 192 preschool children in Changsha City as the research objects, using accelerometers to measure physical activity intensity, using correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and isochronous substitution paradigm to analyze the correlation between different physical activity intensities. Results (1) There was no significant correlation between LPA and its physical fitness indicators. (2) MPA is significantly correlated with physical fitness indicators of preschool children. (3) After controlling for gender, age, wearing time and other factors, MVPA, especially MPA, still has a significant influence on various indicators of physical fitness; (4) After MVPA replaces PA of other strengths, physical fitness changes only when MVPA replaces others. The direction consistency and significance are only when the intensity is PA. Conclusion VPA is closely related to the physical fitness of preschool children. Promoting the improvement of VPA may be crucial to the physical development of preschool children.

Abstract:
Project-based learning is one of the popular and promising approaches in engineering education. The current study reports on a curriculum that was designed and implemented by a graduate school to help students gain knowledge and creative thinking skills through collaboration between different majors during industrial projects in a graduate course on home appliance engineering. The students selected the topics, planned the project, conducted research, produced a prototype, and presented their results under the guidance of a group of advisors consisting of professors, technical advisors, and industry mentors. A quantitative analysis showed that this approach was effective in improving the students’ attitude toward engineering. Furthermore, a qualitative analysis showed that this learning method helped students learn how to communicate and present effectively, to flexibly approach projects, and to understand the practices of industrial research. Based on the findings, the current study discusses how the project-based learning helped students advance.

Abstract:
With the rapid development of today's technology, it has become possible to improve the electricity grid by using computer and network technologies in electricity networks. Thus, electricity grids will be able to provide sustainable, safe, and uninterrupted energy to consumers by allowing a two-way flow of information and electricity. Networks that can do this are called smart grids. Although conventional power lines have unidirectional power flow, a smart grid; enables the bidirectional flow of information and electricity by placing various hardware and software on the network. The main purpose of this study that tackles the smart grid is to introduce an educational program that can perform optimum load flow analysis based on Matlab GUI that can be used by undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students. Especially, students will be able to use the program easily in subjects related to loading flow analysis in electrical networks. Students using the program will have the opportunity to see different algorithm results in IEEE busbar systems and compare them with each other. The developed program realizes the optimum load distribution in bus systems accepted by IEEE in the smart grid using various metaheuristic algorithms and uses objective functions such as power losses, fuel cost, and voltage adjustment while performing optimum load distribution analysis. As a result of the program called Oyamatlab, optimum values in the selected busbar system are obtained. This is the program with a simple user interface for students to use without difficulty; it can perform optimum load distribution analysis by selecting different purpose functions.

Abstract:
This paper displays an simple method for identification of controller for wind based Quadratic Boost Converter Inverter system. India, being the fourth largest wind power generator has attracted numerous researchers towards the improvement of wind energy conversion system. This paper also presents improved controller techniques for a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) coupled with Cascaded Quadratic Boost Converter (QBC) and Space Vector Modulation Inverter (SVMI). The digital simulation and execution of PMSG based wind turbine along with QBC and SVM Inverter is presented in a closed loop system. The performance of closed loop system is realized using Proportional Integral (PI) and Fractional Order Proportional Integral (FOPI) controllers. Initially, the AC power from PMSG wind turbine is rectified to DC using rectifier circuit. The DC power from the bridge rectifier is then boosted to the required level using quadratic boost converter. The output from QBC is then given to the SVM inverter. The closed loop investigations are carried with PI and FOPI controllers. The simulation results of both PI and FOPI controlled QBC are compared. The outcome of FOPI controller represents that the steady state error and settling time are reduced when compared to PI controlled closed loop Quadratic Boost Converter. The overall Matlab/simulink model is applied to undergraduate/postgraduate course as a educational tool and assessed thoroughly.

The paper presents a framework to guide industrial trips in engineering training. The framework was developed through an assessment of various practices relating to industrial trips, gathered from institutional websites and published works on industrial trips, as well as the authors’ experience in leading students for industrial trips. A draft framework was first shared with some lecturers and students as well as electrical engineers working in Ghana’s power sector. Comments from them were incorporated in the draft framework to produce the final document. Abstract:
Based on the Personality-Job Fit Theory (PJFT), the mismatch of personality-job may cause over-qualification, and perceived over-qualification (POQ) may have a negative impact and affect career satisfaction (CS). This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 404 elementary school teachers in Fujian Province, China, and used the Two-way ANOVA and hierarchical multiple regression analysis to research primary school teachers’ POQ and the relationship between POQ and CS. The results of empirical research show that primary school teachers’ POQ is at the medium level. POQ of primary school teachers has a negative effect on CS, while professional self-identity (PSI) has the mediating effect on the relationship between POQ and CS. In addition, the study also found that new primary school teachers with high educational qualification have a relatively higher POQ, while older primary school teachers with low educational qualification have a relatively lower POQ.

A Long Term Evolution (LTE) system model for a real-time multimedia application must provide high Quality of Service (QoS). Scheduling and allocating resources for real-time downlink flows in LTE networks is a challenging issue, as the network excellence and assured output have to be confirmed together with decreasing the Head of Line (HOL) suspension. The ever increasing demand for higher data rates in uplink and downlink transmission services constraints on delay and bandwidth requirements. This leads the existing fourth generation LTE wireless networks to concentrate more on the resource scheduling techniques with acceptable levels of Quality of Service (QoS). In this paper, a Game theory based scheduling (GTBS) and resource allocation Algorithm multimedia traffic in LTE network is designed and studied. The Algorithm is simulated in LTE-sim for real time (RT) and Non-real time (NRT) data traffic. The work identified a new teaching pedagogy, the work is explained to the undergraduate Engineering students so that they can apply the knowledge to develop new innovative projects.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to explore the stability and interaction between parental pressure and social research report, as well as the role of employment status and family income levels in this process. This study used a special study on Korean children (PSKC) 2–4 waves. Use t-test, correlation and autoregressive cross-delay modeling to analyze the data. The main findings of this study are: First, over time, parental pressure and mother’s social research report are consistent. Secondly, the pressure of motherhood and childcare has an obvious lagging effect on upbringing, and vice versa. Third, there is no significant difference between working mothers and non-working mothers in terms of the stability of working parents' pressure, social research report and social research report for children's pressure channels. However, parental pressure can only predict the social research report of working mothers. Fourth, there is no significant difference between the stability and interaction of these two structures in household income levels. In short, the results show that, over time, parental pressure is consistent with mother’s social research report. The results also show that there is a significant cross-lag effect between the mothers’ perceptions of mutual pressure analysis. In the process from parental pressure to social research report, I found the difference between working and non-working mothers. The advantage of this study is that the expected longitudinal design was adopted during infancy and the priority between the two structures can be considered. The results of this study can be used as a source of intervention plans to help parents withstand severe parenting pressure and lack of social research report.

Abstract:
The operation and maintenance of sports venues is the basis of ensuring the orderly organization of various events in large-scale comprehensive sports games. Due to the lack of evaluation methods and an index system, it was difficult to predict the input of operating and managing sports venues in large-scale comprehensive sports games. Excessive manpower is often put to guarantee the smooth operation work, causing the problem of waste on all resources. Based on the practice of the operational work for specified sports fields during the 7th World Army Games, this paper establishes a staffing allocation model for the maintenance and operation of sports venues. On the premise of building up a clear maintenance scope, a clarified organization structure and working procedure, the maintenance index of 15 specified venues is evaluated with analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and a set of allocation criteria of the operation team is put forward. The maintenance coefficients of studied venues range from 0.08 to 0.91, and the venues with highest coefficients are the main stadium, the naval pentathlon venues and the soccer field, etc.

Abstract:
With the development of economy, society and science and technology, the disadvantages of the traditional “subject based” curriculum system construction mode are increasingly apparent. Graduates go to the society, what they learn is not what they use. There is a phenomenon that education and employment deviate from each other. Even if they have a job, they have to learn again, which requires a longer adaptation period. According to the skills and abilities that human resource management (HRM) students may enter into after graduation, a targeted modular teaching system is constructed. The modular teaching system can carry out customized learning in advance according to the students’ work goals, and grasp the required employability in advance. At the same time, the reform of the system also enriches the teaching methods of teachers. Through the questionnaire and experimental test, this paper finds that: modular teaching breaks the traditional curriculum design method under the framework of the discipline theoretical system, aims to cultivate students’ professional ability, improve their adaptability to the job, and further enhance their practical employability. Experimental results: the relationship between the quality characteristics and academic performance of HRM students was verified, and the relationship between them and the influence model of causality were clarified. The results of the two classes are similar in the pre-test; and from the back results, we can see that the scores of the experimental class after the use of modular teaching are significantly improved, while the comparison class is not significantly improved compared with before the experiment, which fully shows that the implementation of modular teaching can help students improve their comprehensive performance. The path coefficient of growth driven to academic performance is 0.428, the path coefficient of learning development to academic performance is 0.122, and interpersonal skills affect academic performance indirectly. It fully verifies the relationship between the quality characteristic model and academic performance, and shows that the quality characteristic model constructed is relatively perfect and can be used as a reference for students’ evaluation.

In 2020, the epidemic spread rapidly and frightening. During the period of epidemic prevention and control, college students did not go out and lived in isolation at home, so some students had mental health problems, such as the lack of normal face-to-face social interaction, the unmet need to talk; family contradictions occurred from time to time, resulting in large fluctuations in college students’ mental health. This paper analyzes the causes of college students’ psychological problems under the background of the epidemic situation, and carries out the experimental data collection and statistical analysis in the form of scale test and telephone interview. Abstract:
Objective Under the guidance of the basic theory of AFL, a scientific and targeted measuring tool was initially developed to measure the perceived degree of college students’ Assessment for learning in physical education classroom and serve as an important basis for the implementation of AFL in physical education classroom. Methods according to the scale of the content framework, on the basis of expert interview and the inherent characteristics of AFL in the physical education classroom to form the initial questionnaire, used early 487 college students as object to the initial questionnaire for project analysis, to form the formal questionnaire, we used 391 college students as formal subjects was carried out the formal questionnaire by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, test reliability and validity, to form the Perception Scale of AFL in College Students’ PE Class. Results The perception scale of AFL in College Students’ PE Class included 27 items, which were divided into four dimensions of learning diagnosis, goal clarification, process experience and result scaffold, which accounted for 64.253% of the total variation. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting index was good (2/DF =2.819, GFI = 0.905, AGFI = 0.912, IFI = 0.905, CFI = 0.926, NFI = 0.943, RMSEA = 0.056). The overall internal consistency of the questionnaire was 0.895, the coefficients of each dimension were between 0.863 and 0.917, and the retest reliability was between 0.834 and 0.912. The scale as a whole has high calibration positive validity. Conclusion The Perception Scale of AFL in College Students’ PE Class compiled by this research has good differentiation, reliability and validity, and can be used as a measuring tool for Chinese college students’ perceived assessment for learning in physical education classroom.

In this paper, from the perspective of safety education, we focus on sports the optimization strategy of curriculum teaching is studied. This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and control experiment. In the study, 770 students' acceptance of safety education and acceptance content were investigated. At the same time, the students were divided into control group and experimental group. In addition, we use the adjustment processing method to analyze the experimental data, through the analysis of the students' safety knowledge, obstacle ability, attitude and frequency of participating in sports activities, and the preferred sports project selection. Sport plays an integral role in schooling institutions. It has hitherto been part of the curriculum, right from kindergarten, to the higher institutions of learning like colleges and universities. It is thus imperative to form a concrete system that will ensure its smooth operation. The School sports management system is efficient with this respect. The School Sports management system (SSMS) is a set of protocols, procedures, and techniques used in educational institutions to ensure that all the activities run conclusively and smoothly. In sports and sporting activities, numerous reforms are always put in place and implemented to establish and improve the operational processes. An existing SSMS should accommodate these reforms and incorporate them into school sports and physical education curricula, which is the objective of this paper. This paper aims at discussing how the SSMS can adapt to sports reforms and If the school wants to reform the function of physical education, it needs to innovate the sports management system. At present, there are many drawbacks in school physical education. The following problems hinder the development of school physical education to a great extent. First, the related funds of school physical education subjects are obviously insufficient, the related expenses of physical education subjects account for a small proportion of the total funds of the school. Compared with the growth of the total funds of the school, the proportion is small, the equipment is not updated in a timely manner, and the development of physical education subjects mainly depends on the school allocation, which makes it difficult to form a benign fundraising mechanism. Second, the allocation of resources in the use of school physical education funds is not reasonable, and the allocation among teaching, scientific research and training expenses of sports teams is not appropriate. Third, the physical education departments of colleges and universities lack rational and scientific management, and lack of vitality within the departments, which to a large extent hinders the effective play of physical education functions. Therefore, in view of the above problems, this paper puts forward several principles that should be followed in the development of sports management system in the future.accustom to the changes. We discuss the importance of a management system in school sports explicitly, expounding on its operation. We then provide a listing of the reforms sports have encountered in recent times and how they can be integrated into the school curriculum.

With the acceleration of China's industrialized cities, economic construction and social development have caused considerable damage to the natural environment. Having a good living environment has become an urgent need of the Chinese people, who have already met their basic material needs. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with case study. From the perspective of theory and practice, this paper studies the following contents: the present situation of teaching development and reflection on the environmental design specialty in China, the characteristics of open teaching mode, combined with the setting of environmental design specialty curriculum system and the teaching conditions of related specialties in Chinese universities. This study takes the open teaching mode of ordinary colleges and universities as the research object, and takes a university in China as an example to study the open teaching mode.

Abstract:
Specialized project design (SPD) is a compulsory course for most of the engineering students in China. A SPD course requires teamwork of students. It is therefore an important issue about how to group students in a more reasonable form to increase students’ interest in the course and improve their performance. However, at present, it remains a challenge to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of group teaching and optimize group teaching through state-of-the-art methods such as artificial intelligence. In this study, we propose a qualitative analysis method to study the group teaching of students through teacher’s subjective evaluation of different aspects of students’ abilities. In particular, the proposed method is a background-based grouping method which takes into account the students’ scores attained in prerequisite courses of a SPD course and realized by a genetic algorithm. Results of our experiment demonstrate that, compared with the conventional random grouping method, the proposed method improves the students’ average scores in all eight SPD topics by 2.5 in the grade 2016 and 1.875 in grade 2017, respectively (the total score is 100). Therefore, our findings strongly support that grouping students based on their strengths (for example, the courses they are good at) can enhance students’ interest in the SPD course and thereby improve students’ SPD performance.

Abstract:
In order to keep up with the pace of the times, we should infiltrate the output oriented teaching concept into the teaching reform of moral education course, so as to improve students’ knowledge ability and moral quality. On the basis of existing scholars’ research, this paper expounds the three characteristics of output oriented education concept: learning as the center; emphasizing the integration of learning and application; paying attention to the whole person education. And through the research on the main problems existing in the current moral education curriculum teaching, it is found that the teaching methods are backward, the curriculum is few, and the teaching materials are unrealistic. This has led to the unsatisfactory effect of the moral education curriculum. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems, and uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of moral education teaching in a university in our city. The survey results show that most teachers and students think that moral education course is of great significance, but they are not interested in it. In view of the problems reflected in the survey results, this paper finally puts forward the following suggestions for reference: integrating teaching content, innovating teaching forms; strengthening the construction of teaching staff; effectively connecting the curriculum system and learning outcomes.

Abstract:
China is the world’s largest exporter, and is also one of the few economies that have successfully transitioned from central-planned to market-oriented economy. In this paper, we analyze the effect of China’s official export credit insurance on Chinese exports to countries in the world. We describes the background of official export insurance in general and the development of China’s ECI. Meanwhile, we discuss the data and model used to examine the relationship between China’s ECIs and exports. We estimate both the static and dynamic gravity models where exports are a function of country size, transportation costs, and country-risk. Our results of static model suggest that that a 1 percent increase in China’s official ECI coverage stimulates its exports volume by 0.34 percent. Furthermore, Chinese companies export 1.5 times more to countries with ECIs than to those countries where ECIs are not available. Our estimates from the dynamic model are similar to the static model, to a lesser extent, of ECI impacts on exports to trading partners.

Abstract:
With the rapid development of Internet technology in China, mechanical drawing plays a more and more important role in social development and practice. The main purpose is to use the course of mechanical drawing to accurately represent the appearance, size, principle and technology of the machine. It is often called the language of communication in the industry. In order to make mechanical drawing better applied and practiced, and to make maximum use of Internet technical resources, the establishment of multimedia courseware teaching mechanism is the development trend of mechanical drawing.In order to adapt to the trend of network information, based on the multimedia environment, this paper studies the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching, and constructs a small multimedia teaching platform. Through the explanation of animation courseware, students can better understand the making and principle of mechanical drawing, and cultivate students' divergent thinking. The teaching platform combines teaching material knowledge with practice to deepen students' understanding of the basic content of mechanical drawing. Finally, the rationality and practicability of the system are analyzed by investigating the platform users. The results show that the application of animation technology in mechanical drawing teaching is reasonable and practical.
